God’s covenant with Israel “particularly His Sabbath” required disbandment or death for breaking it. Israel was required to prepare for the Sabbath by gathering Manna on the sixth day. God’s original Covenant with Israel through Moses was all inclusive, “included governing authority, regulations, oracles, provision, and worship.” Total care, such as Manna, meat, water and not allowing shoes to wear out, ceased after they across the Jordan; Then Israel wasn’t allowed to go the way that seemed right to themselves, but afterward when they were allowed to go the way that seemed right, ‘covenant regulations became less strict.’ That’s clear when we note the different covenant wording in Exodus and Leviticus. Manna ceased to be provided after crossing the Jordan, then blessings included their being obedient in areas, ‘like cultivating and eating food the land produced.’ They could then go the way that seemed right to themselves and be blessed according to their obedience. (Stringent governing regulations, oracles, and worship mix, ceased to be one and the same.) The law was their guardian, they soon began learning the ways of their pagan neighbors. Some individual gentiles began looking to the God of Israel.

Jesus’ coming and dying for the remission of the world’s sins was a new beginning, for His called out people. Those God the Father gives over to Jesus for training. Each are heirs with Abraham, spiritual Israelites, sharing perpetual covenant promises with blood line Israelite’s. Another more-grand deliverance than one from Egypt is promised. (See Isaiah 22: 35: 51: 53: 65: Amos 9:11-15 and Jeremiah 31 for starters) Sin is still what’s lawless in God’s view. The called are still spiritually led to turn from the nature inherited from Adam, demonic influences, and to Jesus for the remission of their sins; that is to be clothed and immersed in Jesus while ceasing the practice of sin. Allow Jesus’ beloved apostle John’s teaching.

1John 2:28; “And now, little children, remain in Him, so that when He appears we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame when He comes back. If you know that He is righteous, you also know that everyone who practices righteousness has been fathered by Him.

By the time Son of God “Jesus” came in the flesh most countries and people groups had developed calendars of their choosing, from their imagination, honoring leaders and imaginary gods. When Jesus came in the flesh, ten tribes were scattered and Roman authorities had allowed a Jewish smattering to return to Judea. To this day God’s calendar and oracles are entrusted to the tribe of Judea, “it was and is still a uniting document for God’s people.” Jesus inspired His apostle Paul to write, giving us to understand the continuous need for God’s calendar’s prevailing.

(Rom 3:1-8; “Therefore what advantage does the Jew have, or what is the value of circumcision? Actually, there are many advantages. First of all, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God. What then? If some did not believe, does their unbelief nullify the faithfulness of God? Absolutely not! Let God be proven true, and every human being shown up as a liar, just as it is written: “so that you will be justified in your words and will prevail when you are judged.” But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? The God who inflicts wrath is not unrighteous, is He? (I am speaking in human terms.) Absolutely not! For otherwise how could God judge the world? For if by my lie the truth of God enhances His glory, why am I still actually being judged as a sinner? And why not say, “Let us do evil so that good may come of it”? – as some who slander us allege that we say. (Their condemnation is deserved!) (A reason Israelites are hated by a hostile world and the world condemned is because, “the tribe of Judea is entrusted with the oracles of the true God.”)

(Rom 3:9-18; What then? Are we better off? Certainly not, for we have already charged that Jews and Greeks alike are all under sin, (10) just as it is written: “There is no one righteousnot even one, there is no one who understands, there is no one who seeks God. All have turned awaytogether they have become worthless; there is no one who shows kindnessnot even one. “Their throats are open graves, they deceive with their tongues, the poison of asps is under their lips.” “Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.” “Their feet are swift to shed blood, ruin and misery are in their paths, (17) and the way of peace they have not known. “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”)

(Colossians 1:9-14; “For this reason we ’apostles’ also, from the day we heard about you, have not ceased praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may live worthily of the Lord and please him in all respects – bearing fruit in every good deed, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might for the display of all patience and steadfastness, joyfully giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to share in the Saints’ inheritance in the light. He ‘God the Father’ delivered us from the power of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son He loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”) So what prevents the many? Speaking with and about Satan, Jesus used phrases such as, “What have I to do with you? What have we in common? Leave me alone! Hostility between Jesus, we followers and demons is certainly to be understood in this context, hence the translation: “Leave us alone….”

To: 36,015 subscribers we pray ‘God is making Temples of His Spirit’, 5/28/22, God’s 2nd month, Lyyar 27, 5,782, (day seven, the Sabbath until sunset.)

Jesus’ apostles were expecting the Messiah and thought He was about the business of setting up His kingdom when they were being called. Jesus first sent His disciples to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Commanding they go not to others. It wasn’t until after His ascension that the time of the gentiles began with His calling Cornelius and family. (See Acts 10:) Review Peter’s vision, his trip to Cornelius’ home, that result and the Jerusalem church’s discussions about gentiles. Weekly and annual Sabbath keeping had been a prerequisite for Israelites since their deliverance from Egypt. After that Passover particularly because of peoples’ miraculous saving, Jews particularly were allowed back in Judea under Roman authority. (Passover and Unleavened Bread season always represented being saved by grace, ‘looking forward and back to the Son of God’s blood sacrifice for the remission of sin, and the work of overcoming to the end.’) Forgiveness of sin relates to entrance into God’s Kingdom. After God’s chosen people were delivered by promise from sin, “Egypt” and in the promised lands, God gave special talents for the making of The Temple. Talents to chosen people and set aside times for worship were given particular attention. (God filled Bezailel with His spirit, gave him skill, understanding, knowledge in all kinds of craftsmanship, to do artistic design with gold, silver, bronze, cutting - setting of stone and wood. (Speaking to Moses God said.)

(Exodus 31:6-17; Moreover, I have also given him (Bezaiel) Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, and I have given ability to all the specially skilled, that they may make everything I have commanded you: the tent of meeting, the ark of the testimony, the atonement lid that is on it, all the furnishings of the tent, the table with its utensils, the pure lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense, the altar for the burnt offering with all its utensils, the large basin with its base, the woven garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons, to minister as priests, the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the Holy Place. They will make all these things just as I have commanded you.”)

(Spiritual Sabbath keeping is defined in The New Testament. 1. A Sabbath day journey. 2. If the ox is in a ditch, principle, and 3. Work is defined as ‘doing labor for food and or earning money. 4. Jesus said, ‘He’s Lord of the Sabbath and 5. Sabbath is made for man, not man for the Sabbath )The Lord said to Moses, “Tell the Israelites, ‘Surely you must keep My Sabbaths, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you. So you must keep the Sabbath, for it is holy for you. Everyone who defiles it must surely be put to death; indeed, if anyone does any work on it, then that person will be cut off from among his people. Six days work may be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the Lord; anyone who does work on the Sabbath day must surely be put to death. Israelites must keep the Sabbath by observing the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between Me and Israel forever; for in six days the Lord made the heavens and earth.”) (New Covenant principal is Sabbath keeping is a sign between God and those to whom He reveals Himself.) Only the called by promise were saved from Egypt bondage, representing deliverance from sin. Israelites were delivered by promise to Abraham, Jesus delivering through Moses and Aaron, is a parallel to God revealed Himself and delivering sinners from it’s bondage today.

Likewise, is God’s revealing Himself, and calling Noah, saved his family from the flood, ‘was a miraculous new beginning, as was His revealing and individually calling Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses and Aaron.’ By grace God revealed Himself to each and their saving is by mercy, grace and promise. Each looked to God’s revealing Himself, and His grace for their saving. Each individually mindful of their need to separate from the world. (To lead a nation ‘even a chosen nation’ whose nature is inherited from Adam, (the law as a guardian is needed.) Laws and regulations for the good of all to whom Jesus is or isn’t revealed.

Jesus revealed the spiritual component of sin as ‘’relating to yeast and the Feast of Unleavened Bread,’ Paul shared the spiritual parallel; (1Cor 5:6 Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast affects the whole batch of dough. Clean out the old yeast so that you may be a new batch of dough – you (followers of Jesus) are, in fact without yeast. For Christ, our Passover lamb has been sacrificed. So then, let us celebrate the festival, not with the old yeast, the yeast of vice and evil, but with the bread without yeast, the bread of sincerity and truth.”) (Hopefully we see how the old and new covenants parallels.)

(Leviticus 23:4-6; These are the Lord’s appointed times, holy assemblies, which you must proclaim at their appointed time. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, is a Passover offering to the Lord. Then on the fifteenth day of the same month will be the Festival of Unleavened bread to the Lord; seven days you must eat unleavened bread. On the first day ’’the fifteenth’ there will be a holy assembly for you; you must not do any regular work. You must present a gift to the Lord for seven days, and the seventh day ’’the twenty second’ is a holy assembly; you must not do any regular work.”) (The Passover season is in God’s first month, the fourteenth day at twilight through the twenty-second. The season is holy to God the Father, God the Son and all Believers IN. ) It’s perpetual.

At Matthew 25: Jesus gives two separate parables about His kingdom. The first is about ten virgins’ use of oil, some didn’t prepare properly is His point. The second is about talents, likewise their use should be wisely. People using wisely were awarded talents of those who didn’t. Next Jesus relates judgment to our loving others as ourselves, “doing for others as we’d have them do for us” finishing with these words: ‘I tell you the truth, just as you did not do it for one of the least of these, you did not do it for Me’ And these will depart into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”)

(Matt 26:1-5; “When Jesus had finished saying all these things, He told His disciples, “You know that after two days the Passover is coming, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified.” Then the chief priests and the elders of the people met together in the palace of the high priest, who was named Caiaphas. They planned to arrest Jesus by stealth and kill Him. But they said, “Not during the feast, so that there won’t be a riot among the people.”)

