To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/12/18, God‘s 8th month, Chestven 3, 5779 until sunset.

God’s loving purpose in creating mankind in His image - likeness, was and is to create many children, “Gods in His spiritual likeness.”

After giving a parable about the Kingdom of God and telling His apostles “the last will be first and the first last” Jesus took the twelve aside privately, explained that He would be crucified and be raised the third day. Understanding His coming kingdom, a mother ask that her two sons sit one on His right and left. (Matt 20:22-23; Jesus answered, “You don’t know what you are asking! Are you able to drink the cup I am about to drink?” They said to Him, “We are able.” He told them, “You will drink My cup, but to sit at My right and at My left is not mine to give. Rather, it is for those for whom it has been prepared by My Father.”)

Satan knows God’s purpose in creating mankind in His likeness and knows the scriptures better than most. When tempting Jesus, among the scriptures quoted was, (Psalms 91:11-12; For He will order His angels to protect you in all you do. They will lift you up in their hands, so you will not slip and fall on a stone.”

(Luke 4:9-13; Then the devil brought Him to Jerusalem, had Him stand on the highest point of the temple, and said to Him, “If you are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here, for it is written, ‘He will command His angels concerning You, to protect You,’ and ‘with their hands they will lift You up, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’” (12) Jesus answered him, “It is said, ‘You are not to put the Lord your God to the test.’” So when the devil had completed every temptation, he departed from Him until a more opportune time.”) Satan knows these promises are also to Believers.

God revealed His coming kingdom to Nebuchadnezzar through Daniel around 600 BC, before Assyrian was overthrown by the Medes/Persians. The king had a dream no one could interpret, he was so angry that he ordered all the wise men of Babylon be destroyed. After Daniel ask the executioner why the decree was so urgent, He ask that he might disclose the interpretation. After informing his friends Hanannah and Mishael, they prayed for mercy from the God of Heaven so they wouldn’t be destroyed.

(Dan 2:19-22; Then in a night vision the mystery was revealed to Daniel. So Daniel praised the God of heaven, saying, “Let the name of God be praised forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. He changes times and seasons, deposing some kings and establishing others. He gives wisdom to the wise; He imparts knowledge to those with understanding; He reveals deep and hidden things. He knows what is in the darkness, and light resides with Him.” After giving thanks, Daniel ask for a meeting with the king.

(Dan 2:27-28; Daniel replied to the king, “The mystery that the king is asking about is such that no wise men, astrologers, magicians, or diviners can possibly disclose it to the king. However, there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and He has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the times to come. The dream and the visions you had while lying on your bed are as follows.”

(Dan 2:29-30; “As for you, O king, while you were in your bed your thoughts turned to future things. The Revealer of mysteries has made known to you what will take place. As for me, this mystery was revealed to me not because I possess more wisdom than any other living person, but so that the king may understand the interpretation and comprehend the thoughts of your mind.”

(Dan 2:37-43; “You, O king, are the king of kings. The God of heaven has granted you sovereignty, power, strength, and honor. Wherever human beings, wild animals, and birds of the sky live – he has given them into your power. He has given you authority over them all. You are the head of gold. (39) Now after you another kingdom will arise, one inferior to yours. Then a third kingdom, one of bronze, will rule in all the earth. (40) Then there will be a fourth kingdom, one strong like iron. Just like iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything, and as iron breaks in pieces all of these metals, so it will break in pieces and crush the others. (41) In that you were seeing feet and toes partly of wet clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom. Some of the strength of iron will be in it, for you saw iron mixed with wet clay. In that the toes of the feet were partly of iron and partly of clay, the latter stages of this kingdom will be partly strong and partly fragile. And in that you saw iron mixed with wet clay, so people will be mixed with one another without adhering to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” Remember Jesus spoke of love waxing cold?

(Dan 2:44 In the days of those kings the God of heaven will raise up an everlasting kingdom that will not be destroyed and a kingdom that will not be left to another people. It will break in pieces and bring about the demise of all these kingdoms. But it will stand forever. (45) You saw that a stone was cut from a mountain, but not by human hands; it smashed the iron, bronze, clay, silver, and gold into pieces. The great God has made known to the king what will occur in the future. The dream is certain, and its interpretation is reliable.”

Righteousness that include peace, judgment, prosperity and Saints ruling with Jesus is on the horizon. New Jerusalem’s coming down was planned long before Daniel’s prophecy. God’s kingdom revolves around His promises to Abraham. Twelve gates are named for the twelve tribes of Israel and Jesus’ twelve apostles represent the foundation to God’s Way. God’s kingdom is built on love as expressed through His apostles. His revelations and callings look forward to His people literally becoming at one with the Lamb and Himself. “Jesus revealed it to John and we Believers IN.

(Rev 21:9-14; “Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues came and spoke to me, “John” saying, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb!” (God’s church) So He took me away in the Spirit to a huge, majestic mountain and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God. (11) The city possesses the glory of God; its brilliance is like a precious jewel, like a stone of crystal-clear jasper. It has a massive, high wall with twelve gates, with twelve angels at the gates, and the names of the twelve tribes of the nation of Israel are written on the gates. There are three gates on the east side, three gates on the north side, three gates on the south side and three gates on the west side. The wall of the city has twelve foundations, and on them are the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.)

Followers of Jesus are built on this foundation today. We’re the bride of Christ; “at one with the Son of God and God the Father.”

God’s love extends to called non-Israelites. Jesus’ apostle Paul explains.

(Ephesians 2:11-22; “Therefore remember that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh – who are called “un-circumcision” by the so-called “circumcision” that is performed on the body by human hands – that you were at that time without the Messiah, alienated from the citizenship of Israel “those God fights for” and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He is our peace, the One who made both groups into one and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility, when He nullified in His flesh the law of commandments in decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of two, thus making peace, and to reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by which the hostility has been killed. And He came and preached peace to you, “gentiles” who were far off and peace to those who were near, so that through Him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you “called gentiles” are no longer foreigners and non-citizens, but you are fellow citizens with the Saints and members of God’s household, because you “as are Christian Israelites” have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the Cornerstone. In Him the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you “gentiles” also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”)

All these things are foreshadowed in the keeping of God’s Sabbaths - revealed to Believers IN - Christians.

