Mockeries of Truth, chapter 22

8/7/19, God’s 5th month, 6th day of Av, 5,779 until sunset.

To: People called to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son.  “Heirs with Abraham.

Hatred of other people is demonic. It’s bought into by Clerics and world leaders, who’ve turned from the true God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses, “to a fictitious worship of the human intellect.” (Thinking human smarts can solve problems in our inherited nature and the human spirit.) It can’t, it’s impossible. Only genuine belief in the God of Creation “Jesus” and His truth “that demonism is real, can people understand that demonism is the cause of such hatred.” Its dismissed by Clerics, so called intellectuals and those looking up to them as superstition. The Son of God “Creator Jesus” prophesied about such spiritual blindness, “a waxing cold of love” that’d be a sign and cause of demonic division we’re experiencing today.

Before final judgment and the “abomination of desolation” taking place, “foreshadowed by the seventh annual Sabbath, The Last Great Day” expect Jesus’ Word fulfillment. (Matt  24:9-14; “Then they ‘demonic unbelievers’ will hand you over to be persecuted and will kill you. You ‘followers of Me’ will be hated by all the nations because of My name. (My nature in you.) Then many will be led into sin, and they will betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will appear and deceive many and because lawlessness will increase so much, the love of many will grow cold. (13) But the person who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the whole inhabited earth as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”)

We can’t repeat it to often, “Christians are people “born from above” “a people whose nature is supernaturally changed, from the way of get, to the way of give.” A people to whom God’s nature is imputed, making them atOne with Him. (Their’s  is a love of God’s Way whose minds are imputed with Godly love.) Followers of Jesus aren’t under the law of Moses, “but lovingly under, submissive to and yielded to the Law of Christ.” Mindful that Jesus is the Lord God who gave Moses the ten commandments and oracles of God. So, from within our God gifted nature, we love God’s Ways and His ten commandments, recognizing they’re for our good. Paul proclaimed it.

(1Cor 11:10:23 “Everything is lawful,” but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is lawful,” but not everything builds others up. Do not seek your own good, but the good of the other person. Eat anything that is sold in the marketplace without questions of conscience, for the earth and its abundance are the Lord’s. (27) If an unbeliever invites you to dinner and you want to go, eat whatever is served without asking questions of conscience. But if someone says to you, “This is from a sacrifice,” do not eat, because of the one who told you and because of conscience. I do not mean yours but the other person’s. For why is my freedom being judged by another’s conscience? If I partake with thankfulness, why am I blamed for the food that I give thanks for? So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God. Do not give offense to Jews or Greeks or to the church of God, just as I also try to please everyone in all things. I do not seek my own benefit, but the benefit of many, so that they may be saved. (11:1) Be imitators of me, just as I also am of Christ.”)

Paul practiced Jesus’ Way. Turned from the Pharisee “denominational” way, to a love of God’s Way. Paul was gifted to understand, “it was Jesus who made promises to Abraham, led Israel from Egyptian bondage, “sin” AND gave Moses the ten commandments for our good.

(1Cor 11:2-3; “I praise you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions just as I passed them on to you. But I want you to know that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God, “the Father” is the head of Christ.”)

Each apostle was gifted to recognize, “God the Father and God the Son are as One, singleness of mind and purpose.” Thus God is One. The two are as One! “As a husband, wife relationship should be, as Christians are called to be atOne with God.” Submissive to God’s authority is a God gifted virtue!” Jesus submitted to His Father and will remain submissive, “even when New Jerusalem comes down.” (Study Revelations 21:)

Intellectuals and those with much substance are less likely to be submissive.

(1 Cor 11:4-16; “Any man who prays or prophesies with his head covered disgraces his head. But any woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered disgraces her head, for it is one and the same thing as having a shaved head. For if a woman will not cover her head, she should cut off her hair. But if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, she should cover her head. For a man should not have his head covered, since he is the image and glory of God. But the woman is the glory of the man. For man did not come from woman, but woman from man. Neither was man created for the sake of woman, but woman for man. For this reason a woman should have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels. In any case, in the Lord woman is not independent of man, nor is man independent of woman. (12) For just as woman came from man, so man comes through woman. But all things come from God. Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head uncovered? (14) Does not nature itself teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace for him but if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For her hair is given to her for a covering. If anyone intends to quarrel about this, we have no other practice, nor do the churches of God.”)

