Mockeries of Truth, chapter 2

6/28/19, God’s 3rd month, 25th day of Sivan 5,779 until sunset.

To: 18,012 subscribers: people called to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son.  “Heirs with Abraham.

It was the 10th day of Nisan: “God’s 1st month” when Jesus humbly allowed Himself to be as “caged in” Jerusalem, willingly allow Himself to be sacrificed for our sins on the 14th day and be entombed before sunset beginning the 15th “God’s 1st annual Sabbath of the year.” God the Father and God the Son preplanned the event to the very time of day. Exactly foreshadowed in Egypt when through Moses Jesus had the Israelites put up a lamb or goat on the 10th day to be sacrificed on the 14th and they leave Egypt on the 15th day of Nisan, “God’s 1st annual Sabbath of the year.” It was and is the Passover season. The world will look to these dates during Jesus’ millennial rule on earth as preplanned. It’s only part of the good news about the kingdom of God.

By God’s calling and Abraham believing IN, he was delivered from darkness to light. Our Creator, “who cannot lie, made promises of deliverance to Abraham’s physical and spiritual descendents; through The Descendent, “Jesus.“” (Review, John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 & Hebrews 1: & 2)Jesus is identified as Re-Creator, Creator, Sustainer, Deliverer, Mediator and King of Kings. The Father purposely sent His willing Son to live in the flesh, be our sacrificial Lamb and shed His blood, “so the world’s sins could be remitted through Him.” Jesus is now serving as our Mediator until the appointed time of His return as king of kings. We who know we’re created in God’s image, “know not to look else where for knowledge regarding, what is right, wrong, good and evil.” Satan couldn’t make deceptive inroads if people believed IN creation and looked to God for knowledge.

Satan’s deceiving this world’s populations will ultimately play into God’s hands. When minds are opened and Satan identified as the culprit, “who deceived the whole world.” Then many will be gifted with remorseful repentance. Satan’s tempting Eve was only his first act, but the major one causing people’s disobedience. His causing Adam and Eve’s disobedience made all pro-created people to be born with a sin nature. Thus from the beginning “The Sacrificial Lamb’s Work was planned.” God always looked forward to creating a spiritual people that would be atOne with Himself. Lets review Jesus’ revelations to Paul, sharing His purpose and what ours should be.

(Philippians 2:1-8; “Therefore, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort provided by love, any fellowship in the Spirit, any affection or mercy, complete my joy and be of the same mind, by having the same love, being united in spirit, and having one purpose. Instead of being motivated by selfish ambition or vanity, each of you should, in humility, be moved to treat one another as more important than yourself. Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but about the interests of others as well. You should have the same attitude toward one another that Christ Jesus had, who though He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God, “the Father” as something to be grasped, but emptied Himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature. He humbled Himself, by becoming obedient to the point of death – even death on a cross!”)

Jesus, His apostles, nor do any followers of Jesus, “think to independently decide for themselves, what’s, right, wrong, good and evil.”

(Phil 2:9-11; “As a result God exalted Jesus and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow – in heaven and on earth and under the earth – and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.”) God the Father made God the Son “The Alpha and Omega, sharing all His attributes” so He’d be Lord of Lords.

(Phil 2:12-13; So then, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, continue working out your salvation with awe and reverence, for the One bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort – for the sake of His good pleasure – is God.”) Worldly denominations don’t get it, did you? When we believe IN these things, know “God gave the desire and effort for the sake of His good pleasure.” Know you didn’t acquire Jesus’ faith of your own accord! There’s no methodology, your desire isn’t conjured up nor sold to you by someone.

Know too, “it may be impossible to sincerely ask God to be kept on His Potter’s wheel for His purpose, except He give the desire.” The natural worldly way to mentally seek a god of one’s imagination through a denomination of choice, “a fitting comfort zone that makes one feel good about their decision.” Such worship isn’t of God’s doing. To the fleshly mind it’s natural to lean to one’s own understanding, learn from environment, tradition, educators and parents. Generally political correctness is acceptable to the fleshly mind. From these foundations Satan has field days, promoting division. Jesus taught this truth through James, “again, lets review.”

(James 4:1-5; “Where do the conflicts and where do the quarrels among you come from? Is it not from this, from your passions that battle inside you? You desire and you do not have; you murder and envy and you cannot obtain; you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask; you ask and do not receive because you ask wrongly, so you can spend it on your passions. Adulterers, do you not know that friendship with the world means hostility toward God? So whoever decides to be the world’s friend makes himself God’s enemy. Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says, “The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning”?) Leaning to our own understanding, “is spiritual adultery in God‘s View!” So, there’s a fleshly desire and a God gifted desire.

(Proverbs 3:5-8; “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own estimation; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. This will bring healing to your body, and refreshment to your inner self.”) (Study the whole text.) It’s prideful to lean to one’s own understanding, making disagreements natural.

(James 4:6-10; “Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says, “The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning.” But He gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.” So submit to God. But resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and make your hearts pure, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter into mourning and your joy into despair. Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will exalt you.”) Remember Jesus said, “I’m the vine, you’re branches and can do nothing without Me.”

God is opposed to people’s leaning to their own understanding. Satan tempted Eve, Adam and Cain to do just that. We did inherited a spiritually adulterous nature from Adam, that must be turned from, “repent for having yielded to.”

Our practices identify us with our communities. We naturally want to be liked by family, friends and the community, the called are led to “be in but not of the world.” God’s called out people must practice Godly living, which generally opposes what’s politically correct. Societies “never consider Jesus’ Way normal living” in communities leaning to political correctness. Their’s fits this world’s system of things. Different in apostle’s day?

(1Peter 4:12-14; “Dear friends, do not be astonished that a trial by fire is occurring among you, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice in the degree that you have shared in the sufferings of Christ, so that when His glory is revealed you may also rejoice and be glad. If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the spirit of glory, who is the Spirit of God, rests on you.”)

Israel’s recorded history deals with Jacob, Joseph, Moses, David and the prophets, all for our learning who live in this latter age. Remember Christians, are spiritual Israelites - Jews, a people God fights for. (See Galatians 3:29) Moses had to received the ten commandments a second time because when he came down the mountain the people had turned back to previous pagan worship and he broke the first tablet..

(Exodus 34:8-10; “Moses quickly bowed to the ground and worshiped and said, “If now I have found favor in your sight, O Lord, let my Lord go among us, for we are a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for Your inheritance.” (10) The Lord said, “See, I am going to make a covenant before all your people. I will do wonders such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation. All the people among whom you live will see the work of the Lord, for it is a fearful thing that I am doing with you.”)

The miraculous things God did for His chosen people are historical facts, never equaled. Like miracles He did personally, through His apostles and promised after His second coming. Unbelieving people driven from lands in Moses’ day are likened to the unbelievers Jesus will encounter when He returns.

(Exodus 34:11-17; “Obey what I am commanding you this day. I am going to drive out before you the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite. Be careful not to make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it become a snare among you. Rather you must destroy their altars, smash their images, and cut down their Asherah poles. (14) For you must not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God. Be careful not to make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to their gods, and someone invites you, you will eat from his sacrifice; and you then take his daughters for your sons, and when his daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will make your sons prostitute themselves to their gods as well. You must not make yourselves molten gods.”) (Remember Solomon?

God doesn’t change. Leaning to one’s own understanding is prostituting. It’s God’s covenant equivalent for Christian worship and marriage as revealed through Jesus’ apostle Paul. (Review 2Corinthians 6:14-17)

Believers IN are commanded to overcome to the end, examine ourselves and put away sin. Through Moses, Jesus had the Israelites putting leavening “that which puffs up” out from their homes to demonstrate and foreshadow putting sin away. In Egypt the Israelites were saved from the death angel by putting blood on their door facing. Looking forward to Jesus’ blood sacrifice for the remission of sin. The next step was then and is now, to put sin out.

(Exodus 34:18-20; “You must keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread. For seven days you must eat bread made without yeast, as I commanded you; do this at the appointed time of the month “Abib - Nisan” for in this month you came out of Egypt. “Every firstborn of the womb belongs to Me, even every firstborn of your cattle that is a male, whether ox or sheep. Now the firstling of a donkey you may redeem with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, then break its neck. You must redeem all the firstborn of your sons. “No one will appear before Me empty-handed.”)

Jesus was the first born among His brethren; “the only begotten Son of God.” People called to be believers IN Jesus, “are begotten children of God.” The Passover season looks to Jesus’ deeds on Believer’s behalf. The season Has two annual Sabbaths.

(Exodus 34:21; “On six days you may labor, but on the seventh day you must rest; even at the time of plowing and of harvest you are to rest.”) God’s Sabbaths are made for Believers IN, a spiritually led people loving and trusting God. The weekly Sabbath is so special, God says; “even when work is stacked up, rest and remember to whom you belong.”

(Exodus 34:22-24; “You must observe the Feast of Weeks, “Pentecost” the first fruits of the harvest of wheat – and the Feast of Ingathering “Tabernacles” at the end of the year. At three times in the year all your men must appear before the Lord God, the God of Israel. (24) For I will drive out the nations before you and enlarge your borders; no one will covet your land when you go up to appear before the Lord your God three times in the year.”)

God doesn’t change, the principle is, “when Jesus’ deeds and characteristics are revealed” the next step is to repent for having lived the way that seemed right to the fleshly mind. Followers of Jesus must consider the nature of the fleshly mind and where that nature leads.

The whole “Word of God” is for our learning. The Sabbath lesson is, “God is our Provider.” The principle for obedience then and now is; “those whose heart God stirs, “those He gives the desire and effort” should take action.” See Exodus 35:21, 26 & 36:2.

Christians, (unlike the Israelites in Moses’ day) are gifted with a Godly desire to be atOne with God the Son and God the Father. The spirit of loving obedience. Jesus explains through His apostle Paul.

(Romans 15:4-6; “For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Now may the God of endurance and comfort give you unity with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”)

The old and new covenants are for God’s chosen people’s learning. Prophetic words through Jesus’ prophets of old and His apostles, are NOT for fleshly instinctive minds, but from God gifted revelations and to His called out people.

Mockeries of Truth.

6/27/19,

To: 18,000 subscribers, people called to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son.  “Heirs with Abraham.

There’s various theories about how people came to be, “all but created are demonic.” Meaning they’re mockers of God’s truth, playing into Satan’s deceptions.

Followers of Jesus must believe IN, as He did. There’s only one truth, “God is Truth.” God the Father is allowing Satan to be the god of this world’s populations until Jesus’ planned return and Satan bound. As this world’s god, “Satan” has devised many divisionary theories that’s acceptable to various sects. They’re a “what difference does it make people” their mentality? “we’re all trying to get to the same place.” Thus Satan’s constituencies are divided, confused, at war philosophy, economically and over what’s right, wrong, good and evil. Jesus revealed the result of satanic division and it’s demise to John and we Believers IN.

(Revelations 20:1-3; “Then I saw an angel descending from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the abyss and a huge chain. He seized the dragon – the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan and tied him up for a thousand years. The angel then threw him into the abyss and locked and sealed it so that he could not deceive the nations until the one thousand years were finished. (“After these things he must be released for a brief period of time.”)

