One God, one absolute truth, chapter 6

(To 8,898 “in resident” churches: “people God is calling and making temples of His spirit.”) 1/16/18  God’s 10th month, Tevet 29, 5778 until sunset.

We are taught that: (Jeremiah 23:) “teachers under Satan’s influence have personal agendas and caused God’s people to forget their true Creator God. Satan’s influence on man’s inherited from Adam’s instinctive nature has this world’s populations totally in an animalistic mode. Godly love is rare. As before the Noah day flood, “Satan has this world’s populations turned inward” and only a few of Noah’s descendents kept themselves free from imaginary idol worship. (Fast forward to Abraham: “seemingly Abraham and Sarah’s parents succumbed to idolatry, to some degree.”) (Remember, one of Jacob‘s wives stole her father‘s idol)

Through Abraham God made a new “mysterious faith in Himself beginning “ (Abraham was chosen, gifted to believe IN and walk with “the Lord God Jesus.” That faith? “an intimate friendship with God.” (By promise to Abraham, “God called Isaac and Jacob’s descendents; “to be His people, live according to laws for their good, as agreed to.” As such Israelites were a set aside, ‘sanctified’ unique to the world people.

While worldly people groups turned to imaginary gods, “fitting fleshly intellectual thinking, ‘idol worship’ “God was sanctifying descendents of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob by promise.” Gifting them with His principles “preplanned and promised Abraham.” That preplanning included and includes Jacob’s physical and spiritual family. Twelve tribes being in bondage to Egypt :430 years, to the exact day. That bondage to sinful Egypt is a forerunner of the bondage existing today; “namely this world’s system of things.”

Our Creator God demonstrating to the world, “His ability to control nations and people groups.” (A Genesis and Jeremiah study makes clear: :“the Lord God was ‘primarily’ only revealing Himself to descendents of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, while others were allowed to go the way that seemed right to their fleshly imaginative instinctive natures.)

Our Creator’s prophecy through Moses, that after him the people would succumbed to imaginary gods “namely and primarily the god “called Baal.”) Moses prophetic words unfolded as a witness to this present age. We have the history of God’s allowing the dispersion of His chosen people as He promised. First ten tribes then later the tribe of Judah.

The foundation for people’s desire to make and worship imaginary gods, “seems to revolve around Satan’s deceptive words to Eve; regarding immortality and people’s desire to be divine.” (It’s appealing to people’s instinctive fleshly nature “to think highly of their own intellect.” (It isn’t naturally within people’s fleshly minds to, “Let God be proven true, though every person be shown up as a liar.” Romans 3:3-4) So people make imaginary gods fit a conjured up belief, “rather than accepting the reality presented through the likes of Jeremiah.” (Preferring to look to others, “particularly people with scholarly degrees” rather than believing IN God as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures.) How is that? Allow our Creator’s words through Isaiah.

(Isaiah 40:12-17; “Who has measured out the waters in the hollow of his hand, or carefully measured the sky, or carefully weighed the soil of the earth, or weighed the mountains in a balance, or the hills on scales? Who comprehends the mind of the Lord, or gives Him instruction as His counselor? From whom does He receive directions? Who teaches Him the correct way to do things, or imparts knowledge to Him, or instructs Him in skillful design? (15) Look, the nations are like a drop in a bucket; they are regarded as dust on the scales. He lifts the coastlands as if they were dust. Not even Lebanon could supply enough firewood for a sacrifice; its wild animals would not provide enough burnt offerings. All the nations are insignificant before Him; they are regarded as absolutely nothing.”

(Isaiah 40:18-24; “To whom can you compare God? To what image can you liken Him? A craftsman casts an idol; a metal smith overlays it with gold and forges silver chains for it. To make a contribution one selects wood that will not rot; he then seeks a skilled craftsman to make an idol that will not fall over. (21) Do you not know? Do you not hear? Has it not been told to you since the very beginning? Have you not understood from the time the earth’s foundations were made? He is the one who sits on the earth’s horizon; its inhabitants are like grasshoppers before Him. He is the One who stretches out the sky like a thin curtain, and spreads it out like a pitched tent. He is the one who reduces rulers to nothing; He makes the earth’s leaders insignificant. Indeed, they are barely planted; yes, they are barely sown; yes, they barely take root in the earth, and then He blows on them, causing them to dry up and the wind carries them away like straw.”

(Isaiah 40: 25-26; “To whom can you compare Me? Whom do I resemble?” says the Holy One. Look up at the sky! Who created all these heavenly lights? He is the One who leads out their ranks; He calls them all by name. Because of His absolute power and awesome strength, not one of them is missing.”

(Isaiah 40:27-31; “Why do you say, Jacob, Why do you say, Israel, “The Lord is not aware of what is happening to me, My God is not concerned with my vindication”? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is an eternal God, the Creator of the whole earth. He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to His wisdom. He gives strength to those who are tired; to the ones who lack power, He gives renewed energy. Even youths get tired and weary; even strong young men clumsily stumble. But those who wait for the Lord’s help find renewed strength; they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings, they run without growing weary, they walk without getting tired.”)

Our Creator God can create from nothing. He created and creates life, He re-creates and sustains. He has preplanned the re-creation, “resurrection” of His people.

