Grace, mercy and love, chapter 14

5/31/17, God’s 3rd month, Sivan 5, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,504 in resident churches and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

Satan inspires radicalism among self righteous people and organizations. He has been successfully promoting this type divisions since Adam and Eve’s creation. Radicalism begins when people think themselves capable of deciding for themselves what’s right, wrong, good and evil. (The reason our Lord didn’t want Adam and Eve partaking of the forbidden tree’s fruit was for their own good.) God knew the kind of divisions that would erupt among people when they began deciding these things for themselves. (In other words; “deciding what’s right, wrong, good and evil for one’s self” makes one a god to themselves.) A person’s god is that which they look to for knowledge and life’s practices!

Divisionary religions are started when someone is deceived into believing they are intellectually superior and understand God beyond what others generally understand. Satan may deceive some of these with miraculous visions of his making. We need to understand, Satan’s many characteristics and powers as Jesus and His apostles have shared. (“Prince of the power of the air, Ephesians 2;2” ” that huge dragon – the ancient serpent, the one called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world – was thrown down to the earth, and his angels along with him.” Revelations 12:9))

Our first biblical example of a person becoming radicalized is Cain who decided God should be pleased with a offering of his choosing “vegetable sacrifice” rather than the commanded type sacrifice.

“Abel took care of the flocks, while Cain cultivated the ground. At the designated time Cain brought some of the fruit of the ground for an offering to the Lord. But Abel brought some of the firstborn of his flock – even the fattest of them. And the Lord was pleased with Abel and his offering, but with Cain and his offering He was not pleased. So Cain became very angry, and his expression was downcast. Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry, and why is your expression downcast? (7) Is it not true that if you do what is right, you will be fine? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at the door. It ‘sin’ desires to dominate you, but you must subdue it.” Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field. While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.” Gen 4:2-8.

Notice; there was a designated time set aside for making their offering ‘sacrifice’ to the Lord. The strong indication is that the Lord had already introduced His calendar. Setting aside the three holy seasons and annual Sabbaths. From that beginning, offerings ‘sacrifices” to the Lord were to be the best, “not the inferior.” Abel complied and Cain yielded to his self serving nature; deciding for himself what was ‘right, wrong, good and evil.’ The Lord reminded Cain that his inherited from Adam sin nature wanted to dominate him, but that his duty was to overcome it. Seemingly Cain had time to think it over before choosing to kill his brother. Obviously his lawless inherited from Adam nature dominated.

Reason for disobedience revealed to John and Believers IN.

(1John  3:11-15; “For this is the gospel message that you have heard from the beginning: that we should love one another, not like Cain who was of the evil one and brutally murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his deeds were evil, but his brother’s were righteous. (13) Therefore do not be surprised, brothers and sisters, if the world hates you. We know that we ‘followers of - believers IN Jesus’ have crossed over from death to life because we love our fellow Christians. The one who does not love remains in death. Everyone who hates his fellow Christian is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.”)

Jesus ask and answers His own question to the Pharisees.

People practice their lives according to their nature.

(John 8:43-47; Why don’t you understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot accept My teaching. You ‘unbelieving’ people are from your father the devil, and you want to do what your father desires. He ‘Satan’ was a murderer from the beginning and does not uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I am telling you the truth, you do not believe Me. Who among you can prove Me guilty of any sin? If I am telling you\ the truth, why don’t you believe Me? The one who belongs to God listens and responds to God’s words. You don’t listen and respond, because you don’t belong to God.”)

The person who practices sin is of the devil. In both Jewish and early Christian writings Cain is a model for those who deliberately disbelieve. It is not difficult to see why Jesus revealed this truth to John and we believers IN. Here as the model for the opponents of Jesus’ light. Why their failure to “love the brothers”

(1John  3:17-24; “But whoever has the world’s possessions and sees his fellow Christian in need and shuts off his compassion against him, how can the love of God reside in such a person? Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue but in deed and truth. (19) And by this we will know that we are of the truth and will convince our conscience in His presence, that if our conscience condemns us, that God is greater than our conscience and knows all things.

(21-24; Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God, and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing to Him. Now this is His commandment: that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as He gave us the commandment. And the person who keeps His commandments resides in God, and God in him. Now by this we know that God resides in us: by the Spirit He has given us.”)

Jesus is speaking of gifted Godly love. Cain loved and all unbelievers love “me, mine and ours.” Cain loved to till the soil, likely considered it his and likely grudged offering any part to the Lord.

Believing IN Abel and the faithful still speak to us, though dead.

(Hebrews 11:1-4; “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see. For by it, ’believing IN faith’ the people of old received God’s commendation. By faith we understand that the worlds were set in order at God’s command, so that the visible has its origin in the invisible. (4) By faith Abel offered God a greater sacrifice than Cain, and through his faith he was commended as righteous, because God commended him for his offerings. And through his faith he still speaks, though he is dead.”)

Origin in the invisible? The Greek phrasing emphasizes this point by negating the opposite: “so that what is seen did not come into being from things that are visible.”

God makes a new covenant with His chosen, imputing

a believing IN spirit to the mind, which changes one’s outlook.

Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does. Heb 12:24.

(Hebrews 12:14-29; “Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God, that no one be like a bitter root springing up and causing trouble, and through him many become defiled.

(16-17; And see to it that no one becomes an immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. For you know that later when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no opportunity for repentance, although he sought the blessing with tears“.

(18-21; For you ‘followers of Jesus’ have not come to something that can be touched, to a burning fire and darkness and gloom and a whirlwind and the blast of a trumpet and a voice uttering words such that those who heard begged to hear no more. (20) For they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned.” In fact, the scene was so terrifying that Moses said, “I shudder with fear.”

(22-24; “But you ’followers of Jesus - by faith’ have come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assembly and congregation ’church’ of the firstborn, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, (24) and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.”

(25- Take care not to refuse the One who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the One who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the One who warns from heaven? (26) Then His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, “I will once more shake not only the earth but heaven too.” Now this phrase “once more” indicates the removal of what is shaken, that is, of created things, so that what is unshaken may remain. (28) So since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe. For our God is indeed a devouring fire.”)

 In the sin nature inherited from Adam we are dead;

in God’s gifted nature we are lifted up with Christ.

(Ephesians 2:1-10; “And although you ‘followers of Jesus’ were1 dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you formerly lived practiced’ according to this world’s present path, according to the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the ruler of the spirit that is now energizing the sons of disobedience, among whom all of us also formerly lived out our lives in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath even as the rest…”

(4- “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even though we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ – by grace you are saved! – and He ‘God the Father’ raised us up with Him ‘Jesus’ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, to demonstrate in the coming ages the surpassing wealth of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (8) For by grace you are saved through ‘gifted’ faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; (9) it is not from works, so that no one can boast. For we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared beforehand so we may do them.”)

Only when spiritually created in Christ Jesus, “born from above” is the desire to practice what is lawlessness in His view taken away.

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 13

Monday, May 29th, 2017

5/29/17, God’s 3rd month, Sivan 3, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,488 in resident churches and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

People may choose to the degree their fleshly inherited from Adam nature allows. Let’s evaluate that statement. A biblical truth is, “deceived people don’t know they are! until God calls and miraculously opens their mind.” So we should ask; does the deceived Moslem, Hindu or Evangelical know they are? The answer is no! (Most religious people including atheist “which is a religion whether they think it or not” are in their particular self righteous comfort zone.) So loving their “intellectual to themselves” religious notch, that they can’t be persuaded otherwise. Many would even die for their belief. (However sane people who aren’t overly brainwashed “demon processed “ are able to evaluate their circumstance and choose different paths. Among the Evangelical persuasions most people choose their parent’s church, but each persuasion welcomes most any one that’s willing to assimilate.

If you subscribe to Evangelical values; who would you rather have as your neighbor? Certainly not someone that hates you because of your way of life. If you subscribe to Muslimism and believe in its values “perhaps Shania law” would you assimilate with Catholics or Hindus? Perhaps intermarry? Naturally the answer is no to both.