Generally religions don’t understand: Satan is serving God’s purpose, “as the deceiver the called must overcome through Jesus Christ” in order to be heir’s with Abraham. As Jesus resisted the devil’s temptations with The Word, “so must we.” Thinking themselves intellectual and god‘s to themselves, “the many assume they have ability to decide for themselves, what’s right, wrong, good and evil.” Deciding for themselves was Eve’s then Adam and Cain’s sin ‘lawlessness in God’s view - idolatry.” Jesus reveals that God the Father is allowing Satan to deceive the nations until His appointed time. (People thinking themselves intellectually smarter than Satan are “dead wrong.”)

Believers IN Jesus are gifted with His faith imputed to the mind. The only way to overcome “the fleshly mind’s self serving pulls” and demonic deceptions to the end. Believers IN must know, “Jesus is the vine and we the grafted in branches.”

(John 15:5-10; “I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from Me you can accomplish nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a branch, and dries up; and such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and are burned up. If you remain in Me and My Words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you. My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit and show that you are My disciples. “Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; remain in My love. If you obey My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have obeyed My Father’s,”)

(Deceived unbelieving populations are pliable to the false as Jesus had Matthew record at, Matthew 24:24; “For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the Elect.”)

(Luke 17:24-30; “For just like the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in His day. But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. Just as it was in the days of Noah, so too it will be in the days of the Son of Man. (Involved in selfish immoral pursuits) People were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage – right up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot, people were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building; but on the day Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be the same on the day the Son of Man is revealed.”)

The Son of Man, “Jesus” is revealed to Believers IN now and will be revealed to the world when He returns with power, binds Satan and takes control with His Elect. When He came the first time, “Israelites - Pharisees and Sadducees were looking for a Messiah, “the prophesied heir of David” one likened to Moses. Judaism is still looking; not realizing how Jesus will ultimately fulfill their hopes. To people like at Capernaum, Jesus said the following.

(Matt 11:23-30; “And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? No, you will be thrown down to Hades, “the abyss!” For if the miracles done among you had been done in Sodom, it would have continued to this day. But I tell you, it will be more bearable for the region of Sodom on the day of judgment than for you!” At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was Your gracious will. All things have been handed over to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son decides to reveal Him. Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke on you and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy to bear, and My load is not hard to carry.”)

Intellectuals in this world think they can carry their own load, “be their own god.” Such and leaning to one’s own fleshly instinctive mind is idolatry as was “Adam’s, Eve’s and Cain’s. (Meditate on Jesus’ Word “No one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son decides to reveal Him.)

As Paul taught in principle, “through our fleshly instinctive nature” we make many varied decisions about many things.” For example: “from the fleshly mind, people can choose nutritious foods, exercises for health, peruse satisfying vocations, choose life styles and a religion of their particular liking.” The ability to make these type choices, differencing people from animals and come from how our Creator made us in His image and likeness. Except that God is immortal but Adam and Eve were created mortal. Mortal must die, “Adam and Eve’s sin caused “in dieing they’d surely die.” In our dieing, “we’ll surely die” unless we’re chosen, called and gifted with immortality, “born from above.”  Through fleshly inherited from Adam nature we inherit death. Death is our inheritance from Adam. Eternal life is inherited from He who is eternal. Only through Creator and Savior Jesus is immortality inherited. (Review Galatians 3:29)

Satan has the whole world believing otherwise. Every worldly religious has adopted some form of believing in, “an immortality from birth doctrine.” Let’s revisit, review and consider the result of Satan’s lie.

(Gen 3:2; Eve said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit from the trees of the orchard; but concerning the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the orchard, God said, ‘You must not eat from it, and you must not touch it, or else you will die.“ The serpent said to the woman, “Surely you will not die, for God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will open and you’ll be like divine beings who know good and evil.”) The devil is saying, “God is holding back, disobey and you’ll be divine.” He lied, called God a liar and by believing that lie, “fleshly instinctive minded people are deceived and have made Satan their god.” Believing, not only that they’re born to live forever someplace, but that people are divine “thus able to choose “what is right, wrong, good and evil for themselves.” Satan’s lie causes demonic division among nations, religions and puts people in worldwide darkness.

Through Jesus’ revelations to Paul and revealing letters, “the Mystery of eternal life is revealed” to the called. The mystery hidden from previous ages, “until Jesus is revealed individually.” Jesus and letters from his apostles to the churches teaches this revelation to, “those to whom Jesus reveals Himself.” (Indeed His truth can only be taught by revelation otherwise the learned could boast.) Until God gifts an open mind people tend to think they can intellectually discern and overcome the fleshly inherited from Adam mindset. Let’s look at Paul’s letter to the Galatians and all Believers.

Paul’s subject could be titled, “inheriting immortality and overcoming darkness.”

(Galatians 1:1-5; “From Paul, an apostle (not from men, nor by human agency, but by Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead” and all the brothers with me, to the churches of Galatia.) Grace and peace to you from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age according to the will of our God and Father, to whom be glory forever and ever! Amen.”)

This same deity “Jesus” the Son of God who said, “let there be light and let US make man in OUR image” gave Himself as the sacrificial Lamb so sins against Him could be remitted. (Study John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1: & 2:) As an apostle, Paul was taught personally by Jesus and had authority to write as an ambassador, of, “Jesus Christ the Son of God and God the Father.”

When Adam was created Jesus was looking forward to people being gifted spiritually with His imputed spirit of truth. “Looking forward to creating people in His image spiritually.” Giving people a spiritual likened to His own with power to overcome the devil, demonic teaching, our fleshly nature and be clothed with Him spiritually. A yearning to be immersed in Jesus and as branches, clinging to Him as a Vine. Paul said it best to the Romans and all Believers IN.

(Rom 13:12-14; “The night has advanced toward dawn; the day is near. So then we must lay aside the works of darkness, and put on the weapons of Light. Let us live decently as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in discord and jealousy. Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh to arouse its desires.”)

Satan has the world believing, “arousing desire is good.“ People Paul taught were, for the most part, as babes in Christ, not well grounded and old practices continued to be tempting.

(Gal 1:6-10; “I am astonished that you. “Christians” are so quickly deserting the One “God the Father” who called you by the grace of Christ and are following a different gospel – (7) not that there really is another gospel, but there are some who are disturbing you and wanting to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we (or an angel from heaven) should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, and now I say again, if any one is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, let him be accursed. Am I now trying to gain the approval of people, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ!”)

“Let him be accursed?“ Is Greek words “(ἀνάθεμα, anaqema)” they imply a dreadful curse; “thus some translations like to use “condemned to hell or Hades” rather than, “let him be accursed.” Paul’s point? “judgment awaits those who distort.” The good news, “gospel” about Jesus is distorted by people wanting to lord over others and those Satan has in his demonic clutches.

(Galatians 1:11-12; “Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin. For I did not receive it or learn it from any human source; instead I received it by a revelation of Jesus Christ.”)

Indeed, every Believer IN, is such because God revealed Himself to the mind. Otherwise people are merely “believers that a god is.” Believers IN have the power to prove all things and practice Godly subscribed values. Power not to fall for various doctrines that mix paganism with Judaism and call it Christian. The good news about Jesus, begins with the knowledge that He is Creator of all things.

The Christian Obligation, chapter 34

Tuesday, June 25th, 2019

To: People called to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son “Jesus” “Spiritual Israelites” 6/25/19, God’s 3rd  month 22nd day of Sivan 5,779 until sunset.

Paul was a tool for Satan until Jesus’ moved Him from denominational darkness to His Light; afterward Paul  desired that his life characteristics mimic His Lord and Savior, Jesus’. Afterward there was no rebellion in Paul’s gifted spiritual nature! He knew he’d been miraculously moved from darkness to the Light. After Jesus’ revelations Paul practiced and loved Jesus’ Way. Loved the times and things Jesus loved and hating what Jesus hated. Later Paul would shared his previous convictions before being called and Jesus’ revealing Himself. Became mindful that Jesus was working through Him and the other apostles. (Paul more than many converted people could teach how to be on guard against the old inherited from Adam nature, it’s fleshly desires and the devil’s imitations, “selling himself as an angel of light.”) (Review 2Corinthians 11:14)

Through Jesus’ gifted spirit in us, “Paul recommends that our speech be wholesome, always building up fellow Believers IN and that we not grieve the holy spirit of truth.” (Review Eph 4:29-32)

The holy spirit of truth can be defined as, “the imputed mind of Jesus to our being.” His spiritual outlook is miraculously gifted to God’s called. Jesus explained to Nicodemus.

(John 3:5-8;“I tell you the solemn truth, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I said to you, ‘You must all be born from above.’ (8) The wind blows wherever it will, and you hear the sound it makes, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”)

Our mental and spiritual state of being must grow to the likeness of Jesus’. It’s power to prove that good and acceptable Way, the power to pursue pureness that emits from God. Followers of Jesus inherit the nature of compassion and forgiveness, so that, just as God in Christ forgave us we can forgive others. God the Father’s forgiveness is through God the Son, who lived an example for all Believers IN.

(Eph 5:1-5; “Therefore, be imitators of God “the Son” as dearly loved children and live in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave Himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God “the Father.” But among you there must not be either sexual immorality, impurity of any kind, or greed, as these are not fitting for the Saints. Neither should there be vulgar speech, foolish talk, or coarse jesting – all of which are out of character – but rather thanksgiving. (5) For you can be confident of this one thing: that no person who is immoral, impure, or greedy, (such a person is an idolater) has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.”) Having these gifted characteristics, “makes us know to whom we belong.”

Jesus revealed the same in His revelations to John.

(Rev 21:7-8; “The one who conquers, “overcomes to the end” will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. (8) But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”) (If major worldly denomination’s preverbal hell was as they teach there’d be no judgment day nor a second death. Jesus’ and His apostles always reminded us about the deceiver and his follower’s characteristics.

Believers moved from darkness to light; from death to life.

(Eph 5:6-14; “Let nobody deceive you with empty words, for because of these things God’s wrath comes on the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers “practice their ways” with them, for you, “Christians” were at one time in darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of the light – for the fruit “the result” of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness, and truth – trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. (11) Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For the things they do in secret are shameful even to mention. But all things being exposed by the Light “Jesus” are made evident. For everything made evident is light, and for this reason it says: “Awake, O sleeper! Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you!”)

Paul is making a composite quotation, possibly from Isaiah 26:19, 51:17, 52:1, and 60:1. Jesus is the One that inspired His prophets, thus He and His apostles quoted from them often.

(Eph 5:15-21; “Therefore be very careful how you live “what you practice” not as unwise but as wise, taking advantage of every opportunity, because the days are evil. For this reason do not be foolish, but be wise by understanding what the Lord’s will is. And do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled by the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your hearts to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for each other in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, and submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.”)

The way to revere Jesus is to practice His righteous Way of living. We need to know our life practices should benefit others. That can’t be done by mixing paganism with Judaism and calling it Christian, as do worldly organizations. Denominations mixing the two are pagan, serve this world’s system of things, it’s pagan calendars with times honoring imaginary gods. (AtOnement is key among God’s church and Godly families.)

(Eph 5:22-33; “Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord, because the husband is the head of the wife as also Christ is the head of the church – He Himself being the savior of the body “church.” But as the church “people born from above” submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her, “that body of believers IN” to sanctify her by cleansing her with the washing of the water by the Word, so that He may present the church to Himself as glorious – not having a stain or wrinkle, or any such blemish, but holy and blameless. (28) In the same way husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one has ever hated his own body but he feeds it and takes care of it, just as Christ also does the church, for we are members of His body. (31) For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and will be joined to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. (32) This mystery is great – but I am actually speaking with reference to Christ and the church. Nevertheless, each one of you must also love his own wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.”)