God’s set aside weekly Sabbath, “the seventh day” foreshadows our being at rest from our own fleshly works. At rest from living the get way that leads to death, the way our inherited from Adam nature pulls us toward, prior to God’s calling, revealing and our turning “repenting.”

The family of God “Christians” are heirs with Abraham, spiritually born from above, inheriting eternal life. (Humanly speaking, “people are heirs by birth or adoption.” When an individual is spirit led to genuinely seek the God of Abraham, it’s a calling.) When spirit led, “it’s God’s choosing, not our works.” Chosen to overcome self serving fleshly desires and Satan’s deceptions.

Remember Jesus’ Words, “For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the Elect.” Matt 24:24. Jesus offered a parable on this subject and when His disciples did not understand, He explained.

(“Now the parable means this: The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who have heard; then the devil comes and takes away the Word from their hearts, so that they may NOT believe and be SAVED. Those “seed” on the rock are the ones who receive the Word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. “no knowing faith in God’s promises” They believe for a while, but in a time of testing “trials” fall away. As for the seed that fell among thorns, these are the ones who hear, “understand” but as they go on their way they are CHOKED by the worries and riches and PLEASURES of life, and their fruit does not mature. But as for the seed that landed on GOOD SOIL, these are the ones who, after hearing the word, CLING TO IT with an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with steadfast endurance.” Luke 8:11-15)

THAT THEY MAY NOT BELIEVE AND BE SAVED? Believing IN is key! Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph were led to believe IN. They encountered others that believed a God was real but they also practiced divination and the like. Remember the ruler who thought to take Sarah? When God revealed Sarah belonged to Abraham he acted in belief, but there is no indication that he believed IN, as in yielding his life as did Abraham.

“Believers IN are servants to Jesus’ Way.” NOT to worldly tradition! NOT to the way of a church! The apostle Paul wrote. (“What then? If some did not believe, does their unbelief nullify the faithfulness of God? Absolutely not! Let God be proven true, and every human being shown up as a liar, just as it is written: “so that you will be justified in your words and will prevail when you are judged.” Romans 3;4) Our individual fleshly beliefs mean nothing to our Creator. Paul explained it to Timothy.

(“If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, since He cannot deny Himself. Remind people of these things and solemnly charge them before the Lord not to wrangle over words. This is of no benefit; it just brings ruin on those who listen. Make every effort to present yourself before God as a proven worker who does not need to be ashamed, teaching the message of truth accurately.” 2 Tim 2:13-15) We’re prayerfully doing just that. Believing IN compels that we wait on God’s promises as did the Patriarchs.

To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/11/18, God‘s 8th month, Chestven 2, 5779 until sunset

As we observed in the “Genesis and the New Covenant” comparisons, Christendom don’t seem to get the connections. The old was established after the flood between God and Abraham’s descendents” namely “Israel.” The gospel of God’s kingdom on earth was preached long before by Enoch “the seventh from Adam.” Our Lord’s brother “Jude” speaks of God’s coming kingdom on earth through Enoch before the flood, then to Noah, Shem, Abraham etc.

(Jude 1:11-15; Woe to them! For they ’unbelievers’ have traveled down Cain’s path, and because of greed have abandoned themselves to Balaam’s error; hence, they will certainly perish in Korah’s rebellion. These men are dangerous reefs at your love feasts, feasting without reverence, feeding only themselves. They are waterless clouds, carried along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit – twice dead, uprooted; (13) wild sea waves, spewing out the foam of their shame; wayward stars for whom the utter depths of eternal darkness have been reserved.”)

Cain the unbelieving brother thought to sacrifice “worship” as seemed right to himself. Abel “the Believing one” yielded to and worshiped as God prescribed.

Balaam’s error was that he wanted the riches offered by Balak. (Numbers 22:10-12; Balaam said to God, “Balak son of Zippor, king of Moab, has sent a message to me, saying, “Look, a nation has come out of Egypt, and it covers the face of the earth. Come now and put a curse on them for me; perhaps I will be able to defeat them and drive them out.” But God said to Balaam, “You must not go with them; you must not curse the people, for they are blessed.”

(Num 22: -31; Balaam looked to omens but knew he couldn’t go against the God of Israel, when Moab’s rulers wanted him to curse Israel. He kept allowing Moab’s temptations. Finally he shared blame for Israel’s sins. (Num. 31:16; “Look, these people through the counsel of Balaam caused the Israelites to act treacherously against the Lord in the matter of Peor – which resulted in the plague among the community of the Lord!”

The rebellious such as Cain, Balaam, Korah and teachers with erroneous messages are as “waterless clouds, carried along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit – twice dead, uprooted; wild sea waves, spewing out the foam of their shame; wayward stars for whom the utter depths of eternal darkness have been reserved,” according to Enoch and Jude.

(Jude 1:14-16; “Now Enoch, the seventh in descent beginning with Adam, even prophesied of them, saying, “Look! The Lord is coming with thousands and thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment on all, and to convict every person of all their thoroughly ungodly deeds that they have committed, and of all the harsh words that ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” These people are grumblers and fault-finders who go wherever their desires lead them, and they give bombastic speeches, enchanting folks for their own gain.”)

God’s predestined promise to Abraham regarding Israel, was not only a deliverance, but a calling out from sins message, “from bondage, to freedom in God.” A moral, law was given to abide in the way as believing IN God.” Israelites’ agreeing to be obedient was for their good.