God made male and female in His image, feminism and masculinity are Godly virtues. For people to be otherwise is an abomination to God and must ultimately be repented of, or die a second death. Revisit Revelations 21:8.

Jesus foretold the status quo we find the world in today. Genuine Godly love has waxed cold and Christendom has found it’s comfort zone among, “the just as I am crowd.” Review Matt 24:9-13, Jesus is speaking to future Believers IN Himself.) This truth is revealed to followers of Jesus and hidden from this unbelieving world’s populations.

Speaking of Himself, Jesus said to the Israelites. Matt 21:42-46; “Have you never read in the scriptures: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from the Lord, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? For this reason I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken from you “Israelites” and given to a people who will produce its fruit, “Believers IN - Spiritual Israelites.” The one who falls on this Stone will be broken to pieces, and the one on whom it, “this Stone” falls will be crushed.” (Jesus is going to forcefully take this world’s governments.) When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they realized that He was speaking about them. They wanted to arrest Him, but they were afraid of the crowds, because the crowds regarded Him as a prophet.”) (Some translations use “capstone” in verse 42.) Cornerstone is more accurate because the imagery is explained in Eph 2:20-22 and 1Cor 3:11. The original Greek refers to a cornerstone, not a capstone. (“The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone” is used in Ps 118:22-23” (“Stone imagery” is a reference to Christ, His suffering and exaltation is common in the New Testament (See also Mark 12:10; Luke 20:17; Acts 4:11; 1 Pet 2:6-8 and Eph 2:20). The irony of it’s use in, Psalms 118:22-23, is that gentiles and Israelites will reject the coming King.

(The stone which the builders discarded has become the cornerstone. This is the Lord’s work. We consider it amazing!)

Detouring a bit.

Paul’s speaking of “time being short” in his Corinthian letters caused us to go off on a tangent we hope is helpful. Conditions and times in Paul’s day was concerning to him.

When we get to the times Jesus described in Matthew 24: “UNLESS God really cuts time shorter than scheduled, “no one will be saved!” We must call this to the attention of Christians in this latter age. We’re very concerned about the hard times coming on this world and praying that His kingdom soon come. A primary concern of Paul’s was to “keep God’s church at Corinth pure.” Do today’s theologians care about pureness in the church? The city of Corinth’s population was mostly non-Israelite. Characteristically gentiles were thought of as idol worshipers more so than Israelites because Israelites traditionally kept a semblance of God’s ten commandments. However the Israelites were often taken in by the gentiles’ worshiping imaginary gods.

Our understanding is helped when we realize that Paul is writing his first Corinthian letter, “during or soon after the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread season.” A time God set aside “for self examination; putting sin away and personal purification.” It’s important to understanding that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega as His apostles taught.

Paul defined Jesus as did John at John 1:1-5 and Hebrews 1:.

(Col 1:15-20; “Jesus is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, for all things in heaven and on earth were created by Him – all things, whether visible or invisible, whether thrones or dominions, whether principalities or powers – all things were created through Him and for Him. He Himself is before all things and all things are held together in Him. He is the head of the body, the church, as well as the beginning, the firstborn from among the dead, so that He Himself may become first in all things. For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in the Son and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by making peace through the blood of His cross – through Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven.)

God the Father and God the Son are living spirits that can manifest Themselves and angelic beings physically. (I haven’t knowingly seen one, but scripture indicates Satan and demons can manifest themselves in various forms.) God’s spirit emitting from Themselves is holy. Through God the Father’s spirit, Jesus was begotten, “fathered.” Jesus was holy in the womb. Through His gifted Holy Spirit God makes His chosen people “literal Children.” Miraculously His spiritual children are, “born from above” “born again” “begotten” or “fathered.” It’s the mystery of the ages! Spiritually gifted followers of Jesus are transformed, from being fleshly minded to being spiritual thinking people.