When Adam and Eve were created, Jesus was looking forward to this family oneness and His oneness to His church. When families and believing IN congregations, are atOne with Jesus, His gifted love prevails.

(Eph 6:1-4; “Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right. “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment accompanied by a promise, namely, “that it may go well with you and that you will live a long time on the earth.” (Quote from Deut 5:16:) Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but raise them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”) Remember Jesus’ point in His parable about Lazarus and the rich, “if they don’t believe Moses and the prophets they’ll not believe Me after I’m resurrected.)

Jesus and His apostles referred to the ten commandments, quoted and honored them. Governments, fleshly adults and children need God’s rule of law for their guidance. Gifted Believers IN “Christians” “people born from above” “recipients of God’s spirit of truth” have the mind of Jesus implanted and thus don’t need the law to the same degree. But that doesn’t abolish the law!

Don’t make apologies for repeating scriptural text, “review is good for wholesome study.” Paul repeats the same themes and using various verbiage in each letter. He taught the Galatians and we Believers IN. (Consider why the written commandments weren’t given ‘spelled out’ prior to Jesus delivering Israel through Moses.)

(Galatians 3:19-29; “Why then was the law given? It was added because of transgressions, until the arrival of the Descendant, “Jesus” to whom the promise had been made. It was administered through angels by an intermediary, “Moses.” Now an intermediary is not for one party alone, but God is One. Is the law therefore opposed to the promises of God? Absolutely not! For if a law had been given that was able to give “eternal” life, then righteousness would certainly have come by the law. But the scripture imprisoned everything and everyone under sin so that the promise could be given – because of the faithfulness of Jesus Christ – to those who believe. (23) Now before “Jesus’” faith came, “we believers - Christians” were held in custody under the law, being kept as prisoners until the coming faith would be revealed. Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, “is revealed individually” so that we could be declared righteous by “Jesus’” faith. But now that “Jesus’” faith has come, “to we Believers IN” we are no longer under a guardian. For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through, “Jesus’” faith. For all of you who were baptized “immersed” into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female – for all of you, “Believers” are one in Christ Jesus. (29)And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.”)

Remember; “Abraham’s believing in” made him acceptable as God’s friend. Christians must respect the rule of law, governments and God’s ten commandments. (Children need the commandments taught to them and fleshly adults need them as guardians.) Without adhering to God’s commandments, societies become divided and war is inevitable.

(Eph 6:5-8; “Slaves, obey your human masters with fear and trembling, in the sincerity of your heart as to Christ, not like those who do their work only when someone is watching – as people-pleasers – but as slaves of Christ doing the will of God from the heart. Obey with enthusiasm, as though serving the Lord and not people, because you know that each person, whether slave or free, if he does something good, this will be rewarded by the Lord.”)

Unconverted fleshly people from each generation will face judgment according to their deeds! Paul explained to the Romans and we Believers.

(Romans 2:2-8; “Now we know that God’s judgment is in accordance with truth against those who practice such things. And do you think, whoever you are, when you judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself, that you will escape God’s judgment? Or do you have contempt for the wealth of His kindness, forbearance, and patience, and yet do not know that God’s kindness leads you to repentance? But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed! (6) He will reward each one according to His works: (7) eternal life to those who by perseverance in good works seek glory and honor and immortality, but wrath and anger to those who live in selfish ambition and do not obey the truth but follow unrighteousness.)

Eph 6:12; “Masters, treat your slaves the same way, giving up the use of threats, because you know that both you and they have the same master in heaven, and there is no favoritism with Him. Finally, be strengthened in the Lord and in the strength of His power. Clothe yourselves with the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavens.”) Paul is referring to Satan as the, “prince of the power of the air. See Eph 2:2.

(Eph 6:13-23; “For this reason, take up the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand your ground on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand. Stand firm therefore, by fastening the belt of truth around your waist, by putting on the breastplate of righteousness, by fitting your feet with the preparation that comes from the good news of peace, and in all of this, by taking up the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. With every prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit, and to this end be alert, with all perseverance and requests for all the Saints. (19) Pray for me also, that I may be given the message when I begin to speak – that I may confidently make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may be able to speak boldly as I ought to speak.” (Each Christian is an ambassador in chains, and clothed with Jesus.)

Tychicus, my dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will make everything known to you, so that you too may know about my circumstances, how I am doing. I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that you may know our circumstances and that he may encourage your hearts. (23) Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all of those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.”)

May we each be gifted with a love for God and neighbor as Jesus loved.

Book Chapter 27

God allowed Satan to put many obstacles before Paul. Remember his conversion and God’s telling one Ananias of Damascus to go, place hands on him so he’d see?

(Acts 9:10-16; The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias,” and he replied, “Here I am, Lord.” The Lord told him, “Get up and go to the street called ‘Straight and at Judas’ house look for a man from Tarsus named Saul. For he is praying and he has seen in a vision a man named Ananias come in and place his hands on him so that he may see again.” (13) But Ananias replied, “Lord, I have heard from many people about this man, how much harm he has done to Your Saints in Jerusalem and here he has authority from the chief priests to imprison all who call on Your Name!” But the Lord said to him, “Go, because this man is My chosen instrument to carry My Name before Gentiles and kings and the people of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of My Name.”) Each obstacle Paul endured Gad turned to a furtherance in the spreading His good news about “the kingdom of God.” God can use our obstacles for His good.

As we glean from Paul’s gifted spiritual understanding, let’s pray that our own minds be supernaturally opened and we’re delivered from pagan darkness to Jesus’ Light. God can use us with or without their knowing it. God named and used Cyrus without his knowing Him. (Review Isaiah 44: & 45:) Paul’s imprisonments were used as vehicles for the advancement of the good news about God’s kingdom and His Ways. Kings, politicians, Israelites and non-Israelites were converted through Jesus’ calling Paul. Knowing the nature in people, Paul was also mindful that his imprisonment might cause some to disbelieve. But obvious from Paul’s words “he was confident that God’s people, “His church at Ephesus would comprehend the secret of Christ living in them.”

(Eph 3:4-6; “When reading this, you will be able to understand my insight into this secret of Christ. Now this secret was not disclosed to people in former generations as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit, namely that through the gospel “this good news” the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.”)

These called Ephesians were being spiritually delivered to Jesus’ light by revelation. As they heard the good news about God’s prophecies, the message of love and His kingdom’s coming, “the called were spiritually led to respond.” Worldly religions with their theories about “some method by which people can be saved” aren’t able to grasp this spiritual mystery. Paul’s insight regarding a God gifted nature change for His Elect was new spiritual insight. The spiritually called are gifted to Believe IN, “a superior belief to believing that,” People gifted with this spiritual understanding shouldn’t boast, “because it’s only through God’s grace and mercy that any are gifted with this comprehension.” Doing some methodology of works plays no part in gifted revelations. By grace people are saved, not of works less any boast.

(Eph 3:14-19; “For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on the earth is named. I pray that according to the wealth of His glory He, “God the Father” may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, so that because you have been rooted and grounded in love, you may be able to comprehend with all the Saints what is the breadth, length, height and depth and thus to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.”)

When God’s spirit is imputed to an individual’s inner person, “Jesus’ gifted faith teaches His Way of love.” Imputes a love for His Way to the mind, “life practices He ordained.” The secret? “A supernatural turning - movement from pagan darkness to Jesus’ light.”

(Eph 3:20-21; “Now to Him “God the Father” who by the power that is working within us is able to do far beyond all that we ask or think, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”)

Believers IN are looking forward to Jesus’ return and “the first resurrection of Jesus’ church, His body of Believers.” “Believers that” practice what seems right to their fleshly minds and condone most beliefs and life styles. “Believers IN” know Satan is to be bound, a coming millennial Sabbath rest and physical resurrections in God’s timing. Judgment of previous life deeds, destruction of evil and New Jerusalem’s coming down. Then pagan type darkness will be put away forever!

(Eph 4:1-6; “I, therefore, the prisoner for the Lord, urge you to live “practice” worthily of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. (4) There is one body and one Spirit, just as you too were called to the one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”)

Only through gifted understanding, a new gifted nature and God gifted power do we persevere for His kingdom. Fleshly and spiritual mistakes are likely for all “but when we continuously seek knowledge of His will, we believe He keeps us on His potter’s wheel.”

God admonishes that we not practice ways that honor pagan gods, such practices defile the conscious and demonstrates a love of this world’s system of things. God calls His people to turn from. Jesus taught the only way and the end result of pagan practices is death.

(John 15:5-8; “I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from Me you can accomplish nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a branch, and dries up; and such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and are burned up. (7) If you remain in Me and My Words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you. My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit and show that you are My disciples.”)

After God reveals Himself individually, “we’re supernaturally born from above.” Before that choices were limited to the way of the fleshly inherited from Adam nature. (We’re dead in our trespasses.) Differing from animals, fleshly people are made in God’s image and likeness, unlike animals fleshly minded people can learn from error, grow mentally, learn to discipline themselves and make moral choices. However the fleshly mind contributes to many divisionary outlooks and religions.

Until God individually reveals Himself, “we don’t have Godly love, we can’t love our enemies as God loves and we have a natural hostility to God’s Ways. It’s manifested in the holy scriptures, “prior to God revealing Himself we’re each, as in Adam.” Each practices life according to the dictates of the fleshly inherited nature. Jesus’ called fleshly and spiritual brother James explains.

(James 4:1-3; “Where do the conflicts and where do the quarrels among you come from? Is it not from this, from your passions “inherited fleshly nature” that battle inside you? You desire and you do not have; you murder and envy and you cannot obtain; you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask; you ask and do not receive because you ask wrongly, so you can spend it on your passions.”)

In the flesh we make decisions from our fleshly passions, until Jesus’ light is revealed. After “imputed with God’s spirit” “born from above” “converted” we are “made alive in Christ.” Paul explains.

(1Corinthians 15:20 But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those, “His followers” who have fallen asleep. For since death “the result of practicing lawlessness“ came through a man, ‘Adam’ the resurrection of the dead also came through a man, ‘Jesus.’ For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ, the first fruits; then when Christ comes, those who belong to Him. Then comes the end, when He “Jesus” hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when He has brought to an end all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be eliminated is death. For He “God the Father” has put everything in subjection under His, “God the Son’s” feet. But when it says “everything” has been put in subjection, it is clear that this does not include the One, “God the Father” who put everything in subjection to Him “Jesus.” And when all things are subjected to Him, “God the Father” then the Son Himself will be subjected to the One who subjected everything to Him, so that God may be all in all.”) Restudy Jesus’ identity as recorded at John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1: & 2:.

(Eph 4:7-16; “But to each one of us “we Christians” grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Therefore it says, “When He ascended on high He captured captives; He gave gifts to men.” Now what is the meaning of “He ascended,” except that He also descended to the lower regions, namely, the earth? He, the very One who descended, is also the One who ascended above all the heavens, in order to fill all things. (11) It was He who gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, to equip the Saints for the work of ministry, that is, to build up the body of Christ, “the church” until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God – a mature person, attaining “growing” to the measure of Christ’s full stature. So we are no longer to be children, tossed back and forth by waves and carried about by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of people who craftily carry out their deceitful schemes. But practicing the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Christ, who is the head. From Him the whole body “church” grows, fitted and held together through every supporting ligament. As each one does its part, the body grows in love.”)

It’s spiritual deliverance, from darkness to light! Each called out Believer IN Jesus, is a member of Jesus’ church. Each Christian is individually called to prove all things, attain to the unity and over come to the end.