God’s New Covenant is a covenant of faith, “believing IN Jesus’ as did Abraham.” Believing IN God as the New Covenant prescribes doesn’t do away with, “but magnifies the law.” As physical circumcision looks forward to circumcision of the heart. Matthew demonstrates Jesus’ magnifications. (Matt 5:27-28; “You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’ But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to desire her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

The Old Covenant and New Covenant is with Abraham’s predestined descendents, “those God reveals Himself to.” Remember God the Son revealed Himself to Israel through Moses. The New Covenant is with Abraham’s called out predestined heirs “spiritual Israelites.” A people to whom God makes at one with Himself through His gifted Holy Spirit. Allow Paul’s explanation.

(Gal 3:26-29; “For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith. For all of you who were baptized ’immersed  into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. (28) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female – for all of you are one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.”)

Physical Israelites and all unconverted people need the law as a school master.

(Gal 3:23-26; Now before ‘Jesus’’ faith came we were held in custody under the law, being kept as prisoners until the coming faith would be revealed. Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous by ’His’ faith. But now that ‘Jesus’ faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through ‘His’ faith.”)

Jesus, explaining to Nicodemus about being born from above, saying; “I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.. What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all be born from above.’ The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”) The New Covenant is with people immersed in Jesus. “a predestined called out people” gifted with a spiritual believing IN Jesus mind.

Believing IN Jesus’ fulfillment as “The Christ, giving His life for the remission of sin.” The New Covenant is between God and a predestined believing IN people, “a called gifted with desire to obey, please and be at one with their Creator.” It’s a gifted belief IN Jesus’ “shed blood” for the remission of sin. Spiritually believing IN, compels obedience. Paul explains.

(2Thes 1:5-12; “This is evidence of God’s righteous judgment, to make you worthy of the kingdom of God, for which in fact you are suffering. For it is right for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you, and to you who are being afflicted to give rest together with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels. With flaming fire He will mete out punishment on those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will undergo the penalty of eternal destruction, (A second death.) away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His strength, when He comes to be glorified among His Saints and admired on that day among all who have believed – and you did in fact believe our testimony. And in this regard we pray for you always, that our God will make you worthy of His calling and fulfill by His power your every goodness and every work of faith, that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.”)

Israel was scattered when Paul took Jesus’ good news to them and the gentiles. Paul explains their and the gentiles spiritual condition.

(Romans 10:4; “Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God on behalf of my fellow Israelites is for their salvation. For I can testify that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not in line with the truth. For ignoring the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking instead to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to God’s righteousness. For Christ is the end of the law, with the result that there is righteousness for everyone who believes.

(Rom 10;5-13) For Moses writes about the righteousness that is by the law: “The one who does these things will live by them.” But the righteousness that is by faith says: “Do not say in your heart, Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) or “Who will descend into the abyss?” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). But what does it say? “The Word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we preach), because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe IN your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and thus has righteousness and with the mouth one confesses and thus has salvation. For the scripture says, “Everyone who believes IN Him will not be put to shame.” (a quote from Isaiah 28:16) (12) For there is no distinction between the Jew and the Greek, for the same Lord is Lord of all, who richly blesses all who call on Him. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Quote from Joel 2:32)

(Rom 10;14-17; How are they to call on one they have not believed in? And how are they to believe IN one they have not heard of? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How timely is the arrival of those who proclaim the good news.” But not all have obeyed the good news, for Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our report?” Consequently faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the preached word of Christ.”

(Rom 10:18-21) But I ask, have they not heard? Yes, they have: Their voice has gone out to all the earth and their words to the ends of the world. But again I ask, didn’t Israel understand? First Moses says, “I will make you jealous by those who are not a nation; with a senseless nation I will provoke you to anger.” (20) And Isaiah is even bold enough to say, “I was found by those who did not seek Me; I became well known to those who did not ask for Me.” But about Israel he says, “All day long I held out My hands to this disobedient and stubborn people!”)

The Old and New Covenants is with a predestined people, “Abraham‘s descendants” “Israelites and foreigners led to become spiritual Israelites.” A spiritual Israelite is one likened to Jacob’s name change, “Israel meaning - God fights or fights for.”

King David is one of these, “from his linage Christ the Son of God, the Messiah Jesus” came, lived in the flesh and shed His blood for the remission of the worlds sins.

Without a constant righteous leadership, Israel was unable to maintain a belief IN. When God allowed Israel go the way that seemed right to themselves, “they like the gentiles” made gods to fit their imagination. They needed the law of commandments. However Believers IN have God’s gifted imputed spirit, “righteous spiritual leadership.” The apostle John explains.

(1John 1:5-9; “Now this is the gospel message we have heard from Him and announce to you: God is light and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we say we have fellowship with Him and yet keep on walking in the darkness, we are lying and not practicing the truth. But if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. (8) If we say we do not bear the guilt of sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. But if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, forgiving us our sins and cleansing us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His Word is not in us.”

(1John 2:1-2; (My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin.) But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous One, and He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for our sins but also for the whole world.

(1John 2:3-8; “Now by this we know that we have come to know God: if we keep His commandments. The one who says “I have come to know God” and yet does not keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in such a person. But whoever obeys His Word, truly in this person the love of God has been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him. The one who says he resides in God ought himself to walk just as Jesus walked.”)

We’re all born, “heirs of Adam’s nature.” We’re all born in sin. What is the sin we must turn from? That inherited nature, which is the way that seems right. Let God be true though every person a liar.

(Rom 3:1-4; “Therefore what advantage does the Jew have, or what is the value of circumcision? Actually, there are many advantages. First of all, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God. What then? If some did not believe, does their unbelief nullify the faithfulness of God? Absolutely not! Let God be proven true, and every human being shown up as a liar, just as it is written: “so that you will be justified in your words and will prevail when you are judged.”)

Desires of the flesh and demonic influences caused Israelites to want a king like the gentiles across their borders. As promised their disobedience caused God to scatter them among the gentile nations. But, God’s promises to His chosen through Abraham are perpetual, thus a future deliverance is certain.

The gospel, chapter 6

To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/8/18, Tishrel 29, 5779 until sunset

Agree? “we inherited a self serving, self governing, “my way” nature, until God miraculously calls and gives a desire for a new one.” Until He revealed Himself and changed our desires to His Way. To know God is gifted, “so no one can boast of having found God, or claim to have been saved independent of His calling!” We can only love God “as He manifest Himself to be” after He gifts our understanding, “after realizing He loved us individually, first.” It’s a major part of the New Covenant with a called out people.

