At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 14

To 10,1209, “In Home Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/31/18 ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 15, 5778 until sunset. Our seventh day Sabbath and first annual Sabbath are together this year. It seems that our Lord God instructed the fleeing Israelites to turn and camp as this 15th day of Nisan grew near.

(Exodus 14:1-4; The Lord spoke to Moses: “Tell the Israelites that they must turn and camp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea; you are to camp by the sea before Baal Zephon opposite it. Pharaoh will think regarding the Israelites, ‘They are wandering around confused in the land – the desert has closed in on them.’ I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and he will chase after them. I will gain honor because of Pharaoh and because of all his army and the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord.” So this is what they did.’

When the Israelites saw the Egyptian army coming after them they were fearful. Remember the word, “Israel” means? “God fights,”

(Exodus 14:13-18; “Moses said to the people, “Do not fear! Stand firm and see the salvation of the Lord that He will provide for you today; for the Egyptians that you see today you will never, ever see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you can be still.” The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry out to Me? Tell the Israelites to move on. (16) And as for you, lift up your staff and extend your hand toward the sea and divide it, so that the Israelites may go through the middle of the sea on dry ground. And as for Me, I am going to harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will come after them, that I may be honored because of Pharaoh and his army and his chariots and his horsemen. And the Egyptians will know that I am the Lord when I have gained My honor because of Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.”) After they crossed, “the Lord said:”

(Exodus 14:26-31; “The Lord said to Moses, “Extend your hand toward the sea, so that the waters may flow back on the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their horsemen!” So Moses extended his hand toward the sea, and the sea returned to its normal state when the sun began to rise. Now the Egyptians were fleeing before it, but the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the middle of the sea. The water returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen and all the army of Pharaoh that was coming after the Israelites into the sea – not so much as one of them survived! But the Israelites walked on dry ground in the middle of the sea, the water forming a wall for them on their right and on their left. So the Lord saved Israel on that day from the power of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the shore of the sea. When Israel saw the great power that the Lord had exercised over the Egyptians, they feared the Lord, and they believed in the Lord and in His servant Moses.”)

What does it take for some people to believe IN the Lord? Remember the apostle Thomas? What did Jesus say to him before His ascension? (John 20:29; Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen Me? Blessed are the people who have not seen and yet have believed.”)

After wondering 40 years the Lord God was about to deliver the Israelites across the Jordan to the land promised Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The Lord God appeared in a cloud informing Moses that he was about to die and after his death the Israelites would corrupt themselves. Call a meeting with Joshua; “I will commission him.” God knew the Israelites’ intentions, what they and all people have in mind today, even before He would deliver them to the land I have promised.” Moses called a meeting and said; (Deut 31:27-31; “for I, ’Moses’ know about your rebellion and stubbornness. Indeed, even while I have been living among you to this very day, you have rebelled against the Lord; you will be even more rebellious after my death! Gather to me all your tribal elders and officials so I can speak to them directly about these things and call the heavens and the earth to witness against them. For I know that after I die you will totally corrupt yourselves and turn away from the path I have commanded you to walk. Disaster will confront you in the days to come because you will act wickedly before the Lord, inciting Him to anger because of your actions.” Then Moses recited the words of this song from start to finish in the hearing of the whole assembly of Israel.”) Note the prophetic words in the following song.

(Exodus 15:1-4; “Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the Lord. They said,

“I will sing to the Lord, for He has triumphed gloriously, the horse and its rider He has thrown into the sea. The Lord7 is my strength and my song, and He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise Him, My father’s God, and I will exalt Him. (3) The Lord is a warrior, the Lord is His name. The chariots of Pharaoh and his army He has thrown into the sea, and His chosen officers were drowned in the Red Sea.

(5-8; The depths have covered them, they went down to the bottom like a stone. Your right hand, O Lord, was majestic in power, your right hand, O Lord, shattered the enemy. In the abundance of Your majesty You have overthrown those who rise up against You.

You sent forth Your wrath; it consumed them like stubble. By the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up, the flowing water stood upright like a heap, and the deep waters were solidified in the heart of the sea.”

(9-11; “The enemy said, ‘I will chase, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my desire will be satisfied on them. I will draw my sword, my hand will destroy them.’ But You blew with Your breath, and the sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters. Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You – majestic in holiness, fearful in praises, working wonders?

(12-13; “You stretched out Your right hand, the earth swallowed them. By Your loyal love You will lead the people whom You have redeemed; You will guide them by Your strength to Your holy dwelling place.

(14-16; The nations will hear and tremble; anguish will seize the inhabitants of Philistia. Then the chiefs of Edom will be terrified, trembling will seize the leaders of Moab, and the inhabitants of Canaan will shake. Fear and dread will fall on them; by the greatness of Your arm they will be as still as stone Until Your people pass by, O Lord, until the people whom You have bought pass by.”

(17-19; You will bring them in and plant them in the mountain of your inheritance,

in the place you made for your residence, O Lord, the sanctuary, O Lord, that your hands have established. The Lord will reign forever and ever! For the horses of Pharaoh came with his chariots and his footmen into the sea, and the Lord brought back the waters of the sea on them, but the Israelites walked on dry land in the middle of the sea.”

(Exodus 15:20-21; “Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took a hand-drum in her hand, and all the women went out after her with hand-drums and with dances. Miriam sang in response to them, “Sing to the Lord, for He has triumphed gloriously; the horse and its rider He has thrown into the sea.”

(Exodus 15:22-27; “Then Moses led Israel to journey away from the Red Sea. They went out to the Desert of Shur, walked for three days into the desert, and found no water. Then they came to Marah, but they were not able to drink the waters of Marah, because they were bitter. (That is why its name was Marah.) So the people murmured against Moses, saying, “What can we drink?” He cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. When Moses threw it into the water, the water became safe to drink. There the Lord made for them a binding ordinance, and there He tested them. (26) He said, “If you will diligently obey the Lord your God, and do what is right in His sight, and pay attention to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, then all the diseases that I brought on the Egyptians I will not bring on you, for I, the Lord, am your healer.” Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees, and they camped there by the water.”)

God knows the intent of our hearts. He knows nations‘ intent. When God isn’t directly involved, people become vulnerable to demonic divisions and to what seems right to their inherited from Adam nature. The Lord God speaking to Moses was Jesus, He came as He prophesied to Moses and proclaimed that His words would be our judge.

(John 12:44-50; ““But Jesus shouted out, “The one who believes in Me does not believe in Me, but in the One who sent Me, and the one who sees Me sees the One who sent Me. (46) I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes in Me should not remain in darkness. If anyone hears My words and does not obey them. I do not judge him. For I have not come to judge the world, but to save the world. (48) The one who rejects Me and does not accept My words has a judge; the word I have spoken will judge him at the last day. For I have not spoken from My own authority, but the Father Himself who sent Me has commanded Me what I should say and what I should speak. (50) And I know that His commandment is eternal life. Thus the things I say, I say just as the Father has told Me.””)

The Father’s command is that we believe IN His Son “Jesus” and His words will Judge us “at the last day.” Jesus is revealed to many now: “during His millennial reign, He will be revealed to ALL“. Seemingly some and perhaps many will reject Him. Now back to Paul’s summations.

(Acts 13:40-41; Watch out, then, that what is spoken about by the prophets does not happen to you: ‘Look, you scoffers; be amazed and perish!) (See Revelations 19:, 20:10-15, & 21:8) God’s ultimate desire for His people is that righteousness and pureness be theirs. It’s what the Father revealed through Jesus. Proofs that the holy scriptures are God inspired, are numerous. (David like Abraham, “believed IN.”

(Psalms 145:13-21; “Your kingdom is an eternal kingdom, and Your dominion endures through all generations. The Lord supports all who fall, and lifts up all who are bent over. Everything looks to You in anticipation, and you provide them with food on a regular basis. You open your hand, and fill every living thing with the food they desire. The Lord is just in all His actions, and exhibits love in all He does. The Lord is near all who cry out to Him, all who cry out to Him sincerely. He satisfies the desire of His loyal followers; He hears their cry for help and delivers them. The Lord protects those who love Him, but He destroys all the wicked. My mouth will praise the Lord. Let all who live praise His holy name forever!)

At One With God the Father and God the Son. Chapter 14

To 10,199, “In Home Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/31/18 ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 15, 5778 until sunset.

Why were the Israelites stubborn, prone to look to other gods and desire a king like the pagan nations? Why do the pagan nations worship God created heavenly bodies, man made statues and images? Why do people prefer worshiping a god of their imagination? Or attempt to make God fit their image? Everyone has inherited Adam’s lawless nature. A nature that desires the way that seems right to the inherited fleshly mind. SO, the reality is; “people need a nature change.” We must have a changed outlook in order to be mature in God‘s Vies. We must be born from above in order to inherit eternal life..

Nicodemus ask Jesus about His performances and teaching. John 3:3-8; Jesus replied, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter his mother’s womb and be born a second time, can he?” Jesus answered, “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (6) What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all be born from above.’ (8) The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”

Fleshly minded Nicodemus thought Jesus was talking about repeated physical birth, when He was in fact referring to new spiritual birth: how can this be?

(John 3:10-12; Jesus answered, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you don’t understand these things? I tell you the solemn truth, we speak about what we know and testify about what we have seen, but you people do not accept our testimony. If I have told you people about earthly things and you don’t believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?”

Jesus is saying, “as the wind blows, so is everyone born of he spirit.” It’s a miracle! We don’t know how the desire came, nor how our minds changed from a fleshly outlook to spiritual. When we’re called God reveals our despicable inherited from Adam nature and it’s result being eternal death and grants a desire to turn - repent.

Jesus continued; (John 3:13-15; No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven – the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life.”)

(John 3:16; “For this is the way God, ’the Father’ loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.”

We must be gifted with a nature change in order to believe IN Jesus as He manifest Himself to be. The many believe a deity exist, many use Jesus’ name, but only the called are gifted with a desire for a supernatural nature change’ ”thus truly BELIEVE IN.”

(John 3:17-18; For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through Him. The one who believes IN Him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.”) The world will be saved through Jesus!

(John 3:19-21; Now this is the basis for judging: that the light has come into the world and people loved the darkness rather than the light, because their deeds ‘desires’ were evil. For everyone who does evil deeds hates the light and does not come to the light, so that their deeds will not be exposed. But the one who practices the truth comes to the light, so that it may be plainly evident that his deeds have been done in God.”)

People hating the light want to live and practice deeds according to their fleshly desire. “Thus the love of money is the root of all evil.” Jesus gave Paul to understand and he reveals.

. . (Romans 8:5-11; “For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit. For the outlook of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. (9) You, ’followers of Jesus’ however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to Him. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of righteousness. Moreover if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the One who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through His Spirit who lives in you.”)

Unbelievers can’t please God because their inherited nature is hostile to God’s Way. Unbelievers are a stubborn lot. Believers IN desire a oneness relationship with God.

Since Adam people have been choosing to live according to the dictated of their inherited from Adam nature; rather than looking to their Creator for guidance. A Few exceptions are a people chosen by promise for God‘s purpose.. Luke 3:23-38 gives the chronology of Jesus’ physical ancestors: all these were

To 10,199, “In Home Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/30/18  ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 14, 5778 until sunset.

