Perpetual Promises, chapter 11

11/8/19, God’s 10th month, Cheshvan 8/5780.

To: Called out living by Jesus’ faith people, “in the world but not of the world.”’

Jesus’ sheep are, “those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life” and imputed with a oneness of spirit, with God the Father and God the Son “Jesus.” (John 10:5;“They will never follow a stranger. because they do not recognize the stranger’s voice.”) (Followers of Jesus are gifted with a loving desire to keep His commandments, “His Sabbaths particularly” and don’t recognize strange theology babblers.) Remember why Jesus spoke in parables?

(John 10:6-9; “Jesus told them this parable, but they did not understand what He was saying to them. So Jesus said to them again, “I tell you the solemn truth, I am the Door for the Sheep. All who came before Me were thieves and robbers, but the Sheep did not listen to them. I am the Door. If anyone enters through Me, he will be saved, will come in, go out and find pasture.”) The sheep that listened previously were the CALLED OUT, like Abraham and Moses. Today Jesus’ Word, practices, attributes, characteristics and deity is detailed and like previously, they who aren’t His sheep believe in idols etc. “heir imagination.” They’re denominationalist, thieves and robbers, sold on idols, methodologies and theologies of man’s design. They’re modern day Pharisees.

(John 10:10-13; “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come so that they may have Life, and may have it abundantly. “I am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd lays down his Life for the Sheep. The hired hand, who is not a shepherd and does not own sheep, sees the wolf coming and abandons the sheep and runs away. So the wolf attacks the sheep and scatters them. Because he is a hired hand and is not concerned about the sheep, he runs away.”) (Is it not true? Modern day teachers of theology expect pay based on the number of parishioners.)

(John 10:14-15; “I am the good shepherd. I know My own and My own know Me — just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father — and I lay down My life for the Sheep.”) (Jesus’ Sheep are called out Believers IN His Word through His gifted faith: truth set’s each free.) Many modern theology teachers hold to an opinion that only the New Testament is Christendom adequate; but Jesus’ principle is, “if they didn’t believe Moses, neither will they believe IN Me.

(John 10:16; “I have other Sheep that do not come from this sheepfold. I must bring them too, and they will listen to My voice, so that there will be one flock and one Shepherd.”) Ours isn’t the last age, Jesus’ Kingdom age is prophesied to be coming, “knowledge will cover and all Israel saved.”

It was preplanned that the Israelite’s fall would work to God’s purpose in reconciling both Israelite, non-Israelite to Himself and both become one in Christ. Study Romans 11: and note that Israel is the tamed olive branch and non-Israelites the wild olive branch that are grafted into the tame and ultimately all be of the same foundation. (God says the following is absolute.)

Israel’s saving.

(Jeremiah 31:31-34; “Indeed, a time is coming,” says the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah. It will not be like the old covenant that I made with their ancestors when I delivered them from Egypt. For they violated that covenant, even though I was like a faithful husband to them,” says the LORD. “But I will make a new covenant with the whole nation of Israel after I plant them back in the land,” says the LORD. “I will put my law within them and write it on their hearts and minds. I will be their God and they will be My people. “People will no longer need to teach their neighbors and relatives to know Me. For all of them, from the least important to the most important, will know Me,” says the LORD. “For I will forgive their sin and will no longer call to mind the wrong they have done.”

(Jeremiah 31:35; “The LORD has made a promise to Israel. He promises it as the One who fixed the sun to give light by day and the moon and stars to give light by night. He promises it as the One who stirs up the sea so that its waves roll. He promises it as the One who is known as the LORD who rules over all.”

Jeremiah 31:36-37; The LORD affirms, “The descendants of Israel will not cease forever to be a nation in My sight. That could only happen if the fixed ordering of the heavenly lights were to cease to operate before Me.” The LORD says, “I will not reject all the descendants of Israel because of all that they have done. That could only happen if the heavens above could be measured or the foundations of the earth below could all be explored,” says the LORD.

(Jeremiah 31:38-40; “Indeed a time is coming,” says the LORD, “when the city of Jerusalem will be rebuilt as My special city. It will be built from the Tower of Hananel westward to the Corner Gate. The boundary line will extend beyond that, straight west from there to the Hill of Gareb and then turn southward to Goah. The whole valley where dead bodies and sacrificial ashes are thrown and all the terraced fields out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far north as the Horse Gate will be included within this city that is sacred to the LORD. The city will never again be torn down or destroyed.”)

All Preplanned, all by promise

Christ Jesus Himself is and has always been the Cornerstone. In Him the whole building is being joined together, growing into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom all ’followers of Jesus’ are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit. No room for boasting or conceit.

(Rom 11:25-36; “For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: (See Isaiah 59:20 & Jer 31:33) “The Deliverer will come out of Zion; He will remove ungodliness from Jacob. And this is My ‘God’s’ covenant with them, when I take away their sins.” (28) In regard to the gospel they are enemies for your ‘you gentile’s’ sake, but in regard to Election they are dearly loved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable. Just as you were formerly disobedient to God, but have now received mercy due to their ‘Israelites’ disobedience, so they too have now been disobedient in order that, by the mercy shown to you, they too may now receive mercy. For God has consigned all people to disobedience so that He may show mercy to them all. (33) Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and how fathomless His ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? Or who has first given to God, that God needs to repay him? For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever! Amen. (Here’s absolute promises and the perfect example of perfect love.

More prophecy.

(Hosea 12:6; “But you must return to your God, by maintaining love and justice, and by waiting for your God to return to you.”)

(Amos 5:14-15; “Seek good and not evil so you can live! Then the LORD, the God who commands armies, just might be with you, as you claim He is. Hate what is wrong, love what is right! Promote justice at the city gate! (In your court houses.) Maybe the LORD, the God who commands armies, will have mercy on those who are left from Joseph.”)

God’s Steadfast Love and Compassion

(Micah 7:18-20; There is no other God like you! You forgive sin and pardon the rebellion of those who remain among your people. You do not remain angry forever, but delight in showing loyal love. You will once again have mercy on us; you will conquer our evil deeds; you will hurl our sins into the depths of the sea. You will be loyal to Jacob and extend your loyal love to Abraham, which you promised on oath to our ancestors in ancient times.”)

(1Cor 2:6-16; “Now we do speak wisdom among the mature, but not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are perishing. Instead we  speak the wisdom of God, hidden in a mystery, that God determined before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood it. If they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But just as it is written, “Things that no eye has seen, or ear heard, or mind imagined, are the things God has prepared for those who love him.” (Quote Isa 64:4) God has revealed these to us by the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.” For who among men knows the things of a man except the man’s spirit within him? So too, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. (12) Now we have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things that are freely given to us by God. And we speak about these things, not with words taught us by human wisdom, but with those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people. (14) The unbeliever does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him. And he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The one who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is understood by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord.) Fleshly schooling can’t impute spiritual learning to fleshly people.