(Eph 4:17-18; “So I say this, and insist in the Lord, that you no longer live “practice” as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding, being alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardness of their hearts.”)

For our learning, Jesus and His apostles demonstrated the Israelites darkened view of desiring to learn the way of the gentiles. They were alienated from God because of their inner desire to make personal choices, yielding to their inherited from Adam nature. It’s an inherited hardness - hostility, self willed nature in the inner person. Understanding limited to the fleshly instinctive nature.

(Eph 4:19; “Because they are callous, they have given themselves over to indecency for the practice of every kind of impurity with greediness.”)

People either practice God’s Way or yield to the inherited nature that’s nurtured by Satan. Only when Jesus is revealed, is our understanding opened so we can choose Godly love, flee temptations and follow His righteous practices.

(Eph 4:20-24; “But you did not learn about Christ like this, if indeed you heard about Him and were taught in Him, just as the truth is in Jesus. You were taught with reference to your former way of life to lay aside the old man “nature” who is being corrupted in accordance with deceitful desires, to be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and to put on the new man “Christ” who has been created in God’s image – in righteousness and holiness that comes from truth.”)

Loving His righteous practices can only come through God’s revealing. To love God is to love His Way and despise this world’s system of things! Our Lord’s brother James taught it!

(James 4:4-10; “Adulterers, do you not know that friendship with the world means hostility toward God? So whoever decides to be the world’s friend makes himself God’s enemy. Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says, “The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning?” But He gives greater grace. Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will exalt you.”)

When people claim to be a follower of Jesus, yet serve this world’s system of things, “they’re spiritual adulterers.”

Book Chapter 26

Lying, murderous, deceiving Satan knew God purpose in calling out a people He’d fight for and preserve for His family purpose. He knew the reason for Jacob’s name change and it’s name meaning, “God fights, or God fights for.” He knows God’s long term purpose in promising Abraham, Isaac and Jacob’s descendants perpetual blessings, resurrections, deliverance and promised lands. Satan knew Israel’s deliverance, failures, successes and history was for our learning, “we to whom are chosen in these latter days.”

Speaking to fleshly Israel and for our learning, God taught the danger of making idols. Speaking to spiritual minded people, “who’d be spiritual Israelites” about their fleshly minds, God inspired Isaiah to write.

(Isaiah 44:19; “No one thinks to himself, nor do they comprehend or understand and say to themselves: ‘I burned half of it “the wood” in the fire – yes, I baked bread over the coals; I roasted meat and ate it. With the rest of it “the wood” should I make a disgusting idol? Should I bow down to dry wood?”)

May we pray to grasp God’s spirituality presented knowledge here through Isaiah. From that which God gives us to sustain life, our resource, mental capacity, time and money; after our needs are met, “what do we do with what remains?” What we do identifies our idolatrous god! Look at what’s popular in society, “your community” and observe the many idols being worshiped.

(Isaiah 44:20; “He “the fleshly minded person” feeds on ashes; his deceived mind misleads him. He cannot rescue himself, nor does he say, ‘Is this not a false god I hold in my right hand?’ Is this not a lie in my right hand?)

ALSO true to New Testament principles, we can’t rescue ‘save’ ourselves.” Remember, Paul taught us who New Testament heirs of Abraham are. (See Galatians 3;29) Those practicing Jesus’ Way are heirs with Abraham..

(Isaiah 44:21- “Remember these things, O Jacob, O Israel, “you Believing IN - Christian” for you are My servant. I formed you to be My servant; O Israel, I will not forget you! I remove the guilt of your rebellious deeds as if they were a cloud, the guilt of your sins as if they were a cloud. Come back to Me, for I protect you.”)

God’s principle in dealing with His chosen is and has been the same through the ages. Abraham’s heirs were dead in their trespasses until God delivered them from Egypt “sin” and made a covenant of obedience with them. That old covenant looked forward to the New Covenant, God would give His chosen after Jesus’ resurrection and ascension. Paul explained to God’s church at Ephesus and His Elect everywhere. Lets review.

(Eph 2:1-3; “And although you “Christians” were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you formerly lived “practiced” according to this world’s present path, according to the ruler of the kingdom, “prince or the power” of the air, the ruler of the spirit that is now energizing the sons of disobedience, among whom all of us also formerly lived out our lives in the cravings of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath even as the rest.”)

Israelites in Egypt were practicing lawlessness in God’s View until God supernaturally delivered them. Likewise we who’re called to Believe IN, “Christian” were previously yielding to, “practices that seemed right to our inherited fleshly nature” until God chose to reveal Himself and deliver us from, “the kingdom of the air’s sinful practices.” (Study and meditate on these three verses, do we not see ourselves in Paul’s characterizations? Before conversion we were fleshly minded. All once as gentiles in the flesh.

(Eph 2:4-10; “But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, “His chosen” even though we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ – by grace you are saved! – and He raised us up with Him “Jesus” and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, to demonstrate in the coming ages the surpassing wealth of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (8) For by grace you are saved through “Jesus’” faith and this is not from yourselves, (not your decision) it is the gift of God; it is not from works, so that no one can boast. (10) For we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared ‘predestined’ beforehand so we may do them.”) “That we may do and practice them!”

God’s processes for His purpose! To demonstrate in the coming ages! The surpassing wealth of His grace toward us in Christ Jesus! (Does not such knowledge make our hearts rejoice, swell and our eyes tear?) God’s revealing Himself to individuals is individual gifts! Thus, no one can boast for having known our Creator’s characteristics. (May God keep us on His potter’s wheel and make us as He’d have us be.) Now back to Isaiah 44: and God’s parallel declarations through him and Paul’ letters.

(Isaiah 44:24-28; “This is what the Lord, your Protector, says, the One who formed you in the womb: “I am the Lord, who made everything, who alone stretched out the sky, who fashioned the earth all by Myself, who frustrates the omens of the empty talkers and humiliates the omen readers, who overturns the counsel of the wise men and makes their advice seem foolish, who fulfills the oracles of His prophetic servants and brings to pass the announcements of His messengers, who says about Jerusalem, ‘She will be inhabited,’ and about the towns of Judah, ‘They will be rebuilt, her ruins I will raise up,’ who says to the deep sea, ‘Be dry! I will dry up your sea currents,’ who commissions Cyrus, the one I appointed as shepherd to carry out all My wishes and to decree concerning Jerusalem, ‘She will be rebuilt,’ and concerning the temple, ‘It will be reconstructed.’”) God also said through Isaiah, that Cyrus did not recognize Him, yet God used Cyrus to do His bidding. Study Isaiah’s chapter 45:.

God is likely to use these same principles in this age. That is; “God may use one or more world powers to punish a people that should know Him, a people having His printed Word in many homes.”

(Eph 2:11-22; “Therefore remember that formerly you, “Gentiles in the flesh” who are called “un-circumcision” by the so-called “circumcision” that is performed on the body by human hands – that you were at that time without the Messiah, alienated from the citizenship of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. (13) But now in Christ Jesus you who used to be far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He “Jesus” is our peace, the One who made both groups “Israelites and non-Israelites” into one and who destroyed the middle wall of partition, the hostility, when He nullified in His flesh the law of commandments in decrees. He did this to create in Himself one new man out of two, thus making peace, and to reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, by which the hostility has been killed. (17) And He came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near, so that through Him “Jesus” we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. So then you are no longer foreigners and non-citizens, but you are fellow citizens with the Saints and members of God’s household, because you have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the Cornerstone. In Him the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”)

Note: God does it all, the choosing, gifting and the effort - will. People understanding and practicing His Way, shuns the world’s way. (Physical circumcision always looked forward to spiritual circumcision of the heart.) The world has Israel’s history, of God’s delivering them from Egypt and thus can have hope for redemption, now that Israel and non-Israelites are One in Christ. When non- Israelites heard and were gifted to believe IN the message of salvation they too became, “atOne with the hope of Israel.” All from every tribe on earth, who’re gifted to believe IN are atOne with Christ and each other. All built on the same foundation and for God’s same purpose.

(Ephesians 3:1-4; “For this reason I, “Paul” the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles – if indeed you have heard of the stewardship of God’s grace that was given to me for you, that by revelation the divine secret was made known to me, as I wrote before briefly. (4) When reading this, you will be able to understand my insight into this secret of Christ.”) “If indeed you have heard - have understood.”

Paul didn’t understand these things through his own smarts nor schooling, “but by revelation!” Likewise we who’re gifted to understand! “It’s the “divine secret” not understood by the world, nor this world’s divided Christendom denominations.

(Eph 3:5-6 “Now this secret was not disclosed to people in former generations as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit, namely, that through the gospel the Gentiles are fellow heirs, fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus.”)

Prophets of old and angels were not privileged to understand the workings of God’s spirit in people, “until the revelations on that Pentecost after Jesus’ ascension.” This gospel, “good news” when believed IN saves His chosen individuals, “gifts them with believing IN faith through Jesus.” (Jesus’ gifted faith, “never our own conjured up!”)

(Eph 3:7; “I became a servant of this gospel according to the gift of God’s grace that was given to me by the exercise of His power.”)

God exercises His power when He opens an individual’s mind and reveals Himself. It’s Jesus’ faith imputed to the mind.

(Eph 3:8-12; “To me – less than the least of all the Saints – this grace was given, to proclaim to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ and to enlighten everyone about God’s secret plan – a secret that has been hidden for ages in God who has created all things. (10) The purpose of this enlightenment is that through the church the multifaceted wisdom of God should now be disclosed to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly realms. This was according to the eternal purpose that He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and confident access to God because of Christ’s faithfulness.”)

Hidden for ages in God! God planned it all from the beginning! Now through Jesus’ body of believers, “His church” even God’s wisdom is disclosed in the heavenly realms. Through knowing faith revelations, Paul was gifted with boldness and confidence to teach this good news. Through knowing revealed faith, each follower of Jesus is gifted with boldness and confidence to teach this good news!

(Eph 3:13; “For this reason I ask you not to lose heart because of what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.”)

From our inherited fleshly minds, it’s easy to assume that if a person is suffering, “they aren’t serving God.” This was a characteristic of gentile thinking. For example: When Paul was bit by a snake on the island of Malta. Local people said to one another, “No doubt this man is a murderer! Although he has escaped from the sea, Justice herself has not allowed him to live!” However, Paul shook the creature off into the fire and suffered no harm. But they were expecting that he was going to swell up or suddenly drop dead. So after they had waited a long time and had seen nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god.” Acts 28:4)

It was for the cause of Jesus that Paul was imprisoned and God worked things out for His good pleasure. To the best of our understanding, Paul was killed for his believing IN, gifted faith in Jesus. We too need to count the cost, when gifted with the desire to follow Jesus.

Book Chapter 25

Satan attempts to camouflages the awesomeness of our “Creator and all knowing God” Review 1Colossians 1:15-20. Satan’s wants people thinking of the “Son of God - Jesus” as a man likened to Mohammad or some other self professing prophet. Jesus inspired His apostle Paul with believing IN insight each follower of Jesus must process.