Early morning on this date the Israelites were delivered by Jesus through Moses; from sinful Egypt. The Egyptians helped; hastening their departure because of that final plague. Israel kept the Lord’s ordinances through the time of the Judges and David. Afterward when they desired a king like the pagan nations around them and showed little regard for their covenant promises, “the Lord God scattered them among the nations.

Moses had told them: (Deut 18:15-19; “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to Him. This accords with what happened at Horeb in the day of the assembly. You asked the Lord your God: “Please do not make us hear the voice of the Lord our God any more or see this great fire any more lest we die.” (17) The Lord then said to me, “What they have said is good. I will raise up a prophet like you for them from among their fellow Israelites. I will put My words in His mouth and He will speak to them whatever I command. I will personally hold responsible anyone who then pays no attention to the words that prophet speaks in My name.”) Jesus is that prophet, Lord God, Savior, Redeemer and coming king of kings.

Now before that last Passover Jesus kept with His apostles, we have the record of Jesus’ birth, teaching, healings, miracles, Re-Creations and the resurrection of Lazarus.

On that last Passover Jesus observed with His apostles; “He practiced humbleness by washing the feet of His twelve apostles.” Lessons are many, “but let’s zero in on the humbleness we should have in knowing God’s truth.” Knowing truth isn’t something to boast about except in the Lord. You and I would be deceived with the world, “had God not called and gifted us with a desire to know Him intimately.” Jesus told us why. (For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the Elect. Remember, I have told you ahead of time.” Matt 24:24-25) AND Review a portion of Paul’s letter to timothy from last study. (2Tim 4:3-5; “For there will be a time when people will not tolerate sound teaching. Instead, following their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves, because they have an insatiable curiosity to hear new things. And they will turn away from hearing the truth, but on the other hand they will turn aside to myths. You, however, be self-controlled in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist’s work, fulfill your ministry.”)

Jesus also said; (Matt  24:37-41; “For just like the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of Man will be. For in those days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark. And they knew nothing until the flood came and took them all away. It will be the same at the coming of the Son of Man. Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one left. There will be two women grinding grain with a mill; one will be taken and one left.”)

It seems; more than any other religion; “professing Christians are made merchandise of worldly bureaucracies.” vulnerable to commercialization of  pagan practiced, “they’re pushed by religion, the media and merchants” to serve the bureaucratic status quo. A major portion of whole national economies revolve around spending money on pagan practices. Practices that are abominations to the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. BUT; today’s professing Christians aren’t taught to worship the real Jesus, “as He’s manifested to be in the holy scriptures.” Review John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and let’s read from Hebrews.

(Heb 1:1-4; “After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets, (2) in these last days He, ’God the Father’ has spoken to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He created the world. The Son is the radiance of His glory and the representation of His essence, and He sustains all things by His powerful word and so when He had accomplished cleansing for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. (4) Thus He became so far better than the angels as He has inherited a name superior to theirs.”

Heb 1:5-9; “For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are My Son! Today I have fathered You”? (Quoted from Psalms 2:7) And in another place He says, “I will be His father and He will be My Son.” (Quote from 2Sam 7:14) (6) But when He again brings His firstborn into the world, He says, “Let all the angels of God worship Him!” (Quote from Deut 32:43 and Psalms 97:7). And He says of the angels, “He makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire, but of the Son He says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So God, your God, has anointed You over Your companions with the oil of rejoicing.

(Heb 1:10-14; “And “You founded the earth in the beginning, Lord, and the heavens are the works of Your hands. They will perish, but You continue. And they will all grow old like a garment, and like a robe you will fold them up and like a garment they will be changed, but You are the same and your years will never run out.” (13) But to which of the angels has He ever said, “Sit at My right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet”? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to serve those who will inherit salvation?”)

Genuine followers of the real Jesus “His Elect” inherit salvation and will rule with Him. These are “Churches of God and who Peter is addressing on that Pentecost after Jesus’ ascension.”

(Acts 2:36; “Therefore let all the house of Israel know beyond a doubt that God has made this Jesus whom you crucified both Lord and Christ.”)

Note the past tense: Jesus has been made Lord and Christ, even before He created Adam. Jesus’ apostle Paul concurred.

(Acts 13:16-19; ““So Paul stood up, gestured with his hand and said, “Men of Israel, and you Gentiles who fear God, listen: The God of this people Israel chose our ancestors and made the people great during their stay as foreigners in the country of Egypt, and with uplifted arm He led them out of it. (18) For a period of about forty years He put up with them in the wilderness. After He had destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan, He gave His people their land as an inheritance.””) God’s people are yet to inherit ALL the lands promised to Abraham.

(Acts 13:20; ““All this took about four hundred fifty years. After this He. “Jesus, through Moses” gave them judges until the time of Samuel the prophet.””)

Let’s digest this. “About 450 years” from Israel’s being led from Egypt to the time of Samuel. “After Moses and Joshua” God appointed Judges to rule His people because the Israelites wanted to be like the nations around them and be ruled by a king.

(Acts 13:21-22; “Then the Israelites asked for a king, and God gave them Saul son of Kish, a man from the tribe of Benjamin, who ruled forty years. After removing him, God raised up David their king. He testified about him: ‘I have found David the son of Jesse to be a man after My heart, who will accomplish everything I want him to do.’”)

God removed Saul, raised up David and God still allows rulers that people deserve.

(Acts 13:23-25; “From the descendants of this man “David” God brought to Israel a Savior, “Jesus” just as He promised. Before Jesus arrived, John had proclaimed a baptism, (an emersion of Jesus) for repentance to all the people of Israel. But while John was completing his mission, he said repeatedly, ‘What do you think I am? I am not He. But look, One is coming after me. I am not worthy to untie the sandals on His feet!’)

John’s baptism was a forerunner - a token of our burying the old nature and being made alive in Christ by His, “imputed nature!” All Christians are heirs with Abraham. (See Galatians 3:29)

(Acts 13:26-28; “Brothers, descendants of Abraham’s family, and those Gentiles among you who fear God, the message of this salvation has been sent to us “we followers of Jesus” for the people who live in Jerusalem and their rulers did not recognize Him, and they fulfilled the sayings of the prophets that are read every Sabbath by condemning Him. Though they found no basis for a death sentence, they asked Pilate to have Him executed.”)

Rulers in Jerusalem could NOT recognize Jesus because He did not open their minds to do so! “Neither can people in this age, “unless He calls and reveals Himself.”

(Acts 13:29-35; “When they had accomplished everything that was written about Him, they took Him down from the cross and placed Him in a tomb. (30) But God raised Him from the dead, and for many days He appeared to those who had accompanied Him from Galilee to Jerusalem. These are now His witnesses to the people. And we proclaim to you the good news about the promise to our ancestors, that this promise God has fulfilled to us, their children, by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second psalm, You are My Son; today I have fathered You.’ (See Psalms 2:7) But regarding the fact that He has raised Jesus from the dead, never again to be in a state of decay, God has spoken in this way: ‘I will give You the holy and trustworthy promises made to David.’ (35) Therefore He also says in another psalm, ‘You will not permit Your Holy One to experience decay.’ ””)

“I have fathered You.?” fit’s the old use of the English language, ‘begotten.’ Today people speaks of “fathering” a child in much the same way as was spoken in English formerly. Likewise, when an individual is gifted with God’s spirit; “it’s a fathering by God.”

(Acts 13:36-39; “For David, after he had served God’s purpose in his own generation, died, was buried with his ancestors, and experienced decay, but the One whom God raised up did not experience decay. Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this One, “Jesus” is forgiveness of sins as proclaimed to you, and by this One everyone who believes is justified from everything from which the law of Moses could not justify you.”) Everyone who believes IN are justified: “not everyone believing that.”

WHY could the law God gave Moses, not justify? God’s laws are people’s school master; “until imputed with God’s spirit.” After which converted people are made, “at one with God the Father and God the Son” inherently love the law. Then the law becomes ours too.

God’s laws are the rules for moral living: “guardians for the world at large.” With the spiritual imputation of God’s spiritual law to our minds we’re justified. By grace we are saved - justified.! PAUL explained to the Galatians.

(Gal 3:23-29; ““Now before, “Jesus’” faith came we ’Christians’ were held in custody under the law, being kept as prisoners until the

coming faith would be revealed. ‘NOT LEARNED but REVEALED.‘ (24) Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ “is revealed

so that we could be declared righteous by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. For in Christ Jesus you are

all sons of God through faith. For all of you who were baptized, ’immersed’ into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. (28) There is

neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female – for all of you are one in Christ Jesus. (29) And if you

belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.””) Now WE to whom Jesus is revealed “do have a judge.”

His Word.

To 10,182, “Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/29/18  ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 13, 5778 until sunset.

It’s the thirteenth day of God’s first month, “until sunset.” The fourteenth of Nisan is Passover. Study Exodus 12: (The Lord God, “Jesus” told Moses and Aaron that this is the first month of the year for you. On the 10th day a perfect lamb or goat was to be put up until the 14th “then the whole community of Israel will kill it around sundown.” They will take some of the blood and put it on the two side posts and top of the doorframe of the houses where they will eat it. They will eat the meat the same night; they will eat it roasted over the fire with bread made without yeast and with bitter herbs. Do not eat it raw or boiled in water, but roast it over the fire with its head, its legs and its entrails leave nothing until morning, but you must burn with fire whatever remains of it until morning.)

(Exodus 12:11-12; “This is how you are to eat it – dressed to travel, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. You are to eat it in haste. It is the Lord’s Passover. I will pass through the land of Egypt in the same night, and I will attack all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both of humans and of animals and on all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment. I am the Lord.“

The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are, so that when I see the blood I will pass over you and this plague will not fall on you to destroy you when I attack the land of Egypt. “This day will become a memorial for you, and you will celebrate it as a festival to the Lord – you will celebrate it perpetually as a lasting ordinance. (15) For seven days you must eat bread made without yeast. Surely on the first day you must put away yeast from your houses because anyone who eats bread made with yeast from the first day to the seventh day will be cut off from Israel.

(Exodus 12:16-18; “On the first day there will be a holy convocation, and on the seventh day there will be a holy convocation for you. You must do no work of any kind on them, only what every person will eat – that alone may be prepared for you. So you will keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread, because on this very day I brought your regiments out from the land of Egypt, and so you must keep this day perpetually as a lasting ordinance.” In the first month, from the fourteenth day of the month, in the evening, you will eat bread made without yeast until the twenty-first day of the month in the evening. (28) and the Israelites went away and did exactly as the Lord had commanded Moses and Aaron.”)

When the Lord God “Jesus” called Moses He said; “I am that I am.” And He said, “You must say this to the Israelites, ‘I am has sent me to you.’” The God of your fathers has sent me; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. “This is My name forever, and this is My memorial from generation to generation.” “I have promised that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”’

(The Lord promised Moses; (Exodus 6:7-8; “I will take you, Israelites’ to Myself for a people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God, who brought you out from your enslavement to the Egyptians. I will bring you to the land I swore to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob – and I will give it to you as a possession. I am the Lord!’”) The Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart and made Moses as a god to him.

(See Exodus 4: through 11: After numerous plagues on the Egyptians; after the night to be much remembered, the Egyptians were ready to thrust Israel out. They gave the Israelites riches and hastened their departure. They traveled a long way on that 14th day.

The Lord said; (Exodus 13:8-10; “You are to tell your son on that day, ‘It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.’ It will be a sign for you on your hand and a memorial on your forehead, so that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth, for with a mighty hand the Lord brought you out of Egypt. So you must keep this ordinance at its appointed time from year to year.”)