Matt 26:17-30; “Now on the first day of the feast of Unleavened Bread ‘season’ the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Where do you want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?” He said, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is near. I will observe the Passover with My disciples at your house.” So the disciples did as Jesus had instructed them, and they prepared the Passover. When it was evening, He took His place at the table with the twelve. And while they were eating He said, “I tell you the truth, one of you will betray Me.” They became greatly distressed and each one began to say to Him, “Surely not I, Lord?” He answered, “The one who has dipped his hand into the bowl with Me will betray Me. The Son of Man will go as it is written about Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would be better for him if he had never been born.” Then Judas, the one who would betray Him, said, “Surely not I, Rabbi?” Jesus replied, “You have said it yourself.” (A New Covenant ordinance.) While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after giving thanks He broke it, gave it to his disciples, and said, “Take, eat, this is My body.” And after taking the cup and giving thanks, He gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you, for this is My blood, the blood of the covenant, that is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. I tell you, from now on I will not drink of this fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father’s kingdom.” After singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.”) (Note that Jesus identifies the blood of the covenant drink as “fruit of the vine” not His actual blood but representation of.)

(Matt 26:31-35; Then Jesus said to them, “This night you will all fall away because of Me, for it is written: ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ (Quote from Zach 13:7) But after I am raised, I will go ahead of you into Galilee.” Peter said to Him, “If they all fall away because of You, I will never fall away!” Jesus said to him, “I tell you the truth, on this night, before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” Peter said to Him, “Even if I must die with You, I will never deny you.” And all the disciples said the same thing.”) (Continue to read how Peter was challenged three times and denied. A point to digest is that Jesus knows us better than we know ourselves. He knows the intent of the heart.)

Another point to digest is Paul‘s understanding about where our desire comes from; (Phil 2:12-13; So then, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, continue working out your salvation with awe and reverence, for the One bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort – for the sake of His good pleasure – is God.”

Times and seasons holy to God and His people are perpetual, we’ll observe them through out His millennial reign and together with God the Father after New Jerusalem comes down. The significance of God’s calendar can’t be overlooked.

To: 35,987 subscribers we pray are being made “temples of God’s Spirit.” 5/27/22, God’s 2nd Mo. Lyyer 26, 5,782, (week day 6 until sunset)

Don’t doubt, our Creator and Sustainer is the Lord God of Israel, “Jesus our Savior.” He began leaving evidence all about as He communed with Adam, Eve, Abel, Cain and Enoch. Enoch may have been the first called to prophecy about this latter age and Jesus’ second coming, referring to deceived people as waterless clouds, twice dead, spewing out foam of their shame, people reserved for the depth of eternal darkness. Saying, (“The Lord is coming with thousands and thousands of His Holy Ones, to execute judgment on all, and to convict every person of all their thoroughly ungodly deeds they have committed, and of all the harsh words ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” These people are grumblers and fault-finders who go wherever their desires lead them, and they give bombastic speeches, enchanting folks for their own gain.” (See Jude)

The gospel message revolves around Jesus Passing over sins, He is “our Passover - The Lamb of God who kept and died on Passover for remission of the world’s sins.” (A deliverance is a rescue, a saving by promise.) (Rescue and Deliverance is the same in our English language.) The first Passover on record seems to be when Jesus had Moses prepare Israel for deliverance from Egypt as per His promise to Abraham. Sacrificing a lamb on the tenth day of the first month for consumption looked forward to our consuming - putting on Jesus. The Israelites were instructed to put up a lamb or goat according to family size, eat it in haste on the evening of Passover, ’the fourteenth’ with sandals on feet ready for departure. Blood from the sacrifice was to be put on door facings so the death angel would Passover. Before their departure the Lord God Jesus had the death angel take all the first born of Egypt. As promised Abraham the Egyptians gave them wealth and hurried them out.

When they got to the sea Moses instructed the priest to step in the water carrying the Ark of the Covenant out front. Israelites crossed the red sea on dry ground. When they were across, the Egyptians changed their minds and followed, (they were all killed.) This was a new promised beginning for God’s chosen people and looking forward to when others would be gifted to believe in by promise. Both spiritual and physical Israelites, as God’s chosen, are to keep The Passover perpetually.

Before Israel went into the promised lands the Lord God Jesus prophesied through Moses, telling how His people would prostitute themselves to other gods when they became prosperous, told of their punishment and a future deliverance. (See Deuteronomy 18: then read Jesus’ prophecy through Peter on the same subject.)

Acts 3:19-26; “Therefore repent and turn back so that your sins may be wiped out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and so that He may send the Messiah appointed for you – that is, Jesus. This One heaven must receive until the time all things are restored, which God declared from times long ago through His holy prophets. Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothersYou must obey Him in everything He tells youEvery person who does not obey that prophet will be destroyed and thus removed from the people.’ And all the prophets, from Samuel and those who followed him, have spoken about and announced these days. You (Believers) are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant that God made with your ancestors, saying to Abraham, ‘And in your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed. God raised up His servant and sent Him first to you, to bless you by turning each one of you from your iniquities.”) (This is one of many instances of Jesus’ apostles quoting Moses. Review Deut 18:)

The next recorded Passover miracle is the Lord God Jesus having Joshua lead the Israelites across the Jordan river to the promised lands. These lands were given to the Israelites when gentile nation’s sins, ‘reached their limits as promised Abraham.’ (Joshua 1:1-2; “After ‘Moses, the Lord’s servant died’ the Lord said to Joshua, son of Nun, “Moses My servant is dead.” Get ready! Cross the Jordan River! Lead these people into the land which I am ready to hand over to them. I, am handing over to you every place you set foot, as I promised Moses.) Joshua sent out spies who stopped at Rahab the prostitute’s place.

(Joshua 2:9-15; Rahab said; “For we heard how the Lord dried up the water of the Red Sea when you left Egypt and how you annihilated the two Amorite kings, Sihon and Og, on the other side of the Jordan. When we heard the news, we lost our courage, and no one could even breathe for fear of you. For the Lord your God is God in heaven above and on earth below! So now, promise me this with an oath sworn in the Lord’s name. Because I have shown allegiance to you, show allegiance to my family. Give me a solemn pledge that you will spare the lives of my father, mother, brothers, sisters, all who belong to them, and rescue us from death.” The men said to her, “If you die, may we die too! If you do not report what we’ve been up to, then, when the Lord hands the land over to us, we will show unswerving allegiance to you.” Then Rahab let them down by a rope through the window. (Her house was built as part of the city wall; she lived in the wall.) (Paul mentions Rahab’s faith in Hebrews 11) When the spies returned, they reported to Joshua, “All who live in the land are cringing before us!”)

(Joshua 1:4-9; “Your territory will extend from the wilderness in the south to Lebanon in the north. It will extend all the way to the great River Euphrates in the east (including all of Syria) and all the way to the Mediterranean Sea in the west. No one will be able to resist you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not abandon you or leave you alone. Be strong and brave! You must lead these people in the conquest of this land that I solemnly promised their ancestors I would hand over to them. (These are boundaries promised Abraham, Isaac and Jacob ’Israel’ they will occupy after Jesus returns.) Make sure you are very strong and brave Carefully obey all the law My servant Moses charged you to keep! Do not swerve from it to the right or to the left, so that you may be successful in all you do. This law scroll must not leave your lips! You must memorize it day and night so you can carefully obey all that is written in it. Then you will prosper and be successful. I, repeat be strong and brave! Don’t be afraid and don’t panic, for I, the Lord your God, am with you in all you do.”)

(Joshua 3:5-17; Joshua told the people, “Ritually consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will perform miraculous deeds among you. Joshua told the priests, “Pick up the ark of the covenant and pass on ahead of the people.” So they picked up the ark of the covenant and went ahead of the people. The Lord told Joshua, “This very day I will begin to honor you before all Israel so they will know that I am with you just as I was with Moses. Instruct the priests carrying the ark of the covenant, ‘When you reach the bank of the Jordan River, wade into the water.’” Joshua told the Israelites, “Come here and listen to the words of the Lord your God!” Joshua continued, “This is how you will know the living God is among you and that He will truly drive out before you the Canaanites, Hittites, Hivites, Perizzites, Girgashites, Amorites, and Jebusites. (See Gen 15:17) Look! The ark of the covenant of the Ruler of the whole earth is ready to enter the Jordan ahead of you. Now select for yourselves twelve men from the tribes of Israel, one per tribe. When the feet of the priests carrying the ark of the Lord, the Ruler of the whole earth, touch the water of the Jordan, the water coming downstream toward you will stop flowing and pile up.” So, when the people left their tents to cross the Jordan, the priests carrying the ark of the covenant went ahead of them. When the ones carrying the ark reached the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark touched the surface of the water – (The Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest time.) coming downstream toward them stopped flowing. It piled up far upstream at Adam (the city near Zarethan) there was no water at all flowing to the sea of the Arabah (the Salt Sea). The people crossed the river opposite Jericho. The priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firmly on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan. All Israel crossed over on dry ground until the entire nation was on the other side.)

Joshua 4:15-24; “The Lord told Joshua, “Instruct the priests carrying the ark of the covenantal laws to come up from the Jordan.” So Joshua instructed the priests, “Come up from the Jordan!” The priests carrying the ark of the covenant of the Lord came up from the middle of the Jordan, and as soon as they set foot on dry land, the water of the Jordan flowed again and returned to flood stage.”) (NOTE God’s timing: it was the tenth day of His first month, as was Jesus’ ride into Jerusalem on a donkey, on the fourteenth Jesus celebrated the Passover and allowed Himself to be crucified so our sins could be remitted.) (Timing has and will always be important to our all-knowing, preplanning God.)

“The people went up from the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month and camped in Gilgal on the eastern border of Jericho. Now Joshua set up in Gilgal the twelve stones they had taken from the Jordan. He told the Israelites, “When your children someday ask their fathers, ‘What do these stones represent?’ explain to your children, ‘Israel crossed the Jordan River on dry ground.’ For the Lord your God dried up the water of the Jordan before you while you crossed over. It was just like when the Lord your God dried up the Red Sea before us while we crossed it. He has done this so all the nations of the earth might recognize the Lord’s power and so you might always obey the Lord your God.”) (Of all the people who had been in Egypt, only Joshua and Caleb were allowed to cross over.) The young men had not been circumcised, so God had Joshua circumcise them. They were healed by the fourteenth day. How significant!