(Eph 1:3-14; “Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ. For He “God the Father” chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in His sight in love.” (HOW we appear to people isn’t important.) (5) He “God the Father” did this by predestining us to adoption as His sons “children” through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of His will – to the praise of the glory of His grace that He has freely bestowed on us in His dearly loved Son. (It’s all through and about Jesus’ gifted faith in us.) (7) In Him “Jesus - the Son of God and our Creator” we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, that He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight. He did this when He revealed to us the secret of His will, according to His good pleasure that He set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ – the things in heaven and the things on earth. In Christ we, “Believers IN” too have been claimed as God’s own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of Him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of His will so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, would be to the praise of His glory. (13) And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed IN Christ – you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”) Study these eleven verses several times.

It isn’t about people, it’s about God’s planned purpose, His predestined counsel, His will. We’re the sheep, He’s the Shepherd. We’re the clay, He’s the molding Potter. We’re the branches, He’s the Vine. May we only worship Him in spirit and truth according to this gifted understanding.

Only predestined called people who’re gifted with the desire to overcome the fleshly nature inherited from Adam are converted ’born from above’ in this age. Remember Jesus had His prophet “Joel” speak of a future time “when all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Then God will give many the desire for His Way. It’s from within people’s fleshly nature that they desire to please a god of their imagination. God’s Word teaches that He’s allowing Satan to be the god of this world to his allotted time. Allowing Satan to divide and even conquer nations. Called teachers know, their acquaintances and family aren’t likely to consider their teaching in this age because, “familiarity does breed contempt.”

Jesus encountered this human condition. His long time acquaintances were offended that He spoke with authority about the kingdom of God, saying to one another, “how did He get such wisdom and powers.”

(Matt 13:53-58; “Now when Jesus finished these parables, He moved on from there. Then He came to His hometown “Nazareth” and began to teach the people in their synagogue. (They were astonished and said, “Where did this man get such wisdom and miraculous powers? Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother named Mary? And aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? And aren’t all his sisters here with us? Where did He get all this?”) And so they took offense at Him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own house.” And He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.”)

Kin folk, can hardly fathom one of their own being gifted with revelations from God. This principle is recognized by fleshly minded people too. (Once in a seminary class our instructor shared; “if you want to sell your congregation on something new, bring in an outsider, one unfamiliar with credentials.) This indeed describes our inherited instinctive fleshly nature, that looks for educational credentials. Many of this world’s population say they believe in God, not mindful of the foundation of their learning. Worldly religions can’t know God as He’s manifested to be, “because He hasn’t yet revealed Himself to them.” Nations, groups, denominations and others, conjures up gods that fit their cultivated imaginations. The Creator God of Abraham reveals one truth. He isn’t divided as are denominations and doesn’t reveal Himself differently to various religious groups. Now Satan “the god of this world” does manifest himself in many ways, “all in an effort to manifest himself as an angel of light. To ’born from above people” Jesus inspired His apostle John wrote.

(1John 3:1-6; “See what sort of love the Father has given to us: that we “followers of Jesus” should be called God’s children – and indeed we are! For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Jesus.” Dear friends, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that whenever it is revealed we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. (And everyone who has this hope focused on Him purifies himself, just as Jesus is pure) Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; indeed, sin is lawlessness. And you know that Jesus was revealed to take away sins, and in Him there is no sin. Everyone who resides in Him does not “practice” sin; everyone who “practices” sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.”)

Followers of Jesus shouldn’t expect the world at large to know them, “when the world did not know Him.” The world cannot know His followers, “before the set time!” Only spiritually fathered people, “born from above people” are God’s children today! We’ll be like Jesus when we’re resurrected, then we’ll be revealed with Him to the world.

(Lawlessness “sin” is practices God doesn’t approve of.) “Sin is lawlessness in God’s View.” So, what must people be led to repent of? (Repent for having lived the way that seemed right when we were fleshly minded!) To be saved all people must ultimately repent “turn from” having practiced the ways of the world. Ways not approved by our Creator!

Satan’s divisionary ways “acceptable to the world” are hostile against God.”

Denominational minded theologians must subscribe to “pleasing their people.” Keeping parishioners in tact are their goals. (Worldly churches aren’t likely to keep pastors when congregations aren’t growing.) Followers of Jesus know “what they’re turning from and the downside of living the flesh.”

(John 2:23-25; “Now while Jesus was in Jerusalem at the feast of the Passover, (not Easter!) many people believed in His name because they saw the miraculous signs He was doing. But Jesus would not entrust Himself to them, because He knew “the nature in” all people. He did not need anyone to testify about man, for He knew what was in man.”) It’s likely the main reason for God’s standard, “not of works less anyone boast.”

People hearing Jesus at the feast of Passover, “unleavened bread” believed IN, because of Jesus’ miracles and grew spiritually as they practiced overcoming. We’re much like Jesus’ apostle Thomas who didn’t grasp Jesus’ Words of explanation about His sacrificing Himself for the sins of the world. When hearing about Jesus’ resurrection and appearing to other apostles Thomas’s comment was, “unless I see and touch, I’ll not believe.” Jesus knew Thomas’ mindset just as He knows what you and I are thinking. Believing IN is to know God the Father and God the Son are “all knowing.” After seeing and touching Jesus Thomas believed IN. Thomas then had remorse for his not believing.

Many will be remorseful as was Thomas was, “after their physical resurrection.” Many are gifted with remorse in this age when Jesus is revealed.

(John 20:28-29; “Thomas replied to Him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to Thomas, “Have you believed because you have seen Me? Blessed are the people who have not seen and yet have believed.”)

Genuine believing IN, must be by revelation. Not works less we boast. How so? Jesus isn’t speaking of a conjured up belief from within emotional imaginary thinking. Jesus is saying, “blessed are the people who’re gifted with believing IN faith.” When we’re gifted to believe IN, “there’s a compulsion to act on that belief.” Compelled to turn, “repent” for having practiced ungodly ways and “desire a turning to God’s Way.” Jesus said, “believing IN will cause us to be unpopular in societies.”

(John 12:37-43; “Although Jesus had performed so many miraculous signs before them, they still refused to believe IN Him, so that the word of Isaiah the prophet would be fulfilled. He said, “Lord, who has believed our message, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been REVEALED?” For this reason they could not believe, because again Isaiah said, (40) “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they would not see with their eyes and understand with their heart, and turn to Me, and I would heal them.” Isaiah said these things because he saw Christ’s glory and spoke about Him. Nevertheless, even among the rulers many believed IN Him, but because of the Pharisees they would not confess Jesus to be the Christ, so that they would not be put out of the synagogue. For they loved praise from men more than praise from God.”)

Followers of Jesus have been thought of as being strange even before His resurrection. True to people’s inherited fleshly instinctive nature, “many will not convert from worldly practices, because they love their particular societies and the praise of men.” Jesus’ apostles experienced this human condition in all the places where they took the good news. But Jesus knew that ahead of time, as He knows our thinking ahead of time.

Scripture is written for our instruction, so that through endurance and encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Now may the God of endurance and comfort give you unity with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”)

The imputation of God’s love in people, “is manifested through Jesus.” The old covenant looked forward to God’s spiritual covenant with His spiritual family, “His church.” Israel’s forty year wondering and being fed manna looked forward to our being spiritually fed. To Jesus being the Vine and we the branches. Jesus’ prayer to His and our Father offers revelation if we can believe IN.

(John 17:13-19; “But now I am coming to You, “Father” and I am saying these things in the world, so they may experience My joy completed in themselves. I have given them Your Word and the world has hated them, because they do not belong to the world, just as I do not belong to the world. (15) I am not asking You to take them out of the world, but that you keep them safe from the evil one, “Satan.” They “Believers IN” do not belong to the world just as I do not belong to the world. Set them apart “sanctify them” in the truth; your word is truth. Just as You sent Me into the world, so I sent them into the world. And I set Myself apart, “sanctified Myself” on their behalf, so that they too may be truly set apart, “sanctified.”) Remember, spiritual wisdom isn’t acquired but gifted.

(Eph 1:15-23; “For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the Saints, I do not cease to give thanks for you when I remember you in my prayers. I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you spiritual wisdom and revelation in your growing knowledge of Him, “Jesus” since the eyes of your heart have been enlightened – so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what is the wealth of His glorious inheritance in the Saints, and what is the incomparable greatness of His power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of His immense strength. (20) This power He, “God the Father” exercised in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms far above every rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one “age” to come. And God put all things under Christ’s feet, and He gave Him to the church as head over all things. (23) Now the church is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.”)

Spiritual things to be gleaned here far exceeds what unbelievers can comprehend. (1) God loves His Saints. (2) God the Father and God the Son are One in purpose. (3) God gives wisdom and spiritual revelations in growing knowledge of Himself. (4) God enlightens the eyes of our being, “heart.” (5) God gives us to know the hope of His calling, our inheritance. (6) Knowledge of His incomparable greatness. (7) God gives power to us who believe IN the exercises of His immense strength. (8) God the Father exercised that power when He raised Jesus and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms. (9) All authority and dominion is given to Jesus, as head of the church, the body of Believers IN. All these things were in the foreknowledge of God the Father and God the Son, when Adam and Eve were created.

The Christian Obligation, chapter 30

To: People gifted with desire to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son “Jesus” “Spiritual Israelites” 6/15/19, God’s 3rd  month 12th day of Sivan 5,779 until sunset.

Book Chapter 24

Satan inspires an independence whereby people think highly of their God created intellect as if it’s self obtained. God foreknew the nature He put in people and how our curiosity would work. He knew “even His chosen people” would be vulnerable to Satan’s deceptions and yield to his self serving nature. He knew and revealed to Moses, how and when He’d disperse His chosen people for their disobedience. That He’d reveal Himself to a few “during and after His resurrection and ascension.  How gifted believing IN faith by grace through Jesus would save people from the result of their sin nature inherited through Adam. All this and more was planned from the foundation of the world. Even Satan’s being allowed to deceive will ultimately work for God’s purpose in purifying His chosen. The whole history of mankind’s unfolding events was preplanned. From the beginning a gifted “new nature” in His called out people would make them atOne with Himself through Jesus’ shed blood for the remission of sin.

Prophets and loyal angelic beings looked forward to this mystery being understood. How the Messiah’s coming and remission of lawlessness, “sin” could forgive. How and at what time God’s spirit would be gifted to His chosen Elect, making them “a people born from above” and ultimately serve with Jesus “as king of kings” implement the new world order. People being born from above is still a mystery to the world at large. How an all knowing Creator could predestine His imputing His spirit in a chosen people.

This rebirth was first manifested to the Israelites on that first Pentecost after Jesus’ ascension and is the example for future conversions. God’s plan includes, Jesus’ kingdom being established on earth, many being, “born from above” becoming recipients of His nature changing spirit. People will one day be convinced that Jesus inspired His prophet Joel to tell this future.

(Joel 2:27- “You will be convinced that I am in the midst of Israel. I am the Lord your God; there is no other. My people will never again be put to shame. An Outpouring of the Spirit. After all of this I will pour out My Spirit on all kinds of people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your elderly will have revelatory dreams; your young men will see prophetic visions. Even on male and female servants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. I will produce portents both in the sky and on the earth – blood, fire, and columns of smoke. The sunlight will be turned to darkness and the moon to the color of blood, before the day of the Lord comes – that great and terrible day! It will so happen that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be delivered. For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who survive, just as the Lord has promised; the remnant will be those whom the Lord will call.”) Jesus’ apostle Paul was given the revelation to write.