People need to accept a fact; people believing IN particular values are staunch to those values. People need to consider the difference between “believing IN something, opposed to believing that.” (Believers that can assimilate, believers IN can’t.) Thus it’s very difficult to convert a “believing IN” Moslem to Evangelical persuasions. Perhaps more likely to convert a “believing that” Moslem to another persuasion. Likewise with Hindu, Evangelicals and others. We do hear of such conversions from time to time.

Jesus inspired His apostles teaching regarding His followers. God’s holy scriptures teach “Christians not be unequally yoked.” Jesus inspired His apostle Paul to explain.

(2Corinthians 6:14-18; “Do not become partners ’unequally yoked or mismatched’ with those who do not believe, for what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship does light have with darkness? And what agreement does Christ have with Beliar - Satan? Or what does a believer share in common with an unbeliever? And what mutual agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we ‘followers of Jesus’ are the temple of the living God, just as God said, “I will live in them and will walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.” (17) Therefore “come out from their midst, and be separate,” says the Lord, “and touch no unclean thing, and I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters,” says the All-Powerful Lord.”)

Now, Satan has inspired many counterfeits; whole nations attempting to be godly. Most western nations attempt to be prideful and boast of being a melting pot of ideas and cultures, not mindful that a divided nation can’t stand. Evangelical “believers that” have assimilated, many in Catholic persuasions have married Protestants etc. But “believers IN”  particular persuasions find it difficult to assimilate.

As was revealed in the previous chapter, studying Romans 8:, God does the calling of Jesus‘ followers, He does the choosing and it’s He that puts people in His church - family.

It’s a mystery to the world at large, that spiritual discernment is gifted

to converted to God’s Way people, it was revealed to Paul and he wrote.

(1Cor 2:6-16; “Now we do speak wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are perishing. Instead we speak the wisdom of God, hidden in a mystery, that God determined before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood it. If they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (9) But just as it is written, “Things that no eye has seen, or ear heard, or mind imagined, are the things God has prepared for those who love Him.” God has revealed these to us by the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.  For who among men knows the things of a man except the man’s spirit within him? So too, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we ‘followers of Jesus’ have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things that are freely given to us by God. (13) And we speak about these things, not with words taught us by human wisdom, but with those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people. The unbeliever does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him. And he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The one who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is understood by no one. (16) For who has known the mind of the Lord, so as to advise Him? But we have the mind of Christ.”)

Believers IN Jesus even love their enemies, but can’t assimilate with the worldly. Neither can the deceived “believing IN” Moslem, Hindu, atheist or others.

Jesus also taught us through His apostles; we should know Satan

is on the prowl, deceiving the whole world as he did Eve.

(2Cor 11:3-7; “But I, ’Paul’ am afraid that just as the serpent deceived Eve by his treachery, your minds may be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus different from the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit than the one you received, or a different gospel than the one you accepted, you put up with it well enough! For I, ’Paul’ consider myself not at all inferior to those “super-apostles.” (6) And even if I am unskilled in speaking, yet I am certainly not so in knowledge. Indeed, we have made this plain to you in everything in every way. Or did I commit a sin by humbling myself so that you could be exalted, because I proclaimed the gospel of God to you free of charge?)

Consider; how many Jesus’ are taught among Evangelicals? One perceives Jesus one way and others another. How many doctrines are taught among Evangelicals? How many Jesus’ and doctrines are taught among Catholics? How many doctrines are taught among Moslem’s and Hindu’s? How many truths are there? How many spirits are out there, deceiving the world? But the many are divisionary denominationalist! Many individuals think themselves so intellectual that they don’t need spiritual revelations in order to know God. (Wrong!)

  Gifted revealed faith, Abraham‘s example.

(Galatians 3:1-14; “You1 foolish Galatians! Who has cast a spell on you? Before your eyes Jesus Christ was vividly portrayed as crucified! The only thing I want to learn from you is this: Did you receive the Spirit by doing the works of the law or by believing what you heard?”

The mystery of God’s energizing Holy Spirit imputed to the mind is; “salvation can’t be earned, conjured up or learned.” The Holy Spirit is gifted to God’s predestined called out people who “believed IN” when they heard - understood- God’s Truth Message.
(Gal 3:3-14; “Are you so foolish? Although you began with the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by human effort? Have you suffered so many things for nothing? – if indeed it was for nothing. Does God then give you the Spirit and work miracles among you by your doing the works of the law or by your believing what you heard? (6) Just as Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness, so then, understand that those who believe are the sons of Abraham. And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the gospel to Abraham ahead of time, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in you.” So then those who believe ’IN’ are blessed along with Abraham the Believer. For all who rely on doing the works of the law are under a curse, because it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not keep on doing everything written in the book of the law.” Now it is clear no one is justified before God by the law, because the righteous one will live by faith. But the law is not based on faith, but the one who does the works of the law will live by them. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (because it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”) (14) in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles, so that we could receive the promise of the Spirit by faith.”) As always study the whole. Paul caps off this third chapter, writing.

(Gal 3:29; And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.”) and to Timothy he wrote.

(1Tim 3:16; And we ‘apostles’ all agree, our religion contains amazing revelations:

He ‘Jesus’ was revealed in the flesh, vindicated by the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among Gentiles, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.”

Believing IN God as He manifest Himself to be in the Holy Scriptures is the Christian’s religion - our belief- God’s religion revealed through God the Son, ‘Jesus

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 12

5/27/22, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 3, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,483 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.” (Observe God’s new moon.)

Before his rebellion and fall Satan was one of the most notable among God’s created angelic beings. He thought so highly of hmself that he desired to replace God and establish his own kingdom. Could be that jealously overcame him, when he learned of God’s plan to create mankind in His own image, likeness and even eventually overseeing angelic beings. Satan’s characteristics are revealed in the holy scriptures as the tempter, deceiver, prince of the power of the air, god of this age and the devil. His nature is that of a liar. (See John 8:44) Apparently Isaiah is referring to Satan in the following text.

(Isaiah 14:12-14; “Look how you have fallen from the sky, O shining one, (‘Lucifer’ King James translation’) son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself, “I will climb up to the sky. Above the stars of El I will set up my throne. I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon. I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High!”) This is the only biblical text using the name “Lucifer” as found in the King James Translation.

Some translators believe Isaiah’s text is Canaanite mythology. The story is that, “O shining one son of the dawn  “Helel son of Shachar” developed a coup that failed and was hurled down to the underworld. The demonic king of Babylon is taunted for having similar unrealized delusions of grandeur. Christians see an allusion to the fall of Satan here. (In addition to Jesus characterizing Satan as a “murderer from the beginning, not uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies as recorded at John 8:44: Paul refers to Satan as the spirit ruler of the kingdom of the air.

(Ephesians 2:1-3; “And although you, ‘followers of Jesus’ were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you formerly lived according to this world’s present path, according to the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the ruler of the spirit that is now energizing the sons of disobedience, among whom all of us also formerly lived out our lives in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath even as the rest…”) Jesus made mention that He saw Satan fall like lightening. See Luke 10:18.

Satan possesses a particular jealous nature; a demonic lying nature he desires to share with people. Adam and Eve believed his lie, succumbed to it and thus inherited a self serving nature that must die. We all inherited a nature likened to theirs that must be supernaturally changed as we are clothed with Jesus. As we believe IN and practice Jesus’ Ways. All followers of Jesus formerly lived fleshly lives, yielded to the desires of the flesh, practiced self serving agendas; until God called and put each on His truth path.