When the holy scriptures speak of loving our neighbor and God, “the meaning is not as with an instinctive conjured up fleshly love!” Rather, “it’s a God gifted love through His spirit.” It’s Godly Love likened to His own and comes through His fathering us. With this application in mind, examine Jesus’ apostle John’s teaching on the subject of love.

(1John 4:7-10; “Dear friends, let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who ‘has Godly’ loves has been fathered by God and knows God. The person who does not ’have Godly’ love does not know God, because God is love. (From a fleshly outlook; there’s two kinds of love. One is instinctive, which is animalistic, concern for “me, myself and mine.” Mine includes, “my family, my nationality, my country and my imagined god, etc!” Second is “God gifted love, “through it we have a discerning love for our friends and enemies. God  from the realization that He first loved us first, individually !)

By this, the love of God “the Father” is revealed in us: that God has sent His One and only Son into the world so that we may live through Him. (10) In this is love: not that we have loved God, “the Father” but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

(1John 4:11-19; “Dear friends, if God so loved us, then we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God “the Father” at any time. If we love one another, God resides in us and His love is perfected in us. By this we know that we reside in God and He in us: in that He has given us of His Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. (15) If anyone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God “the Father” resides in him and he in God. (Love and Confess the two! Who are one in purpose.) And we have come to know and to believe the love that God has in us. God is love, and the one who reside in ‘His’ love, resides in God, and God resides in him. By this “gifted understanding” love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence “knowing faith” in the day of judgment, because just as Jesus is, so also are we in this world. (18) There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears punishment has not been perfected in love. (19) We love because He loved us first.”)

Believers IN are recipients of Godly love and a new nature. Its God calling and gifting us with Jesus’ faith and nature. John isn’t writing to the world at large, “unconverted, unbelieving people” but to called followers of God the Son, who is Creator, Sustainer, Deliverer, Mediator and soon coming King!

We aren’t suppose to know God’s timing, we do know He can resurrect the dead, regardless of when they died. All who died in the Noah day flood, since and before. All are born to die once and a judgmental second death to the unrepentant is prophesied. (See Revelations 2:11, 20:6 & 20:14) (Let’s read Rev 21:7-8; “The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”)

God revealed Himself and made Noah “a preacher of righteousness” example to them and our age.” That generation didn’t respond, because from their inherited nature “they only desired pleasurable and fleshly things.” They only loved instinctively as do animals. From their instinctive inherited from Adam nature” which is a “me myself and mine self serving love.”)

After the flood, Noah complimented Shem for looking to God’s Way. Shem’s descendents are first mentioned as “God’s called out people.” Through Shem came Abraham’s father “Terah. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph.” God had a long time purpose in changing Jacob’s name to Israel, “the word meaning, God fights or God fights for.” God was calling out a people for His name sake, a people through whom the Messiah, “the Son of God” would come in the flesh, die and spiritually live in people. Jesus is the firstborn among many chosen to be fathered by God the Father.

Calling and revealing Himself is God’s way of increasing His family. Jacob’s son, “Joseph” was the only one of the twelve, God chose to reveal Himself to and Jacob’s name “Israel” is named on Joseph’s two sons, “Manasseh and Ephriam.” God made Joseph a type of savior to Israel and the world. Others, to whom God hasn’t reveal Himself, practice the ways that seems right to themselves.”

The uncalled descendents of Noah’s other two sons, “Ham, Japheth, Jacob’s brother Esau and Hagar’s son Ishmael and others, still live Cain’s way, “doing what seems right to their inherited nature from Adam.” God’s called out set aside people; as was Abraham “are led to live separate from the world at large.” God reveals this to followers of Jesus by having us, “as He did Abraham, Isaac and Jacob” practice physical circumcision and look to His oracles. God continued imposing these things when delivering Israel’s descendents, having them live and practice as a chosen, separated from the world’s people. The principle continues, God doesn’t change, He reveals the same through His apostles for followers of Jesus.

(2Cor 6:14-18; “Do not become partners with those who do not believe, for what partnership is there between righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship does light have with darkness? And what agreement does Christ have with Beliar? Or what does a believer share in common with an unbeliever? And what mutual agreement does the temple of God have with idols? For we are the temple of the living God, just as God said, “I will live in them and will walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.” Therefore “come out from their midst, and be separate,” says the Lord, “and touch no unclean thing, and I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters,” says the All-Powerful Lord.”)

Now Believers IN Jesus are heirs with Abraham, gifted with Jesus’ spirit in our minds, we love His Way. Jesus explains through Paul.

(Rom 3:21-26; “But now apart from the law the righteousness of God (which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed – (22) namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But they are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. God publicly displayed Him at His death as the mercy seat accessible through faith. This was to demonstrate his righteousness, because God in his forbearance had passed over the sins previously committed. This was also to demonstrate His righteousness in the present time, so that He would be just and the Justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness.

(Rom 3:27-28; “Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded! By what principle? Of works? No, but by the principle of faith! For we consider that a person is declared righteous by faith apart from the works of the law.”

(Rom 3:29-31; “Or is God the God of the Jews only? Is he not the God of the Gentiles too? Yes, of the Gentiles too!  Since God is One, He will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then nullify the law through faith? Absolutely not! Instead we uphold the law.”)

Only the called have their fleshly outlook changed to spiritual. Again prayerfully consider Jesus’ revelation through Paul.

Rom 8:6-11; “For the outlook of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. You, ’believers IN Jesus’ however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to Him. (10) But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of righteousness. Moreover if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the One who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through His Spirit who lives in you.”)

Through gifted Believing IN faith, we’re heirs with David and Abraham.