(Rom 15:4-6;“For everything that was written in former times was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and through encouragement of the scriptures we may have hope. Now may the God of endurance and comfort give you unity with one another in accordance with Christ Jesus, so that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”)

True to the instinctive fleshly desires inherited from Adam, the Israelites in Samuel’s day, (and all people in every age since.) looked around at unbelieving people’s practices and thought to themselves, “these too are good people” they’re blessed as we are, “so let’s learn their way.” (Even Solomon fell victim, “to the ways of unbelieving gentiles.”)

True, God does send rain to the righteous, unrighteous, unbelievers and people in every age can choose the benefit of moral living. (Israelites in Samuel’s day found the ways of the gentiles appealing, so they considered the gentile practices worthy of incorporating with their God given practices.) Such evolutionary thinking has the whole world up side down and “God’s righteous Ways practically dismissed as being out of touch.”

God’s new covenant with His called out people, is slandered by unbelievers. The point? “until God reveals Himself, calls and gives people an atOne spirit, each person has a fleshly worldly condoning mind. Like the Israelites thinking, “practicing paganism must be okay, since God provides them with rain, raiment and food as to us.” So it is, “unbelieving people wants to decide for themselves, what is right, wrong, good and evil.”

(Jesus said; You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor’ and ‘hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be like your Father in heaven, since He causes the sun to rise on the evil and the good and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Even the tax collectors do the same, don’t they? And if you only greet your brothers, what more do you do? Even the Gentiles do the same, don’t they? So then, be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” Matt 5:43-48)

To be perfected like our heavenly Father is to yield to Jesus’ way of thinking.

(Phil 2:5-11; You should have the same attitude toward one another that Christ Jesus had, who though He existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped, but emptied Himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature. He humbled Himself, by becoming obedient to the point of death – even death on a cross! As a result God exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow – in heaven and on earth and under the earth – and every tongue confess

that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.)

Jesus’ good news “gospel” has the same foundational truths, He gave the Israelites through Moses. (Be careful not to be ensnared like they “the unbelievers” are; do not pursue their gods and say, “How do these nations “neighbors” serve their gods? I will do the same.” You must not worship the Lord your God the way they worship! For everything that is abhorrent to the Lord your God, everything He hates, they have done when worshiping their gods.” Deuteronomy 12:)

This world’s religious people with their many beliefs don’t grasp the fact that God is allowing Satan to be their god, “likely until Jesus returns and binds him.” It has all been prophesied. (The same instinctive inherited nature that led the Israelites to explore the gentile way, still pulls people to be condoning of all religions.) When Jesus’ message isn’t accurately taught, “even some called out people become vulnerable to deceptions.” Naïve people are susceptible to deception, by false miracles and imaginary gods. Paul experienced it, even among people he had taught accurately.

(Galatians 1:6-10; “I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the One “God” who called you by the grace of Christ and are “now” following a different gospel – not that there really is another gospel, but there are some who are disturbing you and wanting to distort the gospel of Christ. But even if we (or an angel from heaven) should preach a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed! As we have said before, and now I say again, if any one is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, let him be accursed! Am I now trying to gain the approval of people, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ!”)

The Pharisees and Sadducees in the apostolic era, were overly zealous looking to the law, “for their saving.” At the same time, many gentiles were led to seek the God of Abraham. Cornelius is a good example. (See Acts 10:) As we look at Paul’s letters; “find if you can” any condoning of gentile paganism. Remember too, the apostles’ letters are to, “a spirit begotten people, a people fathered by God, a people born from above.” Consider also, “At no time did Jesus’ apostles include the holy spirit in their worshipful salutations.”

Ephesians.

(Ephesians 1:1-10; “From Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, to the Saints [in Ephesus], the faithful in Christ Jesus. Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ! (The identity of a Saint is; “one faithful to Jesus.”) “Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ.” (Paul acknowledges, God the Father does the calling and we’re blessed in the heavenly realms in Christ.) For He “God the Father” chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in His sight in love. (5) He did this by predestining us to adoption as His sons “people” through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of His will – to the praise of the glory of His grace that He has freely bestowed on us in His dearly loved Son “Jesus.” (7) In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, “sin” according to the riches of His grace that He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight. (9) He did this when He revealed to us the secret of His will, according to His good pleasure that He set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ – the things in heaven and the things on earth.”)

As Israel was called and delivered because of promises to Abraham, so we are called out as, “followers of Jesus and saved by predestinated promise.” Thus, we too are heirs with Abraham. We worship God the Father and God the Son; who knew us individually before the foundation of the world! He called, He revealed the secret of His will. Revelation isn’t something from book learning. Revelation is gifted insight. God reveals according to His good pleasure.

(Eph 1:11-12; “In Christ we too “with Jesus” have been claimed as God’s own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of Him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of His will so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, would be to the praise of His glory.”)

We in this last age “become the first according to God’s will.” As God’s possession, our purpose is to be, “atOne” with Him. Thus we obey from the heart, out of love toward God and not interested in following after those who do not understand. We love them and we as they, are in the world, but different in that we’re not of the world. Their god is that which they serve and practice. Jesus’ good news is veiled to them. Paul explains to we Saints.

(2Cor 4:1-6; “Therefore, since we “apostles” have this ministry, just as God has shown us mercy, we do not become discouraged. But we have rejected shameful hidden deeds, not behaving with deceptiveness or distorting the word of God, but by open proclamation of the truth we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience before God. (3) But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing, among whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of those who do not believe so they would not see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God. For we do not proclaim ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your slaves for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said “Let light shine out of darkness,” is the One who shined in our hearts, to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.”)

Be thankful that our Creator is a God of love, giving rain and other blessings to all. Remember Joel’s second chapter? God’s spirit is yet to be given to all kinds of people. Jesus’ revelations to John will ultimately be completed.

(Revelations 21:6-8; “He also said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one who is thirsty I will give water “My spirit” free of charge from the spring of the water of life, “spirit of eternal life.” The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”) The term, “second death” is used four times in Revelations, check each. May we each be led to question the things we practice.

To: People gifted with desire to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son “Jesus” “Spiritual Israelites” 6/13/19, God’s 3rd  month 10th day of Sivan 5,779 until sunset.

Book Chapter 23

Satan’s hostility toward our all knowing, unchangeable Creator influences all but the chosen. All but the Elect are deceived and if it possible they’d be deceived. Speaking of these latter days, the very Re-Creator, Creator “Son of God - Jesus” said it; “For then there will be great suffering unlike anything that has happened from the beginning of the world until now, or ever will happen. And if those days had not been cut short, no one would be saved. But for the sake of the Elect those days will be cut short.” (21) Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There He is!’ do not believe him. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the Elect. Remember, I have told you ahead of time.” Matt 24:21-25) The very purpose of Satan and his followers are to deceive the whole world. After all he’s being allowed to be this world’s god. (Always study the whole.)

(Matt 24:30-31; “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man arriving on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet blast, and they will gather His Elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”)

The All Knowing said “I change Not” and “I’M the same yesterday today and forever.“ I’m the Alpha and Omega. (Heb 13:7-9; “Remember your leaders, who spoke God’s message to you; reflect on the outcome of their lives and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever! Do not be carried away by all sorts of strange teachings. For it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not ritual meals, which have never benefited those who participated in them.”) Satan has the world believing something to the effect that “Jesus came to water down His Father’s Way.”

Satan enticed the belief that Mohammad had authority to change God’s Sabbath, an equally absurd - ludicrous group calling themselves Christians believe Paul changed it. These and others are used to cause believing IN faith to be almost non-existing. After all who could trust a changing god. The only way to worship the all knowing Creator God in spirit and truth is to acknowledge His seventh day Sabbath. Seven is significant with God “having to do with perfection and His timing.” We won’t go there in this book but it’s worth exploration. Israelites’ desire for a king, to explore pagan gods etc caused Jesus to have Malachi write for all time.

Mal 2:17; “You have wearied the Lord with your words. But you say, “How have we wearied Him?” Because you say, “Everyone who does evil is good in the Lord’s opinion, and He delights in them,” or “Where is the God of justice?” (Today, the religious are the main perpetrators of condoning what’s bad in God’s view.) Jesus had Malachi continue.

Mal 3:1; “I am about to send My messenger, who will clear the way before Me. Indeed, the Lord you are seeking will suddenly come to His temple, and the messenger of the covenant, whom you long for, is certainly coming,” says the Lord who rules over all.”

Mal 3:2-4; Who can endure the day of His coming? Who can keep standing when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire, like a launderer’s soap. He will act like a refiner and purifier of silver and will cleanse the Levites ‘those who teach’ and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will offer the Lord a proper offering. The offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the Lord as in former times and years past.”) Remember how they promised to obey after deliverance from Egypt?

(Mal 3:5; “I will come to you in judgment. I will be quick to testify against those who practice divination, those who commit adultery, those who break promises and those who exploit workers, widows, and orphans, who refuse to help the immigrant and in this way show they do not fear Me,” says the Lord who rules over all.”) Let’s compare with Revelations 21:7-8; “The one who conquers will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But to the cowards, unbelievers, detestable persons, murderers, the sexually immoral, and those who practice magic spells, idol worshipers, and all those who lie, their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. That is the second death.”

Remember God’s promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are perpetual.

Mal 3:6-9; “Since, I, the Lord, do not go back on my promises, you, sons of Jacob, ‘Israel’ have not perished. From the days of your ancestors you have ignored My commandments and have not kept them! Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord who rules over all. “But you say, ‘How should we return?’ (8) Can a person rob God? You indeed are robbing Me, but you say, ‘How are we robbing You?’ In tithes and contributions! (9) You are bound for judgment because you are robbing Me – this whole nation is guilty.”) Satan has worldly religions zeroing in on this text from a monetary point of view, attempting to make folks feel guilt for not giving a tenth of their earnings to the organization. Making contributions to the synagogues of Satan is as bowing to an image. Obviously Jesus is having Malachi write about monetary and time contributions to His Temple. Plagues on people and nations are the result of not heeding.

(Mal 3:10-11; “Bring the entire tithe into the storehouse so that there may be food in My temple. Test Me in this matter,” says the Lord who rules over all, “to see if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until there is no room for it all. (11) Then I will stop the plague from ruining your crops, and the vine will not lose its fruit before harvest,” says the Lord who rules over all. “All nations will call you happy, for you indeed will live in a delightful land,” says the Lord who rules over all.”) SEE ISAIAH 35: and Jesus’ gifted prophecy through Isaiah.

(Isaiah  40:1-4; “Comfort, comfort My people,” says your God. “Speak kindly to Jerusalem, and tell her that her time of warfare is over, that her punishment is completed.

For the Lord has made her pay double for all her sins.” (3) A voice cries out, “In the wilderness clear a way for the Lord; construct in the desert a road for our God. Every valley must be elevated, and every mountain and hill leveled. The rough terrain will become a level plain, the rugged landscape a wide valley.”) Always consider that some prophecies are metaphors - figurative of governments etc.

(Isa 40:5-8; The splendor of the Lord will be revealed, and all people will see it at the same time. For the Lord has decreed it.” A voice says, “Cry out!” Another asks, “What should I cry out?” The first voice responds: “All people are like grass, and all their promises are like the flowers in the field. The grass dries up, the flowers wither, when the wind sent by the Lord blows on them. Surely humanity is like grass. The grass dries up, the flowers wither, but the decree of our God is forever reliable.”) We Believers IN look to the whole Word of God, and recognize that He promises to cut time short for the Elect’s sake, thus as noted in 1Corinthians 15: some latter day prophecies may fail because of time being cut short. We each need to pray for that, “so much suffering is alleviated.”