As we learned from John 3: in the previous chapter, “we must be born from above in order to enter God’s kingdom.” Jesus got elementary with Nicodemus explaining how people are born from above. (John 3:7-8; “Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all be born from above.’ (8) The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”) Spiritually born from above is a supernatural occurrence when God called people are gifted with a believing IN mindset and gifted with God‘s energizing Holy Spirit. Jesus’ apostle Paul explained: (“For every one of God’s promises are “Yes” in Him; therefore also through Him the “Amen” is spoken, to the glory we give to God. (21) But it is God who establishes us together with you in Christ and who anointed us, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a down payment.”  2Corinthians 1:20-21)

Down payment? The Greek denotes the first payment or first installment as a guarantee or pledge for the completion of the transaction. The term is used figuratively of the Holy Spirit, the blessings promised by God. (See 2Corinthians 5:5, and  Ephesians 1:14)

.(2Cor 5:1-10; “For we know that if our earthly house, the tent we live in, is dismantled, we have a building from God, a house not built by human hands, that is eternal in the heavens. (2) For in this earthly house we groan, because we desire to put on our heavenly dwelling, if indeed, after we have put on our heavenly house, we will not be found naked. For we groan while we are in this tent, since we are weighed down, because we do not want to be unclothed, but clothed, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life. (5) Now the one who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave us the Spirit as a down payment. Therefore we are always full of courage, and we know that as long as we are alive here on earth we are absent from the Lord – for we live by faith, not by sight. (8) Thus we are full of courage and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. So then whether we are alive or away, we make it our ambition to please Him. (10) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be paid back according to what he has done while in the body, whether good or evil.”) As always study the whole.

Being born from above is a converted from a self serving agenda to a mindset desiring to please God. Followers of Jesus should know, “though in our fleshly bodies we are gifted with the mind of Christ.” We have His gifted desire to make it our ambition to please Him. The desire to practice sin is taken away when God the Father and God the Son are revealed..

(Ephesians 1:7-14; “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace that He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight. (9) He did this when He revealed to us the secret of His will, according to His good pleasure that He set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ – the things in heaven and the things on earth.”

Note how Jesus’ words through Paul parallels his text at Colossians 1:15-20, Hebrews 1: and Jesus’ words through John at 1:1-5, explain that God the Father willed everything to be done through God the Son.

(Eph 1:11-14; “In Christ we too have been claimed as God’s own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of Him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of His will so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, would be to the praise of His glory. (13) And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed in Christ – you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, (14) who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”)

We followers of Jesus know our Creator has planned it all. Our worship is singular and absolute knowing to whom we belong.

As was shared in the previous chapter, Satan may be followed in a multitudes of ways. Many have thought themselves intellectual enough to figure God out and make Him one to fit their particular notion. Selling their notion to people making merchandise of them. They made figurine images and statutes resembling various animals and people they deemed as heroes to worship, even as God said don’t do it. They looked to the heavens and imagined seeing shapes they thought to be gods to worship. They named heavenly bodies after imaginary gods of their making. Made images to give sacrifice to and gods to bless everything from farming to human fetidity. Many of these pagan mythology practices are carried over and called Christian.

But God the Father had a fathering plan in which He would reveal Himself.

(Hebrews 1:1; “After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets, in these last days He has spoken to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He created the world.

The Son is the radiance of His glory and the representation of His essence, and He sustains all things by His powerful word, and so when He had accomplished cleansing for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Thus He became so far better than the angels as He has inherited a name superior to theirs.

For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are My son! Today I have fathered you”? And in another place He says, “I will be His father and He will be My son.” But when He again brings His firstborn into the world, He says, “Let all the angels of God worship Him!” And He says of the angels, “He makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire,” but of the Son He says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of Your kingdom.

You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So God, your God, has anointed You over Tour companions with the oil of rejoicing.” And, “You founded the earth in the beginning, Lord, and the heavens are the works of Your hands. They will perish, but You continue. And they will all grow old like a garment, and like a robe You will fold them up and like a garment they will be changed, but You are the same and Your years will never run out.” But to which of the angels has He ever said, “Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet”? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to serve those who will inherit salvation?)

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to serve those who will inherit salvation?) Believers IN, that’s you and I.

Grace, Mercy and Love, chapter 10

5/25/22, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 28, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,477 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

Satan is the promoter of lawless anti God ideology sources, the culprit Jesus is going to bind and ultimately destroy. Satan is the source of division, the originator of lies, he called God a liar as recorded at Genesis 3: Now all worldly religions teach some form of a “immortality at birth” doctrine; resulting in divided religions self righteously making merchandise of people. Groups teaching that all who don’t agree with their ideology are infidels, deserving destruction are themselves infidels. History demonstrates that in the past Catholicism, Protestantism, Muslim’s and others have made war on each other attempting to push their ideology. Today Muslim radicals are causing havoc among more modern Muslims and particularly so called Evangelicals. Muslim’s immortality belief is the root cause of the chaos. Believing they will be supernaturally rewarded for killing unbelievers - infidels. These radicals are supported by radicalized Muslim clerics and governments who are successfully causing their supposed enemies economic chaos.

Evangelical’s belief in a immortality at birth doctrine is just as bad spiritually speaking. Their heaven or hell doctrine also opposes God’s truth which is that immortality is only through Jesus. Jesus’ apostle Paul taught it.

(2Timothy 2:8-13; “Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, a descendant of David; such is my gospel, for which I suffer hardship to the point of imprisonment as a criminal, but God’s message is not imprisoned! So I endure all things for the sake of those chosen by God, that they too may obtain salvation in Christ Jesus and its eternal glory. (11) This saying is trustworthy: If we died with Him, we will also live with Him. If we endure, we will also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He will also deny us. If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, since He cannot deny Himself.”)

  Satan’s lie.

All worldly religions teach some form of Satan’s immortality lie. Radical Moslems led by radical clergy are taught “it their duty to rid the world of infidels-unbelievers.” Lets examine Satan’s lie. Eve answered Satan’s question about God‘ command; (Concerning the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the orchard God said, ‘You must not eat from it, and you must not touch it, or else you will die.’” (4) The serpent said to the woman, “Surely you will not die, for God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will open and you will be like divine beings who know good and evil.” Genesis 3:3-5)

Jesus’ apostle John recorded Jesus saying to unbelievers; (“You people are from your father the devil, and you want to do what your father desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not uphold the truth, because there is no truth in him. Whenever he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44)

The Genesis 3: response of the devil includes the infinitive absolute with a blatant negation equal to saying: “Not – you will surely die” The sentence construction makes this emphatic because normally the negative particle precedes the finite verb. The serpent is a liar, denying that there is a penalty for sin (see John 8:44).The devil is more aware of what the Lord God said than Eve was; he simply adds a blatant negation to what God said. In the account of Jesus’ temptation He is victorious because He inspired the authoring of the scriptures. (Matt 4:1-11).

Satan is saying to Eve, “God knows you are born immortal, that is to, “live forever someplace” and when you partake of the forbidden fruit you too will be divine.

Evangelicals, Moslems, Hindus and others teach some form of Satan’s lie. People without spiritual understanding still lean to the old Moloch practice. My parents believed and taught me the professing Christian version, “if a child dies before the age of accountability they goes to heaven.” Thank God He revealed Himself, called me and put me on His truth path. Studying of a little pagan history should help people understand and avoid the enslaving deceptions worldly religions still teach about immortality at birth.

The horrific practice of child sacrifice has been committed throughout the world because of Satan’s lie for thousands of years. Generally, the sacrifice of a child was intertwined with the worship of a Satan inspired pagan deities, often the fertility god. Evangelicals still look to at Easter. Worshipers sought to obtain a blessing from their god, confirming or completing a vow taken in the name of that god.

Our Holy Bible contains the heart-breaking tale of child sacrifices practiced in the name of Molech (also spelled Moloch or Molek), a god of the Ammonites. Moloch worship was practiced by the Ammonites and Canaanites, who revered him as a protecting father figure. Images of Moloch were made of bronze, and their outstretched arms were heated red-hot. Living children were then placed into the idol’s hands and died there or were rolled into a fire pit below. Some sources indicate a child might also be “passed through the fire” prior to the actual sacrifice in order to purify or baptize the child. Moloch worship occurred in the Hinnom Valley near Jerusalem. Because of this, the valley became associated with the idea of Tophet, or hell. See Isaiah 30:33, Jeremiah 19:12 and Mark 9:45. The god of this age, ‘Satan’ still maintains and inspires his deception regarding immortality among worldly religions.
Ancient Aztecs, Incas, and others in South and Central America practiced child sacrifice, as did the Druids of Europe. The city of Carthage in North Africa contains evidence of child sacrifice related to the worship of Ba’al Hammon, a god imported from Phoenicia. Many Roman writers refer to this barbaric act in Carthage. Concerning Moloch worship, “ancient Israel even found it appealing.”