After witnessing the Egyptian’s drowning the Israelites gave the Lord praise.

(Exodus 15:6-9; “Your right hand, O Lord, was majestic in power, Your right hand, O Lord, shattered the enemy. In the abundance of your majesty You have overthrown those who rise up against You. You sent forth Your wrath; it consumed them like stubble. By the blast of Your nostrils the waters were piled up, the flowing water stood upright like a heap, and the deep waters were solidified in the heart of the sea. The enemy said, ‘I will chase, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my desire will be satisfied on them.”)

All these things are forerunners of a future deliverance.

(John 13:1-5; “Just before the Passover feast, Jesus knew that His time had come to depart from this world to the Father. Having loved His own who were in the world, He now loved them to the very end. (2) The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, that he should betray Jesus. Because Jesus knew that the Father had handed all things over to Him and that He had come from God and was going back to God,:(4) He got up from the meal, removed His outer clothes, took a towel and tied it around Himself. He poured water into the washbasin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to dry them with the towel He had wrapped around Himself.

(6-11; Then He came to Simon Peter. Peter said to Him, “Lord, are you going to wash my feet?” Jesus replied, “You do not understand what I am doing now, but you will understand after these things.” Peter said to Him, “You will never wash my feet!” Jesus replied, “If I do not wash you, you have no share with Me.” (9) Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, wash not only my feet, but also my hands and my head!” Jesus replied, “The one who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean. And you disciples are clean, but not every one of you.” (For Jesus knew the one who was going to betray Him. For this reason He said, “Not every one of you is clean.”)

(12-17; “So when Jesus had washed their feet and put His outer clothing back on, He took His place at the table again and said to them, “Do you understand what I have done for you? You call Me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and do so correctly, for that is what I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you too ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example – you should do just as I have done for you. (16) I tell you the solemn truth, the slave is not greater than his master, nor is the one who is sent as a messenger greater than the one who sent him. If you understand these things, you will be blessed if you do them.”)

Judas’ betrayed Jesus as was prophesied.

(John 13:31-35; “When Judas had gone out, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself and He will glorify Him right away. Children, I am still with you for a little while. You will look for Me, and just as I said to the Jewish religious leaders, ‘Where I am going you cannot come,’ now I tell you the same. (34) “I give you a new commandment – to love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. Everyone will know by this that you are My disciples – if you have love for one another.”)

(John 13:36-38; Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied, “Where I am going, you cannot follow Me now, but you will follow later.” Peter said to Him, “Lord, why can’t I follow you now? I will lay down my life for you!” Jesus answered, “Will you lay down your life for Me? I tell you the solemn truth, the rooster will not crow until you have denied Me three times!”)

Jesus’ apostles practiced all things as Jesus instructed. Some in the Corinth church of God didn’t comprehend the spiritual significance of Passover.

(1Cor 11:20-22; “Now when you come together at the same place, you are not really eating the Lord’s Supper. For when it is time to eat, everyone proceeds with his own supper. One is hungry and another becomes drunk. Do you not have houses so that you can eat and drink? Or are you trying to show contempt for the church of God by shaming those who have nothing? What should I say to you? Should I praise you? I will not praise you for this!

(1Cor 11:23-33; “For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night in which he was betrayed took bread and after He had given thanks He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. Do this, every time you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For every time you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes. (27) For this reason, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. A person should examine himself first, and in this way let him eat the bread and drink of the cup. For the one who eats and drinks without careful regard for the body eats and drinks judgment against himself. That is why many of you are weak and sick, and quite a few are dead. (31) But if we examined ourselves, we would not be judged. But when we are judged by the Lord, we are disciplined so that we may not be condemned with the world. (33) So then, my brothers and sisters, when you come together to eat, wait for one another. If anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, so that when you assemble it does not lead to judgment. I will give directions about other matters when I come.”)

The Passover season is about examining ourselves in Jesus’ Light. Putting that which puffs up out. Consider the pulls our fleshly nature imposes. Remember sin is lawlessness in God’s view. David’s experience is for our learning.

(Psalms 1:1-6; “How blessed is the one who does not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand in the pathway with sinners, or sit in the assembly of scoffers. Instead he finds pleasure in obeying the Lord’s commands; he meditates on His commands day and night. He is like a tree planted by flowing streams; it yields its fruit at the proper time, and its leaves never fall off. He succeeds in everything he attempts. (4) Not so with the wicked! Instead they are like wind-driven chaff. For this reason the wicked cannot withstand judgment, nor can sinners join the assembly of the godly. Certainly the Lord guards the way of the godly, but the way of the wicked ends in destruction.”) (Followers of Jesus are spiritual Israelites and the word “Israel” means God fights.)

(Acts 2:29-35; “Brothers, I “Peter” can speak confidently to you about our forefather David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. So then, because he was a prophet and knew that God had sworn to him with an oath to seat one of his descendants on his throne, (31) David by foreseeing this spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that He was neither abandoned to Hades, nor did His body experience decay. This Jesus God raised up, and we are all witnesses of it. So then, exalted to the right hand of God, and having received the promise of the Holy Spirit from the Father, He, “Jesus” has poured out what you both see and hear. For David did not ascend into heaven, but he himself says, ‘The Lord, “God the Father” said to My Lord, “God the SonSit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’)

Jesus’ enemies aren’t His foot stool yet. That day is soon coming. Remember Jesus said; “of that day and hour no one knows, “not even the angels in heaven.” God the Father and God the Son has been planning that day since the foundation of the world.

Matthew recorded Jesus’ end of age prophecies: “study at Matt. 24:” Jesus inspired His apostle Paul to write Timothy.

(2Tim 4:1 I-8; “I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: (2) Preach the message, be ready whether it is convenient or not, reprove, rebuke, exhort with complete patience and instruction. For there will be a time when people will not tolerate sound teaching. Instead, following their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves, because they have an insatiable curiosity to hear new things. (4) And they will turn away from hearing the truth, but on the other hand they will turn aside to myths. You, however, be self-controlled in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist’s work, fulfill your ministry. For I am already being poured out as an offering, and the time for me to depart  is at hand. I have competed well; I have finished the race; I have kept the faith! Finally the crown of righteousness is reserved for me. The Lord, the righteous Judge, will award it to me in that day – and not to me only, but also to all who have set their affection on His appearing.”)

We pray that many of you are praying for Jesus’ soon return.

At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 11

Wednesday, March 28th, 2018

To 10,170 “Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/28/18  ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 12, 5778 until sunset.

Mark 14:65; 15:19; Matt 26:67; 27:30 and Luke 18:31-34, Tells us that it was on or about the 10th of Nisan Jesus pulled the twelve aside to explain the reason for their going to Jerusalem. Jesus explained that He would be handed over to Gentiles to be mocked, spat on and mistreated. They would kill Him and on the third day He would rise again. They each thought “how this could happen to Him, if He was really God’s agent.: The saying being hidden from their understanding probably refers to God’s sovereign timing.

On or about the tenth day of this God’s first month, “Jesus rode to Jerusalem on a donkey  He had foretold long before and had His prophet Zachariah proclaim it. His prophecy jumps to His second coming after telling about His humble ride to Jerusalem.

(Zach 9:9; “Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king is coming to you: He is legitimate and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey – on a young donkey, the foal of a female donkey.” Next He is speaking of His second coming and deliverance.

(Zach 9:10; “I will remove the chariot from Ephraim and the warhorse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be removed. Then He will announce peace to the nations. His dominion will be from sea to sea and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.”

(Zach 9:11-13;“ Moreover, as for you, ’Israel’ because of our covenant relationship secured with blood, I will release your prisoners from the waterless pit. Return to the stronghold, you prisoners, with hope; today I declare that I will return double what was taken from you. (13) I will bend Judah as My bow; I will load the bow with Ephraim, My arrow! I will stir up your sons, Zion, against yours, Greece, and I will make you, Zion, like a warrior’s sword.”

(Zach 9:14-17; “Then the Lord will appear above them, and His arrow will shoot forth like lightning; the Lord God will blow the trumpet and will sally forth on the southern storm winds. (15) The Lord who rules over all will guard them, and they will prevail and overcome with sling stones. Then they will drink, and will become noisy like drunkards, full like the sacrificial basin or like the corners of the altar. (16) On that day the Lord their God will deliver them as the flock of His people, for they are the precious stones of a crown sparkling over His land. How precious and fair! Grain will make the young men flourish and new wine the young women.” (Study chapter 10 to discover more.)

(John 12:9-11; Now a large crowd of Judeans learned that Jesus was there, and so they came not only because of Him but also to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead. So the chief priests planned to kill Lazarus too, for on account of him many of the Jewish people from Jerusalem were going away and believing in Jesus.

(John 12:12-16; “The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast ’Passover and Unleavened Bread’ heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him. They began to shout,25Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the king of Israel!” Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, just as it is written, “Do not be afraid, people of Zion; look, your king is coming, seated on a donkeys colt!” (16) (His disciples did not understand these things when they first happened, but when Jesus was glorified, then they remembered that these things were written about Him and that these things had happened to him.)

(John 12:17-19; “So the crowd who had been with Him when He called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead were continuing to testify about it. Because they had heard that Jesus had performed this miraculous sign, the crowd went out to meet Him. Thus the Pharisees said to one another, “You see that you can do nothing. Look, the world has run off after him!”)

The whole world will look to Jesus in a soon to be future. But until His second coming, “allow Jesus’ apostle Paul to tell of Satan’s worldly successes opposed to Jesus’ imputed spirit.

(Galatians 5:17-21; “For the flesh has desires that are opposed to the Spirit, and the Spirit has desires that are opposed to the flesh, for these are in opposition to each other, so that you cannot do what you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law, “letter of the law.” (19) Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, depravity, idolatry, sorcery, hostilities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish rivalries, dissensions, factions, envying, murder, drunkenness, carousing, and similar things. I am warning you, as I had warned you before: Those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God!”)

Paul is NOT saying; “every unbeliever practices ALL these things.” Generally unbelievers do appreciate people’s overcoming these inherited characteristics! At the same time giving no consideration to things that are abominations to our Creator.

(Galatians 5:22-25; “But the fruit “result” of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (25) If we live by the Spirit, let us also behave in accordance with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, being jealous of one another.”)

Jealously is a fleshly inherited characteristic! Jesus is the only child EVER born, “that didn’t practice the characteristic of jealously” Jesus was spiritually fathered. Jesus inherited an obedient spirit. Yet He learned from experience. Christians are heir to Jesus’ spirit! Heirs with Abraham. (Review Galatians 3:29) All Jesus’ apostles’ letters are to the churches of God, “a people gifted to understand!”

(Galatians 5:13-16; “For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity to indulge your flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law can be summed up in a single commandment, namely, “You must love your neighbor as yourself.” However, if you continually bite and devour one another, beware that you are not consumed by one another. But I say, live by the Spirit and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.”) God does not change. This command was also recorded in, “the letter of the law.”

(Leviticus 19:18; “You must not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the children of your people, but you must love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.”)

Israelites before Jesus’ ascension were “God’s called out people, but were NOT “born from above.” By virtue of being Israelites “they were God‘s chosen by promise people” The difference? Called out followers of Jesus are “born from above” by promise and spiritual Israelites “a people God fights for.” (The word “Israel” means “God fights.” Allow Jesus’ teaching through His apostle Paul.