(Rom 4:6-12; So even David himself speaks regarding the blessedness of the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: “Blessed8 are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; blessed is the one against whom the Lord will never count sin.” Is this blessedness then for the circumcision or also for the uncircumcision? For we say, “faith was credited to Abraham as righteousness.” How then was it credited to him? Was he circumcised at the time, or not? No, he was not circumcised but uncircumcised! And he received the sign of circumcision as a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised, so that he would become the father of all those who believe but have never been circumcised, that they too could have righteousness credited to them. And he is also the father of the circumcised, who are not only circumcised, but who also walk in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham possessed when he was still uncircumcised.”

The spirit is our life because of Jesus’ righteousness.

To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/5/18, Tishrel 26, 5779

Israelites and Moses were frightened when the Lord God Jesus appeared and spoke. (See Deaut 18:15) But, we spiritual Israelites, “who worship in spirit and truth” need not be frightened about prayerfully going before His spiritual Mt. Zion. The Hebrews writer explains.

(Hebrews 12:22-29; “But you “Believers IN - Christians” have come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assembly and congregation of the firstborn, who ARE ENROLLED in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a New Covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does. Take care not to refuse the One who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the One who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the One who warns from heaven? (26) Then His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, “I will once more shake not only the earth but heaven too.” Now this phrase “once more” indicates the removal of what is shaken, that is, of created things, so that what is unshaken may remain. So since we ARE RECEIVING an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe. For our God is indeed a devouring fire.)

When followers of Jesus go before Him and God the Father to worship, it’s from their knowing the message. A result of being called and made one of His Elect. So different than when the Israelites stood before Mt. Zion hearing God’s voice. NOW, through Jesus and our being called to be at one with God the Father and God the Son, we’re permitted before spiritual Mount Zion, “the city of the living God, heavenly Jerusalem, and myriads of angels.” IN spirit led prayer we assemble with the congregation of the firstborn. “With those ENROLLED in heaven, (whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of life) to God, the judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, to Jesus, the mediator of a New Covenant and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.”)

The Patriarchs and all followers of Jesus, “whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of life.”

(Rev 5:6-10; “Then I “John” saw standing in the middle of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the middle of the elders, a Lamb that appeared to have been killed. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Then He “Jesus” came and took the scroll from the right hand of the One, “God the Father” who was seated on the throne. When Jesus had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders threw themselves to the ground before the Lamb. (Jesus) Each of them had a harp and golden bowls full of incense (which are the prayers of the Saints). (9) They were singing a new song: “You “Jesus” are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals because You were killed, and at the cost of Your own blood you have purchased for God persons from every tribe, language, people, and nation. You have appointed them as a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.”)  All preplanned.

New Jerusalem is going to come down. God preplanned that it’s gates would be named for the twelve tribes of Israel and it’s foundation for His twelve apostles. Jesus revealed the city’s layout to John.

(Rev 21:22-27; “Now I “John” saw no temple in the city, because the Lord God – the All-Powerful – and the Lamb are its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, because the glory of God lights it up, and its lamp is the Lamb. The nations will walk by its light and the kings of the earth will bring their grandeur into it. Its gates will never be closed during the day (and there will be no night there). They will bring the grandeur and the wealth of the nations into it, but nothing ritually unclean will ever enter into it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or practices falsehood, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”) All by design and preplanned.

Theologians and people leaning on their own understanding, in various divided denominations, “have the world so confused, as they serve a divisive, confusing god.” Jesus’ apostle Paul explains.

(2Corinthians 11:12-15; “And what I am doing I will continue to do, so that I may eliminate any opportunity for those who want a chance to be regarded as our equals in the things they boast about. (13) For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will correspond to their actions.”)

People and denominations condone a mixture of beliefs, excuse it by saying “we’re all trying to get to the same place” but they will have their reward.” God isn’t divided nor is His called out people.

We have record of God setting limits on nation’s sinfulness, “before removing and or punishing. God told Abraham far in advance about his descendants inheriting the Amorites’ lands when their sins reached its limit.

(Genesis 15;13-16; “Know for certain that your descendants will be strangers in a foreign country. They will be enslaved and oppressed for four hundred years. But I will execute judgment on the nation that they will serve. Afterward they will come out with many possessions. But as for you, you will go to your ancestors in peace and be buried at a good old age.(16) In the fourth generation your descendants will return here, for the sin of the Amorites has not yet reached its limit.”)

These things are written for our learning and instruction. Keep in mind, “spiritually speaking” we’re individually in bondage likened to Israel’s to Egypt, until our inherited from Adam nature is supernaturally changed. Until we’re begotten of the Holy Sprit.

All people groups and individuals, go the way that seems right, “until God calls, opens minds and grants repentance.” He gave the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Jebusites, and Girgashites’ lands to Israel as an examples for us. All these went the same way as did folks before the flood and as the world’s going today.

(Exodus 3:13-15; Moses said to God, “If I go to the Israelites and tell them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is His name?’ – what should I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I am that I am.” And He said, “You must say this to the Israelites, ‘I am has sent me to you.’” God also said to Moses, “You must say this to the Israelites, ‘The Lord – the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob – has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial from generation to generation.’

(Exodus 3:16- “Go and bring together the elders of Israel and tell them, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, appeared to me – the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob – saying, “I have attended carefully to you and to what has been done to you in Egypt, and I have promised that I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt to the land of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”’ “The elders will listen to you, and then you and the elders of Israel must go to the king of Egypt and tell him, ‘The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. So now, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, so that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.’ But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go, not even under force. So I will extend My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders that I will do among them, and after that he will release you.””)

God knew the Israelites would turn to paganism, once He allowed them to go the way that seemed right. Remember we read Nehemiah’s review of Israel’s history and God’s covenant with them, many years after God put them in bondage again. All for our learning. Isaiah was led to write about Jesus.