The same Lord God Jesus that dried up the red sea and the Jordan river had always planned His fleshly birth, experience life in the flesh, allow His own blood to be shed for the remission of sin, be our Mediator before the Father and return as king of kings and Lord of Lords.

God identifies Himself, Holy Ways & Seasons, chapter 24

To: 35,970 subscribers we pray ‘God is making Temples of His Spirit’, 5/23/22, God’s 2nd month, Lyyar 22, 5,782, day two until sunset.

Laypeople in so called Christian denominations aren’t made aware that “trappings of Christ Mass started long before Jesus’ birth.” Jesus inspired Jeremiah to write about some of them.

(Jeremiah 10:1-8; “People of Israel, listen to what the Lord has to say to you. The Lord says, “Do not start following pagan religious practices. Do not be in awe of signs that occur in the sky even though the nations hold them in awe. For the religion of these people is worthless. They cut down a tree in the forest, and a craftsman makes it into an idol with his tools. He decorates it with overlays of silver and gold. He uses hammer and nails to fasten it together so that it will not fall over. Such idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field. “The people of those nations are both stupid and foolish. Such idols are like scarecrows in a cucumber field. “The people of those nations are both stupid and foolish.”

(Jer 10-14; The Lord is the only true God. He is the living God and the everlasting King. When He shows His anger the earth shakes. None of the nations can stand up to His fury. You people of Israel should tell those nations this: ‘These gods did not make heaven and earth. They will disappear from the earth and from under the heavens.’ The Lord is the One who by His power made the earth. He is the One who by His wisdom established the world. And by His understanding He spread out the skies. All these idolaters will prove to be stupid and ignorant. Every goldsmith will be disgraced by the idol he made. For the image he forges is merely a sham. They are worthless, mere objects to be mocked. When the time comes to punish them, they will be destroyed. The Lord, who is the inheritance of Jacob’s descendants, is not like them. He is the One who created everything. And the people of Israel “those God fights for” are those He claims as His own. He is known as the Lord who rules over all.)

God cares and exalts while Satan devours. Writing to followers of Jesus, Peter shares. (1Peter 5:6-8; “And God will exalt you ’followers of Jesus’ in due time, if you humble yourselves under His mighty hand by casting all your cares on Him because He cares for you. Be sober and alert. Your enemy the devil, like a roaring lion, is on the prowl looking for someone to devour.”)

Satan likes, “when professing Christians talk Jesus and practice paganism.” We cannot be Jesus’ witness while going along to get along. Jesus’ brother James was inspired to write; (“Adulterers, do you not know that friendship with the world means hostility toward God? So, whoever decides to be the world’s friend makes himself God’s enemy.” James 4:4) Spiritual adultery is to claim belonging to Jesus while practicing things that are abominations to Him, “things He would not approve of.” (Repeat from last study for new subscribers.)

It’s not much difference in modern Christendom’s many denominational practices. Most are commercialized paganism, practicing Baal and Molech customs. Long before Jesus’ fleshly birth, Egyptians depicted the cross in the hands of the goddess Sekhet, as a hieroglyphic sign of life. Egyptian Christians (Copts) adopted the cross as its emblem, carried in the hands of the Egyptian priests and Pontiff kings as the symbol of their authority, as priests of the “sun god” and called ‘the Sign of Life’.” (A more precise characterization coincided with corresponding general changes in customs and beliefs.) The cross became the symbol of consecration, especially in the case of objects pertaining to burial. (In the proto-Etruscan cemetery of Golasecca every tomb has a vase with a cross engraved on it. Crosses of more or less artistic design have been found in Tiryns at Mycenae in Crete, and on a fibula from Vulca.)

Spirit led Christians are compelled to separate from paganism. Many who refuse are persecuted. (Hebrews 11: referred to as the faith chapter and 1Corinthians 13: ‘the love chapter’, provides a study of these spiritual understanding for the called.) Understand Godly faith and love is only understood by the few God chooses. Thankfully in the coming peace age, “Jesus’ millennial reign” the many will be gifted with understanding. All the faithful mentioned in Hebrews 11: and Believers IN Jesus are miraculously gifted with believing IN faith.

(Heb 12:1-13; “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, we must get rid of every weight and the sin that clings so closely and run with endurance the race set out for us, keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Pioneer and Perfector of our faith. For the joy set out for Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken His seat at the right hand of the throne of God. Think of Him who endured such opposition against Himself by sinners, so that you may not grow weary in your souls and give up. You have not yet resisted to the point of bloodshed in your struggle against sin. And have you forgotten the exhortation addressed to you as sons? “My son, do not scorn the Lord’s discipline or give up when He corrects you. For the Lord disciplines the one He loves and chastises every son He accepts.” (Quote from Prov 3:11-12)

“Endure your suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is there that a father does not discipline? But if you do not experience discipline, something all sons have shared in, then you are illegitimate and are not sons. Besides, we have experienced discipline from our earthly fathers and we respected them; shall we not submit ourselves all the more to the Father of spirits and receive “eternal” life? For they disciplined us for a little while as seemed good to them, but God does so for our benefit, that we may share His holiness. Now all discipline seems painful at the time, not joyful. But later it produces the fruit of peace and righteousness for those trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your listless hands and your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but be healed.”)

Things happen in the lives of the called, diminishes pride, causes an altruistic outlook, gives the desire to discern truth and be At One with Jesus. Normally Christians can look back and remember things that happened that changed their outlook. None of us personally cultivate the Godly love we have for one another.

(Heb 12:14-21; “Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness, for without it no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God, that no one be like a bitter root springing up and causing trouble, and through him many become defiled.” (If we pay attention we will observe bitterness in leaders that makes their followers likeminded.) And see to it that no one becomes an immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. For you know that later when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no opportunity for repentance, although he sought the blessing with tears.” (God grants repentance to His chosen, gives understanding that makes us see our errors, that of governments and the inherited natures unbelievers yield to.) “For you (followers of Jesus) have not come to something that can be touched, to a burning fire and darkness and gloom and a whirlwind and the blast of a trumpet and a voice uttering words such that those who heard begged to hear no more.” (Today, we followers of Jesus may come before God the Father through Him, who knows our weaknesses and the desires of our hearts.) “For they (like Israel) who was delivered from Egypt” could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountainit must be stoned.” In fact, the scene was so terrifying that Moses said, “I shudder with fear.”

(Heb 12:22-24; “But you (followers of Jesus) have come to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, to the assembly and congregation of the firstborn, (Jesus’ assembly) who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, (The Father) the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous, who have been made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a New Covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s does.”)

(The new covenant is with those God (The Father) calls, those He gives spiritual discernment to. Abel’s believing IN caused him to sacrifice with the sprinkling of blood, as commanded. Christians desire to be obedient because of being gifted and led to be, “believers IN.”) (Heb 12:25-29 “Take care not to refuse the One who is speaking! For if they did not escape when they refused the One who warned them on earth, how much less shall we, if we reject the One who warns from heaven? Then God’s voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, “I will once more shake not only the earth but heaven too.” Now this phrase “once more” indicates the removal of what is shaken, that is, of created “physical” things, so that what is unshaken may remain. So since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe. For our God is indeed a devouring fire.”)

God is spirit and His unshakable kingdom is spiritual. In the flesh we naturally think in terms of physical living and life. Through the flesh we are vulnerable to the flesh in various degrees, our concerns tend to be for what we see and feel. In God’s love is spiritual understanding that is never ending and is totally mature.

To: 35,830 subscribers we pray are being made “temples of God’s Spirit.” 5/21/22, God’s 2nd Mo. Lyyer 20, 5,782, (week day 7, God’s Sabbath)

Denominations that teach “God’s law is done away” are yielding to Satan’s deceptions. However, God’s laws aren’t the Believer’s guardian because believers are recipients of God’s spirit, which takes away the inherited hostility and causes each to love His law. Until our inherited from Adam nature is changed to Jesus’, we’re hostile toward God’s oracles and under the law. Jesus taught it through Paul, let’s repeat.

(Romans 8:5-11; For those who live according to the flesh have their outlook shaped by the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit have their outlook shaped by the things of the Spirit. For the outlook of the flesh is death, but the outlook of the Spirit is life and peace, because the outlook of the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to the law of God, nor is it able to do so. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. You (Believers)  however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, this person does not belong to Him. But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is your life because of (Jesus’) righteousness. Moreover, if the Spirit of the One who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the One who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through his Spirit who lives in you.)

Now that portion of God’s law “whereby the priest offered blood sacrifices for the remission of sin was never intended to perfect the people, and is done away, because Jesus authored it through Moses until He would shed His own blood once for the remission of sin.”

(Hebrews 10:1-10; “For the law possesses a shadow of the good things to come but not the reality itself, and is therefore completely unable, by the same sacrifices offered continually, year after year, to perfect those who come to worship. For otherwise would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers would have been purified once for all and so have no further consciousness of sin? But in those sacrifices, there is a reminder of sins year after year. For the blood of bulls and goats cannot take away sin.

So, when Jesus came into the world, He said, “Sacrifice and offering You did not desirebut a body You prepared for Me. Whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings You took no delight in.” “Then I (Jesus) saidHere I am, I have come – it is written of Me in the scroll of the book – to do your willO God.’” (Quote from Psalms 40:6-8)

“When Jesus says, “Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings You did not desire nor did You take delight in them, (which are offered according to the law) then He says, “Here I am, I have come to do Your will.” He does away with the first (method by which sins could be forgiven) to establish the second, the new and only way.) By God’s will we believers have been made holy through the offering of Jesus Christ’s body once for all.) (Review Hebrews 10:11-18 to refresh.)