Psalms 106:35-41; “They ‘the Israelites’ mixed in with the nations and learned their ways. They worshiped their idols, which became a snare to them. They sacrificed their sons and daughters to demons. They shed innocent blood – the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan. The land was polluted by bloodshed. They were defiled by their deeds, and unfaithful in their actions. So the Lord was angry with His people and despised the people who belong to Him. He handed them over to the nations, and those who hated them ruled over them.”

Note that even when unfaithful God’s chosen people are still His.

Strange to followers of Jesus, “that imaginary gods could hold so strong a hold over people. Pagan deities were honored by people sacrificing their most loved. Ritualistic killing of children in order to please or appease a god. The Quran documents pagan Arabians sacrificing their children to idols. In the early 21st century Uganda experienced a revival of child sacrifice. The Canaanite god Moloch is still revered, ’in principle’ by worldly religions teaching their brand of immortality

God promises love for Jacob’s descendents ‘Israel’ is perpetual, even

 though they commit spiritual adultery.

(Hosea 3:1-5; The Lord said to me, “Go, show love to your wife again, even though she loves another man and continually commits adultery. Likewise, the Lord loves the Israelites although they turn to other gods and love to offer raisin cakes to idols.” (2) So I paid fifteen shekels of silver and about seven bushels of barley to purchase her. Then I ‘Hosea’ told her, “You must live with me many days; you must not commit adultery or have sexual intercourse with another man, and I also will wait for you.” For the Israelites must live many days without a king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred fertility pillar, without ephod or idols. (5) Afterward, the Israelites will turn and seek the Lord their God and their Davidic king. Then they will submit to the Lord in fear and receive His blessings in the future.”)

God’s truth about resurrections line up.

(John 3:1-4; “Now a certain man, a Pharisee named Nicodemus, who was a member of the Jewish ruling council, came to Jesus at night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs that you do unless God is with Him.” (3) Jesus replied, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time, can he?”

John 3:5-8; Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all be born from above.’ (8) The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

John 3:9-12; Nicodemus replied, “How can these things be?” Jesus answered, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things? I tell you the solemn truth, we speak about what we know and testify about what we have seen, but you ’unbelieving’ people do not accept our testimony. (12) If I have told you ’unbelieving’ people about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?”

John 3:13-15; “No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven – the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes IN Him may have eternal life.”

John 3:16-18; “For this is the way God loved the world: He gave His One and only Son, so that everyone who believes IN Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through Him. (18) The one who believes in Him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the One and only Son of God.”

Practicing truth demonstrates love of the Light.

John 3:19-21; “Now this is the basis for judging: that the Light has come into the world and people loved the darkness rather than The Light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone who does evil deeds hates the Light and does not come to the Light, so that their deeds will not be exposed. (21) But the one who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that it may be plainly evident that his deeds have been done in God.”

John the Baptist’s followers’ question baptizing.

(John 3:25-26; “Now a dispute came about between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew concerning ceremonial washing. So they came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, the One who was with you on the other side of the Jordan River, about whom you testified – see, He is baptizing, and everyone is flocking to Him!”

John 3:27-36; John replied, “No one can receive anything unless it has been given to him from heaven. You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Christ,’ but rather, ‘I have been sent before Him.’ The one who has the bride is the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands by and listens for him, rejoices greatly when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. This then is my joy, and it is complete. He must become more important while I become less important.” (31) The One who comes from above is superior to all. The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks about earthly things. The One who comes from heaven is superior to all. He testifies about what He has seen and heard, but no one accepts His testimony. (33) The one who has accepted His testimony has confirmed clearly that God is truthful. For the One whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for He does not give the Spirit sparingly. The Father loves the Son and has placed all things under His authority. (36) The one who believes in the Son has eternal life. The one who rejects the Son will not see life, but God’s wrath remains on him.”)

Review Jesus’ teaching regarding “believing IN opposes to believing that.” Believers IN inherit eternal life. Note the Baptist’s knowledge “the Father placed all things under Jesus’ authority.” See John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1: “No one can receive anything unless it has been given to him from heaven.” Believers IN, practice The Truth. (John 3:8; “The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”)

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 9

Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017

5/23/22, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 26, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,472 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

We “His view assemblies people” don’t get political except when God’s view clearly opposes particular practices.

Followers of Jesus, “particularly in lands where the Holy Bible once decorated tables in most western nation homes” are embarrassed by our courts, politicians and clergy that have hijacked God’s Word, moral teachings and the intent of the US’s constitution. Jesus’ followers know the culprit is Satan, who inspires anti-God attitudes and abominable to God practices resulting in this latter age’s moral declines Jesus warned about. Godly morals and condoning practices God’s Word clearly defines as abominable gives ammunition to self righteous radical religious thinking. A question we should be asking is; “will God use radicalized people to punish the immoral conduct of those that should know better?” It has happened before.

Infidel simply means “unbeliever.” The many self righteous radicalized people groups, “infidels themselves” correctly call westerners who have turned from biblical values, “infidels.” The Holy Scriptures identify a believers as “one believing IN God.” The condoning professing Christian and many evangelicals define a believer as “one practicing the moral values Jesus taught.” For years we have attempted to define for people the difference between, “believing IN opposed to believing that.” (A belief that Jesus lived is acceptable to the religious evangelicals, for the most part.) God the Father and God the Son require a revealed, “belief IN” in order to “worship in spirit and truth.” Which is a believing IN of the truths presented in the Holy Scriptures’ original language.

Court officials, politicians, clerics and individuals that believe homosexuality and same sex marriage is acceptable to God and condoned by the US constitution are unbelievers. Most officials even swear to uphold the US constitution with their hands on God’s Holy Book.

Today we are seeing an attempt to bring the three major religions professing heritage in Abraham together for the purpose of standing against radicalization - terrorism. Lasting peace is not on the horizon produced by man. Mostly to Jacob’s heirs God had Isaiah and Jeremiah write.

(Isaiah 58:1-5; “Shout loudly! Don’t be quiet! Yell as loud as a trumpet! Confront My people with their rebellious deeds; confront Jacob’s family with their sin! They seek Me day after day; they want to know My requirements, like a nation that does what is right

and does not reject the law of their God. They ask Me for just decrees; they want to be near God. (3) They lament, ‘Why don’t You notice when we fast? Why don’t You pay attention when we humble ourselves?’

Look, at the same time you fast, you satisfy your selfish desires, you oppress your workers. (4) Look, your fasting is accompanied by arguments, brawls, and fistfights. Do not fast as you do today, trying to make your voice heard in heaven. Is this really the kind of fasting I want? Do I want a day when people merely humble themselves, bowing their heads like a reed and stretching out on sackcloth and ashes? Is this really what you call a fast, a day that is pleasing to the Lord?”

(Isa 58:6-7; “No, this is the kind of fast I want. I want you to remove the sinful chains, to tear away the ropes of the burdensome yoke, to set free the oppressed, and to break every burdensome yoke. I want you to share your food with the hungry and to provide shelter for homeless, oppressed people. When you see someone naked, clothe him! Don’t turn your back on your own flesh and blood!”

(Isa 58:8-12; “Then your light will shine like the sunrise; your restoration will quickly arrive; your godly behavior will go before you, and the Lord’s splendor will be your rear guard. Then you will call out, and the Lord will respond; you will cry out, and He will reply, ‘Here I am.’ You must remove the burdensome yoke from among you and stop pointing fingers and speaking sinfully. You must actively help the hungry and feed the oppressed.” Then your light will dispel the darkness, and your darkness will be transformed into noonday. (11) The Lord will continually lead you; He will feed you even in parched regions. He will give you renewed strength, and you will be like a well watered garden, like a spring that continually produces water. Your perpetual ruins will be rebuilt; you will reestablish the ancient foundations. You will be called, ‘The one who repairs broken walls, the one who makes the streets inhabitable again.’”