(Isaiah 8:11-18; “Indeed this is what the Lord told me. He took hold of me firmly and warned me not to act like these people: “Do not say, ‘Conspiracy’ every time these people say the word. Don’t be afraid of what scares them; don’t be terrified. You must recognize the authority of the Lord who commands armies. He is the One you must respect; He is the One you must fear. He will become a sanctuary, but a Stone that makes a person trip, and a Rock that makes one stumble – to the two houses of Israel. He will become a trap and a snare to the residents of Jerusalem. Many will stumble over the Stone and the Rock, Jesus and will fall and be seriously injured, and will be ensnared and captured.” Tie up the scroll as legal evidence, seal the official record of God’s instructions and give it to My followers. I will wait patiently for the Lord, who has rejected the family of Jacob; “Israelites” I will wait for Him. Look, I and the sons whom the Lord has given Me are reminders and object lessons in Israel, sent from the Lord who commands armies, who lives on Mount Zion.”)

The same Lord, “Jesus” that inspired Isaiah’s prophetic words, inspired His apostle, “Peter” to share with Believers IN.

(1Peter 2:4-10; “So as you come to Jesus, a living stone rejected by men but chosen and priceless in God’s sight, you yourselves, as living stones, are built up as a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood and to offer spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. For it says in scripture, “Look, I lay in Zion a stone, a chosen and priceless cornerstone, and whoever believes IN Him will never be put to shame.” So you who believe see His value, but for those who do not believe, the Stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone, and a stumbling-stone and a rock to trip over. They stumble because they disobey the Word, as they were destined to do. But you, “followers of Jesus” are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of His own, so that you may proclaim the virtues of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. You once were not a people, but now you are God’s people. You were shown no mercy, but now you have received mercy.”)

But Judaism and all Christendom are tripping on Jesus’ Words. It isn’t theory, it’s the good news of the kingdom of God. We have record of God’s revealing, calling, retreating and “allowing people go the way that seems right to their fleshly inherited nature.” Facts are clear; when allowed to go the way that seems right, “We instinctively manufacture gods of the imagination, divide and make merchandise of one another. We digress to the likes of those before the flood and Sodom and Gomorra. Jesus predicted this would be the way of the world before His return.

To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/3/18, Tishrel 24, 5779

What’s God’s purpose in setting a particular people apart from the world at large? Consider Jesus’ apostle Paul’s reasoning. (Rom 1:18-23;  “God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against ungodliness of people who suppress the truth by their unrighteousness, (19) because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes – His eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or give Him thanks, but they became futile in their thoughts and their senseless hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an image resembling mortal human beings or birds or four-footed animals or reptiles.”) The majorities like to worship gods of their imagination rather than our Creator? They live as if thinking themselves divine, believing Satan’s lie regarding immortality.

(Rom 1:24-25;Therefore God gave them over in the desires of their hearts to impurity, to dishonor their bodies among themselves. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

Rom 1:26-27; For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.”)

So God began choosing and revealing Himself to individuals to whom He would work through, while allowing the rest to follow their desires.

Rom 1:28-32; And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what should not be done. They are filled with every kind of unrighteousness, covetousness, malice, and wickedness. They are rife with envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, contrivers of all sorts of evil, disobedient to parents, senseless, covenant-breakers, heartless, ruthless. Although they fully know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them.”) (See Rev 21:8)

From the re-creation of a previously flooded earth and the creation of Adam, God has revealed Himself through what has been made, what is sustained and His unalterable laws, “such as kind after kind.” His set aside

Sabbath, regarded life by not partaking of blood, distinguishing between clean and unclean meats and unequally yoked from Believers.

Except for people God reveals Himself to, the world’s followers chooses the way that seems right to their fleshly inherited from Adam nature. Refusing to believe IN our Creator God as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures.

Jesus reveals that He is the Way, Truth, Life and the resurrection. He restores life and take life. “For His purpose, He lovingly flooded this earth and destroyed evil because of sin.” Much later He lovingly killed thousands, of unbelievers and gave their lands to Israel. Then later punishing the same Israelites, “sending them back to a bondage likened to the one He delivered them from. Nehemiah was led to review Israel’s history and punishment.

(Neh 9:) “You are the LORD God who chose Abram and brought him forth from Ur of the Chaldeans. You changed his name to Abraham. When You perceived that his heart was faithful toward You, You established a covenant with him to give his descendants the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, and the Girgashites. You have fulfilled your promise, for You are righteous. “You saw the affliction of our ancestors in Egypt, and You heard their cry at the Red Sea. (10) You performed awesome signs against Pharaoh, against his servants, and against all the people of his land, for You knew that the Egyptians had acted presumptuously against them. You made for Yourself a name that is celebrated to this day. You split the sea before them, and they crossed through the sea on dry ground! But you threw their pursuers into the depths, like a stone into surging waters. You guided them with a pillar of cloud by day and with a pillar of fire by night to illumine for them the path they were to travel.

(13- “You came down on Mount Sinai and spoke with them from heaven. You provided them with just judgments, true laws, and good statutes and commandments. You made known to them your holy Sabbath; you issued commandments, statutes and law to them through Moses your servant. You provided bread from heaven for them in their time of hunger, and you brought forth water from the rock for them in their time of thirst. You told them to enter in order to possess the land that you had sworn to give them. “But they – our ancestors – behaved presumptuously; they rebelled and did not obey Your commandments. They refused to obey and did not recall Your miracles that You had performed among them. Instead, they rebelled and appointed a leader to return to their bondage in Egypt.

But you are a God of forgiveness, merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and unfailing in Your loyal love. You did not abandon them, even when they made a cast image of a calf for themselves and said, ‘This is your God who brought you up from Egypt,’ or when they committed atrocious blasphemies. “Due to Your great compassion You did not abandon them in the desert. The pillar of cloud did not stop guiding them in the path by day, nor did the pillar of fire stop illuminating for them by night the path on which they should travel. (20) You imparted your good Spirit to instruct them. You did not withhold Your manna from their mouths; You provided water for their thirst.