(The writer is quoting Jeremiah 31:33-34 and the principle, Moses wrote and we shared before.) The Holy Spirit also witnesses to us, for after saying, “This is the covenant that I will establish with them after those dayssays the Lord. “I will put My laws on their hearts, and I will inscribe them on their minds,” then He says, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no longer. Now where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.”)

David was also given to understand that God does it all, through God’s spirit David often spoke the mind of Jesus. (Psalms 40:1-17; “I relied completely on the Lord, and He turned toward me and heard my cry for help. He lifted me out of the watery pit, out of the slimy mud. He placed my feet on a rock and gave me secure footing. He gave me reason to sing a new song, praising our God. May many see what God has done, so that they might swear allegiance to Him and trust in the Lord!… How blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord and does not seek help from the proud or from liars! O Lord, my God, you have accomplished many things; You have done amazing things and carried out your purposes for us. No one can thwart You! I want to declare them and talk about them, but they are too numerous to recount! Receiving sacrifices and offerings are not your primary concern. You make that quite clear to me! You do not ask for burnt sacrifices and sin offerings.

Then I say, “Look! I come! What is written in the scroll pertains to Me. I want to do what pleases You My God. Your law dominates My thoughts.” I have told the great assembly about Your justice. Look! I spare no words! O Lord, You know this is true. I have not failed to tell, about Your justice; I spoke about Your reliability and deliverance; I have not neglected to tell the great assembly about Your loyal love and faithfulness. O Lord, You do not withhold Your compassion from me. May your loyal love and faithfulness continually protect me! For innumerable dangers surround me. My sins overtake me, so I am unable to see; they outnumber the hairs of my head, so my strength fails me.

Please be willing, O Lord, to rescue me! O Lord, hurry and help me! May those who are trying to snatch away my life be totally embarrassed and ashamed! May those who want to harm me be turned back and ashamed! May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” be humiliated and disgraced! (Remember Isaiah’s prophecy, shared before?) May all those who seek You be happy and rejoice in You! May those who love to experience Your deliverance say continually, “May the Lord be praised!” I am oppressed and needy! May the Lord pay attention to me! You are my helper and my Deliverer! O my God, do not delay!) Followers of Jesus, concur with David’s praise.

Remember ‘a will is a covenant from one’, a contract to be validated after the death of the Testator. (Our Lord Jesus is our Creator and Testator.) His covenant promise is eternal life to His chosen Believers. (Review Heb 1: John 1:1-5 & Col 1:15-20)

Jesus’ Elect and His being the Messiah destined to die for remission of sin was preplanned from the foundation of the world. He’s, the Alpha and Omega, the first and last, to whom all power is given from God the Father. (The Lord Jesus’ covenant promise to Noah, the Patriarchs and called out heirs with Abraham, ‘are perpetual’ always looked forward to His shed blood for the remission of sin.)

As Testator of His will, Jesus’ sacrificial death made His Covenant promises valid. (Whether looking forward, or back, Jesus’ covenant promise of eternal life is through His sacrificial death.)

The new covenant’s imputation of God’s spirit living in Abraham’s spiritual heirs are validated, by the Testator’s death and is a primary fulfillment of Jesus’ covenant promises with Abraham. (Repetition and review is good, so please bear with some.)

The Lord Jesus’ covenant promise to Abraham included Israel’s physical deliverance from Egypt, (a sin type) and is a likened deliverance of Abraham’s spiritual descendants’ (Christians.) A spiritual deliverance from, ‘the enslavement inherited from Adam’s sin nature’, and ‘this world’s system of things which is likened to Babylon confusion.’ Christians are called to worship and serve God in spirit and truth, apart from this world’s system of things.

Jesus’ physically delivering Israel through Moses and giving the law was the keeping of a covenant promise with Abraham, ‘the world calls the Old Covenant.’ The Lord Jesus promised blessings if Israel obeyed and they agreed. Their disobedience broke that contract with the Lord God Jesus.

Abel, Enoch, the patriarchs, Moses, Samuel, and each prophet looked forward in hope faith, to the Testator’s death and their being saved. (Now the Testator has died, is resurrected, ascended, at the right hand of the Father serving as our Mediator.) (So called believers look to Him as Lord, Deliverer, Savior, Mediator and coming king of kings, with knowing faith in His promised gift of eternal life.) Jesus teaches it through His apostle Paul. Review 1Cor 15:20-18, Heb 9:15-28 & Gal 3:1-29 again.

As Abraham was, Christians are called and saved by promise. God’s law is good, wholesome, righteous and a sketch of the imputation of His spiritual law of love gifted to His chosen. No one is saved by the law and God’s spirit in us does not do away with His law but confirms and magnifies the law’s goodness.

Babylon means confusion, Satan has been in the confusing business  since Adam’s creation: pagan people used the confusion of the cross and sacred fire, ‘to symbolize the sun, denoting its daily rotation.’ (They interpreted this as the mystic representation of lightning, the god of the tempest, the emblem of the Aryan pantheon and the primitive Aryan civilization.)

Likewise, ancient Egyptians often depicted the cross in the hands of the goddess Sekhet, ‘as a hieroglyphic sign of life, or of the living.’ Egyptian Christians (the Copts) adopted the cross as the emblem of life. In his book, ‘The Worship of the Dead’, ‘Colonel J. Garnier’ wrote: “The cross in the form of the ‘Crux Ansata’ was carried in the hands of the Egyptian priests and Pontiff kings as the symbol of their authority ‘as priests of the sun god’ and was called ‘the Sign of Life’. (In the Bronze Age a representation of the cross as conceived in Christian art appeared and was popularized. The more precise characterization coincided with a corresponding general change in customs and beliefs.) The cross then came into use in various forms on many objects, fibulas, cinctures, earthenware fragments, and on the bottom of drinking vessels.

(De Mortillet believed, that such use of the cross sign was not merely ornamental, but rather a symbol of consecration, especially in the case of objects pertaining to burial.) (In the proto-Etruscan cemetery of Golasecca every tomb has a vase with a cross engraved on it.) Crosses of more, or less artistic design have been found in Tiryns at Mycenae in Crete, and on a fibula from Vulca.

Remember our Lord’s brother, ‘Jude’ wrote of the apostate he saw creeping into God’s church. Adaptation of the cross as a symbol of worship, helped bring about, the mix of paganism and Judaism. (Most professing Christian denominations do teach that Satan is the god of this world, ‘all but their particular world,’ but don’t seem to take, into account that things of worldwide popularity are likely demonically influenced.) Such is the case with ‘Christ Mass’ celebration as a major festival in most countries around the world, including many whose populations are mostly non-Christian.) In some non-Christian countries, periods of former colonial rule introduced the celebration. Such as Hong Kong; and others Christian minorities or foreign cultural influences have led populations to observe the holiday.

Countries such as Japan, where ‘Christmas is popular despite there being only a small number of Christians’, have adopted many of the secular aspects of Christmas, such as gift-giving, decorations, and Christmas trees, which only about three countries in the world do not observe.

Genuine followers of Jesus don’t follow the world. (1John 4:15-19; “If anyone confesses (through gifted knowing faith) that Jesus is the Son of God, God resides in him and he in God. And we have come to know and to believe the love that God has in us. God is love, and the one who resides in love resides in God, and God resides in him. By this love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment, because just as Jesus is, so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears punishment has not been perfected in love. We love because He loved us first.”)

We know the Passover kept in Egypt, when Moses served as Jesus’ deliverer, looked forward to Jesus’ shed blood for the remission of sins and His death to ushered in Him New Covenant. (Our believing IN Jesus’ sacrificial blood giving eternal life starts the process of our being gifted to believe in all His promises.)

To: 35,812 subscribers we pray ‘God is making Temples of His Spirit’, 5/20/22, God’s 2nd month, Lyyar 19, 5,782, day six until sunset.

We who are fathered by God’s spirit are gifted with a love for His ways, laws and oracles. We know “God the Father” as Gardener - Farmer - the One who Calls and hands us to Jesus. Jesus likens Himself to, “the Vine - tree trunk” and His followers, “branches.” He’s speaking of people imputed with His Word,  His spirit.

(John 15:15:1-12; “I am the true vine and My Father is the gardener. He takes away every branch that does not bear fruit in Me. He prunes every branch that bears fruit so that it will bear more fruit. You (followers) are clean already because of the Word that I have spoken to you. Remain in Me, and I will remain in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in Me.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me – and I in him – bears much fruit, because apart from Me you can accomplish nothing. If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a branch, and dries up; and such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire and burned up. If you remain in Me and My Words remain in you, ask whatever you want, and it will be done for you. My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit and show that you are My disciples.

“Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; remain in My love. If you obey my commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and remain in His love. I have told you these things so that My joy may be in you, and your joy may be complete. My commandment is this – to love one another just as I have loved you.”) We can’t choose to be a branch, it’s the Father’s calling and choice.

Jesus’ good news, (gospel) is about His first and second coming, His shedding blood for the remission of sin, ascending to The Father to be our Mediator and, His millennial reign which was pre-planned from a beginning. Jesus inspired Jeremiah to write about His rule on earth.

(Jeremiah 31:23-33; “The Lord God of Israel who rules over all says, “I will restore the people of Judah to their land and to their towns. When I do, they will again say of Jerusalem, ‘May the Lord bless you, holy mountain, the place where righteousness dwells.’ The land of Judah will be inhabited by people who live in its towns as well as by farmers and shepherds with their flocks. I will fully, satisfy the needs of those who are weary and fully refresh the souls of those who are faint. Then they will say, ‘Under these conditions I can enjoy sweet sleep when I wake up and look around.’” (Israel will be repopulated)

“Indeed, a time is coming says the Lord, “when I will cause people and animals to sprout up in the lands of Israel and Judah. In the past I saw to it that they were uprooted and torn down, that they were destroyed and demolished. But now I will see to it that they are built up and firmly planted. I, the Lord, affirm it!” The Lord Will Make a New Covenant with Israel and Judah. (A perpetual will from One.)

