Chapter 5

A one world order to compete with Jesus’ coming millennia kingdom is another obstacle Satan is putting forth to hinder God’s Way people’s desire to worship in spirit and truth. He’s working toward worldwide dominance, causing a majority to worship, “so called science, live animalistic lifestyles  and condone homosexuality.” Satan has already accomplished a one world pagan calendar that honors the same imaginary gods palmed off before and soon after the flood. Today language translations makes it possible for all people groups to communicate. Satan’s first major attempt at worldwide dominance was at a place called Babel, “where the Lord God put an end to His efforts.”

Gen 11:1-9; The whole earth had a common language and a common vocabulary. When the people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there. Then they said to one another, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” (They had brick instead of stone and tar instead of mortar.) (4) Then they said, “Come, let’s build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens so that we may make a name for ourselves. Otherwise we will be scattered across the face of the entire earth.”

(5) But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower that the people had started building. And the Lord said, “If as one people all sharing a common language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be beyond them. (7) Come, let’s go down and confuse their language so they won’t be able to understand each other.”

(8-9) So the Lord scattered them from there across the face of the entire earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why its name was called Babel – because there the Lord confused the language of the entire world and from there the Lord scattered them across the face of the entire earth.”)

Look at the ungodly strides being made in attempts to thwart - discredit God’s word and consolidate people groups. While thinking to control weather, pollution, explore space and dominate one another with threats.

The general mindset of all unbelieving people is to be gods to themselves. That is, to make God fit their fleshly evolving notions. But nothing can thwart God’s plans and purposes for His called out people. Recall that before the flood, “all but those God revealed Himself to went the way that seemed right to their fleshly inherited nature. Thankfully the Son of God revealed people’s overall disposition toward Himself to us through His apostle Paul at Romans 1: Revealing God’s reactions to unbelieving hostile people’s conduct toward Himself and His way people. Thankfully too, some time after Babel God called another likened to Noah who He’d build His coming kingdom roots on and accomplish His purposes through. That was Abraham who had believing IN faith, demonstrating loyalty and through whose heirs God the Son would come in the flesh.

The following demonstrates God’s planning

through a people of His choice.

(Gen 11:10-32; Shem was God’s favorite among Noah’s three sons, through his line came Nahor who became the father of Terah who became the father of “Nahor Abram and Haran. Haran became the father of Lot. Haran died in the land of his birth, in Ur of the Chaldeans, while his father Terah was still alive. (29) And Abram and Nahor took wives for themselves. The name of Abram’s wife was Sarai and the name of Nahor’s wife was Milcah; she was the daughter of Haran, the father of both Milcah and Iscah. But Sarai was barren; she had no children. (31) Terah took his son Abram, his grandson Lot (the son of Haran) and his daughter-in-law Sarai, his son Abram’s wife, and with them he set out from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to Canaan. When they came to Haran, they settled there. The lifetime of Terah was 205 years, and he died in Haran.”

(Gen 12:1-6; Now the Lord said to Abram,  “Go out from your country, your relatives, and your father’s household to the land that I will show you. Then I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you, and I will make your name great, so that you will exemplify divine blessing. (3) I will bless those who bless you, but the one who treats you lightly I must curse, and all the families of the earth will bless one another by your name.” So Abram left, just as the Lord had told him to do, and Lot went with him. (Now Abram was 75 years old when he departed from Haran.) (5) And Abram took his wife Sarai, his nephew Lot, and all the possessions they had accumulated and the people they had acquired in Haran, and they left for the land of Canaan. They entered the land of Canaan. Abram traveled through the land as far as the oak tree of Moreh at Shechem. (At that time the Canaanites were in the land.)

(7) The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” So Abram built an altar there to the Lord, who had appeared to him. Then he moved from there to the hill country east of Bethel and pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to the Lord and worshiped the Lord. (9) Abram continually journeyed by stages down to the Negev.)

After a famine Abram went to Egypt, there he said to Sarai “when the Egyptians see you they’ll see you’re beautiful and I’ll be in danger, so say you’re my sister.” Sure enough Sarai was taken and Pharaoh treated Abram kindly because of Sarai. The Lord struck Pharaoh’s household with severe diseases because of Sarai, then Pharaoh summoned Abram saying “why didn’t you tell me she was your wife? So Abram and his people were expelled. God was demonstrating how He’s fight Abram’s battles.