(Isaiah 40:9-11; Go up on a high mountain, O herald Zion! Shout out loudly, O herald Jerusalem! Shout, don’t be afraid! Say to the towns of Judah, “Here is your God!” Look, the sovereign Lord comes as a victorious warrior; His military power establishes His rule.

Look, his reward is with Him; His prize goes before Him. (11) Like a Shepherd He tends His flock; He gathers up the lambs with His arm; He carries them close to His heart; He leads the ewes along. The Lord is Incomparable.) Let’s note Jesus’ promises at Isa 14:

(Isa 14:24-27; “The Lord who commands armies makes this solemn vow: “Be sure of this: Just as I have intended, so it will be; just as I have planned, it will happen. I will break Assyria ’Israel’s persecutor’ in My land, I will trample them underfoot on My hills.

Their yoke will be removed from My people, the burden will be lifted from their shoulders. (26) This is the plan I have devised for the whole earth; My hand is ready to strike all the nations.” Indeed, the Lord who commands armies has a plan, and who can possibly frustrate it? His hand is ready to strike, and who can possibly stop it?)

(Isa 40:12; “Who has measured out the waters in the hollow of His hand, or carefully measured the sky, or carefully weighed the soil of the earth, or weighed the mountains in a balance, or the hills on scales?”

(Isa 40:13-14; Who comprehends the mind of the Lord, or gives Him instruction as His counselor? From whom does He receive directions? Who teaches Him the correct way to do things, or imparts knowledge to Him, or instructs Him in skillful design?”

(Isa 40:15-18; Look, the nations are like a drop in a bucket; they are regarded as dust on the scales. He lifts the coastlands as if they were dust. Not even Lebanon could supply enough firewood for a sacrifice; its wild animals would not provide enough burnt offerings. (17) All the nations are insignificant before Him; they are regarded as absolutely nothing. To whom can you compare God? To what image can you liken Him?

(Isa 40:19-21; A craftsman casts an idol; a metal smith overlays it with gold and forges silver chains for it. To make a contribution one selects wood that will not rot; he then seeks a skilled craftsman to make an idol that will not fall over. (21) Do you not know?

Do you not hear? Has it not been told to you since the very beginning? Have you not understood from the time the earth’s foundations were made?

(Isa 40:22-24; He is the One who sits on the earth’s horizon; its inhabitants are like grasshoppers before Him. He is the One who stretches out the sky like a thin curtain, and spreads it out like a pitched tent. He is the One who reduces rulers to nothing; He makes the earth’s leaders insignificant. (24) Indeed, they are barely planted; yes, they are barely sown; yes, they barely take root in the earth, and then He blows on them, causing them to dry up, and the wind carries them away like straw.

(Isa 40:25-26; “To whom can you compare Me? Whom do I resemble?” says the Holy One. Look up at the sky! Who created all these heavenly lights? He is the One who leads out their ranks; He calls them all by name. Because of His absolute power and awesome strength, not one of them is missing.

(Isa 40:27 Why do you say, Jacob, Why do you say, Israel, “The Lord is not aware of what is happening to me, My God is not concerned with my vindication”? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is an eternal God, the creator of the whole earth.

He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to His wisdom. (29) He gives strength to those who are tired; to the ones who lack power, he gives renewed energy. Even youths get tired and weary; even strong young men clumsily stumble. (31) But those who wait for the Lord’s help find renewed strength; they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings, they run without growing weary, they walk without getting tired.”)

So it’s like Jesus had His apostle Paul write, explaining how the world’s population got to the point we’re at.

(Rom 1:18-32; “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people who suppress the truth by their unrighteousness, because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.

(20-23; “For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes – His eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or give Him thanks, but they became futile in their thoughts and their senseless hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an image resembling mortal human beings or birds or four-footed animals or reptiles.

(24-25; Therefore God gave them over in the desires of their hearts to impurity, to dishonor their bodies among themselves. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.

(26-27; “For this reason God gave them over to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged the natural sexual relations for unnatural ones, and likewise the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed in their passions for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.”

(28-32; And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what should not be done. They are filled with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, malice. They are rife with envy, murder, strife, deceit, hostility. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, contrivers of all sorts of evil, disobedient to parents, (31) senseless, covenant-breakers, heartless, ruthless. Although they fully know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die ‘eternally’ they not only do them but also approve of those who practice them.”)

Because of the hardness of fleshly people’s hearts, “how could God rely on some method by which people could be saved?” How could God rely on works? To fulfill His purpose in making mankind in His image and likeness to become members of His holy family, He predestined those He’d call, grant repentance to and resurrect in the likeness of His Son.

To: People desiring to be atOne with God the Father and God the Son “Jesus” “Called to be Spiritual Israelites” 611/19, God’s 3rd  month 8th day of Sivan 5,779 until sunset.

Book Chapter 22

Satan and his self called followers are enemies of THE WAY, causing the many to think themselves capable of knowing truth through their fleshly intellect, but not so with Jesus’ apostles.

Paul was an intellectual, spoke several languages with accredited credentials. As we noted in last chapter, he consider these assets nothing in relationship to his knowing Jesus. All followers of Jesus are like minded and in the process of attaining God’s standards for our way of life. Remember, at Phil 3:12, Paul said, “not that I have already attained this - that is, “I have not already been perfected” so obviously Paul didn’t mean he was perfect but as Jesus’ apostle he had gifted authority.

(Phil 3:17-21; “Be imitators of me, brothers and sisters, and watch carefully those who are living this way, just as you have us “we apostles” as an example. For many live, about whom I have often told you and now with tears, I tell you that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, they exult in their shame and they think about earthly things. (20) But our citizenship is in heaven – and we also await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform these humble bodies of ours into the likeness of His glorious body by means of that power by which He is able to subject all things to Himself.) Self called theologians’ god is their own fleshly mind, “their acquired intellect,” desire to lord over parishioners and live presumptive lives. Thus their followers become merchandise.

(Phil 4:1-7; “So then, my brothers and sisters, dear friends whom I long to see, my joy and crown, stand in the Lord in this way, my dear friends! (2) I appeal to Euodia and to Syntyche to agree in the Lord. Yes, I say also to you true companions, help them. They have struggled together in the gospel ministry along with me and Clement and my other coworkers, whose names are in the book of life. (Paul believed these individuals were foreknown to God and saved by His grace.)

(4) Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, rejoice! Let everyone see your gentleness. The Lord is near! Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God. And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”) We need to live with the expectation that the day of our Lord’s coming is near, that we don’t have the promise of tomorrow in these physical bodies, but eternal life through Jesus.

(Phil 4:8-9; “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things. And what you learned, received, heard and saw in me, “do these things.” And the God of peace will be with you.”) Do these things “practice The Way of righteous living.” The Way can’t include a mixture of paganism, Judaism, traditionalism and Christ! One of Satan’s many tools is to keep us busy with selfish concerns, entertainment and the like, so we forget the benefit of meditation and why God’s Sabbaths.

(Phil 4:10-14; “I have great joy in the Lord because now at last you have again expressed your concern for me. (Now I know you were concerned before but had no opportunity to do anything.) I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content in any circumstance. I have experienced times of need and times of abundance. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of contentment, whether I go satisfied or hungry, have plenty or nothing. I am able to do all things through the One “Jesus” who strengthens me. Nevertheless, you did well to share with me in my trouble.”)

Remember Paul’s commission? (Acts 9:15-16;“But the Lord said to Ananias, “Go, because this man is My chosen instrument to carry My name before Gentiles and kings and the people of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of My name.”) Paul’s imprisonment gave opportunity to share Jesus with kings.

(Phil 4:15-20; “And as you Philippians know, at the beginning of my gospel ministry, when I left Macedonia no church shared with me in this matter of giving and receiving except you alone. For even in Thessalonica on more than one occasion you sent something for my need. I do not say this because I am seeking a gift. Rather, I seek the credit that abounds to your account. For I have received everything and I have plenty. I have all I need because I received from Epaphroditus what you sent – a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, very pleasing to God. And my God will supply your every need according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. May glory be given to God our Father forever and ever. Amen.”) When we worship the God of Abraham, “when He’s revealed to us individually” we can say with Paul; “my God will supply my every need according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” All genuine followers of Jesus are His Saints.

(Phil 4:21-23; “Give greetings to all the Saints in Christ Jesus. The brothers with me here send greetings. All the Saints greet you, especially those who belong to Caesar’s household. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.”) The biblical definition of a Saint is, “a follower of Jesus.” Paul’s letter to the Colossians and this one must have been written in close proximity. The same co-workers are mentioned. Obviously Paul had a good relationship with Caesar’s servants.

Satan attempts to cause people to think of Jesus’ apostles as not being atOne. Many theologians subscribe to what’s called, “Pauline theory.” One such group are members of an order of Roman Catholic missionary priests, “the Missionary Society of St. Paul the Apostle” founded in New York in 1858. Many protestants also subscribe to the false notion that Paul’s teachings vary from Jesus’ and are more liberal. Jesus changing the Sabbath through Paul, for example. Only through twisting Paul’s teaching in many areas are they able to come to such conclusions.

Let’s explore Paul’s teaching on the Sabbath and a particular first day of the week. Paul taught on each day of the week. Look at Acts 20: and at what led to this particular first day theory. Paul and co-workers left Macedonia and spent months teaching as they traveled. Denominationalist types, “Pharisees and Sadducees” were plotting Paul’s murder, so he altered his plan going to Syria and returned through Macedonia. He and co-workers sailed away from Philippi after the days of Unleavened Bread and within five days came to others in Troas, “where they stayed for seven days.” People of this church were sending gifts to the needy Saints in Jerusalem. Paul wanted to be in Jerusalem by Pentecost. (Acts 20:16) To assume Paul waited until the first day of the week to teach is ludicrous. Dr. Luke wrote about this event.

(Acts 20:7; On the first day of the week, “which began at sunset after the seventh day” when we met to break bread, Paul began to speak to the people and because he intended to leave the next day, he extended his message until midnight.”) Be consistent, if twisters of scripture were honest they’d also teach the Sabbath was until midnight on the first day of the week! It’s obvious, the reason for teaching all night was that the people were anxious to be taught. Paul was witnessing “proclaiming the kingdom” and the people were of the opinion they’d not see him again. To the leaders Paul instructed.

(Acts 20:28-32; “Watch out for yourselves and for all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God that He obtained with the blood of His own Son. I know that after I am gone fierce wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Even from among your own group men will arise teaching perversions of the truth to draw the disciples away after them. Therefore be alert, remembering that night and day for three years I did not stop warning each one of you with tears. And now I entrust you to God and to the message of his grace.”) Today fleshly minded theologians have fulfilled Paul’s prophecy.

Heavenly Father: Thank You for the awesomeness of revelation. We’re thankful that You know our thoughts, intents, our physical and spiritual needs. Keep us on Your Potters wheel and grow us, we ask in Jesus’ holy name - nature. AMEN.

In Moses’ day the Egyptians thought themselves superior to others and particularly the Hebrews. Thinking it an abomination to eat or associate. (see Genesis 43: - 46:) The word, “abomination” can mean: detestable, horrible, intense disapproval, shameful or intense dislike. Consider the harm done when people look to manufactured gods. Such is abominations to our Creator.

Because of God’s promise to Abraham, “He set Jacob’s descendents aside” made them His promised people, “sanctified them” separated them from those practicing detestable things. God called Moses and made him a deliverer to Israel. Through Moses, Jesus gave them righteous standards of conduct and the promise of a Messiah, “Himself.” Prophesying it, “revealing to Moses that One likened to him would come.