“When that time comes, people will no longer say, ‘The parents have eaten sour grapes, but the children’s teeth have grown numb.’ Rather, each person will die for his own sins. The teeth of the person who eats the sour grapes will themselves grow numb. “Indeed, a time is coming,” says the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and Judah. It will not be like the old covenant that I made with their ancestors when I delivered them from Egypt. For they violated that covenant, even though I was like a faithful husband to them,” says the Lord. “But I will make a New Covenant with the whole nation of Israel after I plant them back in the land,” says the Lord. “I will put My law within them and write it on their hearts and minds. I will be their God and they will be My people.

(Jer 31:34; “People will no longer need to teach their neighbors and relatives to know Me. For all of them, from the least important to the most important, will know Me,” says the Lord. “For I will forgive their sin and will no longer call to mind the wrong they have done.”)

In this interim age between Jesus’ first and second coming, God the Father is calling a people to be co-rulers with Jesus, ‘they’re His church, spiritual Israelites. David and Jesus’ apostles will have positions.’

God inspired Paul to write the same to the Hebrews. The New Covenant is about God’s calling and putting His laws in the minds of His chosen. Making people AT ONE with Himself. (Heb 10:16-39; “This is the covenant that I will establish with them after those days, says the LordI will put My laws on their hearts and I will inscribe them on their minds,” then He says, “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no longer.” Now where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin. Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of Jesus, by the fresh and living way that He inaugurated for us through the curtain, that is, through His flesh, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in the assurance that faith brings, because we have had our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed in pure water.

And let us hold unwaveringly to the hope that we confess, for the One who made the promise is trustworthy. And let us take thought of how to spur one another on to love and good works, not abandoning our own meetings, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and even more so because you see the day drawing near. For if we deliberately keep on sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, no further sacrifice for sins is left for us, but only a certain fearful expectation of judgment and fury of fire that will consume God’s enemies.

Someone who rejected the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much greater punishment do you think that person deserves who has contempt for the Son of God, and profanes the blood of the covenant that made Him holy, and insults the Spirit of grace? For we know the One who said, “Vengeance is mineI will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge His people.” It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

But remember the former days when you (Christians) endured a harsh conflict of suffering after you were enlightened. (after Jesus was revealed.) At times you were publicly exposed to abuse and afflictions, and at other times you came to share with others who were treated in that way. For in fact, you shared the sufferings of those in prison, and you accepted the confiscation of your belongings with joy, because you knew that you certainly had a better and lasting possession. So do not throw away your confidence, because it has great reward.

For you need endurance in order to do God’s will and so receive what is promised. For just a little longer and He who is coming will arrive and not delayBut My righteous one will live by faithand if he shrinks backI take no pleasure in him. But we (Christians) are not among those who shrink back and thus perish, but are among those who have faith and preserve their souls.”)

May we be blessed with persevering knowing faith, like that of the Patriarchs who didn’t take up the ways of the ungodly, but waited their entire lives. A faith like Joseph’s, who knew a future deliverance awaited Israel and ask that his bones be taken with them. (Chapter 11: Defines faith and tells of the future deliverances.)

(Hebrews 11:1; “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for, being convinced of what we do not see.”) People that God the Father calls and makes Believers IN are sure, have conviction that desires to be AT ONE with Him. Pray for gifted faith in God and His promises.

(Many professing Christians attempt to conjure up a faith and lead others to conjure up a faith from within their fleshly desires.) Without God’s revelations that dispels former fleshly imaginations, people’s beliefs aren’t faith by God’s definition.

(Heb 11:2-3; “For by it (faith) the people of old received God’s commendation. By faith we understand that the worlds were set in order at God’s command, so that the visible has its origin in the invisible.”)

Are we confident that God set the planets in order by His command? “That belief IN is the foundation for gifted faith.” Without confidence that Jesus is Creator as manifested in the holy scripture, we have no faith in Him, “as He defines faith.” Hoping for good things such as healings is good, but that isn’t Godly faith without gifted belief IN.”

(Heb 11:4; “By faith Abel offered God a greater sacrifice than Cain, and through his faith he was commended as righteous, because God commended him for his offerings. And through his faith he, (Abel) still speaks, though he is dead.”)

Abel offered a blood sacrifice of choice animals was an attitude of total submission, while Cain thought, “surely God will be pleased with a sacrifice of my choosing“ ‘what seems right to me.’ “Through this recording of Abel’s faith, “he still speaks, though dead.” If God is revealed to us and we believe IN, as Abel, we know those who thought to change God’s Sabbath, did so with a mentality like that of Cain’s.

(Heb 11:5-6; “By faith Enoch was taken up so that he did not see death, and he was not to be found because God took him up. For before his removal he had been commended as having pleased God. Now without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who approaches God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him.”)

By faith in the whole word of God, we believe Enoch was removed, so as not to see death at that time. (Remember Hebrews 9:27-28, “And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also, after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly await Him He will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation.”) Apparently, Enoch was removed to continue witnessing at another place. Perhaps Enoch was removed as was Moses’ body, so people wouldn’t mourn or know his burial place. Remember Jesus is the first born, to eternal life.

(Heb 11:7; “By faith Noah, when he was warned about things not yet seen, with reverent regard constructed an ark for the deliverance of his family. Through faith he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.”)

We too are warned about things not yet seen and if we believe IN, we will reverently obey God. Noah, Abraham and all Believers IN are heirs of the promise that comes by gifted faith. Remember Jesus’ words to His apostle Thomas? It was difficult for Thomas to believe that Jesus was alive. So, Jesus appeared in the room where they were all assembled a second time.

Heb 11:8-10; “By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place he would later receive as an inheritance, and he went out without understanding where he was going. By faith he lived as a foreigner in the promised land as though it were a foreign country, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, who were fellow heirs of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with firm foundations, whose architect and builder is God.”)

We too, live day by day, not knowing what the next holds, but know as Abraham that we have a city whose architect and builder is God, like Abraham we’re foreigners, though we know we’re inheriting the earth!

(Heb 11:11-12; “By faith, even though Sarah herself was barren and Abraham was too old, Abraham received the ability to procreate, because he regarded the One who had given the promise to be trustworthy. So, in fact children were fathered by one man – and this one as good as dead – like the number of stars in the sky and like the innumerable grains of sand on the seashore.”) All these were called, not one lived by a conjured up faith.

God identifies Himself, Holy Ways & Seasons, chapter 21

To: 35,762 subscribers we pray “God is making temples of His Spirit.” 5/17/22, God’s 2nd Mo. Lyyer 16, 5,782, day

The word “testament” means “proof” something that shows something else exists or is true. (Example: His remarkable recovery is a testament to the doctor’s skill. (2) A formal statement of beliefs or speech outlining beliefs.) A will is a covenant from one, ‘a contract to be validated after the death of the testator.’ Our Creator, ‘Lord Jesus’ is the Testator of His old and new covenants. (Each covenant gives the promises of eternal life to His chosen.) Testator, ‘Son of God Jesus’ was given that authority from God the Father.

(See Heb 1: John 1:1-5 & Col 1:15-20) The old testament always looked forward to the new, Jesus revealed and Moses wrote: (Deuteronomy 18:15-22; The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to him. This accords with what happened at Horeb in the day of the assembly. You asked the Lord your God: “Please do not make us hear the voice of the Lord our God any more or see this great fire anymore lest we die.” The Lord then said to me, “What they have said is good. I will raise up a prophet like you for them from among their fellow Israelites. I will put My words in His mouth, and He will speak to them whatever I command. I will personally hold responsible anyone who then pays no attention to the words that prophet speaks in My name.

“But if any prophet presumes to speak anything in My name that I have not authorized him to speak, or speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet must die. Now if you say to yourselves, ‘How can we tell, that a message is not from the Lord?’ whenever a prophet speaks in My name and the prediction is not fulfilled, then I have not spoken it; the prophet has presumed to speak it, so you need not fear him.”)

We who copy from God’s word aren’t prophesying of our own accord, but repeating God’s revelations to His prophets and apostles. As we studied from Hebrews last time, “the Testator of the old died, to usher in the new one.” The parallels of the two testaments revolves around, “promises, mercy and grace to the called.” This particular ‘New Testament beginning is through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.’ The Lord God Jesus was their; and is our Lord God.

He miraculously came in the flesh fulfilling what was prophesied about Him, and He prophesied about this latter age, saying: (Matt 24:22-24; “And if those days had not been cut short, no one would be saved. But for the sake of the Elect those days will be cut short. Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There he is!’ do not believe him. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the Elect.”)

As the Son of God, Messiah, Deliverer, Lord, Savior and coming king of kings, this Jesus died for the remission of our and the world’s sins; He’s the Alpha and Omega, the first and last, to whom all power is given from God the Father. (His testament promises to Enoch, Noah, the Patriarchs and called out heirs with Abraham, are perpetual and always looked forward to His shed blood sacrifice for the remission of sin.) (As Testator of His will, Jesus’ sacrificial death made His Covenant promise of eternal life through Him valid.) Whether looking forward, or back, Jesus’ covenant promise of eternal life is through His sacrificial death. God’s new covenant promise of the imputation of His spirit living in followers of Jesus, are also Abraham’s heirs and validated through the Testator’s death, resurrection, and ascension. (It’s the primary fulfillment of Jesus’ covenant promise with Abraham.)

Covenant promises to Abraham included Israel’s deliverance from Egypt, and the world, (each representing a deliverance from sinful conditions.) It’s a like deliverance of Abraham’s spiritual chosen descendants, ‘Christians.’ A spiritual deliverance from our inherited from Adam, sin nature, to worship and serve God in spirit and truth.

Israelites’ physical deliverance under Moses was the keeping of stage one promise, called the Old Testament Covenant. (God promised blessings if they obeyed and they agreed.) Their Disobedience broke that contract, so they were dispersed to gentile countries. However, the Patriarchs, Moses, Joshua and others were gifted to look forward in hope faith in a future resurrection and deliverance. (See Isaiah 22: 35: 51-53: 65: Jeremiah 31: and Amos 9:11-15 for starters.)