(Isa 58:13-15; “You must observe the Sabbath rather than doing anything you please on My holy day. You must look forward to the Sabbath and treat the Lord’s holy day with respect. You must treat it with respect by refraining from your normal activities, and by refraining from your selfish pursuits and from making business deals. Then you will find joy in your relationship to the Lord, and I will give you great prosperity, and cause crops to grow on the land I gave to your ancestor Jacob.” Know for certain that the Lord has spoken.”) As always study the whole.

Only when the Lord intervenes will peace come.

(Isaiah 59:16-20; “He, ‘the Lord’ sees there is no advocate; He is shocked that no one intervenes. So he takes matters into His own hands; His desire for justice drives Him on. He wears His desire for justice like body armor, and His desire to deliver is like a helmet on His head. He puts on the garments of vengeance and wears zeal like a robe. (18) He repays them for what they have done, dispensing angry judgment to His adversaries and punishing His enemies. He repays the coastlands. (19) In the west, people respect the Lord’s reputation; in the east they recognize His splendor. For He comes like a rushing stream driven on by wind sent from the Lord. (20) “A Protector comes to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their rebellious deeds,” says the Lord.”

(Isa 59:21- “As for Me, this is My promise to them,” says the Lord. “My spirit, who is upon you, and My words, which I have placed in your mouth, will not depart from your mouth or from the mouths of your children and descendants from this time forward,” says the Lord.”)

Our hat is off to people desiring to make peace, but lasting peace can only come when God intervenes, binds Satan and changes self serving fleshly nature.

(Jeremiah 21:11-14; “The Lord told me to say to the royal court of Judah, “Listen to what the Lord says, O royal family descended from David. The Lord says: ‘See to it that people each day are judged fairly. Deliver those who have been robbed from those who oppress them. Otherwise, My wrath will blaze out against you. It will burn like a fire that cannot be put out because of the evil that you have done. (13) Listen, you who sit enthroned above the valley on a rocky plateau. I am opposed to you,’ says the Lord. ‘You boast, “No one can swoop down on us. No one can penetrate into our places of refuge.” (14) But I will punish you as your deeds deserve, ’says the Lord. ‘I will set fire to your palace; it will burn up everything around it.’”) Self righteous leaders can’t bring peace.

(Jeremiah 23:16-40;- “The Lord who rules over all says to the people of Jerusalem: “Do not listen to what those prophets are saying to you. They are filling you with false hopes. They are reporting visions of their own imaginations, not something the Lord has given them to say. They continually say to those who reject what the Lord has said, ‘Things will go well for you!’ They say to all those who follow the stubborn inclinations of their own hearts, ‘Nothing bad will happen to you!’

(18-20; Yet which of them has ever stood in the Lord’s inner circle so they could see and hear what He has to say? Which of them have ever paid attention or listened to what He has said? But just watch! The wrath of the Lord will come like a storm! Like a raging storm it will rage down on the heads of those who are wicked. (20) The anger of the Lord will not turn back until He has fully carried out His intended purposes. In days to come you people will come to understand this clearly.

(21-22; I did not send those prophets. Yet they were in a hurry to give their message. I did not tell them anything. Yet they prophesied anyway. But if they had stood in My inner circle, they would have proclaimed My message to My people. They would have caused My people to turn from their wicked ways and stop doing the evil things they are doing.”

(23; “Do you people think that I am some local deity and not the transcendent God?” the Lord asks. “Do you really think anyone can hide himself where I cannot see him?” the Lord asks. “Do you not know that I am everywhere?” the Lord asks.”

(25-27; “The Lord says, “I have heard what those prophets who are prophesying lies in My name are saying. They are saying, ‘I have had a dream! I have had a dream!’ Those prophets are just prophesying lies. They are prophesying the delusions of their own minds. How long will they go on plotting to make My people forget who I am through the dreams they tell one another? That is just as bad as what their ancestors did when they forgot who I am by worshiping the god Baal.“

(28-31; “Let the prophet who has had a dream go ahead and tell his dream. Let the person who has received My message report that message faithfully. What is like straw cannot compare to what is like grain! I, the Lord, affirm it! My message is like a fire that purges dross! It is like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces! I, the Lord, so affirm it! So I, the Lord, affirm that I am opposed to those prophets who steal messages from one another that they claim are from Me. I, the Lord, affirm that I am opposed to those prophets who are using their own tongues to declare, ‘The Lord declares….’

(32; “I, the Lord, affirm that I am opposed to those prophets who dream up lies and report them. They are misleading My people with their reckless lies. I did not send them. I did not commission them. They are not helping these people at all. I, the Lord, affirm it!”

(33-34; “The Lord said to me, “Jeremiah, when one of these people, or a prophet, or a priest asks you, ‘What burdensome message do you have from the Lord?’ Tell them, ‘You are the burden, and I will cast you away. I, the Lord, affirm it! I will punish any prophet, priest, or other person who says “The Lord’s message is burdensome.” I will punish both that person and his whole family.’”

(35-40; “So I, Jeremiah, tell you, “Each of you people should say to his friend or his relative, ‘How did the Lord answer? Or what did the Lord say?’ You must no longer say that the Lord’s message is burdensome. For what is ‘burdensome’ really pertains to what a person himself says. You are misrepresenting the words of our God, the living God, the Lord who rules over all. (37) Each of you should merely ask the prophet, ‘What answer did the Lord give you? Or what did the Lord say?’ But just suppose you continue to say, ‘The message of the Lord is burdensome.’ Here is what the Lord says will happen: ‘I sent word to you that you must not say, “The Lord’s message is burdensome.” But you used the words “The Lord’s message is burdensome” anyway. So I will carry you far off and throw you away. I will send both you and the city I gave to you and to your ancestors out of My sight. I will bring on you lasting shame and lasting disgrace which will never be forgotten!’”)

Governments, politicians and clerics attempting to bring about a divided peace are ultimately playing into Satan’s demonic delusions.

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 8

Monday, May 22nd, 2017

5/19/22, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 25, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,470 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

Festival of Weeks, ‘Pentecost’ begins at sunset June 3. The weekly Sabbath during the Feast of Unleavened Bread  is the Wave Sheaf Sabbath from which the count of seven Sabbaths begins. Leviticus 23: is where all seven annual Sabbaths are listed for us.

For new readers we want to establish Jesus’ identity, ‘deity’ and the fact that He does not change. (Heb 13:8; “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever!”) Jesus is the Lord God that inspired Moses’ mind, revealing the Old Testament Books of the law. See John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and (Heb 1:1-4; “After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets, in these last days He has spoken to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He created the world. (3) The Son is the radiance of His glory and the representation of His essence, and He sustains all things by His powerful word, and so when He had accomplished cleansing for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Thus He became so far better than the angels as He has inherited a name superior to theirs.”) Prayerfully study the whole chapter.

In these three scriptural text it’s established that God the Father willed that God the Son create all things, through Jesus all things were created and all things are sustained. God the Father willed that eternal life is through God the Son, ‘Jesus.’ God the Father and God the Son have not and will not change, the notable change in the law is that since Pentecost and Jesus’ ascension, recipients of His energizing Holy Spirit have the law ingrained, ‘imputed’ in the mind and thus become at one with God the Father and God the Son. The temple, blood sacrifices and all the workings associated with the law points to Jesus, “the law giver with whom Israel’s covenant was with.”

His death ended that first Old Covanant.

(Heb 9:11-12; “But now Christ has come as the high priest of the good things to come. He passed through the greater and more perfect tent not made with hands, that is, not of this creation, and He entered once for all into the most holy place not by the blood of goats and calves but by His own blood, and so He Himself secured eternal redemption.”