Romans 8:1-14; “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the life-giving Spirit in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. For God achieved what the law could not do because it was weakened through the flesh. By sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the righteous requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. (5) For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit. (6) For the outlook of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. You, “Believers IN” however, are NOT in the flesh but in the Spirit, IF indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to Him. (10) But IF Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of righteousness. Moreover IF the Spirit of the ONE who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the ONE who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through His Spirit who lives in you. (12) So then, brothers and sisters, we “followers of Jesus” are under obligation, NOT to the flesh, to live according to the flesh, (for IF you live according to the flesh, you will die), but IF by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body you will live. (14) For all who are led by the Spirit of God ARE the SONS of God.)

By deception and through mankind’s fleshly logic; Satan has been astronomically successful at shielding these truths. May God have mercy.

Look up and observe God’s full moon.  Heavenly Father: our prayer is that many be spirit led to examine Your holy scriptures and prove them. Know Your promises to David and Abraham are through Jesus. Bless us with Your gifted faith is our prayer in Jesus’ holy name. AMEN

Proofs that the holy scriptures are God inspired are numerous. Jesus and His apostles quoted from the Old Testament often. Jesus’ apostle Peter considered David a prophet and believed David was speaking of Jesus in Psalms 16:8-11

(Psalms 16:8-11; “I constantly trust in the Lord; because He is at My right hand, I will not be upended. So My heart rejoices and I am happy; My life is safe. You will not abandon Me to Sheol. (Shoel’s meaning in ancient Israelite cosmology, “is the realm of the dead, viewed as being under the earth’s surface.) You will not allow your faithful follower to see the Pit. (The Hebrew word “pit” is often used as a title for Sheol.) (see Ps 30:9; 49:9; 55:24; 103:4” You lead Me in the path of life; I experience absolute joy in Your presence; You always give Me sheer delight.”)

On the day of Pentecost, after God’s gifted spirit entered many and Peter filled with it, proclaimed: “Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through Him, just as you yourselves know – this man, who was handed over by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you executed by nailing Him to a cross at the hands of Gentiles. But God raised Him up, having released Him from the pains of death, because it was not possible for Him to be held in its power. For David says about him, ‘I saw the Lord always in front of me, for He is at My right hand so that I will not be shaken. Therefore My heart was glad and My tongue rejoiced; My body also will live in hope, because you will not leave My soul in Hades, (Hades too” is the equivalent of the Hebrew term Pit -Sheol”) nor permit your Holy One, “Jesus” to experience decay. You “Jesus” have made known to Me the paths of life; You will make Me full of joy with Your presence.’” Acts 2:22-28)

At One With God the Father and God the Son. Chapter 10

To 10,154, to “Churches of God” A people being made temples of God’s spirit. 3/27/18  ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 11, 5778 until sunset.

Through deception and mankind’s fleshly inherited nature, Satan has been astronomically successful at deceiving the whole world. His successes aren’t surprising to we followers of Jesus because Jesus told us. Satan knows and desires to thwart God’s plan of redeeming His people to Himself. He knows his demise and will become more ruthless as his end is near. He knows God’s chosen people will rule with Jesus and ultimately rule angels. Satan knows God’s purpose is to call and mak a people at one with Himself. Take away their sins and make them righteous in His View. Satan knows that he too, is a creation of God! So, lets speculate about what caused Satan’s rebellion? (Study Isaiah 14:) “He was named, Lucifer according to our King James translators and described in our Net Translation as; (“O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself, “I will climb up to the sky. Above the stars of El. I will set up my throne. I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon. I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High!”)

Jesus and His apostles referred to Satan as, “the old devil, the dragon and ancient serpent.” In Jesus’ revelations to His apostle John, He identifies Satan’s rebellion, purpose and characteristics more specifically.

(Rev 12:7-10; “Then war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back; But the dragon was not strong enough to prevail, so there was no longer any place left in heaven for him and his angels. So that huge dragon – the ancient serpent, the one called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world – was thrown down to the earth, and his angels along with him.

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, “The salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the ruling authority of His Christ, have now come, because the accuser of our brothers and sisters, the one who accuses them day and night before our God, has been thrown down.”) Satan is still the spiritual being described in Job. Read how he accused Job, how God allowed Job’s suffering and reestablished Job.

(Rev 12:11-12; But they, “followers of Jesus” overcame Satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die. Therefore you heavens rejoice, and all who reside in them! But woe to the earth and the sea because the devil has come down to you! He is filled with terrible anger, for he knows that he only has a little time!”) Pray for believing IN faith. Jesus’ work on our behalf is our salvation.

(Rev 12:13-18; Now when the dragon realized that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. (Meaning, Mary representing the church, that Jesus is head of.) But the woman ’church’ was given the two wings of a giant eagle so that she could fly out into the wilderness, to the place God prepared for her, where she is taken care of – away from the presence of the serpent – for a time, times, and half a time. Then the serpent spouted water like a river out of his mouth after the woman in an attempt to sweep her away by a flood, but the earth came to her rescue; the ground opened up and swallowed the river that the dragon had spewed from his mouth. So the dragon became enraged at the woman and went away to make war on the rest of her children, those who keep God’s commandments and hold to the testimony about Jesus. And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore.”) Israelites remain God’s chosen and all followers of Jesus are spiritual Israelites. (See Galatians 3:29)

Cain is an example; his rebellion and jealously is likened to Satan’s? Unbelievers in general, with characteristic inherited from Adam are vulnerable to Satan’s devices: “self serving, jealous and easily made merchandise of.” Understanding GOD’S truth hinges on our knowing that Jesus created all things. (Study, John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1:)

(Col 1:15-20;“He “Jesus” is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, for all things in heaven and on earth were created BY Him – all things, whether visible or invisible, whether thrones or dominions, whether principalities or powers – all things were created through Him and for Him. He Himself is before all things and all things are held together in Him. He is the head of the body, the church, as well as the beginning, the firstborn from among the dead, so that He Himself may become first in all things. For God “THE FATHER” was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in the Son and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself by making peace through the blood of His cross – through Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven.”)

Jesus is the Creator and Lord that led Abraham, the One Abraham worshiped and who called Abraham, friend. He called Moses and through him led the Israelites from sin, “Egypt.” Jesus is still leading people from the practices of sin and to the practice of righteous living. This Lord “Jesus” purposely endured Satan’s temptations and He will bind Satan in a pit for 1,000 years! Afterwards, the Lord “Jesus” will destroy Satan and all evil. (As always study the whole.)

Worldly religions don’t teach THIS Jesus! Satan’s deceptions divides, causes people to make various assumptions about Jesus’ deity. When unbelievers think highly of their intellect, “Satan becomes their god.” (Identifying foundation of demonic worship is: “all who aren’t worshiping Jesus as He manifested Himself to be through Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and His apostles are in fact idol worshipers.) Believing these facts doesn’t leave space for religions to be founded by human intellect! (“There is a way that seems right to a person, but its end is the way that leads to death.” Proverbs 14:12)

We can’t escape the fact that God chooses His followers, just as He chose Abraham and Moses. By inheritance, all people are as God’s enemies, because “all lived according to the dictates of their intellect; according to what seems right.”) Believers IN are led to recognize their inherited nature, “turn from what seemed right to the fleshly mind: to what God says is right!”) Paul expresses this to the Colossian Believers IN, right after characterizing Jesus for their understanding.

(Colossians 1:21-23; “And you were at one time strangers and enemies in your minds as expressed through your evil deeds, but now He “Jesus” has reconciled you by His physical body through death to present you holy, without blemish, and blameless before Him – IF indeed you remain in the faith, established and firm, without shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard. This gospel has also been preached in all creation under heaven, and I, Paul, have become its servant.”)

WAS NOT the gospel of obedience taught to Adam and Eve? Did God NOT teach them what was good and evil in His View? Did not God teach Cain and Abel about blood sacrifices? What did a disobedient spirit do to Cain’s mind? Did jealously enter in? Didn’t God lead Noah to warn the people about the result of their disobedience? Today, don’t we have Jesus’ commandments? By God’s calling and our believing IN Jesus’ blood sacrifice for the remission of our sins, “HE is able to presents us holy, without blemish and blameless before God the Father,” “IF we remain in the faith.” NOT the faith of some denomination, “but faith in His life, His teaching and promises.” Paul taught in fact, “we must prove - examine all things individually.” That God Himself makes Believers holy.

(1Thess 5:16-24; “Always rejoice, constantly pray, in everything give thanks. For this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do not extinguish the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies with contempt. (21) But examine all things; hold fast to what is good. Stay away from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself make you completely holy and may your spirit and soul and body be kept entirely blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is trustworthy, and He will in fact do this.”)

Gifted faith, teaches us that God does it all. Believers IN are asked to pray for and have patience with denominational followers: those weak in the faith. Paul taught it to Jesus’ church in Rome.

(Romans 15:1-6; “But we who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak, and not just please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good to build him up. For even Christ did not please Himself, but just as it is written, “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on Me.” For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Now may the God of endurance and comfort give you unity with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”) (“Insults of those who insult us falls on Jesus!” Quote from Psalms 69:)

After believing IN Jesus, we each have to fight, “against our inherited nature‘s pull.” When we yield to our fleshly nature’s pull we set bad examples to those who may be new in the faith. The Psalmist realized this and stayed in the faith.

(Psalms 69:6-9; “Let none who rely on You be disgraced because of me, O sovereign Lord and king! Let none who seek You be ashamed because of me, O God of Israel! For I suffer humiliation for Your sake and am thoroughly disgraced. My own brothers treat me like a stranger; they act as if I were a foreigner. Certainly zeal for Your house consumes me; I endure the insults of those who insult You.”)

“Having a zeal for God’s Way, causes insults in the world.” Remember Jesus’ words, “they will hate you because they hated Me.” There are many characteristics examples of Believing IN people, “opposing that of unbelievers.”

(Acts 17:10-12; “The church sent Paul and Silas off to Berea at once during the night. When they arrived, they went to the Jewish synagogue. These Jews “Israelites” were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they eagerly received the message, examining the scriptures carefully every day to see if these things were so. Therefore many of them believed, along with quite a few prominent Greek women and men.”)

God spiritually opened these minds. People of Berea were not open-minded because of education or breeding. When minds are opened to truth, “God does it!” Less they boast. (See Acts 15:11, Eph 2:5-8, & 2 Tim 2:9..

(Acts 17:13; “But when the Jews from Thessalonica heard that Paul had also proclaimed the Word of God in Berea, they came there too, inciting and disturbing the crowds.”)

People like Thessalonica Jews, yielded to their inherited jealous nature, “a nature likened to Cain’s.” Paul makes this clear to Christian’s spiritual understanding. But, unbelievers submit to beliefs, as they see them, from their fleshly nature.

To 10,140, to A people being made temples of God’s spirit. “Churches of God” 3/26/18  ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 10, 5778 until sunset.

: Heavenly Father: we pray You give each reader a desire to search Your Word and prove Your Way to themselves. Give each Your gift of repentance, we ask in Jesus’ holy name. AMEN

What initiates the human desire to prove or disprove God? The Corinth assembly sent Paul and Silas to Berea to proclaim Jesus’ truth. Seemingly; prophetic writings were the only scriptures available “to proclaim Jesus’ good news from.” Perhaps the four gospel accounts were available.