The Son of God ‘Jesus’ is Creator, Re-Creator, Deliverer, Mediator and the Savior whose death seals all God’s promises. He is now at the right hand of God the Father, serving as our Mediator before His throne. (He is worthy because He lived in the flesh and experienced temptations like ours.) His Elect are gifted to understand His message of mercy, grace and deliverance thus, the Elect aren’t going to be deceived. Jesus’ apostle Paul explains.

(1Corinthians 15:20-28; “But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first-fruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, (Adam) the resurrection of the dead also came through a man (Jesus.) For just as in Adam all die, ‘so also in Christ all will be made alive.’ But each in his own order: Christ, the first fruits; then when Christ comes, those who belong to Him. Then comes the end, when Jesus hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when He has brought to an end all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be eliminated is death. For He (God the Father) has put everything in subjection under His (Jesus’) feet. But when it says “everything” has been put in subjection, it is clear that this does not include the One, “God the Father” who put everything in subjection to Him. And when all things are subjected to (God the Father) then the Son Himself will be subjected to the One (God the Father) who subjected everything to Him, so that God may be all in all.) HOW AWESOME, WHAT A FUTURE, and ‘each in his own order’ indicates several physical resurrections.

Heb 9:15-28; “And so Jesus is the Mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are CALLED may receive the eternal inheritance He has promised, since He died to set them free from the violations committed under the first covenant. For where there is a will, the death of the One who made it (the will) must be proven. For a will takes effect only at death, since it carries no force while the one who made it is alive. So even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood. For when Moses had spoken every command to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded you to keep.” And both the tabernacle and all the utensils of worship he (Moses) likewise sprinkled with blood. Indeed, according to the law almost everything was purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgivenessSo, it was necessary for the sketches of the things in heaven to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves required better sacrifices than theseFor Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands – the representation of the true sanctuary – but into heaven itself, and He appears now in God’s presence for us. And He did not enter to offer Himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the sanctuary year after year with blood that is not his own, for then He would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now He has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by His sacrifice. And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of manyto those who eagerly await Him He will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation.”)

Jesus inspired Isaiah to express His love for His people, looking forward to, and write about His concern for His chosen and how the world will one day look to His people. Predestined heirs of Abraham have these promises made through Isaiah.

(Isaiah 49:14-26; Zion said, ‘The Lord has abandoned me, the Sovereign Master has forgotten me.’ Can a woman forget her baby who nurses at her breast? Can she withhold compassion from the child she has borne? Even if mothers were to forget, I could never forget you! Look, I have inscribed your name on My palms; your walls are constantly before me. Your children hurry back, while those who destroyed and devastated you depart. Look all around you! All of them gather to you. As surely as I live,” says the Lord, “you will certainly wear all of them like jewelry; you will put them on as if you were a bride. Yes, your land lies in ruins; it is desolate and devastated. But now you (Israel) will be too small to hold your residents, and those who devoured you will be far away. Yet the children born during your time of bereavement will say within your hearing, ‘This place is too cramped for us, make room for us so we can live here.’ Then you. “Israel” will think to yourself, ‘Who bore these children for me? I was bereaved and barren, dismissed and divorced. Who raised these children? Look, I was left all alone; where did these children come from?’”

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: “Look I will raise My hand to the nations; I will raise My signal flag to the peoples. They will bring your sons in their arms and carry your daughters on their shoulders. Kings will be your children’s guardians; their princesses will nurse your children. With their faces to the ground, they will bow down to you, (Israel) and they will lick the dirt on your feet. Then you will recognize that I am the Lord; those who wait patiently for Me are not put to shame. Can spoils be taken from a warrior, or captives be rescued from a conqueror? “Indeed, says the Lord” captives will be taken from a warrior; spoils will be rescued from a conqueror. I will oppose your adversary and I will rescue your children. I, will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will get drunk on their own blood, as if it were wine. Then all humankind will recognize that I am the Lord, your Deliverer, your Protector, the powerful ruler of Jacob.”) (Remember God changed Jacob’s name to ‘Israel’ meaning “God fights or fights for.)

Spiritual Israelites are followers of Jesus, ‘Christians’, believers IN God’s plan for His people. Christians are examples to the world now and will be more so, in His millennial kingdom. Let’s review Jesus’ definition of a Christian through His apostle Paul.

(Galatians 3:23-29; “Now before (Jesus’) faith came or was revealed) we were held in custody under the law, being kept as prisoners until the coming faith would be revealed. Thus, the law had become our guardian (schoolmaster) until Christ, (Until Jesus is revealed to your minds) so that we could be declared righteous by, (Jesus’) faith.) (Until Jesus was revealed we lived according to our fleshly understanding.) But now that, (Jesus’) faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian. For, ‘in Christ Jesus’ you are all sons of God through faith. (All at one with Him because we believe IN Him) For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female – for all of you are ONE in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.”)

As was Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Christians are called and saved by promise, taught by God’s law for our good, which is wholesome righteous and a sketch of the imputation of His spiritual law of love gifted to His chosen. No one is saved by the law, but God’s spirit in us spiritually magnifies His law and confirms the world’s need for the law’s goodness.

God identifies Himself, Holy Ways & Seasons, chapter 20

To: 35,703 subscribers we pray are being made ‘Temples of God’s Spirit’, 5/14/22, God’s 2nd month, Lyyar 13, 5,782, day seven, the Sabbath until sunset.

God’s foundation of prophecies, law and planning hang on Godly love. (Jesus was asked, which commandment in the law is the greatest? He said, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”) God’s callings and plans are based on Godly love, “not fleshly or instinctive love.” Our all-knowing God has predestined His family, and timed events pertaining to His promised outcomes. Spiritually fathering a child is to make that one His own, totally His choice. He knows His children’s needs, hears genuine request, reveals His coming kingdom, feeds spiritually, forgives as we’re led to forgive others, leads and delivers each from temptation. Study the sample prayer Jesus taught His apostles.

(Matt 6:6-15; But whenever you pray, go into your room, close the door, and pray to your Father in secret. And your Father who sees in secret, will reward you. When you pray, do not babble repetitiously like the Gentiles, because they think that by their many words they will be heard. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. So, pray this way: Our Father in heaven, may Your name be honored, may Your kingdom come, may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we ourselves have forgiven our debtors. Lead us from temptation and deliver us from the evil one. “For if you forgive others their sins, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.)

We can’t convince the uncalled to worship as Jesus taught, or love God’s Way and shun the ways of the world. Loving one’s neighbors isn’t a practice to appease them, “but a practice of God’s Way as a witness.) (Believers IN are gifted with desire to practice His Way, even if it brings on persecution. Otherwise, one day we’d likely hear, “you knew Me? why didn’t you obey Me?” God’s Way isn’t a “go along to get along way.)

Our calling is a personal matter, not to be judged by others. It’s a revealing of God’s love, characteristics, and attributes to our understanding. Apparently, a person can reject, however and if so: “God knew that in advance too.” (Study Jesus’ parable about the sower; individuals are the soil types and He distinguishes those called from those who hear but care more about other things. Speaking to His apostles, Jesus told of their gifted understanding and gave a parable about worldly people.)

(Matt 13:16-23; But your eyes are blessed because they see, and your ears because they hear. For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what you (believers) see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it. “So, listen to the parable of the sower: When anyone hears the word about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches what was sown in his heart; this is the seed sown along the path. The seed sown on rocky ground is the person who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy, but he has no root in himself and does not endure; when trouble or persecution comes because of the word, immediately he falls away. The seed sown among thorns is the person who hears the word, but worldly cares and the seductiveness of wealth choke the word, so it produces nothing. But as for the seed sown on good soil, this is the person who hears the word and understands. He bears fruit, yielding a hundred, sixty, or thirty times what was sown.) (Before this sower parable Jesus gave one about the broad and narrow gates. (Speaking of those NOT understanding and those who are gifted to understand!) Consider another parable and review ‘why parables.’

Matt 7:13-14; Enter through the narrow gate, because the gate is wide and the way is spacious that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. “But the gate is narrow and the way is difficult that leads to life, and there are few who find it.”) Why? All inherited a hostile outlook toward obedience to God, only His called are gifted with a loving desire to obey.

Later Jesus answers their question about, “why parables.” He told them, “less they not understand:” then He quotes Isaiah 6:9-10; “Go and tell these people: ‘Listen continually, but don’t understand! Look but don’t perceive!’ Make the hearts of these people calloused; make their ears deaf and their eyes blind! Otherwise, they might see with their eyes and hear with their ears, their hearts might understand, and they might repent and be healed.” (Recall, Joel prophesied of a time when all who call on the name of the Lord will be saved and Jesus inspired Zephaniah to write as followers; (Zeph 3:9-10; Know for sure that I will then enable the nations to give Me acceptable praise. All of them will invoke the Lord’s name when they pray and will worship Him in unison. From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, those who pray to Me will bring Me tribute.) (As always study the whole and consider; why aren’t these scriptures clear to all? He tells us at Matthew 7.)

(Matt 7:15-20; Watch out for false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are voracious wolves. You will recognize them by their fruit. Grapes are not gathered from thorns or figs from thistles, are they? In the same way, every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree is not able to bear bad fruit, nor a bad tree to bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will recognize them by their fruit.)

The writer of Hebrews, we believe to be Paul was a Pharisee of Pharisees, he advanced in that religious sect more than others. With authorization from the high priest, Paul was arrested and condoned the killing of Jesus’ follower. (Read Acts 7:) In addition to Jesus’ revelations, Paul understood the workings of the first covenant’s temple services and how it correlated with the second.

