Jesus’ Gospel Revealed to Prophets, Apostles and Believers, chapter 21 of 21

(To 8,584 in resident churches: people God is making temples of His spirit.) Jan 2/18,  God’s 10th month, Tevet 16, 5778 until sunset.

Evolving professing Christianity has many roots in organized religion. Many divisions and wars are the result of people doing what seemed right to their inherited from Adam nature. The Apostate Jesus’ brother “Jude” saw unfolding, really began to mystify when governmental councils organized. Worldly learned individuals thought to tamper with God’s calendar, set exact dates for Jesus’ birth and resurrection.

Major contributions include the See of Alexandria’s contribution: establishing so called early Christian theology and dogma are attested to by fact that the first three Ecumenical Councils in modern Christianities’ history; headed by Egyptian patriarchs.

The Council if Nicaea (325) was presided over by a so called saint, “Saint Alexander, Patriarch of Alexandria” with a so called saint, “Hosius of Cordoba.” The most prominent figure was the future “Patriarch of Alexandria Athanasius” playing the major role in the formulation of the NICENE CREED recited in most so called Christian churches of different denominations. One of the council’s decisions was to entrust the “Patriarch of Alexandria” to calculate and announce the exact date of Jesus’ resurrection. Later (381 AD) the “Council of Constantinople” presided over by “Patriarch Timothy of Alexandria” while Council of Ephesus (431AD) was presided over by “Cyril of Alexandria.” So called Christianity kept evolving to appease various pagan cultures.

In 451 AD, following the Council of Chalcedon, the Alexandria church was divided into two branches. People accepted the terms of the Council became known as Melkcites. Those not accepting were labeled Monophysites and later Jacobites after “Jacob Baradaeus.” A majority of Egyptians belonged to the Miaphysite branch, which led to their persecution by the Byzantines in Egypt.

Today so called “Coptic Christians” are divided into two or more sects scattered throughout the Middle East, “Egypt and Sudan particularly.” These have their own so called Pope.

The point of the above is that understanding spiritual matters is still a mystery to all, “Except those to whom God calls.” So called modern Christian rituals and divisions are authored by Satan, “the divisionary god of this age.” Jesus gave this understanding to His apostle Paul and gives it to each person called to be one of His Saints.

(Colossians 1:25-29; “I ’Paul’ became a servant of the church according to the stewardship from God – given to me for you – in order to complete the word of God, (26) that is, the mystery that has been kept hidden from ages and generations, but has now been revealed to His Saints. God wanted to make known to them the glorious riches of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. We proclaim Him by instructing and teaching all people with all wisdom so that we may present every person mature in Christ. (29) Toward this goal I also labor, struggling according to His power that powerfully works in me.”)

There is no wide division between Christ Like People. The mystery of God’s spirit living in us is that we are One with Him.

How can two individuals be one? The goal is to be One as God is One. God the Father and God the Son, “Jesus” are One in nature, spirit and purpose. At ONE with each other. God’s church too, “is at ONE with Jesus” as in being His bride. As in being married to. God’s church is His chosen people; “chosen to be heirs with faithful Abraham.” (The holy scriptures define God’s church as Jesus’ bride and as individuals gifted with the desire to be at ONE with Him.” It isn’t a building nor an organization of pompous men’s design.

As we entertain these facts, lets also consider our inherited fleshly natures’ desires. What defines who people are? Would any human’s fleshly minded definition be accurate? Scriptural speaking, “what we believe defines us as Believers IN God or as unbelievers.” A Believer IN God is scripturally defined as “one in whom God reveals Himself  and imputes His spirit to.” As such Christians believe God as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures. An unbeliever is one yielding to their own intellect: discerning from within themselves. Having confidence in their intellectual fleshly minds. Thus, a belief other than that coming from God’s revelations; is of one’s own imagination. Erroneous beliefs are from people’s making up imaginary gods to fit fleshly opinions. Thus the many religions.

Likewise where do superstitions come from? Are there absolutes from God; regarding life style and practices? Should people not consider the origin of belief systems? Does what you believe matter? Do beliefs enslave or set us free? Are we people merely products of cultures, “depending on where and when we grow up?” Who has authority to say, “what’s right, wrong, good and evil?” How are societies effected by entertainment, advertisement and what’s taught? What shapes many toward being conservative and others big governmental dependency? Are people in bondage to culture divisions? What has politicians and advertisers learned about shaping people’s thinking? The bottom line: “people are either led by this world’s system of things or by God’s gifted spirit of a sound mind?”