(2Corinthaians 4:3-4; “These “Berea” Jews were more open-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they eagerly received the message, examining the scriptures carefully every day to see if these things were so. Therefore many of them believed, along with quite a few prominent Greek women and men.” (See Acts 17:10-15) Followers of Jesus should realize, the things God allows Satan to do in this age “will ultimately serve His purposes.” Deceptions Satan intends for harm will ultimately serve “to help God’s people worship in spirit and truth!” God’s Ways are forever and Satan knows he has but a short time remaining. So, how and why are people blinded spiritually? Jesus’ apostle Paul taught; “the god of this age has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, so they would not see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God.” (See 2 Corinthians 4:3-4)

Satan is only allowed to spiritually blind those who aren’t gifted with a Godly desire to know truth as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures! Jesus’ apostle John also explained; “the one who hates his fellow Christian is in darkness, walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.” (See 1John 2:11)

The word “hate” in this context means to “love less by comparison.” The holy spirit leads Christians to “spiritually love one another as themselves.” Professing Christians that don’t love as Jesus instructed “are in spiritual darkness: “God wills it for a time.” God’s TRUTH is; “spiritual understanding gifted to His chosen.“ What’s the darkness that blinds? The many confusing doctrines Satan has led the world to accept.

From the beginning, Satan inspired people groups to make gods from their imagination: “biblically speaking paganism was born!” Jesus’ apostle John was also led to quote Isaiah, “whom Jesus had inspired to write long before.”

(John 12:40 “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart so that they would not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and turn to Me, and I would heal them.”) (Quote from Isaiah 6:10)

We are in the advanced age of spiritual blindness! God is allowing unbelievers to be spiritually blinded until the time He chooses to open minds. The good news, “gospel” is that another age is on the horizon. Jesus inspired Isaiah to tell it.

(Isaiah 29:18-19; “At that time the deaf will be able to hear “understand” words read from a scroll, and the eyes of the blind will be able to see through “previously hidden” deep darkness. The downtrodden will again rejoice in the Lord; the poor among humankind will take delight in the Holy One of Israel.”)

The Holy One of Israel, “The Lord God Jesus” spent three and one half years with His apostles and didn’t allow them to spiritually understand the scriptures until shortly before His ascension.

(Luke 18:31-34; “Then Jesus took the twelve aside and said to them, “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished. For He will be handed over to the Gentiles; He will be mocked, mistreated, and spat on. They will flog Him severely and kill Him. Yet on the third day He will rise again.” (34) But the twelve understood none of these things. This saying was hidden from them, and they did not grasp what Jesus meant.”)

After Jesus’ ascension and Pentecost, the apostle’s minds were opened to understand these things and “their relationship to inspired prophecy.” Zechariah 9:9-10, tells of Jesus’ return to Jerusalem a few days before Passover. And (See Mark 11:1-9, to read of that conclusion.)

Jesus’ apostles had been keeping the Passover all their lives “without knowing its significance in relationship to Jesus.” (“Jesus is our Passover” the One in whom is life.) Worldly religions are still blinded about the significance of Passover and unleavened bread. (Remember; Satan’s purpose is to mislead, deceive and divide.) He leads people to make substitutions “to the spiritual significance of Passover.”

(John 13:1-5; “Just before the Passover feast, Jesus knew that His time had come to depart from this world to the Father. Having loved His own who were in the world, He now loved them to the very end. The evening meal was in progress, and the devil had already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, that he should betray Jesus. Because Jesus knew that the Father had handed all things over to Him, and that He had come from God and was going back to God, He got up from the meal, removed His outer clothes, took a towel and tied it around Himself. (5) He poured water into the washbasin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and to dry them with the towel He had wrapped around Himself.”)

The Passover traditions Jesus demonstrates, “shows us God’s love for His chosen.” Just as the blood over the Israelites’ doors in Egypt,” preserved the lives of their first born” Jesus’ shed blood before this Passover’s end, “was to redeem this world to Himself.” Through our being spiritually led to believe IN Jesus “we are saved to eternal life.”

On that Passover evening, after praying that if possible, “let this cup pass from Me.” Jesus was arrested by the chief priest and officers of the temple guard. These came with swords and clubs as if arresting an outlaw. Jesus said to them, “Day after day when I was with you in the temple courts, you did not arrest Me. But this is your hour and that of the power of darkness!” Luke 22:52-53)

Darkness was Satan’s doing, but God planned and permitted it from the foundation of the world! The darkness as this age’s end, was known from the beginning, including mankind’s inherited from Adam self serving nature.

(Matthew 6:22-24; “The eye is the lamp ‘understanding’ of the body. If then your eye “understanding” is healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye “understanding” is diseased, “sick” your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness?” “No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money “mammon.”) MEANING: “wealth’s misused  influence - is evil. ALL unbelievers are characterized here! BUT Jesus understands why people are unbelievers; thus Jesus said; (“Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.”) Luke 23:34)

God called David, “revealed Himself, made David a great king and prophet. Jesus revealed His suffering and allowed David to feel His pain. Consider Psalms 22: “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me? I groan in prayer, but help seems far away. My God, I cry out during the day, but you do not answer, and during the night my prayers do not let up. You are holy; You sit as king receiving the praises of Israel. In You our ancestors trusted; they trusted in You and You rescued them. To You they cried out, and they were saved; in You they trusted and they were not disappointed. (6) But I am a worm, not a man; people insult me and despise me. All who see Me taunt Me; they mock me and shake their heads. (8) They say, “Commit yourself to the Lord! Let the Lord rescue Him! Let the Lord deliver Him, for He delights in Him.” Yes, You are the one who brought me out from the womb and made me feel secure on my mother’s breasts. I have been dependent on You since birth; from the time I came out of My mother’s womb You have been My God. Do not remain far away from Me, for trouble is near and I have no one to help Me. Many bulls surround Me; powerful bulls of Bashan hem Me in. They open their mouths to devour Me like a roaring lion that rips its prey. (14) My strength drains away like water; all My bones are dislocated; My heart is like wax; it melts away inside Me. The roof of My mouth is as dry as a piece of pottery; My tongue sticks to My gums. You set Me in the dust of death. Yes, wild dogs surround Me – a gang of evil men crowd around Me; like a lion they pin My hands and feet. I can count all My bones; My enemies are gloating over Me in triumph. (18) They are dividing up My clothes among themselves; they are rolling dice for My garments. (19) But You, O Lord, do not remain far away! You are My source of strength! Hurry and help Me! Deliver Me from the sword! Save My life from the claws of the wild dogs! (21) Rescue Me from the mouth of the lion, and from the horns of the wild oxen! You have answered Me! I will declare Your name to My countrymen! In the middle of the assembly I will praise You! (23) You loyal followers of the Lord, praise Him! All you descendants of Jacob, “Abraham Israel” honor Him! All you descendants of Israel, stand in awe of Him! (24) For He did not despise or detest the suffering of the oppressed; He did not ignore Him; when He cried out to Him, He responded. You are the reason I offer praise in the great assembly; I will fulfill My promises before the Lord’s loyal followers. Let the oppressed eat and be filled! Let those who seek His help praise the Lord! May you live forever! (27) Let all the people of the earth acknowledge the Lord and turn to Him! Let all the nations worship You! For the Lord is king and rules over the nations. All of the thriving people of the earth will join the celebration and worship; all those who are descending into the grave will bow before Him, including those who cannot preserve their lives. (30) A whole generation will serve Him.”)

This new age is on the horizon, ”are we spiritually led to believe IN Jesus as did David. Consider Psalms 23:

(Psalms 23:; “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He takes me to lush pastures, He leads me to refreshing water. He restores my strength. He leads me down the right paths for the sake of His reputation. Even when I must walk through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff reassure me. You prepare a feast before me in plain sight of my enemies. You refresh my head with oil; my cup is completely full. (6) Surely Your goodness and faithfulness will pursue me all my days, and I will live in the Lord’s house for the rest of my life.”)

KING David and all Believers IN will be in the first resurrection, serve and rule with Jesus! David was spiritually led to pen prayer and prophecy.

(Psalms 69:20-36; “Their insults are painful and make Me lose heart; I look for sympathy, but receive none, for comforters, but find none. They put bitter poison into My food, and to quench My thirst they give Me vinegar to drink. May their dining table become a trap before them! May it be a snare for that group of friends! May their eyes be blinded! Make them shake violently! Pour out Your judgment on them! May your raging anger overtake them! May their camp become desolate, their tents uninhabited! (26) For they harass the one whom You discipline; they spread the news about the suffering of those whom You punish. Hold them accountable for all their sins! Do not vindicate them! May their names be deleted from the scroll of the living! Do not let their names be listed with the godly! (29) I am oppressed and suffering! O God, deliver and protect me! I will sing praises to God’s name! I will magnify Him as I give Him thanks! That will please the Lord more than an ox or a bull with horns and hooves. (32) The oppressed look on – let them rejoice! You who seek God, may you be encouraged! For the Lord listens to the needy; He does not despise His captive people. Let the heavens and the earth praise Him, along with the seas and everything that swims in them! For God will deliver Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah, and His people will again live in them and possess Zion. The descendants of His servants will inherit it, and those who are loyal to Him will live in it.”)

May our and this world’s blindness soon be overcome with Light.

At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 8

To 10,096, to A people being made temples of God’s spirit. “Churches of God” 3/23/18 ,God’s 1st month, Nisan 7, 5778 until sunset. From “Old English Frīġedæg” hijackers of Jesus’ gospel got Friday; meaning; “day of Frige” associating the goddess Frigg with Roman goddess Venus; which is associated with many cultures.

Holy God: please reveal understanding, likened to Your apostle‘. Call, deliver, train and make us forever mindful of Your awesomeness. “You know the beginning and ending of all things.” Impute Jesus’ faith to us “that we may worship You in spirit, truth and love.” In Jesus’ holy name we pray. AMEN

(Luke 7:1-10; “A military commander had a highly regarded servant who was sick to the point of death. When he heard of Jesus’ presence he sent soldiers asking Jesus to heal his servant. When Jesus was still a great distant away the commander sent friends to say to Jesus; “I am not worthy to have You come under my roof. That’s why I didn’t presume to come to You.” Say the word and my servant must be healed. For I too am a man set under authority, with soldiers under me. I say to this one, ‘go’ and he goes, and to another, ‘come’ and he comes and to my slave, ‘do this’ and he does it.” When Jesus heard this, He was amazed; turning to the crowd that followed He said; “I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith!” So when those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the slave well.”)

Few people are gifted to know the controlling power of our Creator ’Jesus’ as did this commander; “his faith was gifted from above.” Gifted to know who Jesus was. Today, few know who Jesus is!

(Luke 7:11-15; “Soon afterward Jesus went to a town called Nain, His disciples and a large crowd went with Him. As He approached the town gate, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother (who was a widow), and a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, He had compassion for her and said to her, “Do not weep.” (14) Then He came up and touched the bier, and those who carried it stood still. He said, “Young man, I say to you, get up!” So the dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. Fear seized them all, and they began to glorify God, saying, “A great prophet has appeared among us!” and “God has come to help His people!” This report about Jesus circulated throughout Judea and all the surrounding country.”)

Jesus’ giving physical life back to this dead son and restoring his health, is evidence that He IS the Son of God, Creator, Sustainer, Shepherd and coming King of Kings in whom God our Father delights.