(Heb 9:1-10; Now the first covenant, in fact, had regulations for worship and its earthly sanctuary. For a tent was prepared, the outer one, which contained the lampstand, the table, and the presentation of the loaves; this is called the holy place. And after the second curtain there was a tent called the holy of holies. It contained the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered entirely with gold. In this ark were the golden urn containing the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant. And above the ark were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. (Now is not the time to speak of these things in detail. So with these things prepared like this, the priests enter continually into the outer tent as they perform their duties. But only the high priest enters once a year into the inner tent, and not without blood that he offers for himself and for the sins of the people committed in ignorance.) The Holy Spirit is making clear that the way into the holy place had not yet appeared as long as the old tabernacle was standing. This was a symbol for the time then present, when gifts and sacrifices were offered that could not perfect the conscience of the worshiper. They served only for matters of food and drink and various washings; they are external regulations imposed until the new order came.)

By having the curtain to the holy of holy torn in this way, God was revealing the new covenant way to HimselfWhen Jesus died that symbolic way to the holy of holiest, “the temple curtain” was torn in two, from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks were split apart. And tombs were opened, and the bodies of many Saints who had died were raised. (The Saints came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.) Now when the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and what took place, they were extremely terrified and said, “Truly this One was God’s Son!” Matt 27:51-54)

Jesus is the only Way to the holy of holiest. Physical bodies of Saints were resurrected! (Physical bodies of people “Israelites particularly” are yet to be resurrected and be shown God’s Way; many will turn to His truth and the unrepentant will die a second death. (See Revelations 21:8)

(Heb 9:11-14; But now Christ has come as the high priest of the good things to come. He passed through the greater and more perfect tent not made with hands, that is, not of this creation, and He entered once for all into the most holy place not by the blood of goats and calves but by His own blood, and so He Himself secured eternal redemption. For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a young cow sprinkled on those who are defiled consecrated them and provided ritual purity, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, purify our consciences from dead works to worship the living God.)

Blood sacrifices from Abel’s time, through Samuel’s and the last Jerusalem Temple’s destruction, looked forward to Jesus’ life, “blood” sacrifice. The inner tent divide, looked forward to the Way Jesus provided. Thus, believing IN Jesus is to look to Him and practice obedience, His Way. When we believe IN Jesus as He manifest Himself to be, we know that it was He that made the first covenant with those He delivered through Moses from Egypt.

That covenant was His will and testament through Moses with Israel: all the while looking forward to a more perfect spiritual one.

(Heb 9:15-28; And so Jesus is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the eternal inheritance He has promised, since He died to set them free from the violations committed under the first covenant. For where there is a will, the death of the one who made it must be proven. For a will takes effect only at death, since it carries no force while the One who made it is alive. So even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood. For when Moses had spoken every command to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded you to keep.” And both the tabernacle and all the utensils of worship he likewise sprinkled with blood. Indeed, according to the law almost everything was purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. So, it was necessary for the sketches of the things in heaven to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves required better sacrifices than these.

(Heb 9:24-26; “For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands – the representation of the true sanctuary – but into heaven itself, and He appears now in God’s presence for us. And He did not enter to offer Himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the sanctuary year after year with blood that is not his own, for then He would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now He has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by His sacrifice. And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also, after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly await Him He will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation.”)

Jesus’ second coming: His Saints is in His likeness, He’ll bind Satan, bring peace, judgment and demonstrate Godly love.

(Heb 10:1-4; For the law possesses a shadow of the good things to come but not the reality itself, and is therefore completely unable, by the same sacrifices offered continually, year after year, to perfect those who come to worship. For otherwise would they not have ceased to be offered, since the worshipers would have been purified once for all and so have no further consciousness of sin? But in those sacrifices, there is a reminder of sins year after year. For the blood of bulls and goats cannot take away sins.

(Heb 10:5-7; So when Jesus came into the world, He said, “Sacrifice and offering You did not desirebut a body You prepared for Me. “Whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings You took no delight in.Then I said, Here I am: I have come – it is written of Me in the scroll of the book – to do your will, O God.’) (Quotes from Psalms 40:6-8)

Jesus’ life blood sacrifice, for the remission of sin was preplanned from the foundation of the world. (Enoch, “the seventh from Adam wrote about Jesus’ coming with thousands.) Before Satan deceived Eve and Adam, Jesus’ blood sacrifice was pre-planned to make Believers IN Him “At One with Himself and God the Father.” To create in people a spiritual holiness, a righteousness and give the desire to be likeminded with Himself; thus, adding to the family of God through gifted Godly love, as preplanned, even before Satan‘s rebellion. How awesome our God!

To: 35,679 subscribers we pray are being made ‘Temples of God’s Spirit’, 5/12/22, God’s 2nd month, Lyyar 11, 5,782, day seven, the Sabbath until sunset.

When we desire to think like and obey Jesus; “it’s by the grace of God.” It’s by God’s choice and grace when we’re given a desire to follow Jesus. He planned our calling from the foundation of the world. Our calling is special and for His purpose, we’re predestined.  (Philippians 2:12-13; So then, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, continue working out your salvation with awe and reverence, for the One bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort – for the sake of His good pleasure – is God.) (This is one of many scriptures proving that God the Father does the calling. One of many, teaching that “we individually must work our salvation with awe and reverence and not be persuaded by denominations.)

From a fleshly outlook, folks look for a denomination or religion that fits their thinking. When God the Father reveals Jesus’ love, attributes and characteristics, people understand they are in fact His own: and realize Jesus is the exact representation of His Father, and they’re One in purpose/planning etc. God the Father does it all through God the Son, making Him, “Creator, Re-Creator, Sustainer, Deliverer, Mediator, Lord and coming king of kings.” When New Jerusalem comes down, we’ll see that unity up close.

(Heb 1:1- After God spoke long ago in various portions and in various ways to our ancestors through the prophets, in these last days He has spoken to us in a Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He created the world. The Son is the radiance of His glory and the representation of His essence, and He sustains all things by His powerful Word, and so when He ’God the Son’, had accomplished cleansing for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high. Thus, He became so far better than the angels as He has inherited a name superior to theirs.)

It’s Jesus’ Good News prophesied in His New and Old Testaments. Not only are God’s chosen in this age predestined, Israel, is predestined to be delivered back to the borders promised through Abraham. As Jesus revealed through Paul to gentiles, “all Israel will be saved,” but at this time, Israel, particularly Judaism’s mind is darkened until the time of gentiles are fulfilled.

(Romans 11:25- For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so, all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion; He will remove ungodliness from Jacob. And this is My covenant with them when I take away their sins.” In regard to the gospel, they are enemies for your sake, but in regard to election they are dearly loved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.) Paul is quoting from Isaiah 27: & 59: and Jeremiah 31:33-24.

Let’s examine Jesus’ revelation through Isaiah. (Isaiah   14:1-6; The Lord will certainly have compassion on Jacob; He will again choose Israel as His special people and restore them to their land. Resident foreigners will join them and unite with the family of Jacob. Nations will take them and bring them back to their own place. Then the family of Jacob will make foreigners their servants as they settle in the Lord’s land. They will make their captors captives and rule over the ones who oppressed them. When the Lord gives you relief from your suffering and anxiety, and from the hard labor which you were made to perform, you will taunt the king of Babylon with these words: “Look how the oppressor has met his end! Hostility has ceased. The Lord has broken the club of the wicked, the scepter of rulers. It furiously struck down nations with unceasing blows. It angrily ruled over nations, oppressing them without restraint.) As always study the whole. This chapter also speaks to Satan’s demise.

(Jesus good news “gospel” is about the whole earth being at rest, quite and breaking into song of praise. The subterranean world called Sheol, “which is regarded as the land of the dead” Including Satan will be amazed.) The offspring of the wicked will never be mentioned again. They must not rise up and take possession of the earth or fill the surface of the world with cities.” Remember Babylon represents all those that make for confusion.)

(Isa 14:22-29; I will rise up against them, says the Lord who commands armies. “I will blot out all remembrance of Babylon and destroy all her people, including the offspring she produces” says the Lord. I will turn her into a place that is overrun with wild animals and covered with pools of stagnant water. I will get rid of her, just as one sweeps away dirt with a broom,” says the Lord who commands armies. The Lord who commands armies makes this solemn vow: “Be sure of this: Just as I have intended, so it will be; just as I have planned, it will happen. I will break Assyria in My land, I will trample them underfoot on My hills. Their yoke will be removed from My people, the burden will be lifted from their shoulders.

This is the plan I have devised for the whole earth; My hand is ready to strike all the nations.” Indeed, the Lord who commands armies has a plan, and who can possibly frustrate it? His hand is ready to strike, and who can possibly stop it? The Lord Will Judge the Philistines

In the year King Ahaz died, this message was revealed: Don’t be so happy, all you Philistines, just because the club that beat you has been broken! For a viper will grow out of the serpent’s root and its fruit will be a darting adder.)

This latter age and new beginning is defined, as the time from Jesus’ birth until His return. His return and millennial rule will be a new beginning. We followers of Jesus in this age are a chosen predestined people, heirs with Abraham. Israel’s deliverance form Egypt was a new beginning and an example to this age. (The old covenant included circumcision, Israel’s deliverance, washings and blood sacrifices looked forward to the new, when Believers IN would become spiritual Israelites, fulfilling but not doing away with the old.) The new is spiritual circumcision of the heart and people being made at one with God through His spirit, becoming God’s Temple. Again, Jesus reveals it through Paul.

(1Cor 3:16-23; Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you? If someone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, which is what you are. Guard against self-deception, each of you. If someone among you thinks he is wise in this age, let him become foolish so that he can become wise. For the wisdom of this age is foolishness with God. As it is written, “He catches the wise in their craftiness.” And again, “The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile.” So then, no more boasting about mere mortals! For everything belongs to you, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future. Everything belongs to you, and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.”) And again in chapter 6.

(1Cor 6:19-20; “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price. Therefore, glorify God with your body.”) We that are called to Believe IN are purchased with Jesus’ blood.