For forty years You sustained them. Even in the desert they never lacked anything. Their clothes did not wear out and their feet did not swell. (22) “You gave them kingdoms and peoples, and you allocated them to every corner of the land. They inherited the land of King Sihon of Heshbon and the land of King Og of Bashan. You multiplied their descendants like the stars of the sky. You brought them to the land you had told their ancestors to enter in order to possess. Their descendants entered and possessed the land. You subdued before them the Canaanites who were the inhabitants of the land. You delivered them into their hand, together with their kings and the peoples of the land, to deal with as they pleased. They captured fortified cities and fertile land. They took possession of houses full of all sorts of good things – wells previously dug, vineyards, olive trees, and fruit trees in abundance. They ate until they were full and grew fat. They enjoyed to the full Your great goodness.

      (26) “Nonetheless they grew disobedient and rebelled against You; they disregarded Your law. They killed your prophets who had solemnly admonished them in order to cause them to return to You. They committed atrocious blasphemies. Therefore you delivered them into the hand of their adversaries, who oppressed them. But in the time of their distress they called to you, and you heard from heaven. In Your abundant compassion You provided them with deliverers to rescue them from their adversaries.

“Then, when they were at rest again, they went back to doing evil before You. Then You abandoned them to their enemies, and they gained dominion over them. When they again cried out to You, in your compassion you heard from heaven and rescued them time and again. And You solemnly admonished them in order to return them to Your law, but they behaved presumptuously and did not obey Your commandments. They sinned against your ordinances – those by which an individual, if he obeys them, will live. They boldly turned from you; they rebelled and did not obey. You prolonged Your kindness with them for many years, and you solemnly admonished them by your Spirit through your prophets. Still they paid no attention, so You delivered them into the hands of the neighboring peoples. (31) However, due to Your abundant mercy You did not do away with them altogether; You did not abandon them. For you are a merciful and compassionate God.

      (32) “So now, our God – the great, powerful, and awesome God, who keeps covenant fidelity – do not regard as inconsequential all the hardship that has befallen us – our kings, our leaders, our priests, our prophets, our ancestors, and all your people – from the days of the kings of Assyria until this very day! You are righteous with regard to all that has happened to us, for you have acted faithfully. It is we who have been in the wrong! (34) Our kings, our leaders, our priests, and our ancestors have not kept your law. They have not paid attention to your commandments or your testimonies by which you have solemnly admonished them. Even when they were in their kingdom and benefiting from Your incredible goodness that You had lavished on them in the spacious and fertile land you had set before them, they did not serve You, nor did they turn from their evil practices.

      (36) “So today we are slaves! In the very land You gave to our ancestors to eat its fruit and to enjoy its good things – we are slaves! Its abundant produce goes to the kings you have placed over us due to our sins. They rule over our bodies and our livestock as they see fit, and we are in great distress!)

Many Israelites were blessed with repentant minds and allowed to return to Judea before Jesus’ birth. The Patriarchs may not have been overly concerned about details regarding God’s future planning for this earth and their descendents. By gifted revelation and faith they knew the greatness of God’s perpetual planning. They also were given to understand knowledge would be increased in the latter age. Daniel was inspired to write Jesus’ words to them and us.

(“But you, Daniel, close up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will dash about, and knowledge will increase.” Dan 12:4)

Patriarchs and Christians’ understanding fits Paul’s explanation.

(“For now we see in a mirror indirectly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, just as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” (1Cor 13:12-13.

Not only does God know our heart and minds, He knows the degree of understanding He has given us. He caused the Patriarchs and we called out Believers IN to understand the value of keeping ourselves separate from this world’s demonically led societies. (Review Matthew 19:29) The Patriarchs and we followers of Jesus will be in the first resurrection and rule with Jesus. A partial study of Hebrews 12:, reveals their and all Jesus’ followers position now.

The Gospel, chapter 3

Monday, October 1st, 2018

To: “In Resident Churches of God, all Saints” grace and peace from our God. 10/1/18, Tishrel 22, 5779, happy Sabbath.

It’s the seventh of seven annual Sabbaths, set aside by Creator, Re-Creator, Sustainer, the Alpha and Omega “Jesus.” The world at large, particularly heirs of Jacob, whose name God changed to Israel will soon know Him as their God. There will be no division when knowledge of Him covers the earth.

We got ahead of ourselves in our “Genesis and New Covenant” comparisons. So lets back up and consider life from the One who is, “The Way, the Truth and the Life. Abel was given to understand that life is in the blood and the blood sacrifice looked forward to, new eternal life through Jesus.

(Lev 17:10-14; “‘Any man from the house of Israel or from the foreigners who reside in their midst who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats the blood, and I will cut him off from the midst of his people, for the life of every living thing is in the blood. So I myself have assigned it to you ’Israel’  on the altar to make atonement for your lives, for the blood makes atonement by means of the life. Therefore, I have said to the Israelites: No person among you is to eat blood and no resident foreigner who lives among you is to eat blood. (13) “‘Any man from the Israelites or from the foreigners who reside in their midst who hunts a wild animal or a bird that may be eaten must pour out its blood and cover it with soil, for the life of all flesh is its blood. So I have said to the Israelites: You must not eat the blood of any living thing because the life of every living thing is its blood – all who eat it will be cut off.””)

From Jesus’ re-creation, He and God The Father planned His human birth, “Jesus would become the Only spiritually Begotten of the Father: His Life, His shed blood - would be for the remission of the world’s sins.” Believers IN Jesus overcome “lawlessness in God’s view” by the shed blood of the Lamb and thus become at one with God. Knowledge of God’s plan to make people in His own image spiritually, “may have made Satan jealous and partly cause his rebellion.” Consider Jesus’ revelations to John.

(Rev12:7-10) “Then war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But the dragon was not strong enough to prevail, so there was no longer any place left in heaven for him and his angels. So that huge dragon – the ancient serpent, the one called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world – was thrown down to the earth, and his angels along with him. (10) Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, “The salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the ruling authority of His Christ, have now come, because the accuser of our brothers and sisters, the one who accuses them day and night before our God, has been thrown down.