Some professing Christians say they believe these miracles occurred. But few are LED to believe IN and LOVE the Son of God as He is manifested to be in the holy scriptures. When people are led to believe IN Jesus, “that focused belief purifies. as He is pure.” Jesus’ apostle John explains to Believers IN.

(1John 3:1-3; “See what sort of love the Father has given to us: that we should be called God’s children – and indeed we are! For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Him. Dear friends, we are God’s children now and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that whenever it is revealed we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope focused on Him purifies himself, just as Jesus is pure”)

We must be about the business of teaching, “the gospel of the kingdom of God” Jesus’ return, the resurrection and our being changed to the likeness of Him. (This must be our focus, our message and our life example to the world.) Realize particularly that, “worldly religious people are offended by Jesus’ message and Ways. If these things aren’t clear, “we need to study, meditate and pray for revelation.”

Even John the Baptist had doubts. He was in prison for having told Herod that he was living in adultery. John’s followers informed him about Jesus’ miracles

(Luke 7:18-20; So John called two of his disciples and sent them to Jesus, asking, “Are you the One who is to come, or should we look for another?” When the men came to Jesus, they said, “John the Baptist has sent us to you to ask, ‘Are you the One who is to come, or should we look for another?’” At that very time Jesus cured many people of diseases, sicknesses, and evil spirits and granted sight to many who were blind. So Jesus answered them, “Go tell John what you have seen and heard: The blind see, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have good news proclaimed to them. Blessed is anyone who takes no offense at Me.”)

We need to meditate on these things, prove that Jesus is our coming Messiah and King of Kings. Jesus inspired Isaiah to pen words of hope “to erase our doubts.” Are we doubtful as was the Baptist? Let’s look again at Jesus’ prophecy through Isaiah.

(Isaiah 29:17-24; “In just a very short time Lebanon will turn into an orchard, and the orchard will be considered a forest. At that time the deaf will be able to hear words read from a scroll, and the eyes of the blind will be able to see through deep darkness. The downtrodden will again rejoice in the Lord; the poor among humankind will take delight in the Holy One of Israel. For tyrants will disappear, those who taunt will vanish,

and all those who love to do wrong will be eliminated; those who bear false testimony against a person, who entrap the one who arbitrates at the city gate and deprive the innocent of justice by making false charges. So this is what the Lord, the One who delivered Abraham, says to the family of Jacob. “Israel will no longer be ashamed; their faces will no longer show their embarrassment.” For when they see their children, whom I will produce among them, they will honor My name. They will honor the Holy One of Jacob; they will respect the God of Israel. (24) Those who stray morally will gain understanding; those who complain will acquire insight.”)

The miracles Jesus did personally and through His apostles, were forerunners to His powers that will be gifted when He returns. (Gaining spiritual comprehension as God reveals individually, should be the goal we seek.) Our coming King of Kings is the God of Abraham, the God of Israel and the One who delivered Israel from Egypt, “sin.”

He understands the likelihood of our being embarrassed when we live His Way, among communities of unbelievers! (When we count the cost, “of following Jesus” we should realize; “this world’s citizenry isn’t our friends” as they aren’t Jesus’ friends.) Following Jesus can be a lonely road, “from the fleshly point of view.” (“In the world but not of the world” makes followers of Jesus likened to Him, characteristically and in the friendship category.) (See John 15:18)

When God the Father and God the Son were creating; “they were also planning Jesus’ crucifixion and ascension.”

(Luke 18:31-34;“Then Jesus took the twelve aside and said to them, “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished. For He will be handed over to the Gentiles; He will be mocked, mistreated, and spat on. They will flog Him severely and kill Him. Yet on the third day He will rise again.” But the twelve understood none of these things. This saying was hidden from them, and they did not grasp what Jesus meant.”)

Spiritual truths are still hidden from the world at large. Why? Hardness of heart.

(Matt 13:10-15; “For this reason I “Jesus” speak to them in parables: Although they see they do not see, and although they hear they do not hear nor do they understand. And concerning them “those not gifted to believe IN” the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says: ‘You will listen carefully yet will never understand, you will look closely yet will never comprehend. For the heart of this people has become dull; they are hard of hearing, and they have shut their eyes, so that they would not see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’)

People choose denominations, “rather than individually seeking God’s truth is proof of people’s hardness of heart and closed eyes.” Jesus’ words, as He inspired Isaiah to pen and quoted in this Matthew’s text has been true in each age, “but a new age is coming.” Jesus had His prophet Zachariah prophesy about the events of His first and second comings.

(Zach 9:9; “Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Look! Your king is coming to you: He is legitimate and victorious, humble and riding on a donkey – on a young donkey, the foal of a female donkey.”( This part of Zachariah’s prophecy has been fulfilled, “the next part is soon to be.” (Zach 9:10; “I will remove the chariot from Ephraim and the warhorse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be removed. Then He will announce peace to the nations. His dominion will be from sea to sea and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.”) Compare with Isaiah 29:17-24,

(Mark 11:1-11; Now as they approached Jerusalem, near Bethphage and Bethany, at the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two of His disciples and said to them, “Go to the village ahead of you. As soon as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there that has never been ridden. Untie it and bring it here. (3) If anyone says to you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs it and will send it back here soon.’” So they went and found a colt tied at a door, outside in the street, and untied it. Some people standing there said to them, “What are you doing, untying that colt?” They replied as Jesus had told them, and the bystanders let them go. Then they brought the colt to Jesus, threw their cloaks on it, and Jesus sat on it. Many spread their cloaks on the road and others spread branches they had cut in the fields. Both those who went ahead and those who followed kept shouting, “Hosanna! Blessed is the One who comes in the name of the Lord! Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!” (11) Then Jesus entered Jerusalem and went to the temple. And after looking around at everything, He went out to Bethany with the twelve since it was already late.”)

The Passover was approaching and time for another parable that only Believers JN would understand.

(Mark 12:1-12; “Then Jesus began to speak to them in parables: “A man planted a vineyard. He put a fence around it, dug a pit for its winepress, and built a watchtower. Then he leased it to tenant farmers and went on a journey. At harvest time He sent a slave to the tenants to collect from them His portion of the crop. But those tenants seized His slave, beat him, and sent him away empty-handed. So He sent another slave to them again. This one they struck on the head and treated outrageously. He sent another, and that one they killed. This happened to many others, some of whom were beaten, others killed. (6) He had one left, His one dear Son. Finally He sent Him to them, saying, ‘They will respect My Son.’ (7) But those tenants said to one another, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill Him and the inheritance will be ours!’ So they seized Him, killed Him, and threw His body out of the vineyard. What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy those tenants and give the vineyard to others. (10) Have you not read this scripture: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes’?” (12) Now they wanted to arrest Him (but they feared the crowd), because they realized that He told this parable against them. So they left Him and went away.”)

Jesus was referencing what He had inspired at Psalms 118:22-23. (So it is; from creation until now, the Cornerstone has been rejected by people thinking highly of their own opinion. People unwilling to seek God’s view, “prefer selling their view.”) But “God so loved the world that He gave His Son.” Our all knowing God planned it from the beginning.

(1John 3:1; (See what sort of love the Father has given to us: ’we followers of Jesus’ that we should be called God’s children – and indeed we are! For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Him.”)

The religious minded attempt to know God through, “personal intellect and studies.” (But God says; “He cannot allow that, less people boast.”)

(Eph 2:4-10; “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, (His chosen) even though we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ – by grace you are saved! and He raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, WHY? to demonstrate in the coming ages the surpassing wealth of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you are saved through (gifted) faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; it is not from works, so that no one can boast. (10) For we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared beforehand so we may do them.”)

Is this understanding clear? Give God the praise. It’s spiritual discernment, “not gained through fleshly intellect, but gifted by God.” It’s the mystery, not revealed to the world.

At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 7

Thursday, March 22nd, 2018

To 10,089, Churches of God “A people being made temples of His spirit.” 3/22/18  God’s 1st month, Nisan 6, 5778 until sunset.

Next Thursday at sunset begins Passover and Friday sunset begins the 15th day of Nisan, “a weekly and the first annual Sabbath of the year.” Hijackers of  Christendom “Jesus’ good news” named days of the week after pagan gods. (Thursday” literally means Thor’s day.” The mythology: “ruler of Aesir, supreme god of war, poetry, knowledge and wisdom. Husband of Frigg, “to which he gave an eye.”)

No wonder the God of Abraham: “Israel’s God isn’t worshiped supreme.” Satan influenced the hijackers’ attempt “to worship all god’s.” Nisan is God’s first month.

(Lev 23:4-8; “‘These are the Lord’s appointed times, holy assemblies, which you must proclaim at their appointed time. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, is a Passover offering to the Lord. Then on the fifteenth day of the same month will be the festival of unleavened bread to the Lord; seven days you must eat unleavened bread. On the first day there will be a holy assembly for you; you must not do any regular work. You must present a gift to the Lord for seven days, and the seventh day is a holy assembly; you must not do any regular work.’”)

As the spiritual component of circumcision is, “circumcision of heart“ the spiritual component of eating unleavened bread, “removing leavening” is, “putting away sin.” The “Unleavened Bread festival, “was to rid homes and the body of that which puffs up.” Physical Israelites needed a guardian to keep them focused. (They as do children and unconverted adults “need a guardian - a schoolmaster” today also.) Jesus‘ new commandment, which He said wasn‘t new at all: “love God with your whole heart and neighbor as self“ only replaces the guardian “law“ for recipients of His Holy Spirit. Allow Paul‘s explanation. .

(Galatians 3:23-29; “Now before, ‘Jesus’’ faith ’or faith in Jesus’ came we were held in custody under the law, being kept as prisoners, ‘in custody’ until the coming faith would be revealed. (24) Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous by faith. (25) But now that faith has come, we, ’followers of Jesus’ are no longer under a guardian. For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith. (27) For all of you who were baptized, ’immersed’  into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female – for all of you are One in Christ Jesus. (29) And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.”)

Unconverted Israelites should remove leavening from their homes. Before Jesus’ faith was gifted to us individually, “we were and the whole world is” under God’s law. Paul is writing to God’s church, “not the world at large.” Until the Son of God and God the father are revealed individually, “people are subject to and ’under’ God’s law” as is a student to a guardian. We Believers IN Jesus are no longer under the law because “in Christ Jesus we are sons of God.” As children of God we inherit His characteristics. When the love of Jesus is imputed to our minds, “so is a love of His spiritual law.”

Jesus, His prophets and apostles’ good news is: One day the whole world will understand that the same Jesus that came in the flesh and died for the remission of the world’s sins, “created, re-created, sustains and “through Him is life” He wrote the ten commandments with His own finger. (He being the God that doesn’t change, “the same yesterday, today and forever” NEVER gave authority for a Sabbath change.)

This earth’s movement, the sun’s temperature, sea level etc. were created and are sustained by Jesus. (Study John 1:1-5, Hebrews 1:1-4: the whole chapter actually and Colossians 1:15-20.) Followers of Jesus, “Christians” worship our Creator, “rather than His creation.” Unbelievers, practicing idolatrous paganism look to what seems right. (For example the pagan Druids are defined as, “modern follower of ancient Celtic religion: a people worshiping and celebrates the forces of nature.” Many professing Christians still practice those customs laid down by these groups; “worshiping the gods our week days are named after.”