(Ezekiel 37:11-14; “Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are all the house of Israel. Look, they are saying, ‘Our bones are dry, our hope has perished; we are cut off.’ Therefore prophesy, and tell them, ‘This is what the sovereign Lord says: Look, I am about to open your graves and will raise you from your graves, My people. I will bring you to the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves and raise you from your graves, My people. I will place My breath in you and you will live; I will give you rest in your own land. Then you will know that I am the Lord – I have spoken and I will act, declares the Lord.’”)

To believe IN is to live by God gifted faith. On that Passover when Jesus died for the sins of the world, Matthew recorded a forerunner to the great preplanned resurrections.

(Matthew 27:50-54; “Then Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and gave up His spirit. Just then the temple curtain was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks were split apart. And tombs were opened, and the bodies of many Saints who had died raised. (They came out of the tombs after His resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.) Now when the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and what took place, they were extremely terrified and said, “Truly this One was God’s Son!”)

Knowing and believing IN God’s awesomeness “is to live by faith as did Abraham.” Few people and particularly our worldly educated children, are personally and spiritually taught the foundational fact Paul presents at Romans 3:. (Let God be true though every person be found a liar.)

Jesus’ immaculate supernatural birth, His teaching, miracles, death, resurrection, His supernatural return, the resurrections and peace on earth were always preplanned. A spiritual Savior, a supernatural deliverer of His people, in a fashion likened to Israel’s deliverance from Egypt is a major part of Jesus’ preplanned mission. Jesus foretold it through Moses..

(Deut 18:15-22; “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to Him. This accords with what happened at Horeb in the day of the assembly. You ’Israelites’ asked the Lord your God: “Please do not make us hear the voice of the Lord our God any more or see this great fire any more lest we die.” The Lord then said to me, “What they have said is good. I will raise up a prophet like you Jesus” for them from among their fellow Israelites. I will put My words in His mouth and He will speak to them whatever I command. I will personally hold responsible anyone who then pays no attention to the words that prophet speaks in My name. (20) “But if any prophet presumes to speak anything in My name that I have not authorized him to speak, or speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet must die. Now if you say to yourselves, ‘How can we tell that a message is not from the Lord?’ (22) whenever a prophet speaks in My name and the prediction is not fulfilled, then I have not spoken it; the prophet has presumed to speak it, so you need not fear him.”)

Through Moses, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Daniel and others, God revealed the coming Shepherd, “Jesus” and His mission. A spiritual Savior, a gifted spiritual nature change, and God’s chosen people inheriting eternal life was all prophesied.

God knew the result of Satan’s deceptive words to Eve and how the world would succumb to the false teaching that would be followed by demonically led people with agendas. Jesus revealed to Paul and he to us.

(2 Corinthians 11:13-15; “For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will correspond to their actions.”)

Jesus’ words through Paul are in principle, exactly as through Moses.

(Deuteronomy 31:16-23; “Then the Lord said to Moses, “You are about to die, and then these people will begin to prostitute themselves with the foreign gods of the land into which they are going. They will reject Me and break My covenant that I have made with them. At that time My anger will erupt against them and I will abandon them and hide My face from them until they are devoured. Many disasters and distresses will overcome them so that they will say at that time, ‘Have not these disasters overcome us because our God is not among us?’ But I will certainly hide Myself at that time because of all the wickedness they will have done by turning to other gods.”

Now write down for yourselves the following song and teach it to the Israelites. Put it into their very mouths so that this song may serve as My witness against the Israelites! For after I have brought them to the land I promised to their ancestors – one flowing with milk and honey – and they eat their fill and become fat, then they will turn to other gods and worship them; they will reject Me and break My covenant. Then when many disasters and distresses overcome them this song will testify against them, for their descendants will not forget it.” (God continues to us speak through Moses. He knows the intent of our minds.)

“I know the intentions they have in mind today, even before I bring them to the land I have promised.” So on that day Moses wrote down this song and taught it to the Israelites, and the Lord commissioned Joshua son of Nun, “Be strong and courageous, for you will take the Israelites to the land I have promised them, and I will be with you.”)

(Deut 31:24-30: “When Moses finished writing on a scroll the words of this law in their entirety, he commanded the Levites who carried the ark of the Lord’s covenant, “Take this scroll of the law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God. It will remain there as a witness against you, for I know about your rebellion and stubbornness. Indeed, even while I have been living among you to this very day, you have rebelled against the Lord; you will be even more rebellious after my death!

Gather to me all your tribal elders and officials so I can speak to them directly about these things and call the heavens and the earth to witness against them. For I know that after I die you will totally corrupt yourselves and turn away from the path I have commanded you to walk. Disaster will confront you in the days to come because you will act wickedly before the Lord, inciting him to anger because of your actions.” Then Moses recited the words of this song from start to finish in the hearing of the whole assembly of Israel.”)

After Samuel, Saul and David, other kings ruled Israel. A king respecting God’s way ridded the land of paganism and the people were blessed for a time: then a vanity filled king would turn them back to paganism; until God dispersed them. Thank God for His promise; “all Israel will be saved.” (See Romans 11:26 and review Ezekiel 37:
