All religious divisions are caused by people who don’t believe (IN) God as He manifest Himself. Is God divided? NO. But fleshly minded people speculate rather than take God for His word. Believers in Jesus know, God is one and isn’t divided. So, how can people genuinely seeking HIS view be of varying opinions? They worship and trust their own mentality, not realizing that God hides His Way from unbelievers.  Review why Jesus said He spoke to the majorities in parables, and allow Paul’s input.

(Rom 1:20-23; For since the creation of the world God’s invisible attributes; His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen because they are understood through what has been made. So people are without excuse. For, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or give Him thanks, but they became futile in their thoughts and their senseless hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for an image resembling mortal human beings or birds or four-footed animals or reptiles.) (When people yield to their inherited from Adam nature, “they like Adam” want to decide for themselves what God is like. Thus demonic division, at every turn. Believers IN God are gifted to know; “His attributes are revealed through what’s been created.”

(Romans 1:24-25; “Therefore God gave them (speculators) over in the desires of their hearts to impurity, to dishonor their bodies among themselves. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.) (God gave speculating humanity over to their instinctive inherited nature.) WHAT’S the major lie?

The ones Satan told Eve; “you won’t surely die.” We should understand, “through what’s been made” we should know from this universe’s precise movements that it’s created and now sustained.

God explained, (revealed) to Job; that He hung this earth on nothing. Additionally we see the wonder of substantiation of the sun’s warming this little planet. Thus, life it’s self is sustained by God. He can restore (resurrect) life from individual’s ashes and create from nothing. (When believing, “Satan’s major lie” mankind attempts to be wise by preferring to believe, he is born to live forever someplace.” SO God allows the senseless heart (mind) to be darkened for this reason. The fleshly minded Israelites confronting Jesus couldn’t see beyond the physical..

(John 6:41; Then the Jews who were hostile to Jesus began complaining about Him because He said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven,”) Not understanding that the manna given to the Israelites for 40 years was the physical representation of His gifted spiritual life. Jesus is the life, giver of life and for the Believer IN’S bread. (God and believers love unbelievers but not their ways, but He and we Believers love them.) By His spirit in us, we’re able to love our enemies. Even as Stephen, who when being stoned to death said, “God forgive them.” Study Acts 7:

(John 6:42-45; and they said, “Isn’t this Jesus the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know?” How can He now say, ‘I have come down from heaven’? Jesus replied, “Do not complain about Me to one another. No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, ‘And they will all be taught by God.’ (See Isa 54:13) Everyone who hears, (understands) and learns from the Father comes to Jesus.)

Understand: God is allowing Satan to be the god of this age for His own purpose. Overcoming Satan’s deceptions and our own inherited nature is, the spiritual overcoming (spiritual growth) the maturing process. (God gives unbelievers over to do what seems right to themselves.) It’s as if God is saying; “you people go ahead and be your own little gods, but know this, “it’s the way leading to eternal death!”     Review Rom 6:23; (for the payoff of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.)

Once God opens our understanding; we see in scripture, that eternal life is a gift to God’s chosen. Ultimately, the good news is; “believe IN God and live.”

Jesus was about 32 years old when these Jews were arguing with Him about His teaching. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John’s good news had not been written. Those knowing Joseph, Mary and Jesus’ siblings believed Jesus was illegitimate. Unbelievers could only think of Jesus as the carpenter’s son. (People God the Father called, were spiritually gifted to know and believe IN Him.) It’s the same today; “the whole world knows a man named Jesus lived, but without spiritual gifted revelation they’re divided about His message.”

(John 6:46-48; Not that anyone has seen the Father except the one who is from God; He has seen the Father. I tell you the solemn truth, ‘the one who believes has eternal life.’ I am the bread of life.)

Many were killed in previous years, for teaching that Jesus is the Son of God, these were individually at One with and obedient to God the Father’s will. So, what about them many who following denominational teaching about Jesus? (Moses, Mohammad and others try to live moral lives, but that isn’t saving grace. (In most cases their beliefs helps them be better citizens.)