Followers of Jesus are spiritually led to go before the throne of our Creator God in prayer, to; (“Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to myriads of angels, to the assembly, congregation of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, to God, the judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous, who are being made perfect, to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.”) (Hebrews 12:22-24)

From Hebrews 12:1-6 we discern; “By the faith of Jesus in us, we know through His revelations, ‘as did His apostles’ that we are gifted with immortality through Jesus and AS SUCH WE ARE; (“surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely, and run with endurance the race set out for us, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Pioneer and Perfecter of our faith.) For the joy set out for Him He endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of God.

WE “followers of Jesus” should, (Heb 12:3-6; “Think of Him who endured such opposition against Himself by sinners, so that you, “WE” may not grow weary in our being and give up. You, “WE” have not yet resisted to the point of bloodshed in your, “OUR” struggle against sin. And have you forgotten the exhortation addressed to you as sons? “My son, do not scorn the Lord’s discipline or give up when He corrects you.For the Lord disciplines the one He loves and chastises every son He accepts.”) (Quote from Prov 3:11-12)

Knowing Jesus’ words, “no servant is greater than his master” we count the cost.

(Hebrews 12:7-13; “Endure your suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is there that a father does not discipline? But if you do not experience discipline, something all sons have shared in, then you are illegitimate and are not sons. Besides, we have experienced discipline from our earthly fathers and we respected them; shall we not submit ourselves all the more to the Father of spirits and receive life? For they disciplined us for a little while as seemed good to them, but He does so for our benefit, that we may share His holiness. Now all discipline seems painful at the time, not joyful. But later it produces the fruit of peace and righteousness for those trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your listless hands and your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but be healed.”)

The vast majority of this world’s populations, including professing Christians, do not believe IN God as Creator, “as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures” thus they are not Believers IN.” The vast majority using Jesus’ name, are NOT Christ like.

(John 6:28-33; “So then they said to Him, “What must we do to accomplish the deeds God requires?” Jesus replied, “This is the deed God requires – to believe IN the One whom He sent.” So they said to Him, “Then what miraculous sign will You perform, so that we may see it and believe You? What will You do? Our ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, just as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’”(32) Then Jesus told them, “I tell you the solemn truth, it is NOT Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but My Father is giving you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is the One who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

(John 6:34-40; So they said to Him, “Sir, give us this bread all the time! Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. The one who comes to Me will never go hungry, and the one who believes IN Me will never be thirsty. (36) But I told you that you have seen Me and still do not believe. Everyone whom the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never send away. For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will but the will of the One who sent Me. (39) Now this is the will of the One who sent Me – that I should not lose one person of every one He has given Me, but raise them all up at the last day. For this is the will of My Father – for everyone who looks on the Son and believes IN Him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”)

Jesus’ good news is about our believing IN Him “for the remission of sin, for the gift of eternal life - immortality.” About our living a submissive to God life, our being perfected to His spiritual image and resurrection. About believing Satan will be bound, Jesus and His Saints millennial rule, peace, righteous judgment, a new heaven and earth.

Jesus revealed to His apostle Paul and he wrote for our understanding.

(1 Corinthians 15:12-28; “Now if Christ is being preached as raised from the dead, how can some of you say there is no resurrection of the dead? (How is it, some say “every one is born immortal.” The good go to heaven and the bad to hell.) But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is futile and your faith is empty. Also, we are found to be false witnesses about God, because we have testified against God that He raised Christ from the dead, when in reality He did not raise Him, if indeed the dead are not raised. (16) For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is useless; you are still in your sins. (18) Furthermore, those who have fallen asleep in Christ have also perished. For if only in this life we have hope in Christ, we should be pitied more than anyone.”

(1Cor 20-28; But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, “Adam” the resurrection of the dead also came through a man. “Jesus” For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ, the firstfruits; then when Christ comes, those who belong to Him. (24) Then comes the end, when He, “Jesus” hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when He, “Jesus” has brought to an end all rule and all authority and power. For He, “Jesus” must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. (26) The last enemy to be eliminated is death. For He, “God the Father” has put everything in subjection under His, “Jesus’” feet. But when it says “everything” has been put in subjection, it is clear that this does not include the One, “God the Father” who put everything in subjection to Him, “Jesus.” (28) And when all things are subjected to Him, “God the Father” then the Son Himself will be subjected to the One who subjected everything to Him, so that God may be all in all.”) This is the Good News all Christians Believe IN.

(Matthew 24:42-47; “Therefore stay alert, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have been alert and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him. “Who then is the faithful and wise slave, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the other slaves their food at the proper time? Blessed is that slave whom the master finds at work when he comes. I tell you the truth, the Master will put him in charge of all His possessions.”)

When Jesus died, “miraculous things took place.” The world was shown the power of God and a glimpse of the coming physical resurrections.”

(Matt 27:45-53; “Now from noon until three, darkness came over all the land. At about three o’clock Jesus shouted with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” When some of the bystanders heard it, they said, “This man is calling for Elijah.” Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge, filled it with sour wine, put it on a stick, and gave it to Him to drink. But the rest said, “Leave Him alone! Let’s see if Elijah will come to save Him.” Then Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and gave up His spirit. Just then the temple curtain was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks were split apart. And tombs were opened, and the bodies of many Saints who had died were raised. (They came out of the tombs after His resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.)

Jesus revealed to His apostle John and he recorded for our revelation.

(Revelations 21:5-8; “And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new!” Then He said to me, “Write it down, because these words are reliable and true.” He also said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one who is thirsty I will give water free of charge from the spring of the water of life. The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”)

Jesus our Creator, Sustainer of all things is the Architect, the Alpha and Omega, whose plans will not be thwarted.

At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 6

Wednesday, March 21st, 2018

To 10,072, Churches of God “A people being made temples of His spirit.” 3/21/18  God’s 1st month, Nisan 5, 5778 until sunset.

Jesus’ apostles taught us that God’s church is built; “on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the Cornerstone.” (See Eph 2:20) Peter reviewed the Lord God’s dealing with His church in the wilderness.

(Acts  7:37-40; “This is the Moses who said to the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers.’ (See Deut 18:15) This is the man who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our ancestors, and he received living oracles to give to you. Our ancestors were unwilling to obey him, but pushed him aside and turned back to Egypt in their hearts, (40) saying to Aaron, ‘Make us gods who will go in front of us, for this Moses, who led us out of the land of Egypt – we do not know what has happened to him!’”

(Acts 7:41-43; “At that time they made an idol in the form of a calf, brought a sacrifice to the idol, and began rejoicing in the works of their hands. (42) But God turned away from them and gave them over to worship the host of heaven, ‘astrology’ as it is written in the book of the prophets: ‘It was not to Me that you offered slain animals and sacrifices forty years in the wilderness, was it, house of Israel? But you took along the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of the god Rephan, the images you made to worship, but I will deport you beyond Babylon.’”

(Acts 7:44-45; “Our ancestors had the tabernacle of testimony in the wilderness, just as God who spoke to Moses ordered him to make it according to the design he had seen. Our ancestors received possession of it and brought it in with Joshua when they dispossessed the nations that God drove out before our ancestors, until the time of David.”

(Acts 7:46-51; “He ‘David’ found favor with God and asked that he could find a dwelling place for the house of Jacob. But Solomon built a house for Him. (48) Yet the Most High does not live in houses made by human hands, as the prophet says, (49) ‘Heaven is My throne, and earth is the footstool for My feet. What kind of house will you build for Me, says the Lord, or what is My resting place? Did My hand not make all these things? “You stubborn people, with uncircumcised hearts and ears! You are always resisting the Holy Spirit, like your ancestors did!”

(Acts 7:52-53; “Which of the prophets did your ancestors not persecute? They killed those who foretold long ago the coming of the Righteous One, whose betrayers and murderers you have now become! You received the law by decrees given by angels, but you did not obey it.”) The Israelites couldn’t rid themselves from the paganism they learned in Egypt. The inherited nature of Adam pulled them to the idolatrous mindset of  “deciding for themselves.” All who aren’t recipients of God’s spirit are still plagued with it. The good news command was always “honor the Holy One of Jacob.” This they and we will do when Israel is delivered back to their former borders..

(Isa 29:22; “So this is what the Lord, the one who delivered Abraham, says to the family of Jacob: “Jacob will no longer be ashamed; their faces will no longer show their embarrassment. For when they see their children, whom I will produce among them, they will honor My name. They will honor the Holy One of Jacob; they will respect the God of Israel. Those who stray morally will gain understanding; those who complain will acquire insight.” The establishment of God’s kingdom and His preparing a people to maintain it the good news Jesus brought.

(Jeremiah 10:1-5; “You people of Israel, listen to what the Lord has to say to you. The Lord says, “Do not start following pagan religious practices. Do not be in awe of signs that occur in the sky even though the nations hold them in awe. For the religion of these people is worthless.”) People attempting to worship Jesus while practicing any degree of paganism may as well be calling on Baal. Moloch or the star of the god Rephan

(Jer 10:10; The Lord is the only true God. He is the living God and the everlasting King. When He shows His anger the earth shakes. None of the nations can stand up to His fury.”)

(Jer 10:16; The Lord, ‘Jesus’ who is the inheritance of Jacob’s descendants, is not like them. He is the One who created everything. And the people of Israel are those He claims as His own. He is known as the Lord who rules over all.”)

Satan is the instigator of people’s thinking when they “assume there are followers of Jesus among every denomination.

We know from, New Covenant scriptures “partaking of the tree of life is obedience to Jesus the Christ.” The Way to the tree of life ’eternal life’ is, JESUS. That Way was revealed and minds opened after His crucifixion and ascension. God’s revelations aren’t given through worldly education and speculations. Daniel was chosen and God used him to give us revelation. (May many respond prayerfully the same)

(Dan 2:27-28; Daniel replied to the king, “The mystery that the king is asking about is such that no wise men, astrologers, magicians, or diviners can possibly disclose it to the king. However, there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the times to come.”) Worldly education can’t possibly disclose spiritual understanding! NOW the same Revealer to Daniel “revealed Jesus’ birth to Micah.

(Micah 5:1-2; “As for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, seemingly insignificant among the clans of Judah – from you a king will emerge who will rule over Israel on My behalf, One whose origins are in the distant past.”) JESUS’ origin was with God the Father from the foundation of this world. Micah’s prophecies are sure.

(Micah 5:3; “So the Lord will hand the people of Israel over to their enemies until the time when the woman in labor gives birth. Then the rest of the king’s countrymen will return to be reunited with the people of Israel.)

Jesus revealed to His prophets that His chosen people “Israel” would be dispersed among the nations for their disobedience. When Jesus returns to establish His kingdom, “Israelites will be reunited.”

(Micah 5:4; “He “Jesus” will assume His post and shepherd the people by the Lord’s strength, by the sovereign authority of the Lord His God. (Preplanned from the beginning. They? the heirs of Abraham” (See Galatians 3:29) will live securely, for at that time He “Jesus” will be honored even in the distant regions of the earth.”)

Never before has God the Father and God the Son been honored by a nation as Israel will honor our God in the future.