(Deut 18:15-19; “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to Him. This accords with what happened at Horeb in the day of the assembly. You asked the Lord your God: “Please do not make us hear the voice of the Lord our God any more or see this great fire any more lest we die.” The Lord then said to me, “What they have said is good. I will raise up a prophet like you for them from among their fellow Israelites. I will put My words in His mouth and He will speak to them whatever I command. I will personally hold responsible anyone who then pays no attention to the words that prophet speaks in My name.”) Jesus always spoke in the name of His Father.

(John 12:44-50; “But Jesus shouted out, “The one who believes IN Me does not believe IN Me, but in the One who sent Me and the one who sees Me sees the One who sent Me. I have come as a light into the world, so that everyone who believes IN Me should not remain in darkness. If anyone hears, “understands” My words and does not obey them, I do not judge him. For I have not come to judge the world, but to save the world. The one who rejects Me and does not accept My words has a judge; the word I have spoken will judge him at the last day. For I have not spoken from My own authority, but the Father Himself who sent Me has commanded Me what I should say and what I should speak. And I know that His commandment is eternal life. Thus the things I say, I say just as the Father has told Me.”)

God’s promises, calling and sanctification was never something that could be earned by works of any kind. These things were taught to the Israelites through Moses, as they’re revealed to Christians through Jesus and His apostles today.

(Deut 9:4; “Do not think to yourself after the Lord your God has driven them ‘the pagans’ out before you, “Because of my own righteousness the Lord has brought me here to possess this land.” It is because of the wickedness of these nations that the Lord is driving them out ahead of you.)

Likewise followers of Jesus are called to that understanding. God promised Israelites blessings, protection and the lands of the unbelieving people groups, “made a covenant of obedience with them at Hereb.” Commanding life practices, reflecting wholesome morals and His righteousness. (Instructing that some things be considered detestable to His people.) God gave them holy times that looked forward to a future spiritual rest, “times demonstrating and reminding them of their rejection of imaginary gods.”

(Deuteronomy 12:29-31; “When the Lord your God eliminates the nations from the place where you are headed and you dispossess them, you will settle down in their land. After they have been destroyed from your presence, be careful not to be ensnared like they are; do not pursue their gods and say, “How do these nations serve their gods? I will do the same.” You must not worship the Lord your God the way they worship! For everything that is abhorrent to the Lord your God, everything He hates, they have done when worshiping their gods. They even burn up their sons and daughters before their gods!”)

The pagans believed sacrificing their children was the ultimate gift to their god, “after all Satan “their god” said they were born to live forever someplace.”

The Christian Obligation, chapter 27

Dear Believers IN: “gifted with desire and effort to followers Jesus’ example in all things.

About 50 years ago it became abundantly clear to me that organized religions were about the business of making all parishioners merchandise. I had been spiritually led to believe IN the whole word of God and that I couldn’t personally give discernment to anyone. It was revealed that “believers IN” and “believers that” were in differing camps. That most parishioners in organized religions were, “believers that” I was spiritually compelled to begin encouraging like minded “Believers IN” who were searching for truth. God has grown that little planted seed, into thousands of like minded believers IN. Our desire is to  encourage “believers IN” to stay the course and prayerfully get involved with spreading Jesus’ good news. Believers IN are the Elect, Jesus had in mind when He said, “all would be deceived, if possible even the Elect.” AND “For the Elect’s sake time would be cut short.”

Over three years ago I was wondering if God would allow me to complete our study through Genesis. Aneurisms were discovered on my aorta, medically viewed as time bombs. Doctors said without supernatural healing major surgery was a must. It was a thirteen hour procedure with much prayer for its success. Thanks be to our Creator, He’s kept me here to encourage a few. So I continue encouraging all who’ll hear, not only stay the course but share Jesus’ good news. Pray about starting a home study group with like minded believers IN, “perhaps a blog or web page similar to this one.” Remember “we can put God’s truth forward;” He does the calling, gifts repentance and delivers folks to believing IN faith like Abraham’s.

Satan attempts to camouflages Spiritual Circumcision.

Putting forth various methodologies.

Physical circumcision always looked forward to God’s supernaturally gifting people to shedding the fleshly nature outlook, worship Him in spirit and truth with a gifted spiritual outlook. Jesus and His apostles warned about “the many deceivers using His name, but presenting their own manufactured view.” Paul called such evil workers. “dogs.” (See Phil 3:1) Explaining that followers of Jesus are the circumcision, who worship in spirit and truth and “have the mind not to trust human credentials.” True to their inherited fleshly nature, “the many infiltrating God’s churches boast of their credentials.” These were and are enemies not understanding the significance of “circumcision of the heart - mind,” these self called view God’s churches as religious social clubs. Thus condoning practices that are abominations to our Creator. Speaking of credentials, Paul didn’t think highly of his.

(Phil 3:7-9; “But these assets, “called credentials”  I have come to regard as liabilities compared to the far greater value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things – indeed, I regard them as dung! – that I may gain Christ, and be found in Him, not because I have my own righteousness derived from the law, but because I have the righteousness that comes by way of Christ’s faithfulness – a righteousness from God that is in fact based on Christ’s faithfulness.”)

Paul understood that it was Christ’s faithfulness looked to as gifted, or imputed to his mind that made him “Christ Like.“ Satan has denominationalist prideful about, “their own faith” a belief foundation from within their own fleshly intellect. (Believing IN Christ is to “put on” “be clothed with” or “immersed in” Christ.) Believers IN are taught to spiritually rely on Jesus’ gifted them His faith. Schooling and personal inherited intellect amounts to nothing, “when God isn’t reveal to us individually.” Though much had been revealed, Paul didn’t lose sight of his need to grow.

(Phil 3:10; “My aim is to know Him, to experience the power of His resurrection, to share in His sufferings and to be like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.”) Lets review Paul’s words in the first chapter?

(Phil 1:21-24;“For to me, living is Christ and dying is gain. Now if I am to go on living in the body, this will mean productive work for me, yet I don’t know which I prefer: I feel torn between the two, because I have a desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far, but it is more vital for your sake that I remain in the body.”) Review the resurrection chapter, “1Corinthians 15:” for balanced understanding.

As a begotten Christian; “one, born from above” “one fathered by God” Paul was gifted with immortality, thus Paul was an heir with Abraham, gifted with eternal life. Paul will be in the First Resurrection.

Questions in many biblical student’s minds are; “Where is Paul now and where are all who have died in Christ? At what point in Paul’s life did he become, an heir with Abraham? When did Paul inherit eternal life? Paul was spiritually, “born from above” at conversion. Paul is now with Jesus and being perfected. Paul was known before the foundation of the world.

We aren’t born to live forever someplace, as Satan indicated to Eve and as those from the synagogues of Satan teach. This truth was revealed to Paul and is revealed to whom God chooses. See Rev 8:21.

Comparing followers of Jesus coming before God in prayer, to when Moses and the Israelites came before Him at Mount Sinai, “the Hebrews writer -likely Paul- teaches.”

(Hebrews 12:18-29; “For you “Believers IN” have not come to something that can be touched, to a burning fire and darkness and gloom and a whirlwind and the blast of a trumpet and a voice uttering words such that those who heard, “at Mount Sinai” begged to hear no more. For they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned.” In fact, the scene was so terrifying that Moses said, “I shudder with fear.”

(22-24; “But you “Believers IN” have come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assembly and congregation of the firstborn, who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.” (The meaning? When you believers IN pray you’re before Mount Zion, the city of the living God, heavenly Jerusalem, myriads of angels, God’s church of the firstborn enrolled in heaven, before Jesus our mediator of the new covenant, the sprinkling of blood that speaks better than Abel’s.) Remember Abel’s blood still speaks.

(25-29; “Take care not to refuse the One “Jesus” who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the One who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the One who warns from heaven? Then His “Jesus’” voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, “I will once more shake not only the earth but heaven too.” Now this phrase “once more” indicates the removal of what is shaken, that is, of created things, so that what is unshaken may remain. So since we ‘Believers IN’ are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe. For our God is indeed a devouring fire.”)

We need not debate, “but believe IN the God of Abraham.” We need not to be overly concerned about what happens at the point of death. We do need to be concerned about “practicing God’s Way” while we live in our temporary bodies. The foreshadowing is; “The same Jesus that inspired this Hebrews text, led the Israelites from sin, “Egypt” and leads today’s believers IN from worldly perverted practices to His Way. He inspired the scriptural teaching about Himself.

(Matt 26:31-32; “Then Jesus said to them, “This night you will all fall away because of Me, for it is written: ‘I will strike the Shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.”) Paul wrote it too.

Romans 11:5-10; “So in the same way at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace. And if it is by grace, it is no longer by works, otherwise grace would no longer be grace. What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was diligently seeking, but the Elect obtained it. The rest were hardened, as it is written, “God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that would not see and ears that would not hear, to this very day.” And David says, “Let their table become a snare and trap a stumbling block and a retribution for them; let their eyes be darkened so that they may not see, and make their backs bend continually.”

This earth is filled with idolatrous people. A people that don’t believe IN God as Creator. We cannot worship God in spirit and truth without believing IN Him as Creator and know Him, as He manifest Himself to be in the holy scriptures. Few in each age have worship this God of Abraham, “Jesus the Christ.” The Son of God, is our Creator Lord, Shepherd, Lamb of God, Mediator of the new covenant and coming King. He reveals His true identity at John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-20 and Hebrews 1:. Believers IN, obey Him because we’re gifted with a love of Him. It’s obedience from gifted love, required “less we be idolaters.”

When God is revealed and we‘re, “born from above” we know Him intimately as our Father “a family relationship is established.” Things holy to the Father are holy to His children. The seventh day has always been holy to our Creator and His believing IN children.

(Genesis 2:1-3; “The heavens and the earth were completed with everything that was in them. By the seventh day God finished the work that He had been doing, and He ceased on the seventh day all the work that He had been doing. God blessed the seventh day and made it holy “sanctified it” because on it “the seventh day” He ceased all the work that He had been doing in creation.”)

The verb “holy” can be translated “sanctify” meaning, “set apart.” The Hebrew word, (qiddesh) means “to make something holy; to set something apart; to distinguish it.” On the literal level the phrase means essentially that God made this day different. In the context of the Law, it means that the day belonged to God, for rest from ordinary labor, for worship, and spiritual service. The other six days are for believing people’s ordinary use. When the seventh day isn’t recognized as belonging to God, people go off on tangents, worship the creation rather than the Creator and attempt to make God fit their intellectual view of what they think He should be. (God foreknew these inclinations of His created people and allows Satan’s to tempt us purposely, demonstrating our need of a nature change “built on Jesus’ faith.” The need is “to be reborn” in order to overcome through Jesus’ faith in us.) Our Lord’s brother, “James” was inspired to write.

(James 4:5;“Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says, “The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning?”) An envious yearning in us is inherited from Adam’s disobedience. (Now God has provided His grace, “a new nature” through the gospel message, that counteracts our inherited from Adam, fleshly nature.) James continued. (James 4:6-8; “But God gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but He gives grace to the humble.” So submit to God. But resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.”)

Jesus reveals Himself through what‘s created, revealed Himself to Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph. Through the same spirit He called and commissioned His apostles. They, Paul and each Believer IN are spiritually “born from above.” Through His gifted spirit we know Jesus intimately and believe IN His and our Father’s plans