Do people’s natural love for one another lean in an animalistic manner? What’s the difference in animalistic and Godly love? Does animalistic concern for others only reach to, “me, mine and ours” or does our loving concern reach out to having compassion for this world’s condition? (Godly love is gifted with insight: “understand this world’s direction and the cause.” (Godly love despises demonic divisions and has compassion for people’s hurt because of it.) (The natural human love type is fleshly, “as inherited from Adam.” Godly love spiritually inherited though Jesus’ faith imputed to one’s mind. A loving concern reaching out to the world; “desiring that Jesus’ kingdom soon be established with His peace on earth.” Godly love is spiritually gifted from above!

Regardless of national origin; “humanly speaking” people naturally choose to believe according to what has been disseminated to their minds through parental, cultural examples and this world’s evolving education systems. (The only exception is God’s intervention, God’s merciful calling, His revealing Himself and opening understandings.) (This gifted understanding reveals the result of our inherited sin nature, and gives a desire to turn from having lived the way that seemed right to our inherited from Adam nature.) (The result of people living the way that seems right to their inherited nature and loving only, “me, mine and ours” is all around us. It contributes to nations against nations, self righteous custom. practices, division, arguments, divorce and crime.)

Remember our last study? These were the things Paul was fearful of finding in God’s church at Corinth when he returned.

Who can admit: “people naturally and generally put trust “faith” in the entities of evolving cultures without examination.” Majorities; particularly students of so called higher education, “accept theory as fact.” It doesn’t seem to be in our nature to naturally question why; “cultural differences in people exist.” (These characteristics define this world’s populations and the origin of people’s beliefs.

People should know, we are created beings, made in the image of our Creator and desire proof as to what His will is for our thinking and way of living. But that would be leaning toward worshiping our Creator rather than our own intellect. That would be making God‘s Way superior to what seems right to our fleshly inherited nature.

Obstacles to that understanding include this world’s so called higher education system, that in fact teaches theory that says, “there are no truth, no absolutes and no one belief is superior to another.” But, there are absolutes!

There’s a source for absolute truth! (A source teaching how we should think and live, that’s absolute! There’s also a demonic divisionary spirit in the world, “compelling folks to do according to what seems right to themselves individually.” That truth source is. “God’s holy scriptures as originally inscribed; they teach: “prove all things, hold fast to what is good.” The apostle Paul wrote this to the Thessalonians:

(1Thess 5:15-22; “See that no one pays back evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good for one another and for all. Always rejoice, constantly pray, in everything give thanks. For this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not extinguish the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies “teachings” with contempt. But examine “prove” all things; hold fast to what is good. Stay away from every form of evil.”)

We should all be able to agree; “this thinking Paul describes does not come from within his fleshly nature, but from above.” Even human logic teaches that people throughout the world: “need a nature change in order to live as Paul suggested.” (But, our self serving disseminated education rejects Jesus’ apostles teachings.) People naturally want to, “pay back evil with more evil.”

Doing and living for the good of all, “comes from Godly love.” Fleshly minds cannot deliver such thinking, “because in the flesh we are self serving.” Jesus’ apostle Paul shares.

(Romans 8:5-17; “For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit. For the outlook of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to Him. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of “Jesus’” righteousness. Moreover if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the One who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through His Spirit who lives in you. (12) So then, brothers and sisters, we are under obligation, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh, (for if you live according to the flesh, you will die), but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of slavery leading again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit its self bears witness to our spirit that we are God’s children. (17) And if children, then heirs (namely, heirs of God and also fellow heirs with Christ) – if indeed we suffer with Him so we may also be glorified with Him.”)

The divisionary demonic spirit in the world questions God’s existence and which imaginary Christ Jesus to believe. Common sense teaches us that there is only one Christ Jesus, but ever since the days of the apostle Paul, unbelievers have been teaching a Jesus of their particular imagination and naïve folks believe without questioning and proving.. Paul taught the Corinthians and Believers.

(2Cor 11:4; “For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus different from the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit than the one you received, or a different gospel than the one you accepted, you put up with it well enough.”)

From within people’s fleshly nature, “they teach a Jesus other than the One His apostles proclaimed.” As He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures. Our naïve fleshly nature prefers looking to a teacher’s credentials rather than their message and prayerfully searching the scriptures to prove all things. Jesus told us in advance: “watch out.”

(Mark 13:5-6; “Jesus began to say to them, “Watch out that no one misleads you. Many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am He,’ and they will mislead many.”) It’s the many that are misleading the nations, religions and individuals.