(Heb 9:13-14; “For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow sprinkled on those who are defiled consecrated them and provided ritual purity, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, purify our consciences from dead works to worship the living God.”

(Heb 9:15-28; “And so He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the eternal inheritance He has promised, since He died to set them free from the violations committed under the first covenant. (16) For where there is a will, the death of the one who made it must be proven. For a will takes effect only at death, since it carries no force while the one who made it is alive. (18) So even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood. For when Moses had spoken every command to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded you to keep.” (21) And both the tabernacle and all the utensils of worship he likewise sprinkled with blood. Indeed according to the law almost everything was purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. (23) So it was necessary for the sketches of the things in heaven to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves required better sacrifices than these. (24) For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands – the representation of the true sanctuary – but into heaven itself, and He appears now in God’s presence for us. And He did not enter to offer Himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the sanctuary year after year with blood that is not his own, for then He would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now He has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by His sacrifice. (27) And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also, after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly await Him He will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation.”)

Jesus’ death ended the old covenant’s law regarding forgiveness of sins and ushered in the oneness obtainable through believing IN His shed blood for the remission of sin. That oneness is a putting on Jesus, clothing with and immersing in the life of Jesus. Jesus’ New Covenant is with a called out selected people; a Believing IN people by promise; in similar fashion to the Old Covenant. As Israelites were a separate people by promise through Abraham, followers of Jesus are a separated people by promise through Abraham.

Only Jesus was born immortal.

(Rom  2:6-14; “He, ‘Jesus’ will reward each one according to his works: eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality, but wrath and anger to those who live in selfish ambition and do not obey the truth but follow unrighteousness. There will be affliction and distress on everyone who does evil, on the Jew first and also the Greek, but glory and honor and peace for everyone who does good, for the Jew first and also the Greek. (11) For there is no partiality with God. For all who have sinned apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous before God, but those who do the law will be declared righteous. (14) For whenever the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things required by the law, these who do not have the law are a law to themselves. They show that the work of the law is written in their hearts, as their conscience bears witness and their conflicting thoughts accuse or else defend them, on the day when God will judge the secrets of human hearts, according to my gospel through Christ Jesus.”)

Only the called out to believe IN people grow spiritually with the gifted desire to be at one with God the Father and God the Son. Others maintain a selfish ambition and do not obey the truth but follow unrighteousness.

(2Cor 3:1-6; “Are we, ‘apostles’ beginning to commend ourselves again? We don’t need letters of recommendation to you or from you as some other people do, do we? You, ‘followers of Jesus’ yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone, revealing that you are a letter of Christ, delivered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on stone tablets but on tablets of human hearts. Now we have such confidence in God through Christ. (5) Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as if it were coming from ourselves, but our adequacy is from God, who made us adequate to be servants of a New Covenant not based on the letter but on the Spirit, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”

Times God the Father and God the Son set aide to be holy, for our benefit also foreshadow His planning. The weekly Sabbath looks forward to Jesus’ millennial rule on earth. Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread always looked forward to Jesus being our Passover; our putting sin away and growing in the grace and knowledge of God. Festival of Weeks ‘Pentecost’ foreshadowed God’s gifting His people with His energizing Holy Spirit; was a God ordained Holy Day before Jesus’ ascension, will remain so through out His millennial rule and beyond

Festival of Weeks, Pentecost means ‘count fifty’

(Leviticus 23:15-16; “‘You must count for yourselves seven weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day you bring the wave offering sheaf; they must be complete weeks. You must count fifty days – until the day after the seventh Sabbath – and then you must present a new grain offering to the Lord.“

(21-22; “‘On this very day you must proclaim an assembly; it is to be a holy assembly for you. You must not do any regular work. This is a perpetual statute in all the places where you live throughout your generations. (22) When you gather in the harvest of your land, you must not completely harvest the corner of your field, and you must not gather up the gleanings of your harvest. You must leave them for the poor and the foreigner. I am the Lord your God.’”)

The vegetable and fruit growing season around Jerusalem is such that around fifty days after Passover is the first harvest. Pentecost is a foreshadowing of first fruits, both harvested food and first fruits of God’s energizing Holy Spirit.

Our Lord’s brother James was called to be a follower of Jesus and was elected to be a leader in the Jerusalem Church of God. Allow his shared wisdom.

(James 3:13-18; “Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct he should show his works done in the gentleness that wisdom brings. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfishness in your hearts, do not boast and tell lies against the truth. Such wisdom does not come from above but is earthly, natural, demonic. (16) For where there is jealousy and selfishness, there is disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, accommodating, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial, and not hypocritical. And the fruit that consists of righteousness is planted in peace among those who make peace.”)

We live in a world that lacks wisdom, is earthly, natural and demonic because this world’s god is Satan.

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 7

Friday, May 19th, 2017

5/19/17, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 22, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,461 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

Few professing Christians believe IN Jesus’ profound words as written in Matthews 24th chapter. (Matt 24:9-14; “Then they ‘unbelievers’ will hand you over to be persecuted and will kill you. You ‘followers of Me’ will be hated by all the nations because of My name ‘nature - characteristics.’ (10) Then many will be led into sin, and they will betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will appear and deceive many, and because lawlessness ‘sin’ will increase so much, the love of many will grow cold. (13) But the person who endures to the end will be saved. (14) And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole inhabited earth as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Teachings about Jesus that are popular in our communities are not His truths. People love teachings that border on evolving superstitions and a condoning Jesus that came to do away with God the Father’s ways. People in general love demonic lies.

Jesus’ prophecy specifies several things we need to watch for. All but His Elect will be deceived. Truth so diluted that Satan and his followers manifesting themselves as angels of light will be accepted. Daniel’s prophecy about the abomination of desolation taking place. See Daniel 9: A final fulfillment likened to the events of a.d. 70, and Antiochus’ IV abominations in 167 b.c., (Abominable to God sacrifices were made.) Apparently a final fulfillment will occur in the end tribulation age. Jesus indicates Antiochus’ abomination isn’t the final fulfillment, (See Mark 13:14, 19, 24; and Rev 3:10). The demonic hatred of Judaism is part of the abomination.

(Matthew 24:15-22; “So when you see the abomination of desolation – spoken about by Daniel the prophet – standing in the holy place (let the reader understand), then those in Judea must flee to the mountains. The one on the roof must not come down to take anything out of his house and the one in the field must not turn back to get his cloak. (19) Woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing their babies in those days! Pray that your flight may not be in winter or on a Sabbath. For then there will be great suffering unlike anything that has happened from the beginning of the world until now, or ever will happen. (22) And if those days had not been cut short, no one would be saved. But for the sake of the Elect those days will be cut short.”)

It’s revealed through Paul and to all true called out followers of Jesus that we Believers IN are individually houses of His Energizing Holy Spirit, representing His church. Jesus reveals the good and bad characteristics to His believing people, church.

Study Revelations 2: and 3: to discover the things we need to overcome.

(Matt 24:14; “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole inhabited earth as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Satan has so divided religions using Jesus’ name that many organizations assume Jesus’ good news is being proclaimed by them. Jesus has that too preplanned.

(Revelations 11:1-13; “Then a measuring rod like a staff was given to me ‘John’ and I was told, “Get up and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and the ones who worship there. But do not measure the outer courtyard of the temple; leave it out, because it has been given to the Gentiles, and they will trample on the holy city for forty-two months.(3) And I ‘Jesus’ will grant My two witnesses authority to prophesy ‘teach’ for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth. (These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.) (Seven stars and seven golden lampstants? Rev 1:20 “The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in My right hand and the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.)