(Rev 12:11-12; But they overcame him ’Satan’ by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony and they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die. Therefore you heavens rejoice, and all who reside in them! But woe to the earth and the sea because the devil has come down to you! He is filled with terrible anger, for he knows that he only has a little time!”)

The Good News, “gospel” has always been about God’s kingdom coming, His people overcoming inherited from Adam’s nature and Satan’s deceptions. It’s very important that followers of Jesus know when and where Satan’s inspired traditions originated. We need to pray for the courage to resist traditions that honor imaginary gods.

(Matt 19:28-30; Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth: In the age when all things are renewed when the Son of Man sits on HIS glorious throne, you “apostles” who have followed Me will ALSO sit on twelve thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel. And whoever has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for My sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. (30) But many who are first will be last, and the last first.”)

Worldly religions don’t understand the “Genesis New Covenant’s” parallel callings. The gospel, “good news” has always been about His kingdom’s coming and His called inheriting eternal life through Jesus, “who is our resurrections, About inheriting eternal life and the destruction of evil. It isn’t theory! It’s God’s good news to His called out Believers IN. His kingdom on earth, the resurrections and gifted eternal life.

Jesus’ said His miracles, “were greater than any done before” and proofs to the called that He was the prophesied Messiah, “the Son of God” “the Lamb of God.”

Proofs to the called? Not to those who aren’t called in this age “after Jesus’ ascension, who aren’t His sheep.

(Jesus said; “But you refuse to believe because you are not My sheep. My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them from My hand.” John 10:26-28)  He and His Father are as One. He was not then, nor will He ever be about the business of usurping His Father’s will, but will always be about being “At One with Him.” Followers of Jesus likewise “are about the business of being At One with Him.”

Years before Jesus’ physical birth, some of the scattered Judean’s had been allowed to return to Jerusalem after Hezekiah ask God’s intervention. Judea was ruled from Rome during the apostles life time. Two sects of so called Judaism, Pharisee and Sadducees were allowed to practice their version of Judaism. Practicing the way that seemed right to themselves, “caused Jesus to have issues with both.”

(Matt 4:23-25; “Jesus went throughout all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of disease and sickness among the people. So a report about Him spread throughout Syria. People brought to Him all who suffered with various illnesses and afflictions, those who had seizures, paralytics, and those possessed by demons and He healed them. And large crowds followed Him from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan River.”)

Jesus was about the business of fulfilling “all that the prophets had written about Him.” That fulfillment includes Satan being bound and Jesus ruling this earth with His Saints. Jesus made it clear, “unbelievers were not His sheep.” Today’s professing religious pundits teach a hodgepodge of conjured up beliefs, manufactured by men. These, like Agrippa and Festus knew of Jesus’ miracles “but were unable to believe IN all that is written about Him.” They were about the business of pleasing Romans, the Sadducees and Pharisees: particularly the Caesar in Rome.

When Judaism’s unbelievers wanted to kill Paul, he was hauled before Festus and Agrippa. As Paul began preaching Jesus, Festus said, “you have lost your mind.” Agrippa said, “In such a short time are you persuading me to become a Christian?

(Acts 26:24-29; “As Paul was saying these things in his defense, Festus exclaimed loudly, “You have lost your mind, Paul! Your great learning is driving you insane!” But Paul replied, “I have not lost my mind, most excellent Festus, but am speaking true and rational words. For the king knows about these things, and I am speaking freely to him, because I cannot believe that any of these things has escaped his notice, for this was not done in a corner. Do you believe the prophets, King Agrippa? I know that you believe.” Agrippa said to Paul, “In such a short time are you persuading me to become a Christian?” Paul replied, “I pray to God that whether in a short or a long time not only you but also all those who are listening to me today could become such as I am, except for these chains.”) All believers IN could mimic Paul’s words.

The gospel is about the kingdom of God and all things accomplished according to God’s purpose, promises and planning. From Adam’s creation “God’s called out people were led to believe IN the shedding of blood “for the remission of sins.” They each were aware of Satan’s deceiving influences would be brought to light, was preplanned.

God is allowing Satan’s success, “dividing kingdoms and religions while manifesting himself as an angel of light.” His purpose is to divide, hurt and deceive. His followers think of themselves as, “lights to a lost world.” They advance theologies that seem right to themselves; theologies inherited from before and after the flood. We need to question; “what’s to happen to Satan and his followers?

Review Revelations 19:19-21; “Then I “John” saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies assembled to do battle with the One who rode the horse and with His army. Now the beast “Satan” was seized, and along with him the false prophet who had performed the signs on his behalf – signs by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. Both of them were thrown alive into the lake of fire burning with sulfur. The others were killed by the sword that extended from the mouth of the One who rode the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves with their flesh.”)

Much future was revealed to the Patriarchs, their revelations were in fact the gospel “good news.” God’s planning, encompasses the whole world. The Patriarchs looked forward to, “Jesus’ millennial kingdom!”

(Gen 17:3-7: “Abram bowed down with his face to the ground, and God said to him, “As for Me, this is My covenant with you: You will be the father of a multitude of nations. No longer will your name be Abram. Instead, your name will be Abraham because I will make you the father of a multitude of nations. I will make you “Your descendents” extremely fruitful. I will make nations of you, and kings will descend from you. I will confirm My covenant as a perpetual covenant between Me and you. It will extend to your descendants after you throughout their generations. I will be your God and the God of your descendants after you.”)

(Review Jeremiah 30:) (The renaming of Abram was a sign of confirmation to the Patriarch. Every time the name was used it would be a reminder of God’s promise. “Abram” means “exalted father,” probably referring to Abram’s father Terah. The name “Abram” looks to the past; Abram came from noble lineage. The name “Abraham” is a dialectical variant of the name Abram. But its significance is in the wordplay with the Hebrew, “the father of a multitude, which sounds like אַבְרָהָם, ’avraham, “Abraham”). The new name would be a reminder of God’s promise to make Abraham the father of a multitude.) Things God has planned for this earth’s people are so awesome; it’s difficult for our natural minds to comprehend.