(Micah 5:5-8; “He “Jesus” will give us peace. Should the Assyrians try to invade our land and attempt to set foot in our fortresses, we will send against them seven shepherd-rulers, make that eight commanders. (6) They will rule the land of Assyria with the sword, the land of Nimrod with a drawn sword. Our king “Jesus” will rescue us from the Assyrians should they attempt to invade our land and try to set foot in our territory. (7) Those survivors from Jacob “Israel” will live in the midst of many nations. They will be like the dew the Lord sends, like the rain on the grass, that does not hope for men to come or wait around for humans to arrive. (8) Those survivors from Jacob “Israel” will live among the nations, in the midst of many peoples. They will be like a lion among the animals of the forest, like a young lion among the flocks of sheep, which attacks when it passes through; it rips its prey and there is no one to stop it.”)

Israelites have been scattered among the nations for many years, this text reveals “His chosen are yet to accomplish His will among this world’s populations.” God’s and Israel’s adversaries are one and the same. Believers IN Jesus recognize, “today‘s Christians are modern Israelites.” Why are some of these shepherd rulers? Saints in the first resurrection! (see Rev 20:2-7)

(Micah 5:9; “Lift your hand triumphantly against your adversaries; may all your enemies be destroyed! The Lord Will Purify His People.”) During Jesus’ millennial rule, a purifying of His chosen is planned. NOW, notice the word, “your” in the next six verses, “speaking of things people hold to, in idolatrous fashion.”

(Micah 5:10-15; “In that day,” says the Lord, “I will destroy your horses from your midst, and smash your chariots. I will destroy the cities of your land, and tear down all your fortresses. I will remove the sorcery that you practice, and you will no longer have omen readers living among you. I will remove your idols and sacred pillars from your midst; you will no longer worship what your own hands made. I will uproot your images of Asherah from your midst, and destroy your idols. (15) I will angrily seek vengeance

on the nations that do not obey Me.”)

A circumcision of the heart, “is the kind of obedience God’s chosen desire.” Worldly people groups don’t understood God’s intent regarding circumcision. He reveals to His chosen through Jeremiah.

(Jeremiah 9:25-26; “The Lord says, “Watch out! The time is soon coming when I will punish all those who are only circumcised in the flesh. That is, I will punish the Egyptians, the Judeans, the Edomites, the Ammonites, the Moabites, and all the desert people who cut their hair short at the temples. I will do so because none of the people of those nations are really circumcised in the Lord’s sight. Moreover, none of the people of Israel are circumcised when it comes to their hearts.”) Circumcision of heart “is loving God with all our heart.” Obeying from a gifted understanding of God purposes.

At One with God the Father and God the Son, chapter 5

Tuesday, March 20th, 2018

To 10,053, Churches of God “A people being made temples of His spirit.” 3/20/18  God’s 1st month, Nisan 4, 5778 until sunset.

Followers of Jesus are “at one” with Him, God the Father and one another. Godly gifted love for His first four commandments is the binder. We desire to be obedient, think as He thinks, love what He loves, hate what He hates, because we know He is holy and righteous. Godly gifted love for His last six commandments is the binder for loving neighbor as ourselves. Godly love binds it all. There’s no division.

Jesus’ good news is about the kingdom of God being established on earth. The focus is His return with power, Satan bound,  His Saints resurrected to a spiritual life to serve, Israelites re-established to former borders and the nations looking to Israel’s God for guidance. It’s all preplanned, revealed to Jesus’ apostle Paul, Isaiah, Jeremiah and others.

(Rom 11:25-27 “For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion; He will remove ungodliness from Jacob “Israel” And this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.””)

Our creator’s plan for His People and His earth are absolute. All things will unfold according to His plan in spite of religious organizations. Isaiah’s prophecy is Jesus’ revelation to him and mainly for Israel.

       (Isa 29:13-16; The sovereign master says, “These people say they are loyal to Me;

they say wonderful things about Me, but they are not really loyal to Me. Their worship consists of nothing but man-made ritual. Therefore I will again do an amazing thing for these people – an absolutely extraordinary deed. Wise men will have nothing to say, the sages will have no explanations.” Those who try to hide their plans from the Lord are as good as dead, who do their work in secret and boast, “Who sees us? Who knows what we’re doing?”(16) Your thinking is perverse! Should the Potter be regarded as clay?

Should the thing made say about its maker, “He didn’t make me”? Or should the pottery say about the Potter, “He doesn’t understand”?) Our Creator does understand and plans His conclusion.

(Isa 29:17-24; “In just a very short time Lebanon will turn into an orchard and the orchard will be considered a forest. At that time the deaf will be able to hear words read from a scroll, and the eyes of the blind will be able to see through deep darkness. The downtrodden will again rejoice in the Lord; the poor among humankind will take delight in the Holy One of Israel. (20) For tyrants will disappear, those who taunt will vanish, and all those who love to do wrong will be eliminated – those who bear false testimony against a person, who entrap the one who arbitrates at the city gate and deprive the innocent of justice by making false charges. (22) So this is what the Lord, the one who delivered Abraham, says to the family of Jacob: “Jacob will no longer be ashamed; their faces will no longer show their embarrassment. For when they see their children, whom I will produce among them, they will honor My name. They will honor the Holy One of Jacob; they will respect the God of Israel. Those who stray morally will gain understanding; those who complain will acquire insight.”)

(Jeremiah 10:1-5; You people of Israel, listen to what the Lord has to say to you. The Lord says, “Do not start following pagan religious practices. Do not be in awe of signs that occur in the sky even though the nations hold them in awe. For the religion of these people is worthless. They cut down a tree in the forest, and a craftsman makes it into an idol with his tools. He decorates it with overlays of silver and gold. He uses hammer and nails to fasten it together so that it will not fall over. Such idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field. They cannot talk. They must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of them because they cannot hurt you. And they do not have any power to help you.”

(Jer 10:6-10;  I said, “There is no one like You, Lord. You are great. And you are renowned for your power. Everyone should revere You, O King of all nations, because You deserve to be revered. For there is no one like You among any of the wise people of the nations nor among any of their kings. (8) The people of those nations are both stupid and foolish. Instruction from a wooden idol is worthless! Hammered-out silver is brought from Tarshish and gold is brought from Uphaz to cover those idols. They are the handiwork of carpenters and goldsmiths. They are clothed in blue and purple clothes.

They are all made by skillful workers. (10) The Lord is the only true God. He is the living God and the everlasting King. When He shows His anger the earth shakes.

None of the nations can stand up to His fury.” Now here is the message Israelites will be giving to the nations.

(Jer 10:11-13; “You people of Israel should tell those nations this: ‘These gods did not make heaven and earth. They will disappear from the earth and from under the heavens.’ The Lord is the one who by His power made the earth. He is the One who by His wisdom established the world. And by His understanding he spread out the skies. When his voice thunders, the heavenly ocean roars. He makes the clouds rise from the far-off horizons. He makes the lightning flash out in the midst of the rain. He unleashes the wind from the places where He stores it.”

(Jer 10:14- “All these idolaters will prove to be stupid and ignorant. Every goldsmith will be disgraced by the idol he made. For the image he forges is merely a sham. There is no breath in any of those idols. They are worthless, mere objects to be mocked. When the time comes to punish them, they will be destroyed. The Lord, ‘Jesus’ who is the inheritance of Jacob’s descendants, is not like them. He is the One who created everything. And the people of Israel are those He claims as His own. He is known as the Lord who rules over all.”)

Heavenly Father: thank You for making us in Your image, for revealing Yourself. Revealing that You aren’t through with Your creation. You planned from the foundation of the world. Make us yielded to Your Way and hopefully we each will give You the praise. We pray in the name of Jesus. AMEN

After Adam and Eve’s disobedience, they heard the sound of the Lord God moving about in the orchard at the breezy time of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the orchard. God asked; “Where are you?” Adam replied, “I heard You moving about in the orchard, and I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.” The Lord God said; “Who told you that you were naked? Did you eat from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from? Adam replied; “The woman you gave me, gave me some fruit from the tree and I ate it.” God said to the woman; “What is this you have done?” The woman replied; “The serpent tricked me, and I ate.” Gen 3:8-13.)

Do we noticed an inherited characteristic? What child never blamed something else for his or her disobedience or failure? How about adults? particularly politicians.

Does Adam and Eve’s disobedience cause an awareness that we need a nature change? A change from innocence to that of self awareness and evaluation? It SHOULD! Because we each have inherited that lawless “sin” nature from Adam and Eve. It’s the cause of our self serving, little god mentality thinking to decide for self, “what’s right, wrong, good and evil.”

Our Creator has the right and obligation to teach us what’s right, wrong, good and evil. He gave us a text book! He can fix our inherited nature! Through His revelations we’re able to understand our natural inclinations and desire. Only He gives the desire for Godly repentance.

(Gen 3:14; “The Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all the wild beasts and all the living creatures of the field! On your belly you will crawl and dust you will eat all the days of your life.”) Snake characteristic of Satan! Thus he is referred to as “serpent” in the holy scriptures. As a camouflaged snake, Satan’s methods are sneaky and deceptive. Manifests himself as an angel of light! (See 2 Corinthians 11:14)

Though spirit, Satan does have an end! (Study the last three chapters of Revelations.) Until then Satan’s business is deception and his followers hostile toward God’s Way.

(Gen 3:15; “And I will put hostility between you and the woman and between your offspring and her offspring; her offspring will attack your head, and you will attack her offspring’s heel.”)

Not only is Satan leader of other demonic spirits, his offspring include demonically led people. (Demonically deceived people manifest themselves as being enlightened about the ways of God.)

The “woman” could represent God’s church and does refers to Jesus, “who from the planned beginning was to be born of a woman.” One day He will destroy everything demonic. (This Genesis text is our first scriptural prophecy regarding Satan’s demise.)

(Gen 3:16; “To the woman the Lord God said; “I will greatly increase your labor pains; with pain you will give birth to children. You will want to control your husband, but he will dominate you.”) SEE any inherited characteristics?

       (Gen 3:17-19; “But to Adam the Lord God said; “Because you obeyed your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat from it,’ cursed is the ground thanks to you; in painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. It will produce thorns and thistles for you, but you will eat the grain of the field. By the sweat of your brow you will eat food until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken;

for you are dust, and to dust you will return.”) WE’RE but dust! Dead and no more than dirt in our fleshly inherited from Adam nature.

But our Lord God had a plan from the beginning, to put Satan away and re-make people in His likeness, “spiritually.” Jesus referred to this miracle as, “being born again” or “being born from above” or “Fathered.”

(Gen 3:20; “Adam named his wife Eve, because she was the mother of all the living.” One day all living people will know that we are created in God’s image and for His purpose. One day God will make land more productive with nutritious foods.

(Gen 3:21-22; “The Lord God made garments from skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them. And the Lord God said; “Now that the man has become like one of us, knowing good and evil, he must not be allowed to stretch out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”) The tree of life apparently represents man’s desire to usurp God will. God’s imputed spirit reveals that it’s idolatry to look elsewhere to discern what’s right, wrong, good and evil.

At Genesis 1:26, the Lord God said, “let US make man in OUR image.” The Lord God is “Jesus” Creator, ReCreator, Sustainer, Savior, in whom is life and our Mediator. (See Colossians 1:15-20)  Verse 22, says; “like one of US.” The One speaking is Jesus. God the Father and God the Son are the God family; and about the business of adding to The Family. (A better rendering or translation of verse 21, should read; “Now that the man has become like one of us, THINKING TO KNOW good and evil, he must not be allowed to stretch out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”) Why? Immortality is only gifted through Jesus.