(Rev 11:5-13; “If anyone wants to harm them, fire comes out of their mouths and completely consumes their enemies. If anyone wants to harm them, they must be killed this way. These two ‘witnesses’ have the power to close up the sky so that it does not rain during the time they are prophesying. They have power to turn the waters to blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague whenever they want. (7) When they have completed their testimony, the beast that comes up from the abyss will make war on them and conquer them and kill them. (8) Their corpses will lie in the street of the great city that is symbolically called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was also crucified. For three and a half days those from every people, tribe, nation, and language will look at their corpses, because they will not permit them to be placed in a tomb. (10) And those who live on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate, even sending gifts to each other, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth. (11) But after three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and tremendous fear seized those who were watching them. (12) Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them: “Come up here!” So the two prophets went up to heaven in a cloud while their enemies stared at them. (13) Just then a major earthquake took place and a tenth of the city collapsed; seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.”)

What will the message of the  two “witnesses, prophets, teachers be?” The message of truth as proclaimed by Jesus, His prophets, apostles and followers. Their message will be hated by the world as Jesus prophesied about His and His followers teachings.

The Elect are those to whom God the Father selects, reveals Himself, His Son and His message of truth  None can boast except in the Lord. Psalms 34: was written by David, when he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, causing the king to send him away.

(Psalms 34: “I will praise the Lord at all times; my mouth will continually praise Him. I will boast5 in the Lord; let the oppressed hear and rejoice! Magnify the Lord with me!

Let’s praise His name together! I sought the Lord’s help and he answered me; He delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to Him for help are happy; their faces are not ashamed. This oppressed man cried out and the Lord heard; He saved him from all his troubles. (7) The Lord’s angel camps around the Lord’s loyal followers and delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good! How blessed is the onewho takes shelter in Him! Remain loyal to the Lord, you chosen people of His, for His loyal followers lack nothing!

(10-18; Even young lions sometimes lack food and are hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Come children! Listen to me! I will teach you what it means to fear the Lord. Do you want to really live? Would you love to live a long, happy life? Then make sure you don’t speak evil words or use deceptive speech! Turn away from evil and do what is right! Strive for peace and promote it! The Lord pays attention to the godly

and hears their cry for help. But the Lord opposes evildoers and wipes out all memory of them from the earth. The godly cry out and the Lord hears; He saves them from all their troubles. The Lord is near the brokenhearted; He delivers those who are discouraged.

(19-32; The godly face many dangers, but the Lord saves them from each one of them. He protects all his bones; not one of them is broken. Evil people self-destruct; those who hate the godly are punished. The Lord rescues His servants; all who take shelter in Him escape punishment.”)

Divided of mind individuals, unbelievers, people looking superstitiously to religions, families and divided nations are on a self-destruction path of their own making.

Grace, mercy and love, chapter 6

Wednesday, May 17th, 2017

5/17/17, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 20, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,454 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

Perhaps we would have fewer nonbelievers had translators of God’s Holy Scriptures explained the difference in, “a beginning and the beginning.” (When professing Christian believers and other religions teach, “the beginning analogy” applied to this earth’s beginning they give agnostics, atheists, unbelievers and falsely so called science ammunition.) Because when we see prehistoric creatures excavated, examine rock formations and this earth’s vast oil reserves, it’s obvious that this earth’s age is more than the 5,777 year history of man as laid out in the Holy Scriptures.

Science, nor can we define “beginnings and endings” with God. We that are called to be Believers IN have revealed faith knowledge of His truth; (“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God – the One who is, and who was, and who is still to come – the All-Powerful!” Revelations 1;8) This is faith knowledge not understood by the world and disturbs unbelievers. By revealed faith we believe IN God the Father and God the Son as they define themselves; “the first and last, through whom is life, the Creator, Re-creator, Sustainer, Mediator, Planner and coming King of Kings; possessing loving characteristics of righteousness, holiness and who judges what’s right, wrong, good and evil. These characteristic are defined in “Jesus’ Revelations to John.”

(Revelations 21:6-8; He also said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one who is thirsty I will give water free of charge from the spring of the water of life. The one who conquers ‘overcomes’ will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. (8) But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”)

(Rev 22:6- Then the angel said to me, “These words are reliable and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent His angel to show His servants what must happen soon.”

(7-11; (Look! I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy expressed in this book.) I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things, and when I heard and saw them, I threw myself down to worship at the feet of the angel who was showing them to me. (9) But he said to me, “Do not do this! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets, and with those who obey the words of this book. Worship God!” Then he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy contained in this book, because the time is near. (11) The evildoer must continue to do evil, and the one who is morally filthy must continue to be filthy. The one who is righteous must continue to act righteously, and the one who is holy must continue to be holy.”

(12-15; (Look! I am coming soon, and My reward is with Me to pay each one according to what he has done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end!) Blessed are those who wash their robes so they can have access to the tree of life and can enter into the city by the gates. (15) Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers and the sexually immoral, and the murderers, and the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood!”

Believers IN are the churches and bride of Christ.

(16-21; “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and the descendant of David, the bright morning star!” And the Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say: “Come!” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wants it take the water of life free of charge. I testify to the one who hears the words of the prophecy contained in this book: If anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book. (20) The one who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus! The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.”)

What about our beginning? particularly Believers IN God?

From humankind’s science position, it was at conception. The time a seed united with an egg. But Consider, was our beginning when God predestined us? We can’t disprove it.

(Ephesians 1:3-14; “Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ. For He chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in His sight in love. (5) He did this by predestining us to adoption as His sons through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of His will – to the praise of the glory of His grace that He has freely bestowed on us in His dearly loved Son.”

Our “the beginning” was when God the Father thought to adopt us to His spiritual family in Christ before the foundation of the world. Thus; Spiritually speaking; “our beginning was when God the Father predestined us, through Jesus Christ.”

There are other, “a beginnings” as when God revealed Himself and we believed IN.

(Eph 1:7-19; “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace that He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight. (9) He did this when He revealed to us the secret of His will, according to His good pleasure that He set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ – the things in heaven and the things on earth.”

(Eph 1:11-14; “In Christ we too have been claimed as God’s own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of Him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of His will so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, would be to the praise of His glory. And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed in Christ – you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”)

God the Father gives us the desire to pray for wisdom and Revelation.

(Eph 1:15-23; “For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the Saints, I do not cease to give thanks for you when I remember you in my prayers. I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you spiritual wisdom and revelation in your growing knowledge of Him, – since the eyes of your heart have been enlightened – so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what is the wealth of His glorious inheritance in the Saints, and what is the incomparable greatness of His power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of His immense strength. (20) This power He exercised in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms far above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. (22) And God put all things under Christ’s feet, and He gave Him to the church as head over all things. Now the church is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.”)

Jesus demonstrated Godly Creative and Re-creative deeds when in the flesh. As Moses’ Lord God, Jesus did these Godly deeds through him. Of the many, consider one.

(Exodus 17:5-6; The Lord said to Moses, “Go over before the people; take with you some of the elders of Israel and take in your hand your staff with which you struck the Nile and go. I will be standing before you there on the rock in Horeb, and you will strike the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.” And Moses did so in plain view of the elders of Israel.”

As life giver, Jesus purposely waited four days before resurrecting Lazarus back to physical life. Jesus healed many through Peter as Peter’s shadow passed over them. Healed and gave physical life back through Peter.

(Acts 9:32-43; “Now as Peter was traveling around from place to place, he also came down to the Saints who lived in Lydda. He found there a man named Aeneas who had been confined to a mattress for eight years because he was paralyzed. (34) Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Get up and make your own bed!” And immediately he got up. All those who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.”) Perhaps many in our communities would turn to the Lord Jesus, if such a miracle were done for a person documented to have been paralyzed.

    Jesus Raised Dorcas through Peter.

(Acts 9:36-43; “Now in Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (which in translation means Dorcas). She was continually doing good deeds and acts of charity. At that time she became sick and died. When they had washed her body, they placed it in an upstairs room. (38) Because Lydda was near Joppa, when the disciples heard that Peter was there, they sent two men to him and urged him, “Come to us without delay.” So Peter got up and went with them, and when he arrived they brought him to the upper room. All the widows stood beside him, crying and showing him the tunics and other clothing Dorcas used to make while she was with them. (40) But Peter sent them all outside, knelt down, and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up.” Then she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up. He gave her his hand and helped her get up. Then he called the Saints and widows and presented her alive. This became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed in the Lord. (43) So Peter stayed many days in Joppa with a man named Simon, a tanner.”)