This is record of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, son of David,

son of Abraham. Like Gen 12: this is to show God’s planning.

(Matt 1:2-11; Abraham was the father of Isaac, Isaac the father of Jacob, Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers, Judah the father of Perez and Zerah (by Tamar), Perez the father of Hezron, Hezron the father of Ram, Ram the father of Amminadab, Amminadab the father of Nahshon, Nahshon the father of Salmon, Salmon the father of Boaz (by Rahab), Boaz the father of Obed (by Ruth), Obed the father of Jesse, and Jesse the father of David the king. David was the father of Solomon (by the wife of Uriah), (7) Solomon the father of Rehoboam, Rehoboam the father of Abijah, Abijah the father of Asa, Asa the father of Jehoshaphat, Jehoshaphat the father of Joram, Joram the father of Uzziah, Uzziah the father of Jotham, Jotham the father of Ahaz, Ahaz the father of Hezekiah, (10) Hezekiah the father of Manasseh, Manasseh the father of Amon, Amon the father of Josiah, and Josiah the father of Jeconiah and his brothers, at the time of the deportation to Babylon.)

(Matt 1:12-17; After7 the deportation to Babylon, Jeconiah became the father of Shealtiel,8 Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel, Zerubbabel the father of Abiud, Abiud the father of Eliakim, Eliakim the father of Azor, Azor the father of Zadok, Zadok the father of Achim, Achim the father of Eliud, Eliud the father of Eleazar, Eleazar the father of Matthan, Matthan the father of Jacob, (16) and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, by whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.) (17) So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations and from David to the deportation to Babylon, fourteen generations, and from the deportation to Babylon to Christ, fourteen generations.

Satan inspired lies are also generated through people with agendas.

Initiating many obstacles to camouflage God attributes, purposes and His printed truth. Not only are exact translations from Hebrew, Greek and Latin nearly impossible, translators often rely on tradition rather than allowing scripture translate scripture.

Catholics teach their idea of a more humane Jesus, “son of Mary who’d water down scriptural text He’d inspired through Moses. Catholics and others regard Mary as “mother of God” equal in deity with Jesus. Such parallels distorts everything Jesus and His apostles taught. Jesus nor did any apostle ever pray to Mary. He and they did pray to God His Father and God our Father.

(John 17:20-23; “I am not praying only on their ‘apostles’ behalf, but also on behalf of those who believe in Me through their testimony, that they will all be One, just as You, Father, are in Me and I am in You. I pray that they will be in us, so that the world will believe that You sent Me. The glory You gave to Me I have given to them, that they may be One just as We are One - (23) I in them and You in Me – that they may be completely One, so that the world will know that You sent Me, and You have loved them just as You have loved Me.” (Believers IN Jesus are atOne with one another, God the Son and God the Father.)

(John 17:24-26; “Father, I want those You have given Me to be with Me where I am, so that they can see My glory that You gave Me because You loved Me before the creation of the world. Righteous Father, even if the world does not know You, I know You, and these men know that You sent Me. I made known Your name to them, and I will continue to make it known, so that the love You have loved Me with may be in them, and I may be in them.”) We see that God’s purpose in creating and calling out a people to believe IN Him is to make them atOne.

Satan distorts the Supremacy of Jesus Christ through hostile people.

Jesus is the Lord God that said, “let us make man in our image and likeness.” He’s the One who found Noah to be righteous in His view, flooded the earth and forbade partaking fruit from a certain tree in the garden and saying to Adam, “in dying you will surely die.” All the while Jesus was planning to make The Way, whereby sins could be remitted. Jesus inspired His apostle Paul to write a full explanation.

(Colossians 1:15-20; “He ‘Jesus’ is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, for all things in heaven and on earth were created by Him – all things, whether visible or invisible, whether thrones or dominions, whether principalities or powers – all things were created through Him and for Him. He Himself is before all things and all things are held together in Him. He is the head of the body, the church, as well as the beginning, the firstborn from among the dead, so that He Himself may become first in all things. For God ‘the Father’ was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in the Son and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself by making peace through the blood of His cross – through Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven.”) “Remember God’s principle regarding life and blood, “without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin.”