Jesus said, “a person must be born from above, to enter the kingdom of God.” Unless spiritually led to believe IN Jesus and love His Ways, ‘we can’t be Christ like.’ Long before Moses, people were worshiping manufactured gods that fit their imagination. Worshiping creation, various planets, making images likened to the gods they imagined and symbolisms in the sky. (One such symbolism was to set aside a times to worship new life.) People with a gifted desire to worship in spirit and truth need to consider the question; “would Jesus keep the pagan times set aside back before and during Moses’ day?” Times like the equinox symbolizing new life, and modern Christendom’s symbols regarding Easter?” Symbolisms associated with Easter were celebrated long before Jesus’ resurrection, and made popular by unbelievers promoting deities of their imagination for personal gain. Afterward these people organized their religion, “using a mixture of Jesus’ teaching, paganism and Judaism.”

The idea was to make religion all inclusive, “to include or be concerned with all people.” They adapted a religion to be useful or interesting to a wide range of people. People sympathetic to a wide range of things thus, the name Catholic, meaning universal or Catholicism. (14th century Via Latin, “katholikos or universal.” Greek: ‘Katholou in general, Kata - in regard to holos the whole.” (See your dictionary.) When organized religion attempts to be all inclusive, the many are deceived. (Jesus said; “many will come in My name, saying I am the Christ and deceive many.” Matthew 24:5-14)

An old song made popular in the fifties by Porter Wagner, has the lyric message, “if Jesus came to your house to spend a day or two, would you dust the bible, change the order of things etc.” It was a nice song that may have caused some folks to consider their way of living. But, what does it really take for people to consider Jesus in relationship to their way of living? What does it take to cause folks to consider where various traditions, organizations’ origin and such come from? Look at things from Jesus’ point of view? (Would this be the right thing to do, if one were led to worship Jesus in spirit and truth?)

It does take supernatural intervention for people to turn from desires of the flesh and to a learning desire of God’s Way. Our Lord expressed through Ezekiel, some of His disappointments about people’s practicing their desired customs. Ezekiel wrote that the hand of the Sovereign Lord seized and showed him divine visions about people’s abominable behavior.

(Ezekiel 8:3-18; He stretched out the form of a hand and grabbed me by a lock of hair on my head. Then a wind lifted me up between the earth and sky and brought me to Jerusalem by means of divine visions, to the door of the inner gate which faces north where the statue which provokes to jealousy was located. Then I perceived that the glory of the God of Israel was there, as in the vision I had seen earlier in the valley. He said to me, “Son of man, look up toward the north.” So I looked up toward the north, and I noticed to the north of the altar gate was this statue of jealousy at the entrance. He said to me, “Son of man, do you see what they are doing – the great abominations that the people of Israel are practicing here, to drive Me far from My sanctuary? But you will see greater abominations than these!” He brought me to the entrance of the court, and as I watched, I noticed a hole in the wall. He said to me, “Son of man, dig into the wall.” So I dug into the wall and discovered a doorway. He said to me, “Go in and see the evil abominations they are practicing here.” So I went in and looked. I noticed every figure of creeping thing and beast – detestable images – and every idol of the house of Israel, engraved on the wall all around. Seventy men from the elders of the house of Israel (with Jaazaniah son of Shaphan standing among them) were standing in front of them, each with a censer in his hand, and fragrant vapors from a cloud of incense were swirling upward. He said to me, “Do you see, son of man, what the elders of the house of Israel are doing in the dark, each in the chamber of his idolatrous images? For they think, ‘The Lord does not see us! The Lord has abandoned the land!’” He said to me, “You will see them practicing even greater abominations!”

Then He brought me to the entrance of the north gate of the Lord’s house. I noticed women sitting there weeping for Tammuz. He said to me, “Do you see this, son of man? You will see even greater abominations than these!” Then he brought me to the inner court of the Lord’s house. Right there at the entrance to the Lord’s temple, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs to the Lord’s temple, facing east – they were worshiping the sun toward the east! He said to me, “Do you see, son of man? Is it a trivial thing that the house of Judah commits these abominations they are practicing here? For they have filled the land with violence and provoked Me to anger still further. Look, they are putting the branch to their nose! Therefore I will act with fury! My eye will not pity them nor will I spare them. When they have shouted in My ears I will not listen to them.)