(Eph 1:3-14; Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ. For He, “God the Father” chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we may be holy and unblemished in His sight in love. He did this by predestining us to adoption as His Sons through Jesus Christ, according to the pleasure of His will – to the praise of the glory of His grace that He has freely bestowed on us in His dearly loved SonIn Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace that He lavished on us in all wisdom and insight. He did this when He revealed to us the secret of His will, according to His good pleasure that He set forth in Christ, toward the administration of the fullness of the times, to head up all things in Christ – the things in heaven and the things on earth. In Christ we too have been claimed as God’s own possession, since we were predestined according to the one purpose of Him who accomplishes all things according to the counsel of His will so that we, who were the first to set our hope on Christ, would be to the praise of His glory. And when you heard the Word of truth (the gospel of your salvation) – when you believed in Christ – you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit, who is the down payment of our inheritance, until the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.”)

We didn’t believe IN, Jesus’ Words through Paul, until God the Father called us to be Jesus’ Sheep, “His followers.” Remember God knows our heart, “mind, center of our being” desires and intents of the flesh. Family friends and neighbors may know us; first, by our practices and secondly, by our words. Jesus knows the heart and intent of every person’s mind. Jesus spoke bluntly and had no problem calling the religious types of His day hypocrites, snakes and adding, (John 10:26-30; “You refuse to believe because you are not My sheep. My sheep listen to My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish; no one will snatch them from My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one can snatch them from My Father’s hand. The Father and I are One.”)

Satan has all worldly denominations believing they were born immortal, that is “born to live forever someplace.” These don’t believe IN Jesus. In the above John 10: scripture Jesus is saying. (1) Friends of this world’s system of things aren’t My sheep. (2) I knows each that the Father gives Me, they listen to and follow Me. (3) I give them eternal life, “no one earns it.” (4) Those the Father gives Me, will never perish. (5) The Father and I are One and He is greater than I.

Jesus’ brother, “James” concurs; (James 4:4-9; Adulterers, do you not know that friendship with the world means hostility toward God? So whoever decides to be the world’s friend makes himself God’s enemy. Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says, “The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning”? But He gives greater grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proudbut He gives grace to the humble.” So, submit to God. But resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and make your hearts pure, you double-minded. Grieve, mourn, and weep. Turn your laughter into mourning and your joy into despair. Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will exalt you.)

The religions of our day are likened to the Pharisees and Sadducees, in that they take bits and pieces from scripture, “favorites” then ask questions in trickery form to test responses. We shouldn’t debate with, self righteous deceived and unbelievers. We probably should say no more than Jesus’ response.

(Matthew 22:34-40; “Now when the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees they assembled together, And one of them, an expert in religious law, asked him a question to test Him: “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” Jesus said to him, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”)

Unbelievers don’t seem to know “the God of the old and new testaments are one and the same.” The Lord God of Enoch, Noah, Abraham, the twelve apostles and each Believer IN is Creator Jesus. Three inspired scriptural truths are. (John 1:1-5, Colossians 1:15-29 & Heb 1:) The Son of God is, “the I AM that I AM” (Study Exodus 2 and 3.) He preplanned a Re-Creation of planet earth after flooding and destroying what we’d called pre-historic life. Prepared it for new life, particularly mankind’s, made in Their image and likeness. He may have repositioned the stars, sun and moon to compliment His new creations, separating years, seasons, day and night for Their needs. According to biblical chronology He created humankind less than 6,000 years ago.

(Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.) (Since there’s no beginning and ending with God, this first verse should read, “in a beginning, not “the.” Scripture does identify several new beginnings.

(Gen 1:2;2) Now the earth was without shape and empty, darkness was over the surface of the watery deep, but the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the water.) Planet earth existence was in disarray, because of a previous flooding. Next God is speaking of a re-creation

(Gen 1:3-5; God said, “Let there be light.” And there was light! God saw that the light was good, so God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.” There was evening, and there was morning, marking the first day.) For earth to complete one turn on its axis makes one full day. Study the whole, take into account, “kind after kind.” (Gen 1:6-8; God said, “Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters and let it separate water from water. “Clouds from sea and oceans.” So, God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. It was so. God called the expanse “sky.” There was evening, and there was morning, a second day.” (Gen 1:9-10; God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place and let dry ground appear.” It was so. God called the dry ground “land” and the gathered waters “seas.” God saw that it was good. (Gen 1:11-13; God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: plants yielding seeds according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds.” It was so. The land produced vegetation – plants yielding seeds according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. God saw that it was good. There was evening, and there was morning, a third day.

(Gen 1:14-19; God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them be signs to indicate seasons and days and years and let them serve as lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.” It was so. God made two great lights – the greater light to rule over the day and the lesser light to rule over the night. He made the stars also. God placed the lights in the expanse of the sky to shine on the earth, to preside over the day and the night and to separate the light from the darkness. God saw that it was good. There was evening and there was morning, a fourth day. (Gen 1:20-23; God said, “Let the water swarm with swarms of living creatures and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.” God created the great sea creatures and every living and moving thing with which the water swarmed, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. God saw that it was good. God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth.” There was evening, and there was morning, a fifth day. (Gen 1:24-25; God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: cattle, creeping things, and wild animals, each according to its kind.” It was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the cattle according to their kinds, and all the creatures that creep along the ground according to their kinds. God saw that it was good.

(Gen 1:26; Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, after our likeness, so they may rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move on the earth.” (Gen 1:27; God created humankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them, male and female He created them.)

God’s purpose and plans are giving and loving. God is love. God the Father and God the Son planned The Way in which humankind could inherit eternal life. The Noah day flood was a new beginning. Calling and making His awesome promises to Abraham was a new beginning. The Son of God’s sacrifice for the remission of sin was and is the ultimate New Beginning.

(Heb 6:13-15; “Now when God made His promise to Abraham, since He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, saying, “Surely I will bless you greatly and multiply your descendants abundantly.” And so by persevering, Abraham inherited the promise. (Jesus too persevered in that He learned from the things He suffered.)

(Heb 6:16-29; For people swear by something greater than themselves, and the oath serves as a confirmation to end all dispute. In the same way God wanted to demonstrate more clearly to the heirs of the promise that His purpose was unchangeable, and so He intervened with an oath, so that we who have found refuge in Him may find strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope set before us through two unchangeable things, (1) since it is impossible for God to lie. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, sure and steadfast, which reaches inside behind the curtain, (2) where Jesus our forerunner entered on our behalf, since He became a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”)

Our trust must be in Jesus, our desire must be to serve as He served and yield to Him as He yielded to God the Father. Though all power is given to Jesus, He never thought to usurp power or insert a will differing from His Father’s. (Study Philippians 2:) (As such no person should think to alter God’s holy ways, worship etc.)

Now Satan and his followers are opposites. The holy scriptures teach; Satan thought highly of himself and God inspired Isaiah to share Satan’s outlook, giving us to understand the power God is allowing him to have.

(Isa 14:12-16; “Look how you have fallen from the sky, O shining one, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the ground, O conqueror of the nations! You said to yourself, “I will climb up to the sky. Above the stars of El (El: authority of our Creator) I will set up my throne. I will rule on the mountain of assembly on the remote slopes of Zaphon. I will climb up to the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High!” But you (Satan) were brought down to Sheol, to the remote slopes of the pit. Those who see you stare at you, they look at you carefully, thinking: “Is this the man who shook the earth, the one who made kingdoms tremble?”)

Likewise, Satan’s followers think to alter and usurp God’s authority, change times and devise idolatrous customs that cause people to error. Let us pray to have a mind like Jesus.’ Jesus inspired Paul to instruct us to be lovingly different.

(Philippians 2:4-11; “Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but about the interests of others as well. You should have the same attitude toward one another that Christ Jesus had, who though He existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped, (as Satan and his followers do) but emptied Himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by ’lovingly’ sharing in human nature. He humbled Himself, by becoming obedient to the point of death – even death on a cross! As a result, God exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow – in heaven and on earth and under the earth – and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.”)

To believe IN Jesus, as the Creator Son of God, is to believe IN God the Father. Spiritually adulterous people committing to the apostate Jude wrote about, “went about changing God’s calendar, appropriated a paganism mix with Judaism and called it Christian.” They still persecute genuine followers of Jesus, who worship Him as the Son of God. Judaism and Christendom folk can’t understand, “God’s name is the family name.”

(1John 3:1-3; (See what sort of love the Father has given to us: that we should be called God’s children – and indeed we are! For this reason the world does not know us: because it did not know Him. Dear friends, we are God’s children now, and what we will be, has not yet been revealed. We know that whenever it is revealed we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope focused on Him purifies himself, just as Jesus is pure.)

Followers of Jesus are “now in God’s family” and it’s He that gives us the desire to be like Him.

(Philippians 2:12-16; “So then, my dear friends, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but even more in my absence, continue working out your salvation with awe and reverence, for the One bringing forth in you both the desire and the effort – for the sake of His good pleasure – is God. Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God without blemish though you live in a crooked and perverse society, in which you shine as lights in the world by holding on to the Word of Life so that on the day of Christ I will have a reason to boast that I did not run in vain nor labor in vain.”) (Believers IN aren’t considered slaves but friends – owned by God.)

(Gal 4:1-7; Now I mean that the heir, as long as he is a minor, is no different from a slave, though he is the owner of everything. But he is under guardians and managers until the date set by his father. So, also we, when we were minors, were enslaved under the basic forces of the world. But when the appropriate time had come, God sent out His Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we may be adopted as Sons with full rights. And because you are Sons, God sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, who calls “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave but a Son, and if you are a Son, then you are also an heir through God.”

Remember Abraham serves as a new beginning, his grandson Jacob’s name was changed to Israel and Christians are spiritual Israelites. (Gal 3:29 And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s descendants, heirs according to the promise.) (Romans 11:25-27; For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, ‘brothers and sisters’, so that you may not be conceited: A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion; He will remove ungodliness from Jacob. And this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”) When we whole heartedly believe this, it’s knowing faith.