Lazarus and Tabitha experienced another, “a beginning.” We experience beginnings throughout life, as do places after earthquakes and nations after new governments. We and most so called scholars believe Genesis was revealed to Moses in the Hebrew language; “revealed  by God and written through Moses.” There are many manuscripts researches and some language translators do work with agendas. Truth is better served through old and new testament comparisons. The following italicized additions fit with Jesus’ Re-creative powers and Peter’s understanding.

(Genesis 1:1-5; “In the ‘A’ beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

(2) Now ‘at the time’ the earth was without shape and empty, and darkness was over the surface of the watery deep, but the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the water. God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light! God saw that the light was good, so God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.” There was evening, and there was morning, marking the first day.”)

With this understanding believed IN, the evolutionist, agnostics, nonbelievers and science have no sound argument against God being Creator.

Grace, Mercy and Love, chapter 5

5/13/17, God’s 2nd month, Iyar 16, 5777 until sunset today. To 4,442 “in resident churches” and individuals “called to follow Jesus.”

God is the personification of love; it is obvious that He does and plans all things from His loving position. Planning destruction of all evil, even allowing Satan’s demonic obstacles for a preplanned time and providing ‘the way” for His chosen to inherit a new nature like Jesus’; demonstrates Godly love.

The adversary of God and His created people is Satan. His objective is to cause disbelief, division, chaos and in general cause folks to overlook their need to overcome their inherited from Adam nature. The biblical accounts of Satan’s causing folks to go against God’s will are many.

1Chronicles 21:1; “An adversary opposed Israel, inciting David to count how many warriors Israel had.”) (“Adversary Or “Satan?” The Hebrew word can refer to an adversary in general or Satan in particular.) When David numbered the army of Israel, he was demonstrating his distrust in God. As today, when nations build up their military for the purpose of protection, they demonstrate their trust in the wrong source.

Read the account of Satan tempting Job and his commune with God. Job 1: and 2:

See Matthew 4: to discern Satan’s knowledge of the Holy Scriptures and how Jesus handled Satan‘s temptations. Satan promised Jesus the kingdoms of the world if He would worship him; Jesus never said; “kingdoms aren’t yours to give” knowing that Satan was being allowed to be god of this world’s system of things for a set time. Until a set time Satan is the conqueror of nations, the influencing force that’s causing world wide division and chaos. Jesus inspired Isaiah’s mind to share Satan’s demise.

(Isaiah 14:12-15; “Look how you have fallen from the sky, O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself; “I will climb up to the sky, above the stars of El. I will set up my throne, I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon. I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High!” But you ‘Satan’ were brought down to Sheol, to the remote slopes of the pit.”) Remember the word, “Sheol” is translated “hell” in New Testament Greek and “Babel” means confusion. It was there that God confused peoples languages when they though to build to the heavens.

The background for the imagery in this whole section is directed to the demonically influenced king of Babylon, who is clearly depicted as a human ruler influenced by Satan. Other kings of the earth address Satan as “the man” in v. 16, and, according to vv. 19-20, Satan can possess a physical body. Nevertheless the language of vv. 12-15 has led some to see a dual referent in the taunt song. These verses, which appear to be spoken by other pagan kings to a pagan king (9-11), contain several titles and motifs that resemble those of Canaanite mythology, including references to Helel son of Shachar, the stars of El, the mountain of assembly, the recesses of Zaphon, and the divine title Most High. Apparently these verses allude to a Satanic mythological story about a minor god (Helel son of Shachar) who tried to take over Zaphon, the mountain of the gods. As the mythology goes, his attempted coup failed and he was hurled down to the underworld. The king of Babylon is taunted for having similar unrealized delusions of grandeur. It’s prophesied that Satan will again attempt similar undertakings, do miracles in this later age, work through human subjects, force people to worship an image and receive a mark in order to buy and sell.

Job’s witnessing, Babylon, Jezebel, prophecies regarding Satan and Israel’s stubbornness are all written for our understanding and learning. Paul was inspired to share; “For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Now may the God of endurance and comfort give you unity with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:4-6)

It is by God’s grace, mercy and love that He has preserved the Holy Scripture for our purification. Peter shares his revelations as following; “You ‘followers of Jesus’ have purified your souls by obeying the truth in order to show sincere mutual love. So love one another earnestly from a pure heart. You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and enduring word of God. For all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of the grass; the grass withers and the flower falls off, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” 1Peter 1:22-25)

(Flesh like grass? Is a metaphor for humanity – fleshly human beings as both frail and temporary. God is in the process of making believers IN “in His likeness spiritually that we may inherit eternal life.”)

(Heb 9:27-28; “And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also, after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly await Him He will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation.”)

  God’s Love defined.

God the Father and God the Son ‘Jesus’ from within their eternal characteristic of love, holiness and righteousness; created humankind in their image and likeness for the ultimate purpose of creating humankind to be literal spiritual children, “Gods.”

The holy scriptures don’t necessarily give us reason for Satan‘s rebellion; however it’s likely that when Satan learned of God’s plan to spiritually birth fleshly humankind into His spiritual family he became jealous and led other angelic beings to follow him in pursuit of building an adverse to God kingdom. Thus Paul was inspired to write; “some teachers want a chance to be regarded as our equals in the things they boast about. For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will correspond to their actions.” 2Corinthians 11:12-15.)

Arrogant boastful people don’t realize they were born with a deceitful heart.

It is a demonic inspired fleshly characteristic in people that causes a desire to disguise themselves as something they aren’t. It is natural for fleshly people to stretch things to impress others to view themselves, as they would like themselves to be thought of. In part this describes the nature we inherit from Adam. A deceitful sin or lawlessness toward God nature is what we inherited from Adam. Jesus inspired Jeremiah to give us revelations regarding our inherited trust in our own intellect, “our human nature.”

(Jeremiah 17:5-11; The Lord says, “I will put a curse on people who trust in mere human beings, who depend on mere flesh and blood for their strength, and whose hearts have turned away from the Lord. They will be like a shrub in the desert. They will not experience good things even when they happen. It will be as though they were growing in the desert, in a salt land where no one can live. (7) My blessing is on those people who trust in Me, who put their confidence in Me. They will be like a tree planted near a stream whose roots spread out toward the water. It has nothing to fear when the heat comes. Its leaves are always green. It has no need to be concerned in a year of drought.

It does not stop bearing fruit.”

(9-11; The human mind is more deceitful than anything else. It is incurably bad. Who can understand it? I, the Lord, probe into people’s minds. I examine people’s hearts. I deal with each person according to how he has behaved. I give them what they deserve based on what they have done. (11) The person who gathers wealth by unjust means is like the partridge that broods over eggs but does not hatch them. Before his life is half over he will lose his ill-gotten gains. At the end of his life it will be clear he was a fool.”)

The fleshly mind likes to think God is condoning of people doing what they think is right. Paul was given this understanding and shares it with Believers.

(Romans 1:18-21; “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth by their unrighteousness, because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes – His eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or give Him thanks, but they became futile in their thoughts and their senseless hearts were darkened.”

When people deny creation and don’t consider God’s prerogatives He darkens their understanding.

(Rom 1:22-25; “Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an image resembling mortal human beings or birds or four-footed animals or reptiles. Therefore God gave them over in the desires of their hearts to impurity, to dishonor their bodies among themselves. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.”

(Rom 1:26-32; “For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. (28) And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what should not be done. They are filled with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice. They are rife with envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, contrivers of all sorts of evil, disobedient to parents, senseless, covenant-breakers, heartless, ruthless. (32) Although they fully know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them.”)

So, we have many religions condoning most anything and some wanting to kill any that don’t agree with their theory. The world at large is where Satan has led it. Jesus ask the question; “will the Son find faith on earth when He returns?” Then He answered; “And if those days had not been cut short, no one would be saved. But for the sake of the Elect those days will be cut short.” Matt 24:22)
